本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,包括宫颈刷以及与其配合使用的取样瓶,所述宫颈刷包括刷杆以及套筒,所述刷杆包括杆体,所述杆体同轴穿过套筒设置,杆体前端螺纹安装刷头,杆体后端同轴安装刷柄,所述刷柄包括壳体,壳体内还设置有观察机构,所述观察机构包括电源系统、照明系统、摄像系统、电路系统和开关;所述壳体内设置有照明系统、摄像系统、电路系统以及电源系统,所述壳体上安装有开关;通过所述电路系统将所述照明系统、所述摄像系统、所述电源系统及开关连接在一起,实现可视取样;所述套筒前端的外壁上还制有一环槽;所述取样瓶包括试剂瓶、瓶盖以及吸盘底座,所述瓶盖同轴螺纹安装在试剂瓶的开口处,所述吸盘底座同轴安装在试剂瓶的底端;试剂瓶内同轴制有一与套筒前端的环槽相适配的凸环,用于与宫颈刷的套筒同轴卡位,实现稳固存样。
而且,所述套筒内中部设置有限位凸起部;该限位凸起部为环形凸起,所述套筒的外壁 还形成有侧翼;所述侧翼将套筒分为入体部分和非入体部分;所述入体部分为侧翼至套筒前端的部分,且该部分的外表面做光滑处理;非入体部分则为侧翼至套筒后端的部分,该部分的套筒外周壁为棱柱结构。
而且,所述杆体为中空结构,杆体前半段为多档调节锁止部,后半段为贯通部,所述多档调节锁止部与套筒内的限位凸起部形成锁止配合;所述多档调节锁止部前端还同轴设置有刷头连接部,所述刷头连接部包括前端的螺纹部和后端的轴套部,所述轴套部表面光滑,所述轴套部配合螺纹部与刷头同轴安装。
而且,所述多档调节锁止部包括沿杆体轴向方向均布间隔设置的多个档位,且每个档位均由相对设置的限位凸点构成。
而且,所述吸盘底座包括安装部以及吸盘,所述吸盘上表面同轴制有一安装部,该安装部为与试剂瓶相适配的中空圆柱体结构。
而且,所述试剂瓶底部制成圆锥结构,且在该圆锥结构内壁上沿着其圆周方向均布间隔设有多根加强刮板;所述试剂瓶的瓶体下方轴向延伸出环形安装部,且圆锥结构位于环形安装部内侧。
而且,所述刷头包括刷头辅助套以及刷头本体,刷头辅助套与刷头本体同轴对接设置,所述刷头辅助套为中空圆柱形结构,用于与刷杆杆体的轴套部同轴安装,所述刷头辅助套前端制成锯齿状结构,所述刷头本体包括连接环台,所述连接环台一端制成锯齿状结构,用于与刷头辅助套前端的锯齿状结构对接,且相互旋转限位;所述连接环台内还制有内螺纹,所述连接环台另一端台面上径向向内间隔设置的三圈刷毛,且内圈至外圈的刷毛长度递减,每圈刷毛接触宫颈壁张开角度不同。
而且,所述壳体上还设有状态灯以观察机构所处于的状态。
而且,所述电源系统包括电池以及电池固定座,所述电池通过电池固定座安装在壳体内,为其他系统进行供电;所述摄像系统包括延伸管以及摄像头,所述延伸管同轴安装在壳体的前端,所述延伸管同轴穿设在杆体以及刷头内,所述延伸管端部同轴安装有摄像头;所述摄像头采用微型摄像头,所述照明系统采用LED灯,设置在摄像头周边。
而且,所述电路系统包括控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设置有用于图像处理的图像处理模块以及与所述图像处理模块相连接、用于将图像进行无线传输的无线传输模块;所述无线传输模块与移动终端相连接。
所述摄像系统包括延伸管以及设置于延伸管端部的摄像头,所述延伸管安装在壳体的前端;在所述延伸管的外侧套有一隔离套,所述隔离套的一端为封闭端,另一端为开放端,所述开放端用于延伸管插入,所述隔离套至少在封闭端的位置透明。
所述杆体包括多档调节锁止部以及刷头连接部,所述多档调节锁止部与刷头连接部可分 离地固定连接;所述隔离套的开放端设置有向径向外侧延伸的檐部,所述檐部卡在所述刷头连接部上的台肩上。
