In the prior arts, most oily sludge is treated in an open-air stacking or landfill manner, if the sludge directly contacts the natural environment, large pollution to the soil, water, and vegetation is caused and waste of petroleum resources is also caused. Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide an effective, non-polluting solid waste treatment method for oily sludge in the petrochemical industry .To solve the mentioned problems ,this utility model is invented which aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a device for deep treatment of industrial wastewater. The device is high in wastewater advanced treatment efficiency, easy to operate, low in investment cost, small in occupied area and suitable for large-batch continuous treatment .The purpose of this utility model is to provide a kind of centrifuge suction system which can effectively suck away the harmful materials. In the current invention ,a decanter centrifuge is presented to isolate solid particles from surface of water.
In this invention, centrifugal force has applied to separate suspended solid particles in the waste water .This force is about 30000 times more than the gravity force , which results in perfect purification of waste water.
The present invention is best understood by the description set forth herein .To achieve the foregoing and in accordance with the purpose of the invention , and to overcome the problems and shortcomings associated with the prior art ,the most preferred embodiments are described here.
A Decanter centrifuge comprises a complex mechanism ,but its structure is based on some principal basics to transfer materials with screws. Its configuration consists an internal cylindrical space(bowl)which rotates in up direction at different rates. This decanter centrifuge mostly moves in the horizontal direction to filter the unwanted materials perfectly.
Two dynamos (fig.1) are devised in this system to produce power and generate the main screw and other embodiments connected to the body of the centrifuge (fig.2).The body is installed on the main chassis.

The present invention is best understood by the description set forth herein .To achieve the foregoing and in accordance with the purpose of the invention , and to overcome the problems and shortcomings associated with the prior art ,the most preferred embodiments are described here.
Two dynamos (fig.1) are devised in this system to produce power and generate the main screw and other embodiments connected to the body of the centrifuge (fig.2).The body is installed on the main chassis.
This invention is so practical and can be used in different kinds of industries to purify water and isolate chemical suspended particles.

  1. This invention presents a utility model which discloses a decanter centrifuge to treat water .In this invention ,several pipes are applied in different forms to move the main body and screws. This centrifuge is economical ,portable and practical.
  2. According to claim1,the pipes are of steel.
  3. According to claim1,the capacity of pipes diameter is dependent on the dynamos.
  4. According to claim1,two dynamos are devised to move the centrifuge screw and the other components.
  5. According to the above claims ,the raw materials are accessible.
  6. According to the above claims ,this centrifuge has the capability to treat water in any viscosity.
