Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil composé d'une poignée, d'un actionneur de piston situé à proximité de la poignée (42), d'une tige (44) se déployant depuis la poignée, d'un piston (52) et d'un mécanisme de mise en prise. La tige comprend une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, et définit un canal qui se déploie sur toute sa longueur.
