- the cut-out portions form a pair of leg openings 1b, 1b in the pants-type shape.
- a pants-type forming step is performed to form various base materials conveyed in the MD direction into pants-types (S109).
- the pants-shaped forming mechanism 533 folds the waist member 20 and the absorbent main body 10 in two with the center position CL (see FIG. 2) in the longitudinal direction (CD direction) as the crease, and forms the side joints 20We, By forming 20We, a plurality of incontinence pants 1, 1, . . .
- an absorbent article cutting step is performed to cut the incontinence pants 1, 1, . . . continuous in the MD direction into individual incontinence pants 1 (S110).
- a cutter roll 534c provided in an absorbent article cutting mechanism 534 cuts the incontinence pants 1, 1 continuously transported in the MD direction to a predetermined length in the MD direction (Fig. 2 is cut for each length W1). Thereby, individual incontinence pants 1 are manufactured.
- a folding process is performed to fold the manufactured incontinence pants 1 for packaging (S111).
- the incontinence pants 1 are folded according to the procedure described with reference to FIG.
- an individual packaging process is performed to individually package the folded incontinence pants 1 (S112).
- the individual packaging sailor and the individual packaging sealing device (not shown) provided in the individual packaging mechanism 542 are used to individually wrap the incontinence pants 1 according to the procedure described in FIG. It becomes the pants 1 (individual package 1ip).
- a predetermined number of incontinence pants 1 (individually wrapped bodies 1ip) in the individually wrapped state are packaged in the containing member 200 using a containing device (not shown) provided downstream in the MD direction of the individual wrapping mechanism 542,
- the incontinence pants 1 package as shown in FIG. 11A is shipped as 1 pkg and distributed to the market.
- FIG. 14 is a flowchart illustrating a method of manufacturing the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 using the manufacturing apparatus 500. As shown in FIG.
- the incontinence pants 1 manufacturing process for manufacturing the incontinence pants 1 is performed using the manufacturing apparatus 500 based on the steps described in FIG. 12 (S201).
- the production of the incontinence pants 1 is stopped, and a setup change step is performed to produce the napkins 2 using the production apparatus 500 (S202).
- the setup change process will be described later.
- a napkin 2 manufacturing process for manufacturing the napkin 2 using the manufacturing apparatus 500 is performed (S203).
- Each process performed in the napkin 2 manufacturing process is substantially the same as the incontinence pants 1 manufacturing process shown in FIG.
- the manufacturing process of the napkin 2 has been performed using the manufacturing apparatus 500, it is possible to perform the manufacturing process of the incontinence pants 1 again by performing a setup change. That is, in the manufacturing apparatus 500, it is possible to appropriately manufacture both the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 by performing a setup change (S202) for some mechanisms.
- the basic configuration of the napkin 2 is substantially the same as the basic configuration of the incontinence pants 1, and the outer shape and dimensions of the waist member 120 (20) can be shared.
- the composition of the absorbent core 111 (11) of the absorbent main body 110 (10) is partially different.
- the absorbent core 11 has a high content of superabsorbent polymer (SAP).
- the napkin 2 is a sanitary product and absorbs menstrual blood or the like. It does not contain a reactive polymer (SAP).
- the setup change step (S202) the configuration of the absorbent core forming mechanism 511 in the manufacturing apparatus 500 is changed, and the absorbent material (SAP or pulp fiber) supplied from the absorbent material supply device 511m to the pattern drum 511d is changed. etc.), the absorbent main body 110 (absorbent core 111) of the napkin 2 can be formed.
- the manufacturing apparatus 500 can perform the incontinence pants 1 manufacturing process (S201) and the napkin 2 manufacturing process (S203) interchangeably.
- the mechanism related to the configuration is also changed.
- the compressing mechanism 513 is operated to form linear compressed portions (high-density portions 140) in the absorbent body 110. As shown in FIG.
- the configuration of the pants-type forming mechanism 533 is changed so that the outer edges of the leg openings 1be of the incontinence pants 1 are changed.
- the cutout and the cutout of the leg opening outer edge 2be of the napkin 2 are adjusted to be changed.
- each step (S111: (including the folding step and S112: wrapping step) can be shared between the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2. That is, it is possible to manufacture the waistline member without changing the setup of the manufacturing apparatus 500 . In this way, the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 can be efficiently manufactured using a common manufacturing line (manufacturing apparatus 500).
