可选地,所述牙椅附着吊架相固定连接于外部牙椅的一端与所述牙椅附着吊架相固定连接于所述抬升牵引单元的一端处于同一端面上,以使得所述抬升牵引单元产生的牵引力以平衡所述牙椅附着吊架及外部牙椅的重力。
可选地,所述抬升牵引单元设置有两组;两组所述抬升牵引单元与所述牙椅附着吊架的连接处距离所述牙椅附着吊架的中心距离相等,以使得所述牙椅附着吊架左右平衡。
可选地,所述抬升牵引单元包括牵引件、调节转轮和若干转向转轮;所述调节转轮滑动设置于所述抬升运行座上并与所述抬升驱动单元的驱动端相连接而形成所述牵引调节点,若干所述转向转轮可旋转地安装在所述升降立柱座上,所述牵引件的第一端固定连接于所述抬升运行座,所述牵引件的第二端依次绕过所述调节转轮及若干所述转向转轮而固定连接于所述牙椅附着吊架上。
可选地,所述抬升运行座沿其高度方向竖直开设有一限位轨道,所述调节转轮滑动设置于所述限位轨道中并沿着该限位轨道运动,进而牵动所述牵引件。
可选地,所述升降立柱座包括上顶板、下底板和升降导柱;所述升降导柱垂直设置在所述上顶板和所述下底板之间,所述牙椅附着吊架滑动套设在所述升降导柱上并沿着该升降导柱上下滑动;所述吊架抬升机构安装在所述上顶板上并与所述牙椅附着吊架固定连接。
可选地,所述牙椅附着吊架沿其圆周方向均匀设置有若干个滚动连接于所述升降导柱上的滚轮,所述牙椅附着吊架通过若干个所述滚轮滑动配合于所述升降导柱上。
本发明实施例提供的牙科治疗椅升降结构中的上述一个或多个技术方案至少具有如下技术效果之一:该牙科治疗椅升降结构中的牙椅附着吊架活动安装在升降立柱座中,吊架抬升机构的提升端与牙椅附着吊架固定连接,通过牙椅附着吊架固接外部牙椅进而完成该牙科治疗椅升降结构与外部牙椅的组装;该牙科治疗椅升降结构在工作时,吊架抬升机构动作,进而驱动该牙椅附着吊架沿着该升降立柱座的高度方向上下滑动实现平稳升降。由此可见,本发明牙科治疗椅升降结构做匀速平衡直线运动,牙椅升降更平稳,更安全,患者在升降过程中没有漂移和失重感觉,降低了患者对治疗的恐惧心理。与此同时,由于外部牙椅外接于本发明牙科治疗椅升降结构,进而处于不同的升降空间当中,进而实现外部牙椅的悬浮式垂直升降,使得牙椅的下调位置不受限制,增大了医生的工作区域,使医生在工作过程中更加安全、方便、舒适。

在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1~3所示,提供一种牙科治疗椅升降结构,包括:
升降立柱座100,所述升降立柱座100置放于平面上,用于起导向作用;
牙椅附着吊架200,所述牙椅附着吊架200活动安装在所述升降立柱座100中并可沿着该升降立柱座100的高度方向上下滑动,用于安装外部牙椅;
以及吊架抬升机构300,所述吊架抬升机构300安装于所述升降立柱座100上,所述吊架抬升机构300的提升端与所述牙椅附着吊架200固定连接,用于驱动该牙椅附着吊架200平稳升降。
具体地,该牙科治疗椅升降结构中的所述牙椅附着吊架200活动安装在所述升降立柱座100中,所述吊架抬升机构300的提升端与所述牙椅附着吊架200固定连接,通过所述牙椅附着吊架200固接外部牙椅进而完成该牙科治疗椅升降结构与外部牙椅的组装;该牙科治疗椅升降结构在工作时,所述吊架抬升机构300动作,进而驱动该牙椅附着吊架200沿着该升降立柱座100的高度方向 上下滑动实现平稳升降。由此可见,本发明牙科治疗椅升降结构做匀速平衡直线运动,牙椅升降更平稳,更安全,患者在升降过程中没有漂移和失重感觉,降低了患者对治疗的恐惧心理。
与此同时,由于外部牙椅外接于本发明牙科治疗椅升降结构,进而处于不同的升降空间当中,进而实现外部牙椅的悬浮式垂直升降,使得牙椅的下调位置不受限制,增大了医生的工作区域,使医生在工作过程中更加安全、方便、舒适。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~3所示,所述吊架抬升机构300包括:
抬升运行座310,所述抬升运行座310固定连接于所述升降立柱座100上;
抬升牵引单元320,所述抬升牵引单元320的第一端固定连接于所述抬升运行座310,所述抬升牵引单元320的第二端依次绕过所述抬升运行座310及所述升降立柱座100而固定连接于所述牙椅附着吊架200上;所述抬升牵引单元320与所述升降立柱座100的绕设点滑动连接于所述抬升运行座310上形成一牵引调节点;
以及抬升驱动单元330,所述抬升驱动单元330相邻设置于所述升降立柱座100一侧并与所述抬升运行座310处于同一轴线上,所述抬升驱动单元330的驱动端与所述牵引调节点相连接;
