Description
AN ALUMINUM PROFILE WITH A GROOVE CONNECTION APPARATUS
Technical Field
The invention relates to an aluminum profile, for which a connection apparatus has been developed, which enables an easier assembly, especially for use in the fields of sliding glass balcony systems, awning systems, etc.
Prior Art
In aluminum awning systems, the aluminum profiles and accessories in different designs are combined to form the whole of the system. The connection types and equipment allow these profiles to be combined. In the state of the art, the assembly process is performed by screwing using the smart screws. However, this method compromises the robustness of the connection process. The extra holes drilled on the profiles cause miter errors, poor centering, weakness in terms of strength, the need for modification after a certain period of time, and more workload. The state of the art also causes the assembly process to be prolonged and this non-rigid connection method causes too many errors. Therefore, while the assembly periods are prolonged, it causes the losses in labor, time, and cost.
In cases where a linear connection is not performed in the connection form used in the state of the art, it is necessary to repeat the process several times by disassembling and reassembling. Moreover, the water leaks from the groove due to the use of the screws.
There is a need to develop the new systems in order to eliminate the disadvantages in the state of the art.
Brief Description of the Invention
The object of the invention is to allow said aluminum connection profile systems to be assembled more easily, more linearly, more rigidly, with higher strength and in a shorter time. While achieving these objects, no intermediate accessories are required when joining the groove profiles with the foot profiles. With the invention, the profile becomes stronger, and its weight becomes lighter, that is, its cost is reduced, thanks to
the channels used for the connection in the groove profile. This gives the product a long service life.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to an aluminum profile (100) comprising at least one foot profile (1), at least one connection accessory (2), at least one foot cover (3), at least one groove side cover (4), at least one strut cover (5), at least one groove channel cover (6), at least one groove profile (7), at least one connection bar accessory (8), and at least one connection screw nut (9).
Each of the parts of the invention is produced from the aluminum material. The channels on the aluminum profile (100) facilitate the assembly process. Said foot of the product can be connected to both the floor and the groove with the same apparatus. It is easy to install, saves time and reduces labor thanks to its technical features. Thereby, the durability of the product also increases. The possibility of error is eliminated thanks to the linear assembly of the parts of the product. This means that the product can be used for many years due to its durability.
Industrial Applicabilitv of the Invention
The invention relates to an aluminum profile (100), for which a connection apparatus has been developed, which enables an easier assembly, especially for use in the fields of sliding glass balcony systems, awning systems, etc. and it is industrially applicable.
The invention is not limited to the above exemplary embodiments, and the person skilled in the art can readily present other different embodiments of the invention. These should be considered within the protection scope of the invention claimed by the claims.
Claims
CLAIMS An aluminum profile (100), for which a connection apparatus has been developed, which enables an easier assembly, especially for use in the fields of sliding glass balcony systems, awning systems, etc., comprising at least one foot profile (1) with the channels for the accessory connection, at least one connection accessory (2) which connects the groove and foot and fastens the foot profile (1) to the floor, at least one foot cover (3), at least one groove side cover (4), at least one strut cover (5), at least one groove channel cover (6), at least one groove profile (7) which provides the connection with the bar channels contained therein, at least one connection bar accessory (8) which provides convenience and durability in the assembly process by engaging with the channels in the foot profile (1) which connects the groove, and at least one connection screw nut (9). An aluminum profile (100) according to claim 1 , for which a connection apparatus has been developed, which enables an easier assembly, especially for use in the fields of sliding glass balcony systems, awning systems, etc., comprising the channels which facilitate the assembly process.