- the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 have the same external shape, so that it is difficult to distinguish between the types of absorbent articles used by the user. In other words, it is possible to make it difficult for a third party other than the user to distinguish between the types of the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 .
- the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 are usually sold in a plurality of sizes (S size, M size, L size, etc.). (L20we, L120we, etc.) are compared.
- both shall have at least the following points in common. That is, the lateral length W1 of the first waist member 20 of the incontinence pants 1 in the stretched state is equal to the lateral length W2 of the second waist member 120 of the napkin 2 in the stretched state, and The longitudinal length L20we of the first side joint portion 20we of the incontinence pants 1 is equal to the longitudinal length L120we of the second side joint portion 120we of the napkin 2 in the stretched state.
- the first waist member 20 of the incontinence pants 1 and the second waist member 120 of the napkin 2 appear to have the same shape in appearance. have almost the same shape.
- the third party sees that the user (user) of the incontinence pants 1 is using (wearing) the pants-type absorbent article while on a trip, etc., the third party However, it is difficult to know whether the pants-type absorbent article is a "urine care product" or a "sanitary product.”
- the lateral length W2 of 120 may not be exactly equal. However, even if there is a difference in the dimensions of the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 within the range of manufacturing errors that can normally occur, the dimensions of the two are assumed to be the same. For example, if the size difference between the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 is within 5%, the sizes of the two are assumed to be the same.
- the external shape of the individual package 1ip of the incontinence pants 1 and the individual napkins 2 are different.
- the external shape of the package 2i is substantially the same. Therefore, even if a friend or the like sees that the user (user) is carrying the individual package 1ip of the incontinence pants 1 in a bag or the like, the friend does not know that the pants-type absorbent article is "urine care.” It is difficult to know whether it is a product or a sanitary product.
- FIG. 11 only the product name displayed on the package differs between the container 1 pkg of the incontinence pants 1 and the container 2 pkg of the napkin 2, and the other information displayed is common to both. It has become.
- the product name 212 of the container 1 pkg of the incontinence pants 1 is displayed as "urinary care pants”
- the product name 222 of the container 2 pkg of the napkin 2 is displayed as "sanitary napkin”.
- the display of sales company names 213, 223 and brand names 211, 221 are common to each other.
- the user can purchase the pants-type absorbent article without mistake by checking the product names 212 and 222 displayed on the package when actually picking it up at the time of purchase. can do. Therefore, the user (purchaser) can purchase the correct type of pants-type absorbent article without letting others know the type of the pants-type absorbent article.
- the user himself/herself can identify the type of pants-type absorbent article, it is possible to make it difficult for a third party to identify the type of pants-type absorbent article. In this case, the user's psychological resistance can be reduced.
- the individually wrapped incontinence pants 1 (individually wrapped body 1ip) and the individually wrapped napkin 2 (individually wrapped body 2ip) have the same design.
- the “design” of the individual package includes, for example, the arrangement of characters, patterns, patterns, etc. attached to the surface of the individual package 1ip and the individual package 2ip, the first packaging material 81 and the second packaging material. 82 colors, etc.
- the individual wrapper 1ip of the incontinence pants 1 and the individual wrapper 2ip of the napkin 2 have a common design, it becomes difficult for a third party to distinguish the two from the appearance. Therefore, the user can make it difficult for a third party to know the type of pants-type absorbent article (individual package) that the user is using (possessing).
- the display of the product names 212 and 222 is different from the design of the container 2 pkg (package) shown in FIG. Therefore, even if the individual package 1ip of the incontinence pants 1 and the individual package 2ip of the napkin 2 have the same design, the user himself/herself can distinguish between them.
- the individual package 1ip is taken out from the container 1pk (package) of the incontinence pants 1 and used (carried). is the incontinence pants 1.
- the design of the package of the pants-type absorbent article is different, so that the user can use the type of the individually wrapped pants-type absorbent article without making a mistake.
- the individually wrapped incontinence pants 1 (individually wrapped 1ip) and the individually wrapped napkins 2 (individually wrapped 2ip) may have different designs.
- the color of the individual package 1ip of the incontinence pants 1 may be white
- the color of the individual package 2ip of the napkin 2 may be light blue. In this case, it is unlikely that a third party will know in advance which of the white individual packages and the light blue individual packages is the incontinence pants 1 and which is the napkin 2. can be identified.
