背景技术
在漫游场景下或者独立非公用网络(Standalone Non-public Network,SNPN)也称为私网的场景下,终端策略的配置和更新通常是归属地策略控制功能(Home Policy Control Function,H-PCF)提供。目前,H-PCF通常是基于预先定义的规则,例如基于协议而制定和生成终端策略,这样导致H-PCF生成或配置终端策略的方式较为固定,没有考虑漫游网络、拜访网络或当前服务网络的当前实际情况,导致生成的终端策略灵活性较差。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种策略处理方法、装置及网络功能,能够解决现有的终端策略的生成或配置方式灵活性较差的问题。

在本申请实施例中,第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送终端策略辅助信息,进而第二网络功能能够基于所述终端策略辅助信息生成、配置或者更新目标终端的策略,这样也就使得第二网络功能不再只是基于预定的协议来生成终端策略,而是能够动态地基于第一网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息来配置和/或生成终端策略,并且能够实现终端策略的更新,这样也就能够有效提升网络功能对终端策略生成或配置方式的灵活性。

下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的策略处理方法进行详细地说明。
请参照图2,图2是本申请实施例提供的一种策略处理方法的流程图之一,如图2所示,所述策略处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201、第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送终端策略辅助信息,所述终端策略辅助信息用于所述第二网络功能生成、配置或者更新目标终端的策略。
其中,所述第一网络功能可以是访问策略控制功能(Visit Policy Control Function,V-PCF),第二网络功能可以是归属地策略控制功能(Home Policy Control Function,H-PCF)。
本申请实施例中,第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送终端策略辅助信息, 也即V-PCF可以向H-PCF发送终端策略辅助信息,所述终端策略辅助信息可用于指示所述第二网络功能生成、配置或者更新目标终端的策略,进而H-PCF能够基于所述终端策略辅助信息生成、配置或者更新目标终端的策略,这样也就使得H-PCF不再只是基于预定的协议来生成终端策略,而是能够动态地基于V-PCF发送的终端策略辅助信息来配置和/或生成终端策略,并且能够实现终端策略的更新,这样也就能够有效提升H-PCF生成终端策略的方式的灵活性。
可选地,所述策略包括终端的URSP,当然还可以包括其他的终端策略,比如车辆网策略(Vehicle-to-Everything policy,V2X policy),近距离服务策略(Proximity Services policy,ProSe policy),直连通信接口PC5测距和定位策略等,本申请实施例不做具体限定。
需要说明地,本申请实施例所提供的方法可以是应用于漫游场景或者私网场景下,第二网络功能能够基于第一网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息来生成终端的漫游策略,这样也就使得第二网络功能生成的终端策略考虑了拜访网络或者私网的当前实际情况和特定应用在拜访网络或者私网中的特定需求,,提升了第二网络功能生成终端策略的准确性和灵活性。
可选地,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:
访问网络的终端路由选择策略(UE Route Selection Policy,URSP);
访问网络的URSP的业务描述符;

例如,所述第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息包括访问网络的URSP,进而第二网络功能能够基于所述访问网络的URSP确定目标终端应用于协议数据单元(Protocol Data Unit,PDU)会话的关联规则,以生成适用于所述目标终端的策略,例如,所述策略包括终端的URSP。
又如,所述第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息包括应用信息,进而第二网络功能能够基于所述应用信息确定目标终端关联的应用有哪些,并能够基于所述应用信息生成适用于所述目标终端的策略。可选地,所述应用信息包括应用标识(identity,ID)、网际互连协议(Internet Protocol,IP)、应用需求、服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)需求中的至少一项。
又如,所述第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息包括DNAI,进而第二网络功能能够基于所述DNAI确定目标终端匹配的DNAI,以生成与所述DNAI匹配的终端策略。
需要说明地,所述终端策略辅助信息包括的具体内容还可以有多种其他可能情况,本申请实施例中不做一一列举。