在所述隔离套的中部设置有凸环部,所述刷头连接部的端部顶在所述凸环部上。
所述杆体包括多档调节锁止部以及刷头连接部,所述多档调节锁止部与刷头连接部可分离地固定连接;所述隔离套一体成型于所述刷头连接部的端部。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明在宫颈刷内设置有观察机构,可以方便用户自主采用同时还大大提高了采样效率,且由于设计与其相匹配的取样瓶,使得样品可以稳固保存转移,减少与外界环境的接触,提高了细胞检测的精准度,而宫颈刷又可以重复消毒利用,大大节省了医用耗材。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,包括宫颈刷1以及与其配合使用的取样瓶2,所述宫颈刷包括刷杆以及套筒1-3,所述刷杆包括杆体1-2,所述杆体同轴穿过套筒设置,杆体前端螺纹安装刷头1-4,后端同轴安装有刷柄1-1,所述套筒前端的外壁上还制有一环槽1-3-4;所述取样瓶包括试剂瓶2-2,所述试剂瓶内同轴制有一与套筒前端的环槽相适配的凸环2-2-1,用于与宫颈刷的套筒同轴卡位,实现稳固存样;
所述套筒内中部设置有限位凸起部;该限位凸起部为环形凸起,所述套筒的外壁还形成有侧翼1-3-2;具体而言,在套筒中央位置设计了一圈(弧面或平面)侧翼,在套筒外周形成一个与刷杆垂直的弧面或平面,所述侧翼将套筒分为入体部分1-3-3和非入体部分1-3-1;其中入体部分为侧翼至套筒前端的部分,且该部分的外表面做光滑处理,由此减小刷杆穿入阴道的不适感,其长度为入体采样距离;非入体部分则为侧翼至套筒后端的部分,该部分的套筒外周壁制成棱柱结构,止转易握取,不放过任何体验细节感受;本实施例采用材质选用符合医用使用要求的优质塑料,具体可参考已有同类产品;
上述侧翼的作用是采样时,对套筒深入体内的长度起到限位作用,避免因操作失误套筒进入人体过长而引发伤害,即控制前述的入体采样距离,具体距离范围遵循下述规范,侧翼入体部分的长度为4cm至6cm,刷头长度3cm至4cm,采样时入体部分的套筒会完全进入阴道内,此时将采样刷头推出套筒,侧翼到达刷头顶端的长度为7cm至10cm,这符合普通人的阴道长度数据,可以使刷头充分接触宫颈部位;
所述杆体内同轴制有通孔,杆体前半段为多档调节锁止部1-2-1,后半段为贯通部,所述贯通部为格栅镂空结构,所述多档调节锁止部可与套筒内的限位凸起部形成锁止配合;刷杆材质为优质塑料,通过形成两端与杆体一体成型、中部悬空的条形部,使条形部具有弹性,进而在各条形部上形成多档调节锁止部的结构;所述多档调节锁止部前端还同轴设置有刷头连接部,所述刷头连接部包括螺纹部和轴套部,前端为螺纹部1-2-3,后端为轴套部1-2-2,所述轴套部表面光滑,所述轴套部配合螺纹部与刷头同轴连接;
所述多档调节锁止部包括沿杆体轴向方向均布间隔设置的多个档位,多个档位沿前端指向后端方向分别为第一档位、第二档位、第三档位、第四档位、第五档位以及第六档位;且每个档位均由相对设置的限位凸点构成;多档调节锁止部与限位凸起部形成可拉脱扣合,此时,刷头可以根据取样所需距离进行调节伸出套筒的距离;
所述刷头包括刷头辅助套1-4-1以及刷头本体1-4-2,刷头辅助套与刷头本体同轴对接设置安装在杆体上,所述刷头辅助套为中空圆柱形结构,用于与刷杆杆体的轴套部同轴安装,所述刷头辅助套前端制成锯齿状结构,所述刷头本体一端设计圆柱形连接环台,该连接环台一端也制成锯齿状结构,用于与刷头辅助套前端的锯齿状结构对接设,且相互旋转限位;且连接环台内还制与刷头螺纹连接部相适配的内螺纹,所述圆柱形连接环台台面径向向内间隔设置的三圈刷毛,且内圈至外圈的刷毛长度递减,每圈刷毛接触宫颈壁张开角度不同,更易接触到宫颈口;
