相关技术中,难以发掘质量和热度较高的直播话题,从而影响直播间的活跃度。
为了解决上述提到的直播间的话题热度不高从而影响直播间活跃度的问题,本公开提供了一种可以推荐热门话题的方式,可以通过推荐热度较高的直播话题,提高直播的话题质量,从而提升了直播间的活跃度。
下面结合具体的实施例说明本公开实施例的直播间话题推荐方法。该方法可以应用在服务器中,该服务器可以是本地服务器,也可以是云端服务器,在此不作限制。本实施例中的话题可以为讨论信息、提问信息等任意引导直播话题走向的信息类型,比如,若是直播间话题推荐请求为问答类型话题推荐请求,则直播间话题为直播间主播与观众互动的话题等,在此不一一列举。
图1是根据本公开一些实施例的推荐信息的处理方法的流程图,该方法应用在服务器中,如图1所示,该方法包括步骤101~步骤102。
步骤101,获取直播间话题推荐请求。
步骤102,根据直播间话题推荐请求,确定满足预设热度条件的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。
在本实施例中,获取直播间话题推荐请求后,为了保证直播间的话题热度, 以提升直播间的活跃度,确定满足预设热度条件的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。
直播间话题推荐请求可以来源于观众端,也可以来源于主播端。
当直播间话题推荐请求来源于观众端时,说明如下。
在本公开的一些实施例中,获取观众端对应的直播间话题推荐请求。如图2所示,可以在观众端显示“推荐请求”对应的触发控件A。若是检测到观看用户对A的触发操作,则获取到观众端对应的直播间话题推荐请求。比如,若是检测到观看用户在直播界面上执行预设的手势操作,则获取到观众端对应的直播间话题推荐请求等。
在一些实施例中,在获取观众端对应的直播间话题推荐请求后,根据观众端对应的直播间话题推荐请求,确定满足预设热度条件的与观众端对应的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,以在观众端显示至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。
即在获取到观众端的直播间话题推荐请求后,确定满足预设热度条件的直播间话题推荐信息,直播间话题推荐信息可以理解为是当下较为热门的优质推荐信息,因此,可以发送较为优质的推荐话题。
需要说明的是,在不同的应用场景中,上述预设热度条件不同,从而,获取满足预设热度条件的直播间话题推荐信息的方式不同,示例如下。
在本公开的一些实施例中,可以从预设的推荐平台(比如,若是推荐信息为问答信息,则对应的推荐平台为问答平台等)或者是其他包含大量话题内容的平台,获取相关的每个候选话题的话题热度关联参数。话题热度关联参数包括话题对应的已经被推荐的推荐次数、被主播的采纳次数等中的一种或多种。
进而,根据话题热度关联参数确定每个候选话题的热度值。比如,当话题热度关联参数为多个时,对每个话题热度关联参数进行归一化处理,将所有归一化处理后的归一化值求和得到对应的热度值。又例如,也可以确定每个话题热度关联参数的权重,计算每个话题关联参数归一化后的值和该权重的乘积值后,将所有乘积值之和作为对应的热度值。
在获取到每个话题推荐内容的热度值后,确定热度值大于预设推荐阈值的候选话题内容作为直播间话题推荐信息。由此,保证了直播间话题推荐信息均为热度比较高的优质话题。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,预先训练深度学习模型。该深度学习模型可以 根据输入的话题内容得到每个话题内容的话题类别以及对应的话题类别的置信度。
在本实施例中,为了保证直播间话题推荐信息与直播的内容的吻合度,在预设的推荐平台中按照排行榜由高到低的顺序,获取预设个数候选话题内容后,根据预先训练的深度学习模型获取每个候选话题内容所属的话题类别以及对应的置信度。
进而,确定直播间的直播间话题类别。直播间的话题类别可以根据直播间类型确定得到。进而,在候选话题内容中,确定与主播话题匹配的参考候选话题内容。在参考候选话题内容中,确定属于对应话题类别的置信度大于预设阈值的直播间话题推荐信息。
在一些实施例中,为了提升和观众端的互动感,控制观众端显示至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,以便于观众端可以对相关直播间话题推荐信息进行发送。
需要说明的是,在不同的应用场景中,控制观众端显示至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的方式不同,示例如下。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图3所示,控制观看客户端显示至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,包括步骤301~步骤303。
步骤301,确定每个直播间话题推荐信息的热度值。
在本实施例中,可以根据直播间话题推荐信息与直播间类型的相关性确定所述热度值。具体可以基于预设的神经网络模型预测热度值,此处不再赘述。
步骤302,根据热度值对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息排序。
步骤303,控制观众端根据排序结果显示对应的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。
在本实施例中,可以按照热度值由高到低的顺序对直播间话题推荐信息排序,进而,控制观众端根据排序结果显示对应的直播间话题推荐信息。
在本实施例中,为了进一步提升推荐成功率,还可以将热度值低于一定值的直播间话题推荐信息进行删除,仅仅对剩余的直播间话题推荐信息进行排序。进而,在本实施例中,可以按照热度值由高到低的顺序对直播间话题推荐信息排序。例如,可以将热度值低于热度值阈值的直播间话题推荐信息进行删除。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,也可以根据每个直播间话题推荐信息在对应平 台的发布时间,按照时间由近到远的顺序对多个直播间话题推荐信息进行排序,进而,根据排序结果显示对应的直播间话题推荐信息。
