Description

UV Tube For Charging Glow-In-The-Dark Lures
CROSS- REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[001] The present PCT patent application claims priority benefit of the U.S. Utility patent application number 17590332, filed 01-FEB-2022 and titled “UV Tube For Charging Glow-In-The- Dark Lures” under 35 USC 111(a). The contents of this related Utility application are incorporated herein by reference for all purposes to the extent that such subject matter is not inconsistent herewith or limiting hereof.
BACKGROUND
[002] Glow in the dark lures can be effective when fishing in deep or low light waters but charging them to maintain their lighting abilities is a common problem for many individuals. Considering such lures or jigs will often require an individual to use a flashlight, or the boat’s headlights in order to illuminate each section, the charging process can be incredibly time consuming and inconvenient. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem.
[003] An apparatus to simplify the process of charging glow in the dark lures. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem either.
There exists a need for a device that is not being met by any known or disclosed device or system of present.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[004] The main purpose of the UV tube for charging glow-in-the-dark lures, is to provide users with a portable backlight tube that facilitates charging large glow in the dark jigs and lures. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[005] FIG. l is a front elevational view of the UV tube for charging glow-in-the-dark lures in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure
[006] Throughout the description, similar reference numbers may be used to identify similar elements depicted in multiple embodiments. Although specific embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated, the invention is not to be limited to the specific forms or arrangements of parts so described and illustrated. The scope of the invention is to be defined by the claims appended hereto and their equivalents.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[007] Reference will now be made to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings and specific language will be used herein to describe the same. It will nevertheless be understood that no limitation of the scope of the disclosure is thereby intended. Alterations and further modifications of the inventive features illustrated herein and additional applications of the principles of the inventions as illustrated herein, which would occur to one skilled in the relevant art and having possession of this disclosure, are to be considered within the scope of the invention.
[008] FIG. l is a front elevational view of the UV tube for charging glow-in-the-dark lures showing: Velcro strap to attach to non-magnetic pole or framework referenced as A, clear hollow tube B wrapped with LED blacklight strips referenced as H, magnets to attach to metal surfaces referenced as C, USB cable referenced as D, female end referenced as E, power source referenced as F, rubber trim referenced as G, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The view also includes LED light strips H which include blacklights on an underside thereof to shine through the clear hollow tube and charge an object therein.
[009] The present disclosed UV tube for charging glow-in-the-dark lures, also known as the “Jig Charger” offers a modem accessory that charges the lure or jig all at once and therefore eliminates the need to use a flashlight for the purpose of sectional charging. Expanding on the initial design of an average jig or lure, the jig charger introduces a novel clear hollow tube wrapped with an LED blacklight strips that utilize an AA battery pack with a USB connector to secure power. The user simply places the lure or jig inside the tube, and the blacklight that surrounds the device will automatically begin charging the whole unit at once. [0010] To further enhance functionality, the jig charger is strategically designed with magnets attached to it so it can affix to any magnetic surface, in addition, a Velcro strap is included to ensure individuals are able to attach it to a non-magnetic pole or framework, when needed. This innovative, top-quality product no only cuts charging time down drastically but also allows for efficient support during fishing endeavors.
[0011] Although the operations of the method(s) herein are shown and described in a particular order, the order of the operations of each method may be altered so that certain operations may be performed in an inverse order or so that certain operations may be performed, at least in part, concurrently with other operations. In another embodiment, instructions or sub-operations of distinct operations may be implemented in an intermittent and/or alternating manner.