所述刷柄包括壳体,所述壳体包括基座1-1-6、尾座1-1-1以及连接环1-1-4,所述基座同轴固装在杆体后端,所述基座后端通过连接环还同轴可拆卸螺栓安装有尾座,所述壳体内 还设置有观察机构,所述观察机构包括电源系统、照明系统、摄像系统、电路系统和开关1-1-7;所述壳体内设置有照明系统、摄像系统、电路系统以及电源系统,所述壳体的基座上安装有开关;通过所述电路系统将所述照明系统、所述摄像系统、所述电源系统及开关连接在一起;此外,在所述壳体的基座上还可以设有状态灯1-1-8以观察机构所处于的状态,如是否开机,是否打开Wifi连接,电池电量是否充足等信息;
所述电源系统包括电池1-1-2以及电池固定座1-1-3,所述电池通过电池固定座安装在壳体内,为上述系统进行供电,所述电池可以为蓄电池,且电池固定座上还设置有无线充电接收模块,所述无线充电接收模块与蓄电池相连,外部可以配备充电座,充电座上设置有无线充电发射模块,当宫颈刷放置在充电座时,通过充电座对宫颈刷进行无线充电;
所述摄像系统包括延伸管1-1-9以及摄像头,所述延伸管同轴安装在壳体的基座前端,所述延伸管同轴穿设在杆体的通孔内以及刷头中空部,所述延伸管端部同轴安装有摄像头;所述摄像头采用微型摄像头,所述摄像头周边设置有照明系统,所述照明系统采用LED照明,具体的围绕着所述摄像头的周围设置了6个LED灯,通过多个LED灯增加照明系统的照明强度,增加所述摄像头拍摄过程的清晰度;
所述电路系统包括控制电路板1-1-5,所述控制电路板上还设置有用于图像处理的图像处理模块以及与所述图像处理模块相连接、用于将图像进行无线传输的无线传输模块;所述无线传输模块与移动终端相连接,所述无线传输模块为WiFi、蓝牙等,将摄像头采集到的图片信号传输至移动终端;所述移动终端可以为手机APP或者电脑显示屏等;
具体的,通过摄像头、图像处理模块、无线传输模块等配合作用,将取样时拍摄到的图相经处理后传输至移动终端上,这里的移动终端可以为手机等,使用者可以通过移动终端对取样过程中的部位在手机上观察,从而实现充分采集。
此外,所述取样瓶还包括瓶盖2-1以及吸盘底座2-3,所述瓶盖同轴螺纹安装在试剂瓶的开口处,用于密封存取样品;所述吸盘底座为硅胶材质制成,同轴安装在试剂瓶的底端,便于将试剂瓶稳定放置在操作台上,不惧倾倒风险;所述吸盘底座包括安装部以及吸盘,所述吸盘上表面同轴制有一安装部,该安装部为与试剂瓶相适配的中空圆柱体结构;
在本发明的具体实施中,所述试剂瓶底部制成圆锥结构2-2-3,且在该圆锥结构内壁上沿着其圆周方向均布间隔设有多根加强刮板2-2-2;实施例设置四根,且每根加强刮板均凸出试剂瓶底部内壁,在存样时,刷头的毛刷转动,加强刮板可以刮取毛刷上的宫颈细胞;且为了试剂瓶与吸盘底座更好的安装,所述试剂瓶的瓶体下方轴向延伸出环形安装部2-2-4,且圆锥结构位于环形安装部内侧;
本发明的宫颈刷在采样时入体部分的套筒会完全进入阴道内,此时将刷头推出套筒,侧 翼到达刷头顶端的长度为7cm至10cm,这符合普通人的阴道长度数据,可以使刷头充分接触宫颈部位;按动开关按钮,打开摄像头,通过摄像头在手机上实时查看是否将刷头放置在取样点附近,当刷头设置在取样点附近时,旋转刷柄,旋转取样完毕后,拉动刷杆使刷毛部分完全缩回套筒;抽回套筒取出宫颈刷,将取样瓶吸附在操作台上,打开取样瓶的瓶盖,在试剂瓶内加入保存液,将宫颈刷整体与试剂瓶稳定连接,套筒旋拧到配套保存液中,推动刷杆使刷毛完全浸入保存液中,旋转7-10周,使刷头细胞脱离落入保存液中,然后退回刷头,拔离宫颈刷整体,过程中无需取下刷头,避免因溶入细胞前取下刷头不慎造成不必要污染或震落已经刷取的宫颈脱落细胞,该过程大大降低了宫颈细胞与外界环境的接触,从而提高了检测的精准度。