上述实施例根据排序结果显示直播间话题推荐信息的方式,可以根据场景需要灵活选择。比如,如图4所示,可以列表的形式显示对应的直播间话题推荐信息,观看用户可以通过上下滑动对应的列表,进行直播间话题推荐信息的切换显示。
又比如,如图5所示,可以分页的形式显示对应的直播间话题推荐信息,观看用户可以通过左右翻页的方式,进行直播间话题推荐信息的显示切换等。
当直播间话题推荐请求来源于主播端时,说明如下。
在本实施例中,获取主播端对应的直播间话题推荐请求。在本实施例中,主播端对应的直播间话题推荐请求,在不同的应用场景中的获取方式不同。比如,可以在主播端显示“推荐请求”对应的触发控件,若是检测到主播端对该控件的触发操作,则获取到直播间话题推荐请求。又比如,若是检测到主播端在直播界面上执行预设的手势操作,则获取到直播间话题推荐请求等。
在获取到主播端的直播间话题推荐请求后,为了帮助主播端寻找更优质的直播话题,获取主播端的直播间话题推荐信息。该直播间话题推荐信息包括观众端发送的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。每个直播间话题推荐信息是对应的观众端显示的满足预设热度条件的直播间话题推荐信息中,执行发送操作的直播间话题推荐信息。
上述实施例中,直播间话题推荐信息来源于观众端的推荐。
在一些实施例中,在实际执行过程中,主播端也可以主动去要求推荐直播间话题,由此,即使有些直播间话题推荐信息没有被观众端推荐,主播端也可以获知并采用,进一步避免了主播端在直播时话题不足的问题。
在本实施例中,响应于主播端对应的直播间话题推荐请求,根据所述主播端对应的直播间话题推荐请求,确定满足预设热度条件的主播端对应的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,以在主播端显示至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。该推荐请求可以是主播用户通过触发对应的控件获取等。预设热度条件的获取方式可以和上述观众端的热度条件类似,在此不再赘述。
综上,本公开实施例的直播间话题推荐方法,获取直播间话题推荐请求,进 而,根据直播间话题推荐请求,确定满足预设热度条件的至少一个热度较高的直播间话题推荐信息。由此,为直播推荐热门的话题,为提高直播视频的活跃度和质量提供了技术支撑。
在实际应用中,在根据直播间话题推荐请求,确定满足预设热度条件的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息后,可以根据至少一个直播间话题推荐信息确定当前直播话题。由此,保证了直播话题的热度,从而提升直播间的直播热度。
在本公开的一些实施例中,可以在推荐的直播间话题推荐信息中选择当前话题。
如图6所示,该方法还包括步骤601~步骤602。
步骤601,获取针对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息中的目标直播间推荐信息的选择请求,将目标直播间推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
在本实施例中,针对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息可以理解为:观众端对多个直播间话题推荐信息中的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息触发的直播间话题的发送操作,从而,向主播端发送至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,以便于在主播端根据至少一个直播间话题推荐信息进行当前话题的选择处理。例如,观众端从10个直播间话题推荐信息,选择5个直播间话题推荐信息,并发送这5个直播间话题推荐信息到主播端,主播端根据这5个直播间话题推荐信息进行当前话题的选择处理。
在不同的应用场景中,观众端对多个直播间话题推荐信息中的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息触发的直播间话题,可以为通过语音操作或者是触摸式操作等触发操作来选中的,进而,向主播端发送其触发的直播间话题推荐信息。

比如,如图8所示,若是直播间话题推荐信息以列表的形式显示,则若是检测到观众端触发对应的直播间话题推荐信息C“喜欢的水果”,则在直播间话题推荐信息C附近区域显示“发送控件”和“编辑控件”,若是检测到观众端的用户触发对应的“发送”控件,则认为获取到观众端对C的发送操作。

由此,在直播过程中,为观众端推荐热门的直播话题推荐信息,为提高直播视频的活跃度和质量提供了技术支撑。
进一步的,在获取到观众端发送的直播间推荐信息后,获取针对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息中的目标直播间推荐信息的选择请求,将目标直播间推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
在本公开的一些实施例中,可以显示观众端发送的直播间推荐信息,显示观众端发送的直播间推荐信息的方式可以根据场景的不同,进行列表显示、分页显 示等。
在本公开的一些实施例中,为了便于主播端可以快速寻找到更优质的主播话题,以提升直播的质量,可以获取观众端发送的每个直播间话题推荐信息的第二热度值,进而,根据第二热度值对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息排序,控制在主播端根据排序结果显示该至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。由此,主播用户优先可以看到热度更高的直播间话题推荐信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在主播端接收到观众端发送的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息后,直接控制直播间显示所有观众端发送的直播间话题推荐信息。在一些实施例中,可以根据预设的显示方式显示至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,该预设的显示方式可以根据场景需要设置。比如,可以是如图10所示的弹幕评论的形式。又比如,可以在如图11所示的对应的推荐列表显示。
