Abstract

A mechanical and pneumatic system composed of pulleys which drives a fixed-pressure piston and which, consequently, transmits more or less force to compress the air in the pneumatic piston, depending on the choice of the diameter of the pulley, which is used in pneumatic strength training equipment and replaces conventional equipment that uses iron plates or discs, eliminating the need for valves or air compressors to change the effort required from the user to compress the air in the pneumatic piston.
