进一步的,所述配重调节模块包括壳体、传动调节结构、伸缩套管以及配重块;其中壳体设置于握柄的两端;伸缩套管套接设置于连接棒上,伸缩套管能够沿着连接棒滑动;传动调节结构位于壳体内侧,传动调节结构与伸缩套管传动连接,传动调节结构用于控制伸缩套管的伸出长度。
进一步的,所述握柄的内壁与连接棒之间存在间隙,间隙用于为伸缩套管提供活动空间。
进一步的,所述连接棒上设置有两个伸缩套管;两个伸缩套管之间设置有隔离环,隔离环固定设置于连接棒的中间位置;隔离环的外周与握柄的内壁相接触; 隔离环的外径大于伸缩套管的外径。
进一步的,所述配重块呈饼状,其中配重块的边缘形状为圆形或者正多边形;配重块上设置有U型缺口以及中心孔,缺口穿过中心孔;缺口的宽度与连接棒的直径相匹配,缺口用于套入连接棒;中心孔的孔径与伸缩套管的外径相匹配。
进一步的,所述配重块的缺口靠近配重块边缘的开口增大,形成边缘大,内部小的开口结构。
进一步的,所述壳体包括内侧壳体、外侧壳体以及连接壳体;其中内侧壳体套接与连接棒上靠近握柄的两端设置,外侧壳体固定设置于连接棒的两端,连接壳体设置于内侧壳体以及外侧壳体之间,实现两者的固定连接。
进一步的,所述传动调节结构包括旋钮、旋钮齿以及传动齿;旋钮与旋转齿同轴固定连接;传动齿包括上部齿和下部齿两部分,上部齿与旋钮齿啮合,下部齿与伸缩套管连接;伸缩套管靠近传动齿的一侧设置有卡齿,卡齿和传动齿的下部齿啮合;旋钮齿通过安装座一与内侧壳体连接,旋钮齿的齿轮杆一穿过安装座一,旋钮齿还通过齿轮杆一与旋钮固定连接;传动齿通过安装座二与内侧壳体连接,传动齿的齿轮杆二安装座二。
进一步的,所述齿轮杆一的外周设置有弧形凸起,弧形凸起位于齿轮杆一穿过内侧壳体的部位;相应的,在内侧壳体上穿过齿轮杆的通孔部位的通孔侧壁上设置有若干弧形槽,弧形槽的形状与弧形凸起相匹配;
在齿轮杆一与安装座一之间还设置有弹簧;
在旋钮与内侧壳体之间设置有滚珠和弹簧,其中旋钮的下表面设置有柱形孔,柱形孔用于设置弹簧,并卡住滚珠;内侧壳体安装有旋钮的部位的上表面,设置有若干滚珠槽,滚珠槽的位置与弧形槽相对应。
进一步的,所述连接壳体包括直杆,直杆用于连接内侧壳体以及外侧壳体;直杆穿过外侧壳体上设置的孔位,与内侧壳体螺纹连接;
连接壳体还包括直杆外壳;直杆外壳用于包覆直杆;直杆外壳的两端分别与内侧壳体以及外侧壳体连接;
连接壳体还包括底侧连接柱,底侧连接柱与直杆分别设置于连接棒的上下两侧;底侧连接柱的两端分别与内侧壳体以及外侧壳体连接;
直杆外壳以及底侧连接柱上设置有隔条,隔条用于对嵌套在伸缩套管上的配 重块进行分隔。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
通过在握柄内设置可以伸缩调节的伸缩套管,控制伸缩套管穿过的配重块数量,实现对重量的快速调节;
在具体实施的过程中通过调整传动调节结构中的旋钮,并通过传动,带动位于握柄内部的伸缩套管进行伸缩动作;另一方面,伸缩套管上的配重块由于隔条的位置限制作用,避免其左右滑动,保证套接牢固。

需要说明的是,以下实施例中所提供的图示仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的 基本构想,遂图式中仅显示与本实用新型中有关的组件而非按照实际实施时的组件数目、形状及尺寸绘制,其实际实施时各组件的型态、数量及比例可为一种随意的改变,且其组件布局型态也可能更为复杂。
实施例一:
如图1所示,一种便于调节负重的哑铃,包括配重调节模块1;其中配重调节模块1共两个,两个模块相互对称设置;配重调节模块1之间通过握柄2连接;配重调节模块1的重量可以调节。