进一步地,获取观众端的观看用户对所有观众端发送的直播间话题推荐信息的推荐操作。该推荐操作可以为对图10所示的弹幕评论的点赞控件的触发操作,或者是对如图11所示的直播间话题推荐信息的点赞控件的触发操作等。进而,根据推荐操作来获取对应的所有观众端发送的直播间话题推荐信息的热度值,该热度值可以为上述点赞的数量等。
在本公开的一些实施例中,为了优化推荐的目标直播间推荐信息,在控制主播端显示目标直播间推荐信息之前,还可以对与当前直播间的直播内容无关的一些目标直播间推荐信息删除。
比如,获取每个观众端发送的目标直播间推荐信息的语义信息,根据该语义信息识别每个目标直播间推荐信息的第一话题以及对应的话题置信度,识别直播间的第二话题。该第二话题可以根据直播类型得到。确定与第二话题匹配的目标直播间推荐信息后,确定匹配的目标直播间推荐信息对应的话题置信度,将话题置信度大于一定值的目标直播间推荐信息进行显示。
在一些实施例中,在显示观众端发送的目标直播间推荐信息后,获取针对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息中的目标直播间推荐信息的选择请求,将目标直播间推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
在本实施例中,响应于针对目标直播间推荐信息的选择请求,该选择请求可以为触发对应的目标直播间话题推荐信息所在区域等获取到的等。
步骤602,控制在直播间页面显示当前话题。直播间页面可以为主播端或观众端的直播间页面。
在本实施例中,控制直播间页面显示当前话题,该选中提示信息以指示当前直播间正在讨论的话题等。
该正在讨论的当前话题,来源于热门的话题,因此,保证了直播的专业度和话题热度等。
在不同的应用场景中显示当前话题的方式不同。在一些实施例中,可以卡片的形式显示当前话题。如图12所示,若是选中的当前话题为“喜欢的天气”,则可以在当前直播间下方以卡片的形式显示该话题的内容,直观的指示主播用户和观看用户当前的直播内容。
在一些可能的实施例中,还可以在显示至少一个直播间话题推荐信息时,在对应的目标直播间推荐信息后显示提示信息,以提示直播用户当前正在直播的推荐信息,避免目标直播间推荐信息的重复选择。在本实施例中,为了进一步避免目标直播间推荐信息的重复选择,还可以将主播用户已经选择并讨论过的目标直播间推荐信息从显示的列表中删除。可以根据主播用户对显示在直播界面上有关提示消息的关闭操作等,获知主播用户对目标直播间推荐信息讨论完毕等。
例如,如图13所示,若是接收到主播用户选择了目标直播间推荐信息S,则在S所在区域的预设位置显示“正在讨论”等提示消息,以指示当前正在讨论的目标直播间推荐信息。

正如以上所说的,在主播端显示的直播间话题推荐信息不但可以来源于观众端的推荐,还可以来源于主播端的自动请求,因此,为了避免操作的复杂性,提升操作体验,在本实施例中,来源不同的直播间话题推荐信息可以以可切换的双列形式进行显示。即如图15所示,在主播端可以在左列L1显示来源于观众端的推荐的直播间话题推荐信息,在右列L2显示来源于主播端的自动请求的直播间话题推荐信息。L1和L2可以通过切换的方式进行切换显示,也可以同时显示。比如,L1和L2上下分页显示或者左右分屏显示等。
综上,本公开实施例的直播间话题推荐方法,可以根据观众端推荐的直播间话题推荐信息来进行直播,也可以自主请求热门的直播间话题推荐信息直播,保证了直播的当前话题的热度,保证了直播质量。
在本公开的实施例中,所述主播端或观众端对应的至少一个直播间话题推荐 信息可以响应于主播端或观众端的输入操作获取的,也可以是响应于主播端或观众端针对已显示的直播间话题推荐信息的修改获取的,还可以是直播服务器下发的。所述直播间话题推荐信息还可以根据直播间的评论信息的热度得到的,直播间评论信息的热度可以是根据预设时间范围内相同或者相似评论的数量确定。相似评论可以是相似度大于预设相似度阈值的评论,相似度可以基于预设的神经网络模型来确定。
此外,观众端可以发送一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息至直播服务器,由直播服务器将一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息发送至主播端,以在主播端进行显示,进而供主播端选择目标直播间话题推荐信息。主播端也可以发送多个直播间话题推荐信息至直播服务器,由直播服务器将多个直播间话题推荐信息发送至观众端,以在观众端进行显示,进而供观众端针对多个直播间话题推荐信息进行互动,并根据互动结果确定目标直播间话题推荐信息。
在一些实施例中,本公开方法(应用于观众端)还包括:显示多个直播间话题推荐信息,并显示各个直播间话题推荐信息的互动控件和互动信息(互动控件例如点赞控件,互动信息例如点赞量);响应于针对各个直播间话题推荐信息的互动控件的触发操作更新各个直播间话题推荐信息的互动信息;将所述各个直播间话题推荐信息的互动信息发送至直播服务器,以使直播服务器生成待推送至主播端的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,从而供主播端选择。

  8. 如权利要求7所述的直播间话题推荐方法,其中,所述接收对所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的选择操作,并确定与所述选择操作对应的目标直播间话题推荐信息,包括:
    接收针对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的触发操作;
    确定所述触发操作对应的目标直播间话题推荐信息。
  9. 如权利要求7-8任一项所述的直播间话题推荐方法,其中,所述接收对所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的选择操作,并确定与所述选择操作对应的目标直播间话题推荐信息,包括:
    响应于针对预设的随机选择控件的触发操作,根据预设的随机算法在至少一个直播间话题推荐信息中确定目标直播间话题推荐信息。