- the design of the individual wrapper 1ip and the individual wrapper 2ip is different, so that the user can see the pants-type absorbent article. Mistaking the type of absorbent article can be suppressed.
- the design of the container 1pkg (package) of the incontinent pants 1 and the container 2pkg (package) of the napkin 2 may be different.
- the user is less likely to mistake the type of individually wrapped pants-type absorbent article, and it is possible to prevent the user from purchasing the wrong type of pants-type absorbent article at a store or the like.
- the design of the incontinent pants 1 that is visible when viewed from the outside of the first packaging material 81, and the individually wrapped napkin 2 (individually wrapped) In the body 2ip), the design of the napkin 2, which is visible when viewed from the outside of the second wrapping material 82, is preferably similar.
- the design of the napkin 2 which is visible when viewed from the outside of the second wrapping material 82, is preferably similar.
- the contents can be seen from the outside of the first packaging material 81 depending on the amount of light. may be visible to a third party.
- the type of the pants-type absorbent article can be recognized by appearance even if it is visually recognized by a third party. can be made difficult.
- the design of the body 2ip) may be different from the design of the napkin 2 that is visible when seen through the second packaging material 82 from the outside.
- the type of pants-type absorbent article inside the packaging material is unlikely to be correctly identified by
- the user since the user can carefully see the individual package through the light from the outside, the user can accurately identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article inside. Therefore, by making both designs different, it is possible to make the type of pants-type absorbent article difficult for a third party to understand, while making it easier for the user to identify the type.
- the visibility of the individual packages 1ip and 2ip viewed from the outside of the packaging material can be evaluated as follows. First, a 3,199-lumen LED light bulb is installed at a position of 3 m from the floor in a space of 1 tatami mat. Next, the individual packages (samples) of the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 are placed on the floor and illuminated with light from the LED bulb. In this state, five arbitrary evaluators visually recognize the sample, and a sensory evaluation test is carried out. As a result of the sensory evaluation test, when 3 or more out of 5 people evaluate that the design is the same, the design visually recognized when looking through the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 from the outside is assumed to be the same. .
- the non-skin side sheet 21 constitutes the most non-skin side surface of the first waist member 20, and in the napkin 2, the second waist member 120 constitutes the most non-skin side surface. It is preferable to use the same member as the non-skin side sheet 121 .
- the first waist member 20 of the incontinence pants 1 and the second waist member 120 of the napkin 2 have an external shape (horizontal lengths W1 and W2 and vertical length L20we , L120we) are made common.
- the same sheet members (21, 121) constituting the respective exteriors of the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 it becomes difficult to distinguish between the waist members 20, 120. It becomes difficult for a person to identify each of the pants-type absorbent articles visually. Therefore, it is possible to make the type of the pants-type absorbent article difficult to distinguish from the appearance.
- the non-skin side sheet 21 constituting the most non-skin side surface of the first waist member 20 in the incontinence pants 1 and the second waist member 120 in the napkin 2 constituting the most non-skin side surface.
- a member different from the non-skin side sheet 121 may be used.
- the non-skin side sheet 21 of the incontinence pants 1 is made of spunbond non-woven fabric and the non-skin side sheet 121 of the napkin 2 is made of SMS non-woven fabric
- a third party will be able to see the difference between the two materials. It is difficult to recognize the difference.
- the user can easily distinguish between the two based on the difference in texture such as touch. Therefore, by using different members for both, it is possible to make the type of the pants-type absorbent article difficult for a third party to understand, while making it easier for the user to identify the type.
- the design of the surface of the first waist member 20 closest to the skin in the incontinence pants 1 and the design of the surface of the second waist member 120 closest to the skin in the napkin 2 may be different.
- the color of the skin-side sheets 22, 23 of the first waist member 20 and the color of the skin-side sheets 122, 123 of the second waist member 120 are preferably different.
- the skin side surfaces of the waist members 20 and 120 of the pants-type absorbent article are visible only to the user in a normal usage mode, and are hardly visible to third parties. Therefore, by making both designs different, it is possible for the user to easily identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article and to make it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the design of the surface of the first absorbent body 10 closest to the skin in the incontinence pants 1 and the design of the surface of the second absorbent body 110 closest to the skin in the napkin 2 may be different.