本发明在宫颈刷内设置有观察机构,可以方便用户自主采用同时还大大提高了采样效率,且由于设计与其相匹配的取样瓶,使得样品可以稳固保存转移,而宫颈刷又可以重复消毒利用,大大节省了医用耗材。
由于在采样过程中,摄像系统会与患者组织接触,因此需要在使用完毕后进行清洗,一方面清洗作业非常不便,另一方面一旦摄像系统上存留有污染物,则会造成患者感染。因此,作为进一步改进,如图8所示,在摄像系统的延伸管1-1-9的外侧套有一透明的隔离套1-5,所述隔离套1-5的一端为封闭端1-5-3,另一端为开放端1-5-4,所述开放端1-5-4用于延伸管1-1-9插入,如图6、7所示,所述隔离套1-5位于刷头内侧。当然,所述隔离套1-5除了由透明材质一体成型之外,也可以至少在封闭端1-5-3的位置透明,用于摄像系统采集影像。
所述多档调节锁止部1-2-1与刷头连接部可分离地固定连接,在本实施例中,如图12、13所示,所述多档调节锁止部1-2-1的端部设置有卡块1-2-4,在轴套部1-2-2的端部设置有与所述卡块1-2-4相配合的卡槽1-2-5,多档调节锁止部1-2-1与轴套部1-2-2能够进行插拔连接。如图11所示,在所述隔离套1-5的开放端1-5-4设置有向径向外侧延伸的檐部1-5-2,如图9所示,所述檐部1-5-2卡在所述轴套部1-2-2上的台肩1-2-2-1上,从而防止隔离套1-5向外脱出。进一步地,如图10所示,在所述隔离套1-5的中部设置有凸环部1-5-1,所述螺纹部1-2-3的端部顶在所述凸环部1-5-1上,从而将隔离套1-5装配紧固。摄像系统位于隔离套1-5内,隔离套1-5将摄像系统与外接环境进行隔离,可以将隔离套1-5设置为一次性耗材,在使用完毕后可以将隔离套1-5拆卸处置,非常方便清洁。
作为本发明的另一种实施方式,如图14、15所示,所述隔离套也可以位于所述刷头连接部的端部,并与所述刷头连接部形成一体结构。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:包括宫颈刷以及与其配合使用的取样瓶,所述宫颈刷包括刷杆以及套筒,所述刷杆包括杆体,所述杆体同轴穿过套筒设置,杆体前端螺纹安装刷头,杆体后端同轴安装刷柄,所述刷柄包括壳体,壳体内还设置有观察机构,所述观察机构包括电源系统、照明系统、摄像系统、电路系统和开关;所述壳体内设置有照明系统、摄像系统、电路系统以及电源系统,所述壳体上安装有开关;通过所述电路系统将所述照明系统、所述摄像系统、所述电源系统及开关连接在一起,实现可视取样;所述套筒前端的外壁上还制有一环槽;所述取样瓶包括试剂瓶、瓶盖以及吸盘底座,所述瓶盖同轴螺纹安装在试剂瓶的开口处,所述吸盘底座同轴安装在试剂瓶的底端;试剂瓶内同轴制有一与套筒前端的环槽相适配的凸环,用于与宫颈刷的套筒同轴卡位,实现稳固存样。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述套筒内中部设置有限位凸起部;该限位凸起部为环形凸起,所述套筒的外壁还形成有侧翼;所述侧翼将套筒分为入体部分和非入体部分;所述入体部分为侧翼至套筒前端的部分,且该部分的外表面做光滑处理;非入体部分则为侧翼至套筒后端的部分,该部分的套筒外周壁为棱柱结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述杆体为中空结构,杆体前半段为多档调节锁止部,后半段为贯通部,所述多档调节锁止部与套筒内的限位凸起部形成锁止配合;所述多档调节锁止部前端还同轴设置有刷头连接部,所述刷头连接部包括前端的螺纹部和后端的轴套部,所述轴套部表面光滑,所述轴套部配合螺纹部与刷头同轴安装。