本申请实施例中提供的装置,能够基于第一网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息,生成、配置或者更新目标终端的策略,这样也就使得所述装置不再只是基于预定的协议来生成终端策略,而是能够动态地配置和/或生成终端策略,并且能够实现终端策略的更新,这样也就能够有效提升网络功能对终端策略生成或配置方式的准确性和灵活性
本申请实施例提供的策略处理装置能够实现图3所述方法实施例实现的各个过程,并达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
可选的,如图12所示,本申请实施例还提供一种网络功能1200,包括处理器1201和存储器1202,存储器1202上存储有可在所述处理器1201上运行的程序或指令,例如,该通信设备1200为第一网络功能时,该程序或指令被处理器1201执行时实现上述图2所述方法实施例的各个步骤,且能达到相同的技术效果。该通信设备1200为第二网络功能时,该程序或指令被处理器1201执行时实现上述图3所述方法实施例的各个步骤,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述图2所述方法实施例的各 个过程,或实现上述图3所述方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的终端中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器ROM、随机存取存储器RAM、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述图2所述方法实施例的各个过程,或实现上述图3所述方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种策略处理方法,包括:
    第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送终端策略辅助信息,所述终端策略辅助信息用于目标终端的策略的生成、配置或者更新。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:
    访问网络的终端路由选择策略URSP;
    访问网络的URSP的业务描述符;
    访问网络的URSP的路由描述符;
    应用信息;
    数据网络接入标识DNAI;
    数据网络名DNN;
    切片信息;
    目标终端位置信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送终端策略辅助信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络功能接收所述第二网络功能发送的第一请求或者签约,所述第一请求或者签约用于请求获取所述终端策略辅助信息,或者所述第一请求或者所述签约用于获取所述终端策略辅助信息的签约。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求或者所述签约包括如下至少一项:
    访问公共陆地移动网络VPLMN URSP获取指示;
    目标终端标识;
    目标组标识;
    目标应用信息;
    目标DNN信息;
    目标切片信息;
    目标DNAI信息;
    目标业务描述符信息;
    目标路由描述符信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送终端策略辅助信息,包括如下至少一项:
    在所述第一请求包括所述VPLMN URSP获取指示的情况下,所述第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送VPLMN URSP;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标终端标识的情况下,所述第一网络功能在第一目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述目标终端标识关联的终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第一目标过程为所述目标终端标识指示的终端策略关联创建过程和/或终端策略更新过程;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标组标识的情况下,所述第一网络功能在第二目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述组标识关联的终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第二目标过程为所述目标组标识指示的组内的终端的终端策略关联创建过程和/或终端策略更新过程;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标应用信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能在第三目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述目标应用信息关联的策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第三目标过程为与所述目标应用信息关联的终端的终端策略关联过程和/或终端策略更新过程;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标DNN信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能在第四目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述目标DNN信息关联的终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第四目标过程为与所述目标DNN信息关联的终端的终端策略关联过程和/或终端策略更新过程;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标切片信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能在第五目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述目标切片信息关联的终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第五目标过程为与所述目标切片信息关联的终端的终端策略关联过程和/或终端策略更新过程;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标DNAI信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能 在第六目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述目标DNAI信息关联的终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第六目标过程为与所述目标DNAI信息关联的终端的终端策略关联过程和/或终端策略更新过程;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标业务描述符信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能在第七目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述目标业务描述符信息关联的终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第七目标过程为与所述目标业务描述符信息匹配的终端的终端策略关联过程和/或终端策略更新过程;
    在所述第一请求包括所述目标路由描述符信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能在第八目标过程中发送终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能和/或发送与所述目标路由描述符信息关联的终端策略辅助信息给第二网络功能,所述第八目标过程为与所述目标路由描述符信息匹配的终端的终端策略关联过程和/或终端策略更新过程。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述目标应用信息包括如下至少一项:目标应用的标识、业务描述符。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述目标业务描述符信息包括如下至少一项:应用描述符、网络互连协议IP描述符、非IP描述符、域描述符、DNN、连接能力信息。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述目标路由描述符信息包括如下至少一项:会话与业务连续性模式、网络切片选择、DNN、非无缝指示、接入类型偏好。
  9. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,在所述第一请求包括所述目标应用信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能发送的所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:服务质量QoS需求、DNN、切片信息、业务描述符、URSP、路由描述符、DNAI。
  10. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,在所述第一请求包括所述目标DNN信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能发送的所述终端策略辅助信息与所述目标DNN信息对应的DNN关联,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少 一项:URSP、DNAI、切片信息、业务描述符、路由描述符。
  11. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,在所述第一请求包括所述目标切片信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能发送的所述终端策略辅助信息与所述目标切片信息对应的切片关联,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:URSP、DNAI、DNN、业务描述符、路由描述符。
  12. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,在所述第一请求包括所述目标DNAI信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能发送的所述终端策略辅助信息与所述目标DNAI信息对应的DNAI关联,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:URSP、切片信息、DNN、业务描述符、路由描述符。
  13. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,在所述第一请求包括所述目标业务描述符信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能发送的所述终端策略辅助信息与所述目标业务描述符信息对应的业务描述符关联,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:URSP、切片信息、DNN、路由描述符。
  14. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,在所述第一请求包括所述目标路由描述符信息的情况下,所述第一网络功能发送的所述终端策略辅助信息与所述目标路由描述符信息对应的路由描述符关联,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:URSP、切片信息、DNN、业务描述符。
  15. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一网络功能向第二网络功能发送终端策略辅助信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络功能接收所述第二网络功能发送的第二请求,所述第二请求用于指示所述第一网络功能在终端策略关联过程或终端策略更新过程不向所述第二网络功能发送所述终端策略辅助信息。
  16. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络功能接收所述第二网络功能发送的更新请求;
    所述第一网络功能基于所述更新请求,向所述第二网络功能发送更新的终端策略辅助信息。
  17. 一种策略处理方法,包括:
    第二网络功能接收第一网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息;
    所述第二网络功能基于所述终端策略辅助信息生成、配置或者更新目标 终端的策略。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述终端策略辅助信息包括如下至少一项:
    访问网络的终端路由选择策略URSP;
    访问网络的URSP的业务描述符;
    访问网络的URSP的路由描述符;
    应用信息;
    数据网络接入标识DNAI;
    数据网络名DNN;
    切片信息;
    目标终端位置信息。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述第二网络功能接收第一网络功能发送的终端策略辅助信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二网络功能向所述第一网络功能发送第一请求或者签约,所述第一请求或者所述签约用于请求获取所述终端策略辅助信息,或者所述第一请求或者所述签约用于获取所述终端策略辅助信息的签约。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求或者所述签约包括如下至少一项:
    访问公共陆地移动网络VPLMN URSP获取指示;
    目标终端标识;
    目标组标识;
    目标应用信息;