如图2所示,所述握柄2内部中空,握柄2内设置有连接棒21,连接棒21沿握柄2的轴线方向贯穿握柄2,并从握柄2的两端伸出,握柄2两端伸出的连接棒21分别与两个配重调节模块1相连接。
所述配重调节模块1包括壳体11、传动调节结构15、伸缩套管16以及配重块17,其中壳体11设置于握柄2的两端;伸缩套管16套接设置于连接棒21上,伸缩套管16能够沿着连接棒21滑动,在本例中握柄2内壁与连接棒21之间存在间隙,使得伸缩套管16在沿着连接棒21滑动的时候,能够收于握柄2内或者伸出握柄2;传动调节结构15位于壳体11内侧,传动调节结构15与伸缩套管16传动连接,传动调节结构15用于控制伸缩套管16的伸出长度。其中当伸缩套管16伸出握柄2的时候,由于伸缩套管16套接于连接棒21的外侧,因此能够增加覆盖有伸缩套管16部分的连接棒21的径向截面直径,实现对设置有设定缺口宽度的配重块17的卡位,进而实现对配重的调节。
如图3所示,在本例中连接棒21上设置有两个伸缩套管16,其中两个伸缩套管16之间设置有隔离环22,隔离环22固定设置于连接棒21的中间位置,隔离环22的外周与握柄2的内壁相接触;隔离环22的外径大于伸缩套管16的外径。通过设置隔离环22,其一能够将两个伸缩套管16分隔开,并通过设置隔离环22的长度,实现对伸缩套管16的收缩进行限位,其二能够使握柄2与连接棒21之间形成间隙,间隙用于为伸缩套管16提供活动空间。
如图4所示,所述配重块17呈饼状,其中配重块17的边缘形状为圆形或者正多边形,包括正六边形。配重块17上设置有U型缺口以及中心孔,缺口穿过中心孔;缺口的宽度与连接棒21的直径相匹配,缺口用于套入连接棒21;中心孔的孔径与伸缩套管16的外径相匹配。中心孔的孔径大于缺口的宽度,使得伸 缩套管16伸出并穿过中心孔后,能够对配重块17形成限位,使得配重块17能够随着连接棒21和伸缩套管16被托起,而没有被伸缩套管16穿过中心孔的配重块17,则能够通过缺口,完成连接棒21和配重块17的分离,实现对配重的调整。其中为了便于将连接棒21放入配重块17上缺口,将配重块17上的缺口靠近边缘的开口部位增大,形成边缘大,内部小的开口结构。
如图5-7所示,所述壳体11包括内侧壳体12、外侧壳体13以及连接壳体14,其中内侧壳体12套接与连接棒21上靠近握柄2的两端设置,外侧壳体13固定设置于连接棒21的两端,连接壳体14设置于内侧壳体12以及外侧壳体13之间,实现两者的固定连接。连接壳体14包括直杆141以及直杆外壳142,直杆141用于连接内侧壳体12以及外侧壳体13;直杆外壳142用于包覆直杆141,其一避免内侧壳体12与外侧壳体13之间的连接结构被损坏或者被腐蚀,其二提升观赏性。在本例中直杆141穿过外侧壳体13上设置的孔位,与内侧壳体12螺纹连接,其中每个配重调节模块1中的内侧壳体12与外侧壳体13之间设置有两根直杆141,两根直杆141相互平行设置,提高连接强度。在本例中直杆外壳142沿垂直直杆141方向的截面呈倒梯形结构,其中倒梯形结构的短边靠近连接棒21设置,长边远离连接棒21;另一方面由于本实施例中配置的配重块17呈圆形饼状,其边缘为圆弧,为了实现配重块17与直杆外壳142之间的平滑过渡,将直杆外壳142的长边设置为弧形。直杆外壳142的外表面设置有隔条143,隔条143用于分隔卡于伸缩套管16上的配重块17,在本例中隔条143位于直杆外壳142的梯形截面中的两条斜边所对应的斜面上。直杆外壳142内还设置有直杆141管,直杆141管靠近梯形截面中的长边对应的两个角设置;直杆141管的内径大于直杆141的直径,使得直杆141能够轻易伸入直杆141管。