  10. 如权利要求7-9任一项所述的直播间话题推荐方法,其中,在显示满足预设热度条件的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息之后,还包括,
    若接收到直播间话题推荐更新操作,则显示满足预设热度条件的更新后的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息;
    接收针对更新后的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息中的目标直播间话题推荐信息的触发操作,将所述目标直播间话题推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
  11. 如权利要求7-10任一所述的直播间话题推荐方法,还包括:
    接收针对至少一个直播间话题推荐信息中的目标直播间话题推荐信息的触发操作,在话题编辑区显示所述目标直播间话题推荐信息;
    响应于针对话题编辑区显示的所述目标直播间话题推荐信息的编辑操作,获取调整后的所述目标直播间话题推荐信息。
  12. 如权利要求7-10任一项所述的直播间话题推荐方法,由客户端执行。
  13. 一种直播间话题推荐方法,包括:
    接收直播间话题推荐操作;
    响应于所述直播间话题推荐操作,显示满足预设热度条件的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息;
    接收对所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息中任意一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息的选择操作,并发送与所述选择操作对应的所述一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息,供主播端选择目标直播间话题推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的直播间话题推荐方法,还包括:
    接收与所述选择操作对应的所述一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息的触发操作,在话题编辑区显示所述一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息;响应于针对话题编辑区显示的所述一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息的编辑操作,获取调整后的与所述选择操作对应的一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息;
    所述发送与所述选择操作对应的所述一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息,包括:发送所述调整后的与所述选择操作对应的一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的直播间话题推荐方法,还包括:
    显示所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的互动控件和互动信息;
    响应于针对所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的互动控件的触发操作,更新所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的互动信息;
    将所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的互动信息发送至直播服务器,以使直播服务器生成待推送至主播端的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息,供主播端选择目标直播间话题推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
  16. 一种直播间话题推荐装置,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取直播间话题推荐请求;
    确定模块,用于根据所述直播间话题推荐请求,确定满足预设热度条件的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息。
  17. 一种直播间话题推荐装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收直播间话题推荐操作;
    显示模块,用于响应于所述直播间话题推荐操作,显示满足预设热度条件的 至少一个直播间话题推荐信息;
    第二接收模块,用于接收对所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的选择操作;
    话题确定模块,用于确定与所述选择操作对应的目标直播间话题推荐信息,将所述目标直播间话题推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
  18. 一种直播间话题推荐装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收直播间话题推荐操作;
    显示模块,用于响应于所述直播间话题推荐操作,显示满足预设热度条件的至少一个直播间话题推荐信息;
    第二接收模块,用于接收对所述至少一个直播间话题推荐信息的选择操作;
    发送模块,用于发送与所述选择操作对应的一个或多个直播间话题推荐信息,供主播端选择目标直播间话题推荐信息作为直播间的当前话题。
  19. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述处理器,用于从所述存储器中读取所述可执行指令,并执行所述可执行指令以实现上述权利要求1-15中任一所述的直播间话题推荐方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求1-15中任一所述的直播间话题推荐方法。
