一种隐藏式智能电脑桌 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电脑桌技术领域,特别是涉及一种隐藏式智能电脑桌。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,各种计算机技术、网络技术的飞速发展,计算机的发展已经进入了一个快速而又崭新的时代,计算机已经从功能单一、体积较大发展到了功能复杂、体积微小、资源网络化等。如今电脑已经影响着人们的方方面面,不管是办公还是家庭生活,电脑已经是一个不可缺少的物品,电脑桌更是承载电脑的必需品,俗话说“工欲善其事必先利其器”,选择一张使用舒适便捷的电脑桌更是重中之重。
目前,人们一般都是选择普通的电脑桌,这种电脑桌简单实惠,虽然可以起到一定的存放电脑功能,但是显示器比较占据桌面空间,放上显示器后,桌面可使用空间将变得非常少,尤其是电脑不使用时,桌子的空间也不能释放出来,而且杂乱的电线束也会影响美观。
发明内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是现有的电脑桌无法释放显示器占用桌面空间的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:包括桌面、智能触屏控制系统、顶出机构、柜体、防尘结构、地脚;所述的桌面与柜体固定连接,侧面镂空,镂空处设有通风板,所述的通风板四角嵌有磁铁,通风板通过磁铁吸附柜体,柜体前侧靠近通风板一侧还设有透明盖板,所述的柜体远离透明盖板一侧设有柜门,所述的柜体后侧面整体镂空,内部设有顶出机构,并覆盖有后盖板,所述的后盖板通过螺丝拧入柜体,所述的桌面上表面嵌有智能触屏控制系统,和防尘结构,柜体底部设有地脚;
所述的智能触屏控制系统由USB接口、控制键、无线充电区组成;
所述的防尘机构由支撑框架和防尘板组成,所述的支撑框架内嵌在桌面上, 防尘板通过转轴卡入支撑框架,并可以在框架内绕着转轴自由开合转动;
所述的顶出机构由导柱、压紧块、导套、顶出块、电动伺服推杆、固定块组成,所述的导套过盈配合压入顶出块,所述的导柱插入导套中,所述的导柱通过固定块锁死于柜体上,所述的顶出块上安装显示器,并通过压紧块固定,所述的顶出块下方设有电动伺服推杆,所述的电动伺服推杆固定在柜体上。
进一步的,所述的通风板上设有通风孔。
进一步的,所述的透明盖板为透明亚克力材质,通过磁铁吸附在柜体上。
进一步的,所述的智能触屏控制系统和顶出机构电性连接,并形成统一的控制。
进一步的,所述的柜体内部还开设线材过孔,电源线通过线材过孔,连接外部电源。
进一步的,所述的导柱和导套直径相互配合,并设有润滑油,可以使得顶出块自由上下运动。
进一步的,所述的柜体由铁管焊接而成。
进一步的,所述的柜门上侧还设有三个抽屉。
进一步的,所述的后盖板上开设通孔。
进一步的,所述的USB接口、控制键、无线充电区都集中的一整块触摸屏上。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型通过升降结构,使得电脑存放入电脑桌内部,从而对电脑进行隐藏,提高了电脑桌面的实用性,释放电脑桌空间,还能通过触摸控制电脑升降和开启,提高了装置便捷性,下降后,显示器和线材都隐藏与电脑桌内部,同时多处预留可拆卸透明盖板,提升美观的同时便于维修。

如图1至图5所示,一种隐藏式智能电脑桌,包括桌面1、智能触屏控制系统2、顶出机构3、柜体4、防尘结构5、地脚6;所述的桌面1与柜体4固定连接,侧面镂空,镂空处设有通风板41,所述的通风板41四角嵌有磁铁46,通风板41通过磁铁46吸附柜体4,柜体4前侧靠近通风板41一侧还设有透明盖板42,所述的柜体4远离透明盖板42一侧设有柜门43,所述的柜体4后侧面整体镂空,内部设有顶出机构3,并覆盖有后盖板44,所述的后盖板44通过 螺丝442拧入柜体,所述的桌面1上表面嵌有智能触屏控制系统2,和防尘结构5,柜体4底部设有地脚6;
所述的智能触屏控制系统2由USB接口21、控制键22、无线充电区23组成;
所述的防尘机构5由支撑框架51和防尘板52组成,所述的支撑框架51内嵌在桌面1上,防尘板52通过转轴卡入支撑框架51,并可以在框架51内绕着转轴自由开合转动;
所述的顶出机构3由导柱32、压紧块33、导套34、顶出块35、电动伺服推杆36、固定块37组成,所述的导套34过盈配合压入顶出块35,所述的导柱32插入导套34中,所述的导柱32通过固定块37锁死于柜体4上,所述的顶出块35上安装显示器31,并通过压紧块33固定,所述的顶出块35下方设有电动伺服推杆36,所述的电动伺服推杆36固定在柜体4上。

顶出原理:
在智能触屏控制系统上按下上键或者下键时,智能触屏控制系统会传递一组信号给电动伺服推杆,促使电动伺服推杆上升或者下降,而电动伺服推杆 固定顶出块,所以会带动顶出块与显示器在导柱导套的约束下来回的上下运动。

  1. 一种隐藏式智能电脑桌,其特征在于:包括桌面(1)、智能触屏控制系统(2)、顶出机构(3)、柜体(4)、防尘结构(5)、地脚(6);所述的桌面(1)与柜体(4)固定连接,侧面镂空,镂空处设有通风板(41),所述的通风板(41)四角嵌有磁铁(46),通风板(41)通过磁铁(46)吸附柜体(4),柜体(4)前侧靠近通风板(41)一侧还设有透明盖板(42),所述的柜体(4)远离透明盖板(42)一侧设有柜门(43),所述的柜体(4)后侧面整体镂空,内部设有顶出机构(3),并覆盖有后盖板(44),所述的后盖板(44)通过螺丝(442)拧入柜体,所述的桌面(1)上表面嵌有智能触屏控制系统(2),和防尘结构(5),柜体(4)底部设有地脚(6);
    所述的智能触屏控制系统(2)由USB接口(21)、控制键(22)、无线充电区(23)组成;
    所述的防尘机构(5)由支撑框架(51)和防尘板(52)组成,所述的支撑框架(51)内嵌在桌面(1)上,防尘板(52)通过转轴卡入支撑框架(51),并可以在框架(51)内绕着转轴自由开合转动;
    所述的顶出机构(3)由导柱(32)、压紧块(33)、导套(34)、顶出块(35)、电动伺服推杆(36)、固定块(37)组成,所述的导套(34)过盈配合压入顶出块(35),所述的导柱(32)插入导套(34)中,所述的导柱(32)通过固定块(37)锁死于柜体(4)上,所述的顶出块(35)上安装显示器(31),并通过压紧块(33)固定,所述的顶出块(35)下方设有电动伺服推杆(36),所述的电动伺服推杆(36)固定在柜体(4)上。