内侧壳体12以及外侧壳体13用于设置直杆141的部分设置有凸起的柱形结构,柱形结构的内部用于设置直杆141,柱形结构的外侧能够嵌于直管外壳的直杆141管内部,通过内侧壳体12和外侧外壳上凸起的柱形结构,连接直杆外壳142的直杆141管的两端,保证对直杆141管内的直杆141的密封效果。在本例中,内侧壳体12与握柄2一体制成,外侧壳体13通过螺纹结构与连接棒21固定连接。螺纹结构包括螺钉,通过螺钉穿过外侧壳体13上的螺孔部位,与连接棒21的两端螺纹连接,实现外侧壳体13与连接棒21之间的固定连接。内侧壳体12靠近外侧 壳体13的一侧设置为镂空的结构,镂空的部分用于设置传动调节结构15,使传动调节结构15不会对内侧壳体12和外侧壳体13之间放置的配重块17形成位置干涉;在本例中内侧壳体12的镂空部分不封闭,使得其内的传动调节结构15显露,便于进行更换和维修;在一些其他实施方式中,内侧壳体12的镂空部分对应设置有密封盖,将转动调节结构密封于内侧壳体12与密封盖之间,保护传动调节结构15,也提升视觉效果。
所述连接壳体14还包括底侧连接柱144,底侧连接柱144与直杆141分别设置于连接棒21的上下两侧。底侧连接柱144的两端分别与内侧壳体12以及外侧壳体13连接,其中在内侧壳体12和外侧壳体13上均设置有凸起的空心柱状结构,用于连接底侧连接柱144。底侧连接柱144的截面呈拱形,和本例中的配重块17上的缺口相契合,便于套入配重块17。底侧连接柱144上也设置有若干隔条143,底侧连接柱144上的隔条143的设置位置与直杆外壳142上的隔条143相对应,两者相互配合,在伸缩套管16的上下两侧都通过隔条143对配重块17进行分隔,避免其套于伸缩套管16上时产生左右滑动。
所述传动调节结构15与伸缩套管16之间采用蜗轮蜗杆传动或者齿轮传动,在本例中为齿轮传动。传动调节结构15包括旋钮151、旋钮齿152以及传动齿155;旋钮151与旋转齿同轴固定连接;传动齿155包括上部齿和下部齿两部分,上部齿与旋钮齿152啮合,下部齿与伸缩套管16连接;伸缩套管16靠近传动齿155的一侧设置有卡齿161,用于和传动齿155的下部齿啮合,需要说明的是伸缩套管16侧面的卡齿161的长度和间距均为设定值,并且在相邻卡齿161之间设置为直线槽,通过直线槽与下部齿的齿顶相贴合,实现伸缩套管16侧面的卡齿161与传动齿155啮合,同时避免伸缩套管16围绕连接棒21发生转动。传动齿155设置于内侧壳体12,其中在内侧壳体12的设定位置设置有凸起的安装座一121以及安装座二122。安装座一121和安装座二122相对设置,安装座一121位于安装座二122上部;安装座一121和安装座二122之间设置有传动齿155的齿轮杆二156,齿轮杆二156上设置有两个齿轮,分别与旋钮齿152以及伸缩套管16侧面的卡池啮合,实现传动。
安装座一121包括底座一以及固定盖一,其中固定盖一通过螺纹连接设置于底座一上,底座一与内侧壳体12一体制成;为了避免固定盖一和底座一之间发 生转动,在本例中采用两处螺纹连接。在固定盖一和底座一的连接面上还设置有通孔以及柱形孔;其中柱形孔用于设置齿轮杆一153,使得底座一和固定盖一连接时能够夹紧齿轮杆一153,相反,在两者分离时能够取下齿轮杆一153;通孔部位用于穿过旋钮齿152的齿轮杆一153,齿轮杆一153的一端穿过内侧壳体12的上表面与旋钮151固定连接,另一端与旋钮齿152连接。
安装座二122包括固定盖二以及底座二,底座二与内侧壳体12一体制成,底座二上还设置有螺纹孔,通过底座二上的螺纹孔实现固定盖二和底座二的连接。为了保证底座二和固定盖二的位置关系,在底座二上还设置有柱形孔,对应的在固定盖二上设置有柱形凸起,柱形凸起和柱形孔相配合,结合螺纹连接部位,实现底座二和固定盖二的正对连接。在安装座二122的侧面设置有柱形孔,柱形孔用于设置齿轮杆二156,柱形孔设置于底座二和固定盖二的贴合面上,使得底座二和固定盖二通过螺纹连接时能够夹紧齿轮杆二156,相反,在两者分离时能够取下齿轮杆二156。
