[Description of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]
First, the embodiments of the present disclosure are listed and described.
The wiring member of the present disclosure is as follows.
(1) A connector housing, an electric wire having one end housed in the connector housing and the other end extending outward from the connector housing, the portion extending from the connector housing including a bent portion, and a resin molded portion covering from the rear end portion of the connector housing to a portion including the bent portion of the electric wire, wherein the resin molded portion comprises a housing covering portion covering the connector housing, and a wire covering portion covering a portion of the electric wire extending out of the connector housing and including the bent portion, The wiring member includes a connection portion that connects the housing cover portion and the wire cover portion on an inner peripheral side of the bent portion. The bent portion of the electric wire provided at the portion extending from the connector housing is easily maintained in the bent shape by the resin-molded portion including the wire covering portion and the connecting portion.
(2) In the wiring member of (1), the connecting portion may have an outer edge portion on the opposite side of a portion of the wire covering portion that is connected to the portion that covers the bent portion, and the outer edge portion may be connected on one side to the tip of the housing covering portion on the front end side of the connector housing. As a result, the outer edge portion of the connecting portion and the tip portion of the housing cover portion are connected, and the shape of the mold for molding the resin molded portion is simplified.
(3) In the wiring member of (2), the electric wire may be bent more than 90 degrees at the bent portion, and the end surface of the outer edge portion of the connecting portion and the end surface of the tip portion of the housing cover portion may be flush with each other. As a result, the end surface of the outer edge portion of the connecting portion and the end surface of the tip portion of the housing covering portion are aligned, and the shape of the mold for molding the resin molded portion is simplified.
(4) In the wiring member according to any one of (1) to (3), an annular recess may be formed in the outer surface of the rear end portion of the connector housing, the housing cover portion may have a fitting portion that fits into the annular recess, and the connecting portion may be connected to the fitting portion of the housing cover portion. As a result, the fitting portion is fitted into the annular recess, so that the thickness of the connector housing in the inside-outside direction is increased. By connecting the connecting portion to the thick fitting portion, the strength of the connecting portion is increased.
(5) In any one wiring member from (1) to (4), the wire covering portion may have a first covering portion connected to the connecting portion, and a second covering portion extending to the other end side from the first covering portion and not connected to the connecting portion. This makes it easy to attach another component to the second cover.
(6) In the wiring member of (5), the electric wire may have a straight portion on the other end side of the bent portion, the first cover portion may cover the entire length of the bent portion, and the second cover portion may cover only the straight portion. This provides a connecting portion over the entire length of the bend.
(7) The wiring member of (5) or (6) may further include an exterior member that covers the second cover portion and the electric wire extending from the second cover portion. This prevents the wires from being exposed between the resin molded portion and the exterior member.
(8) In any one wiring member from (1) to (7), the thickness of the connecting portion may be smaller than the diameter of the wire covering portion. This contributes to the weight reduction of resin molded parts and the reduction of materials used.
(9) The wiring member according to any one of (1) to (8) may further include a fixing member provided on the other end side of the bent portion along the extending direction of the electric wire and fixing the electric wire to a fixing target at a position next to the connector housing. Thereby, the fixing member is provided at a position far from the connector housing along the extending direction of the electric wire.
(10) In the wiring member of (9), the fixing member may be provided on the other end side of the portion covered with the resin molded portion along the extending direction of the electric wire. Thereby, the fixing member is provided at a position far from the connector housing along the extending direction of the electric wire.

[Details of the embodiment of the present disclosure]
A specific example of the wiring member of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings. The present disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is indicated by the scope of the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope of equivalents of the scope of the claims.
[Embodiment 1]
The wiring member according to the first embodiment will be described below. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a wiring member 10 according to Embodiment 1. FIG. FIG. 2 is a front view showing the wiring member 10 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the wiring member 10 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV of FIG. Each figure shows X, Y and Z directions that are orthogonal to each other.
The wiring member 10 includes a connector housing 20, electric wires 30, and a resin molded portion 40. Here, the wiring member 10 further includes an exterior member 60 and a fixing member 70 .
The connector housing 20 accommodates one end of the electric wire 30 . For example, a terminal may be provided at the tip of the electric wire 30 , and the terminal and the portion of the electric wire 30 to which the terminal is connected may be accommodated in the connector housing 20 . The terminal is connected to the wire 30 by crimping, press-fitting, welding, or the like. Connector housing 20 may be, for example, a preformed part separate from wire 30 . In this case, the connector housing 20 is formed with a cavity penetrating through the connector housing 20, and the electric wire 30 is inserted into the cavity.
A front end portion 21 of the connector housing 20 is a portion that is connected to a mating connection component (for example, a mating connector). The direction parallel to the connection direction of the connector housing 20 is the X direction, and is also the front-rear direction of the connector housing 20 . The wires 30 extend out of the connector housing 20 from the rear end 22 of the connector housing 20 . An annular recess 23 is formed in the outer surface of the rear end portion 22 of the connector housing 20 .