- the color of the topsheet 12 of the first absorbent body 10 and the color of the topsheet 112 of the second absorbent body 110 may be different.
- the skin side surface of the absorbent main body 10, 110 of the pants-type absorbent article is a portion that is visually recognized only by the user (user) in a normal usage mode, and is difficult to be visually recognized by a third party. Therefore, by making both designs different, it is possible for the user to easily identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article and to make it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the first absorbent main body 10 of the incontinence pants 1 and the second absorbent main body 110 of the napkin 2 may have different thicknesses in the natural state.
- the difference in thickness between the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 is difficult for a third person to see visually from the outside, whereas the user can easily recognize the difference between the two by touch or the like. Therefore, by making the absorbent bodies 10 and 110 different in thickness, the user can easily identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article, and it is difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the "natural state” is the state when the pants-type absorbent article (incontinence pants 1 or napkin 2) is left for a predetermined period of time.
- the first waist member 20 is pulled outward on both sides in the left-right direction (horizontal direction) to put the first waist member 20 in an "extended state".
- the pulling of the incontinence pants 1 is released and placed on a flat surface such as a desk. Then, the state after 5 minutes of being placed flat on a flat surface is defined as a natural state.
- the thicknesses of the absorbent bodies 10 and 110 are compared by visual comparison, or by using a dial thickness gauge ID-C1012C manufactured by Mitutoyo Co., Ltd. or its equivalent, and measuring the target site at, for example, 3.0 gf/cm.
- a method of obtaining and comparing values obtained by pressurizing and measuring can be exemplified. In this case, the thickness may be measured after the side joints 20we and 120we are peeled off and the pants-type absorbent article is unfolded.
- the thickness of the individually wrapped incontinence pants 1 (individually wrapped body 1ip) and the thickness of the individually wrapped napkin 2 (individually wrapped body 2ip) may be different. It is difficult for a third party to visually recognize the difference in thickness between the individual packages 1ip and 2ip, whereas the user (user) can easily recognize the difference between the two by feeling when actually grasping. . Therefore, by making the individual packages 1ip and 2ip different in thickness, the user can easily identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article, and it is difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the thickness of the individual package can be measured by the same means as the measurement of the thickness of the absorbent main body 10 described above.
- the weight of the first absorbent body 10 of the incontinence pants 1 in the unused state and the weight of the second absorbent body 110 of the napkin 2 in the unused state may be different.
- the difference in weight between the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 is difficult for a third person to perceive just by visually recognizing them, whereas the user (user) recognizes the difference between the two by the difference in the feeling of weight when grasping them during use.
- Cheap Therefore, by making the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 different in weight, it is possible for the user to easily distinguish between the types of the pants-type absorbent article and to make it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the weight of the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 can be measured using an electronic balance or the like after separating the unused absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 from the waist members 20 and 120 .
- the rigidity of the first absorbent body 10 of the incontinence pants 1 and the rigidity of the second absorbent body 110 of the napkin 2 may be different.
- the difference in rigidity between the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 is difficult for a third person to visually recognize, whereas the user can easily recognize the difference between the two by the feel of the two when grasped during use. Therefore, by making the individual absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 different in rigidity, the user can easily distinguish between the types of pants-type absorbent articles, and it is possible to make it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the stiffness of the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 is described in, for example, "Standardization and Analysis of Texture Evaluation” 2nd Edition (Japan Textile Machinery Society, Texture Measurement and Standardization Research Committee, published on July 10, 1980). It can be measured as a bending stiffness value based on. Regarding the measurement method for each mechanical property, only the measurement conditions related to this measurement will be described below. Measurement of the bending properties was carried out using KES-FB2 manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd. A 1 cm width of a predetermined region of each sample (absorbent main body) was fixed between chucks spaced 1 cm apart, and the maximum curvature was +2.5 cm-.
- the sample was measured vertically, and the bending stiffness B [gf cm2/cm] is the slope when the slope of the bending moment against the curvature becomes almost constant after bending to the front side. calculated from In addition, the flexural rigidity B was measured in the longitudinal direction at a thick portion of the absorbent main body (in this product, the central portion in the lateral direction of the central position CL in the longitudinal direction).