如图8所示,为了能够精准控制伸缩套管16的伸出长度,形成分级调节,在齿轮杆一153的外周设置有弧形凸起154,弧形凸起154位于齿轮杆一153穿过内侧壳体12的部位;相应的,在内侧壳体12上穿过齿轮杆的通孔部位的通孔侧壁上设置有若干弧形槽123,弧形槽123的形状与弧形凸起154相匹配,使齿轮杆一153上下活动时,其外周的弧形凸起154能够穿过弧形槽123。当齿轮杆一153的弧形凸起154嵌于弧形槽123内部时,旋钮151被卡住,难以转动,只有将弧形凸起154从弧形槽123内脱出,才能够转动旋钮151。在齿轮杆一153与安装座一121之间还设置有弹簧,用于为齿轮杆一153施加向上的弹力,使旋钮151在自然状态下保持弹起的状态,此时弧形凸起154卡于弧形槽123内,避免旋钮151转动。在本例中,还在旋钮151与内侧壳体12之间设置有滚珠和弹簧,其中旋钮151的下表面设置有柱形孔,柱形孔用于设置弹簧,并且卡住滚珠;在内侧壳体12安装有旋钮151的部位的上表面,设置有若干滚珠槽124,滚珠槽124的位置与弧形槽123相对应;通过滚珠、弹簧以及滚珠槽124的配合,在转动时能够通过感受滚珠落入滚珠槽124,进而得知此时弧形凸起154能够与弧形槽123相对应,使得弧形凸起154能够准确卡入弧形槽123,提供更好的转动调节手感。为了避免滚珠脱出,在相邻的滚珠槽124之间采用弧形凹陷连接,滚 珠能够沿着弧形凹陷在不同的滚珠槽124之间滚动。因为调节使用时,会将旋钮151下压,进而带动旋钮齿152向下运动,因此在本例中旋钮齿152的长度小于传动齿155的上部齿的长度,使得旋钮151下压时,旋钮齿152与传动齿155也能够保持有效啮合。
为了进一步方便控制级数,还在内侧壳体12设置有旋钮151的部位,对应设置有分级字符,在本例中为5、10、15、20、25。因为在第一次使用过程中难以了解旋钮151传动方向与伸缩套管16运动方向之间的关系,通过设置分级字符,能够得知旋钮151和伸缩套管16的关系,便于进行调节。
如图9所示,还包括底盘3,底盘3上设置有与配重块17形状相对应的凹槽,通过底盘3实现配重块17和壳体11的放置,便于实现收纳整理,同时也方便进行配重调节。为了保证底盘3和配重块17的位置匹配,在底盘3上设置有凸起的横条,对应的在配重块17的底侧设置有凹陷,与横条向匹配,使配重块17置于底盘3上时,凹陷部位能够与横条相嵌,保证配重块17与底盘3的位置关系。
为了便于抓握握柄2,还在握柄2的外周设置有花纹,并且握柄2上与手掌接触的部位采用高摩擦系数的弹性材料,在本例中为橡胶材料。
在实施的过程中通过调整传动调节结构15中的旋钮151,并通过传动,带动位于握柄2内部的伸缩套管16进行伸缩动作,控制伸缩套管16的伸缩长度,进而控制其穿过的配重块17数量,实现对配重的调节;另一方面,配重块17由于隔条143的位置限制,避免其左右滑动,保证套接牢固。
以上描述仅是本实用新型的一个具体实例,不构成对本实用新型的任何限制。显然对于本领域的专业人员来说,在了解了本实用新型内容和原理后,都可能在不背离本实用新型原理、结构的情况下,进行形式和细节上的各种修改和改变,但是这些基于本实用新型思想的修正和改变仍在本实用新型的权利要求保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,包括配重调节模块;其中配重调节模块共两个,两个模块相互对称设置;配重调节模块之间通过握柄连接;配重调节模块用于调节重量;