其中,所述抬升驱动单元330带动所述牵引调节点沿着所述抬升运行座310的高度方向上下滑动,进而改变所述抬升牵引单元320第一端至所述牵引调节点与所述抬升牵引单元320第二端至所述牵引调节点之间的长度比。
具体地,在所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅上升的过程中,所述抬升驱动单元330带动所述牵引调节点沿着所述抬升运行座310的高度方向向下滑动,此时所述抬升牵引单元320第一端至所述牵引调节点的长度逐渐增长,而所述抬升牵引单元320第二端至所述牵引调节点的长度逐渐缩短,进而实现所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅沿着所述升降立柱座100的高度方向向上滑动实现平稳上升。
而在所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅下降的过程中,所述抬升驱动单元330带动所述牵引调节点沿着所述抬升运行座310的高度方向向上滑动,此时所述抬升牵引单元320第一端至所述牵引调节点的长度逐渐缩短,而所述抬升牵引单元320第二端至所述牵引调节点的长度逐渐增长,进而实现所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅沿着所述升降立柱座100的高度方向向下滑动实现平稳下降。
由此可见,所述吊架抬升机构300在所述抬升运行座310、所述抬升牵引单元320和所述抬升驱动单元330的配合下能够实现外部牙椅的升降,方便用户将外部牙椅调整至合适的高度,泛用性强。
此外,所述吊架抬升机构300实现了倍速的上升以及下降,当所述抬升驱动单元330带动所述牵引调节点沿着所述抬升运行座310的高度方向推动一公分行程时,所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅就会沿着所述升降立柱座100的高度方向推动两公分高度,减少了高速运转的摩擦,增加了使用的寿命。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~3和图5所示,所述抬升驱动单元330包括抬升驱动源331、旋转驱动螺杆332和抬升联动滑块333;所述抬升联动滑块333滑动设置于所述抬升运行座310中,所述抬升联动滑块333的端部与所述牵引调节点相连接;所述旋转驱动螺杆332转动设置于所述抬升运行座310中,所述旋转驱动螺杆332贯穿所述抬升联动滑块333并形成螺纹配合;所述抬升驱动源331相邻设置于所述升降立柱座100一侧并与所述旋转驱动螺杆332处于同一轴线上,所述抬升驱动源331的输出轴与所述旋转驱动螺杆332相连接。
具体地,所述抬升驱动源331可驱动所述旋转驱动螺杆332旋转以使所述抬升联动滑块333沿着该旋转驱动螺杆332移动。其中,所述抬升驱动单元330在工作时,所述抬升驱动源331动作,进而驱动所述旋转驱动螺杆332在所述抬升运行座310中旋转,而所述旋转驱动螺杆332则驱动所述抬升联动滑块333沿着该旋转驱动螺杆332移动,进而实现所述牵引调节点沿着所述抬升运行座 310的高度方向上下滑动。由此可见,所述抬升驱动单元330能够提供稳定的动力输出,使得所述牵引调节点平稳地完成位置的变换,结构简单且控制精度高。
其中,由于所述抬升联动滑块333采用所述抬升驱动源331配合所述旋转驱动螺杆332驱动,即采用马达驱动、或者马达结合减速机的方式驱动,并结合螺杆传动,由此具有自锁特性,能够有效承载所述抬升联动滑块333的后退作用力,运行可靠,安全性大大提高。
此外,由于所述抬升驱动源331独立安装并与所述旋转驱动螺杆332处于同一轴线上,即所述抬升驱动源331没有额外的杠杆力损耗,进而使得所述旋转驱动螺杆332和所述抬升联动滑块333能够垂直受力运行,因而所述抬升驱动源331采用小马达也能够产生大扭力,结构设计合理,牵引效果好,并且各结构的使用寿命长。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图3所示,所述牙椅附着吊架200相固定连接于外部牙椅的一端与所述牙椅附着吊架200相固定连接于所述抬升牵引单元320的一端处于同一端面上,以使得所述抬升牵引单元320产生的牵引力以平衡所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅的重力。