- the number of stored pants-type absorbent articles may be different between 1 pkg of unopened incontinence pants 1 and 2 pkg of unopened napkins 2 . If only the number of the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 contained in the package is different, a third person who does not plan to purchase the napkins 2 at a store or the like will not be able to tell whether the package is the package of the incontinence pants 1 or not. It is difficult to identify whether it is a package. On the other hand, a user planning to purchase can easily distinguish between the two due to the difference in the number of stored items. Therefore, it is possible for the user to easily identify the type of pants-type absorbent article and to make it difficult for a third party to identify the two types.
- the shape of the leg openings 1b of the incontinence pants 1 in the stretched state and the shape of the leg openings 2b of the napkin 2 in the stretched state may be different.
- the shape of the leg opening outer edge 1be and the length along the leg opening outer edge 1be of the incontinence pants 1 in the stretched state (see FIG. 2)
- the shape of the leg opening outer edge 2be of the napkin 2 in the stretched state and the length along the leg opening outer edge 2be may be different. Even if the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 have different lengths and shapes of the outer edges of the leg openings, it is difficult for a third person to visually recognize the difference between the two.
- leg openings 1b and 2b are widened when the pants-type absorbent article is put on, it is easy to recognize that the sizes and shapes are different. Therefore, it is possible for the user to easily identify the type of pants-type absorbent article and to make it difficult for a third party to identify the two types.
- the second absorbent body 110 of the napkin 2 is provided with a high-density portion 140 (referred to as a second linear compression portion), and the first absorbent body 10 of the incontinence pants 1 is provided with a second linear compression portion.
- a configuration in which the high-density portion 40 (referred to as the first linear compression portion) corresponding to the portion is not provided may be adopted.
- the napkin 2 which is a sanitary product, needs to be in close contact with the user's (wearer's) crotch (excretion opening such as the vagina) so that menstrual blood and the like do not leak through the skin, so the high-density part 140 ( It is desirable to provide a linear compressed portion) to cause bending deformation and make it easier to fit according to the shape of the user's body.
- the incontinence pants 1, which are urinary care products have some gap (space) between them and the body of the user (wearer) for reasons such as suppression of rewet.
- the high-density portion 40 (linear compressed portion) does not necessarily have to be provided to make the structure easily deformable.
- the linear compressed portions provided on the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 are visible only to the user, and are difficult to be visually recognized by third parties. . This makes it easy for the user to identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article and makes it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two, while enhancing the function of the pants-type absorbent article.
- the depth of the high-density portion 40 (the amount of compression in the thickness direction), The depth (the amount of compression in the thickness direction) of the high-density portion 140 (linear compressed portion) provided on the second absorbent main body 110 of the napkin 2 may be made different.
- the first linear compressed portion is formed shallow, and in the napkin 2, the second linear compressed portion is formed deep. In this way, excessive deformation of the first absorbent main body 10 of the incontinence pants 1 is suppressed, and the second absorbent main body 110 of the napkin 2 is likely to be bent and deformed. It fits easily in the part.
- Such a difference in depth of the compressed linear portions can be visually recognized only by the user, and is difficult to be visually recognized by a third party. Therefore, depending on the presence or absence of the linear compressed portion, it is easy for the user to identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article, and it is difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the second absorbent main body 110 of the napkin 2 is provided with an absorbent elastic member 150 (referred to as a second absorbent elastic member), and the first absorbent main body 10 of the incontinence pants 1 is provided with a second absorbent body.
- a configuration in which the absorber elastic member 50 (referred to as the first absorber elastic member) corresponding to the elastic member is not provided may be employed.
- the napkin 2 which is a sanitary product, needs to be tightly fitted to the crotch portion of the user. Therefore, by providing the absorber elastic member 150 (second absorber elastic member), when the napkin 2 is worn, the second absorbent main body 110 is stretched from the crotch of the user due to the elasticity of the second absorber elastic member 150 .
- the incontinence pants 1 which is a urine care product
- the first absorbent elastic member 50 by not providing the first absorbent elastic member 50, it is possible to easily form a gap between the first absorbent main body 10 and the user's skin.
- the absorbent elastic members provided on the absorbent main bodies 10 and 110 are easy for the user to visually recognize, but difficult for a third party to visually recognize.
- the user while enhancing the function of the pants-type absorbent article, it is possible for the user to easily identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article and to make it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the stress of the absorbent elastic member 50 and the second absorbent property of the napkin 2 may be made different.