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述多档调节锁止部包括沿杆体轴向方向均布间隔设置的多个档位,且每个档位均由相对设置的限位凸点构成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述吸盘底座包括安装部以及吸盘,所述吸盘上表面同轴制有一安装部,该安装部为与试剂瓶相适配的中空圆柱体结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述试剂瓶底部制成圆锥结构,且在该圆锥结构内壁上沿着其圆周方向均布间隔设有多根加强刮板;所述试剂瓶的瓶体下方轴向延伸出环形安装部,且圆锥结构位于环形安装部内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述刷头包括刷头辅助套以及刷头本体,刷头辅助套与刷头本体同轴对接设置,所述刷头辅助套为中空圆柱形结构,用于与刷杆杆体的轴套部同轴安装,所述刷头辅助套前端制成锯齿状结构,所述刷头本体包括连接环台,所述连接环台一端制成锯齿状结构,用于与刷头辅助套前端的锯齿状结 构对接,且相互旋转限位;所述连接环台内还制有内螺纹,所述连接环台另一端台面上径向向内间隔设置的三圈刷毛,且内圈至外圈的刷毛长度递减,每圈刷毛接触宫颈壁张开角度不同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述壳体上还设有状态灯以观察机构所处于的状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述电源系统包括电池以及电池固定座,所述电池通过电池固定座安装在壳体内,为其他系统进行供电;所述摄像系统包括延伸管以及摄像头,所述延伸管同轴安装在壳体的前端,所述延伸管同轴穿设在杆体以及刷头内,所述延伸管端部同轴安装有摄像头;所述摄像头采用微型摄像头,所述照明系统采用LED灯,设置在摄像头周边。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述电路系统包括控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设置有用于图像处理的图像处理模块以及与所述图像处理模块相连接、用于将图像进行无线传输的无线传输模块;所述无线传输模块与移动终端相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述摄像系统包括延伸管以及设置于延伸管端部的摄像头,所述延伸管安装在壳体的前端;在所述延伸管的外侧套有一隔离套,所述隔离套的一端为封闭端,另一端为开放端,所述开放端用于延伸管插入,所述隔离套至少在封闭端的位置透明。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述杆体包括多档调节锁止部以及刷头连接部,所述多档调节锁止部与刷头连接部可分离地固定连接;所述隔离套的开放端设置有向径向外侧延伸的檐部,所述檐部卡在所述刷头连接部上的台肩上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:在所述隔离套的中部设置有凸环部,所述刷头连接部的端部顶在所述凸环部上。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的可视的自采宫颈细胞取样器,其特征在于:所述杆体包括多档调节锁止部以及刷头连接部,所述多档调节锁止部与刷头连接部可分离地固定连接;所述隔离套一体成型于所述刷头连接部的端部。