    所述握柄内部中空,握柄内设置有连接棒,连接棒沿握柄的轴线方向贯穿握柄,并从握柄的两端伸出,握柄两端伸出的连接棒分别与两个配重调节模块相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述配重调节模块包括壳体、传动调节结构、伸缩套管以及配重块;其中壳体设置于握柄的两端;伸缩套管套接设置于连接棒上,伸缩套管能够沿着连接棒滑动;传动调节结构位于壳体内侧,传动调节结构与伸缩套管传动连接,传动调节结构用于控制伸缩套管的伸出长度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述握柄的内壁与连接棒之间存在间隙,间隙用于为伸缩套管提供活动空间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述连接棒上设置有两个伸缩套管;两个伸缩套管之间设置有隔离环,隔离环固定设置于连接棒的中间位置;隔离环的外周与握柄的内壁相接触;隔离环的外径大于伸缩套管的外径。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述配重块呈饼状,其中配重块的边缘形状为圆形或者正多边形;配重块上设置有U型缺口以及中心孔,缺口穿过中心孔;缺口的宽度与连接棒的直径相匹配,缺口用于套入连接棒;中心孔的孔径与伸缩套管的外径相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述配重块的缺口靠近配重块边缘的开口增大,形成边缘大,内部小的开口结构。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述壳体包括内侧壳体、外侧壳体以及连接壳体;其中内侧壳体套接与连接棒上靠近握柄的两端设置,外侧壳体固定设置于连接棒的两端,连接壳体设置于内侧壳体以及外侧壳体之间,实现两者的固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述传动调节结构包括旋钮、旋钮齿以及传动齿;旋钮与旋转齿同轴固定连接;传动齿 包括上部齿和下部齿两部分,上部齿与旋钮齿啮合,下部齿与伸缩套管连接;伸缩套管靠近传动齿的一侧设置有卡齿,卡齿和传动齿的下部齿啮合;旋钮齿通过安装座一与内侧壳体连接,旋钮齿的齿轮杆一穿过安装座一,旋钮齿还通过齿轮杆一与旋钮固定连接;传动齿通过安装座二与内侧壳体连接,传动齿的齿轮杆二安装座二。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述齿轮杆一的外周设置有弧形凸起,弧形凸起位于齿轮杆一穿过内侧壳体的部位;相应的,在内侧壳体上穿过齿轮杆的通孔部位的通孔侧壁上设置有若干弧形槽,弧形槽的形状与弧形凸起相匹配;
    在齿轮杆一与安装座一之间还设置有弹簧;
    在旋钮与内侧壳体之间设置有滚珠和弹簧,其中旋钮的下表面设置有柱形孔,柱形孔用于设置弹簧,并卡住滚珠;内侧壳体安装有旋钮的部位的上表面,设置有若干滚珠槽,滚珠槽的位置与弧形槽相对应。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便于调节负重的哑铃,其特征在于,所述连接壳体包括直杆,直杆用于连接内侧壳体以及外侧壳体;直杆穿过外侧壳体上设置的孔位,与内侧壳体螺纹连接;
    连接壳体还包括直杆外壳;直杆外壳用于包覆直杆;直杆外壳的两端分别与内侧壳体以及外侧壳体连接;
    连接壳体还包括底侧连接柱,底侧连接柱与直杆分别设置于连接棒的上下两侧;底侧连接柱的两端分别与内侧壳体以及外侧壳体连接;
    直杆外壳以及底侧连接柱上设置有隔条,隔条用于对嵌套在伸缩套管上的配重块进行分隔。