- the magnitude of the force acting when the absorbent body elastic members 50 and 150 are elongated by a unit length should be different.
- the stress of the second absorbent elastic member 150 provided on the napkin 2 is made larger than the stress of the first absorbent elastic member 50 provided on the incontinence pants 1 .
- the first absorbent main body 10 of the incontinence pants 1 is likely to form a gap with the user's skin, and the second absorbent main body 110 of the napkin 2 is pressed against the crotch of the user. It is easy to fit in the crotch.
- the difference in stress between the absorbent elastic members 50 and 150 is recognizable by the user who actually wears it, but is not recognizable by a third party. Therefore, the difference in stress between the absorbent elastic members 50 and 150 makes it easy for the user to distinguish between the types of pants-type absorbent articles, and makes it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the joint patterns of the pair of second side joint portions 120we, 120we are different.
- one side joint has a pattern in which dot-shaped welded parts are arranged in a grid pattern, and the other side joint has a linear shape along the left-right direction. are arranged intermittently at intervals in the vertical direction (neither is shown).
- Such a difference in the joint pattern of the side joints can be identified by a user who can visually recognize it from a close distance, but is difficult for a third party to identify. Therefore, the difference in the joint pattern of the side joints makes it easier for the user to identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article, and makes it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the joint pattern of the pair of second side joint portions 120we, 120we may be the same. In this case, the appearance of the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 becomes closer, making it more difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the product names 212 and 222 displayed in advance on the product package (containers 1pkg and 2pkg) It is necessary to be able to distinguish between the incontinence pants 1 and the napkins 2 by checking the differences and other structural differences.
- a post-treatment tape 70 is provided on the non-skin side of the first rear waist portion 20b of the incontinence pants 1, and a post-treatment tape 170 is provided on the non-skin side of the second rear waist portion 120b of the napkin 2. It is also possible to configure without As described above, the post-treatment tape is used when discarding the used underpants-type absorbent article in a rolled state, and is provided to suppress the leakage of the excrement adhering to the absorbent main body to the outside. It is Therefore, it is desirable that the post-treatment tape 70 be provided in the incontinence pants 1 that need to suppress leakage of urine or the like.
- the post-treatment tape 170 may not necessarily be provided on the napkin 2 because menstrual blood is highly viscous and hardly leaks.
- both the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 are folded as described with reference to FIG.
- the post-processing tapes 70 and 170 cannot be visually recognized from the outside (see FIGS. 8A and 8B). Therefore, depending on the presence or absence of the post-treatment tapes 70, 170, the user can easily identify the type of the pants-type absorbent article, making it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- the brand name 211 displayed on the package of the incontinence pants 1 (container 1 pkg) and the brand name 221 displayed on the package of the napkin 2 (container 2 pkg) are the same brand name. be. Since the same brand name is attached to the packages of urinary care products and sanitary products, it is difficult for third parties to know the type of pants-type absorbent article that the user (purchaser) intends to purchase at a store, etc. Become. Therefore, the user's psychological burden can be reduced.
- the size of the first packaging material 81 for packaging the incontinence pants 1 in the folded state and the size of the second packaging material 82 for packaging the napkins 2 in the folded state are the same.
- the incontinence pants 1 and the napkin 2 have the same external dimensions (W1 and W2, and L20we and L120we), and are also folded and wrapped in the same manner (see FIGS. 8 and 9). Therefore, by equalizing the size of the first wrapping material 81 and the size of the second wrapping material 82, the incontinence pants 1 in the individually wrapped state (individually wrapped body 1ip) and the napkins 2 in the individually wrapped state (individually wrapped body 2ip) are obtained. will be the same size as Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult for a third party to distinguish between the two.
- FIG. 15 is a schematic perspective view of light incontinence pants 1 according to a modification.
- FIG. 16 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a cross-sectional state in the thickness direction of the light incontinence pants 1 in the unfolded and stretched state, and corresponds to FIG.
- a front waist portion 20f of the first waist member 20 of the modified example has a non-skin-side sheet 21 extending from the skin side at an upper end 20ef in the vertical direction (the front end in the vertical direction).
- a folded portion 60 folded back toward the skin is formed.
- a waist elastic member 25 such as thread rubber is provided so as to be stretchable along the left-right direction.

Abstract