具体地,该方案结构新颖,有效改善受力,当所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅承受的重量发生改变时,只需要通过调节所述抬升牵引单元320产生的牵引力,从而来实现所述牙椅附着吊架200在任意位置保持平衡,进而减小所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅的升降阻力,提高了机构运行的平稳性和可靠性。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述抬升牵引单元320设置有两组;两组所述抬升牵引单元320与所述牙椅附着吊架200的连接处距离所述牙椅附着吊架200的中心距离相等,以使得所述牙椅附着吊架200左右平衡。
具体地,通过设置两组所述抬升牵引单元320分别牵制所述牙椅附着吊架200左右两侧,能有效对所述牙椅附着吊架200重心的左右位置进行调整,使得所述牙椅附着吊架200左右两侧受力平衡,从而调整并使得所述牙椅附着吊架 200始终能够保持较好的平衡性,使得所述牙椅附着吊架200重心尽可能维持在中轴线上,减小所述牙椅附着吊架200与所述升降立柱座100之间的摩擦,保证所述牙椅附着吊架200在所述升降立柱座100上平稳升降,避免了因所述牙椅附着吊架200左右两侧升降不同步而造成的设备损坏,延长了使用寿命。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~4所示,所述抬升牵引单元320包括牵引件321、调节转轮322和若干转向转轮323;所述调节转轮322滑动设置于所述抬升运行座310上并与所述抬升驱动单元330的驱动端相连接而形成所述牵引调节点,若干所述转向转轮323可旋转地安装在所述升降立柱座100上,所述牵引件321的第一端固定连接于所述抬升运行座310,所述牵引件321的第二端依次绕过所述调节转轮322及若干所述转向转轮323而固定连接于所述牙椅附着吊架200上。
具体地,所述抬升驱动单元330驱动所述调节转轮322沿着所述抬升运行座310的高度方向上下滑动,进而改变所述牵引件321第一端至所述调节转轮322与所述牵引件321第二端至所述调节转轮322之间的长度比,由此实现对所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅的升降作业。此外,通过设置若干所述转向转轮323,能够减少所述牵引件321在牵引过程中与所述升降立柱座100的摩擦,防止所述牵引件321磨损,大大提高了安全性及使用寿命。
其中,在本实施例中,所述牵引件321采用链条,因而当所述牙椅附着吊架200在下降过程中碰压到物体时,不会对物体造成强力的破坏,避免了传统技术中使用螺杆驱动完成升降时对物体造成伤害的缺陷。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1和图3所示,所述抬升运行座310沿其高度方向竖直开设有一限位轨道311,所述调节转轮322滑动设置于所述限位轨道311中并沿着该限位轨道311运动,进而牵动所述牵引件321。
具体地,通过设置所述限位轨道311,能够对所述调节转轮322进行限位,减少了所述调节转轮322发生偏移的可能性,避免了所述牵引件321在牵引时产生摆动和噪音,避免对所述牵引件321造成损伤,提高了所述抬升牵引单元 320使用时的稳定性。与此同时,所述限位轨道311采用上下垂直的设计,进而侧力很大,此时所述抬升驱动单元330的高度使得扬程升不高。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图6所示,所述升降立柱座100包括上顶板110、下底板120和升降导柱130;所述升降导柱130垂直设置在所述上顶板110和所述下底板120之间,所述牙椅附着吊架200滑动套设在所述升降导柱130上并沿着该升降导柱130上下滑动;所述吊架抬升机构300安装在所述上顶板110上并与所述牙椅附着吊架200固定连接。
其中,所述牙椅附着吊架200沿其圆周方向均匀设置有若干个滚动连接于所述升降导柱130上的滚轮210,所述牙椅附着吊架200通过若干个所述滚轮210滑动配合于所述升降导柱130上。
具体地,通过所述滚轮210与所述升降导柱130的相互配合,对所述牙椅附着吊架200进行导向,使得所述牙椅附着吊架200能够沿着所述升降导柱130升降,有利于保证所述牙椅附着吊架200及外部牙椅的升降过程的平顺性。
此外,在本实施例中,所述升降导柱130为四方立柱,而所述牙椅附着吊架200对应设置为四方框体,多个所述滚轮210沿着所述牙椅附着吊架200的圆周方向均匀布置在四方框体的四方面上,进而使得所述牙椅附着吊架200的各个面受力均匀,有效防止所述牙椅附着吊架200在升降过程中晃动,平衡性和稳定性好。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于,包括:
    升降立柱座,所述升降立柱座置放于平面上,用于起导向作用;
    牙椅附着吊架,所述牙椅附着吊架活动安装在所述升降立柱座中并可沿着该升降立柱座的高度方向上下滑动,用于安装外部牙椅;
    以及吊架抬升机构,所述吊架抬升机构安装于所述升降立柱座上,所述吊架抬升机构的提升端与所述牙椅附着吊架固定连接,用于驱动该牙椅附着吊架平稳升降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述吊架抬升机构包括:
    抬升运行座,所述抬升运行座固定连接于所述升降立柱座上;
    抬升牵引单元,所述抬升牵引单元的第一端固定连接于所述抬升运行座,所述抬升牵引单元的第二端依次绕过所述抬升运行座及所述升降立柱座而固定连接于所述牙椅附着吊架上;所述抬升牵引单元与所述升降立柱座的绕设点滑动连接于所述抬升运行座上形成一牵引调节点;
    以及抬升驱动单元,所述抬升驱动单元相邻设置于所述升降立柱座一侧并与所述抬升运行座处于同一轴线上,所述抬升驱动单元的驱动端与所述牵引调节点相连接;
    其中,所述抬升驱动单元带动所述牵引调节点沿着所述抬升运行座的高度方向上下滑动,进而改变所述抬升牵引单元第一端至所述牵引调节点与所述抬升牵引单元第二端至所述牵引调节点之间的长度比。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述抬升驱动单元包括抬升驱动源、旋转驱动螺杆和抬升联动滑块;所述抬升联动滑块滑动设置于所述抬升运行座中,所述抬升联动滑块的端部与所述牵引调节点相连接;所述旋转驱动螺杆转动设置于所述抬升运行座中,所述旋转驱动螺杆贯穿 所述抬升联动滑块并形成螺纹配合;所述抬升驱动源相邻设置于所述升降立柱座一侧并与所述旋转驱动螺杆处于同一轴线上,所述抬升驱动源的输出轴与所述旋转驱动螺杆相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述牙椅附着吊架相固定连接于外部牙椅的一端与所述牙椅附着吊架相固定连接于所述抬升牵引单元的一端处于同一端面上,以使得所述抬升牵引单元产生的牵引力以平衡所述牙椅附着吊架及外部牙椅的重力。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述抬升牵引单元设置有两组;两组所述抬升牵引单元与所述牙椅附着吊架的连接处距离所述牙椅附着吊架的中心距离相等,以使得所述牙椅附着吊架左右平衡。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述抬升牵引单元包括牵引件、调节转轮和若干转向转轮;所述调节转轮滑动设置于所述抬升运行座上并与所述抬升驱动单元的驱动端相连接而形成所述牵引调节点,若干所述转向转轮可旋转地安装在所述升降立柱座上,所述牵引件的第一端固定连接于所述抬升运行座,所述牵引件的第二端依次绕过所述调节转轮及若干所述转向转轮而固定连接于所述牙椅附着吊架上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述抬升运行座沿其高度方向竖直开设有一限位轨道,所述调节转轮滑动设置于所述限位轨道中并沿着该限位轨道运动,进而牵动所述牵引件。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述升降立柱座包括上顶板、下底板和升降导柱;所述升降导柱垂直设置在所述上顶板和所述下底板之间,所述牙椅附着吊架滑动套设在所述升降导柱上并沿着该升降导柱上下滑动;所述吊架抬升机构安装在所述上顶板上并与所述牙椅附着吊架固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的牙科治疗椅升降结构,其特征在于:所述牙椅附着吊架沿其圆周方向均匀设置有若干个滚动连接于所述升降导柱上的滚轮,所 述牙椅附着吊架通过若干个所述滚轮滑动配合于所述升降导柱上。