The annular concave portion 23 is formed around an axis along the X direction. Here, the annular recess 23 is provided continuously around the X-axis so as to make one round around the connector housing 20 . The annular recess 23 is provided closer to the front end than the rear end edge of the connector housing 20 . Therefore, the portion of the connector housing 20 adjacent to the annular recess 23 on the front end side and the portion adjacent to the rear end side of the annular recess 23 protrude outward from the annular recess 23 . The portion adjacent to the annular recess 23 on the rear end side has a smaller projection dimension from the bottom of the annular recess 23 than the portion adjacent to the annular recess 23 on the front end side.
例えば配線部材10が車載される場合、電線30はEPB(Electric Parking Brake:電動パーキングブレーキ)、或はEMB(Electro-Mechanical Brake:電子機械ブレーキシステム)に対して電力を供給する電源線であってもよい。 One end of the electric wire 30 is housed in the connector housing 20 . The other end of the electric wire 30 extends outward from the connector housing 20 . The number of electric wires 30 may be one, or may be plural. Here, there are two electric wires 30 . Each electric wire 30 includes a core wire 31 and a coating 32 that covers the core wire 31 . The core wire 31 is a conductive wire made of copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, or the like. The core wire 31 may be a single wire or a twisted wire. The coating 32 is an insulating coating made of resin or the like, and is formed by extruding resin around the core wire 31 or the like. Coating 32 is formed of polyethylene, for example. For example, the electric wire 30 may be a power line that transmits electric power, or a signal line that transmits signals. For example, when the wiring member 10 is mounted on a vehicle, the electric wire 30 may be a power line that supplies electric power to an EPB (Electric Parking Brake) or an EMB (Electro-Mechanical Brake). Further, for example, when the wiring member 10 is mounted on a vehicle, the electric wire 30 may be a signal line for transmitting a signal from a sensor for detecting wheel speed in an ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System).
It is assumed that the wiring member 10 is arranged along a curved route in a vehicle or the like. Therefore, the wire 30 has a bent portion 33 arranged along the bending path. The bent portion 33 is provided at a portion of the electric wire 30 extending from the connector housing 20 . The electric wire 30 is bent in a partial arc at the bent portion 33 . The electric wire 30 may draw a compound curve at the bent portion 33 . The shape in which the electric wire 30 is bent is determined by the positional relationship of the portion to which the end of the electric wire 30 is attached, the layout of interfering objects in the portion where the electric wire 30 is arranged, and the like. Here, the electric wire 30 is curved more than 90 degrees (here, more than 120 degrees) while drawing a gentle curve at the bent portion 33 . Here, in a plan view observed from Z, the electric wire 30 is bent more than 90 degrees (here, more than 120 degrees). Here, the electric wire 30 is also bent in the Z direction. The electric wires 30 are arranged in a direction parallel to the XY plane in the portion accommodated in the connector housing 20 . The electric wires 30 are arranged in a direction intersecting the XY plane at the portion extending from the resin molded portion 40 . The electric wire 30 is three-dimensionally bent. The electric wire 30 may be bent two-dimensionally along one plane.
The electric wire 30 further has a straight portion 34 arranged along the straight path. The straight portion 34 is connected to the other end side of the bent portion 33 . The angle at which the wire 30 bends at the bent portion 33 may be, for example, the angle between the front-rear direction (here, the X direction) in the connector housing 20 and the extending direction of the straight portion 34 . In this case, the angle at which the electric wire 30 bends at the bent portion 33 is an angle compared with the case where the electric wire 30 extends linearly along the front-rear direction of the connector housing 20 without the bent portion 33 .
The resin molded portion 40 covers from the rear end portion 22 of the connector housing 20 to the portion of the electric wire 30 including the bent portion 33 . The other end of the electric wire 30 extends outward from the resin molded portion 40 . The resin molded portion 40 includes a housing covering portion 41 , a wire covering portion 44 and a connecting portion 50 . The resin molded portion 40 is made of polyurethane, for example.
The housing covering portion 41 covers the connector housing 20. The housing cover portion 41 has a fitting portion 42 that fits into the annular recess 23 . The housing covering portion 41 does not cover the portion of the housing closer to the front end than the annular recess 23 . The housing covering portion 41 covers the intermediate portion of the annular concave portion 23 along the X direction of the housing and the rear end side portion thereof.
The wire covering portion 44 covers the portion of the wire 30 that extends outside the connector housing 20 and includes the bent portion 33 . The wire covering portion 44 has a curved covering portion 45 and a linear covering portion 46 . The bent cover portion 45 continues from the housing cover portion 41 . The bending cover portion 45 extends in a bent state corresponding to the bending path. The bent covering portion 45 covers the bent portion 33 located at the portion extending from the connector housing 20 . The bending cover portion 45 holds the bent portion 33 in a bent state. The straight cover portion 46 is continuous from the curved cover portion 45 . The linear covering portion 46 extends linearly. The linear covering portion 46 covers the linear portion 34 on the other end side of the bent portion 33 . Due to the rigidity of the straight cover portion 46 itself, the straight portion 34 that is continuous with the bent portion 33 is held straight. It should be noted that it is not essential that the resin molded portion 40 covers the linear portion 34 .
The connecting portion 50 connects the housing covering portion 41 and the wire covering portion 44 on the inner peripheral side of the bent portion 33 . The connecting portion 50 protrudes outward from the outer surfaces of the housing covering portion 41 and the wire covering portion 44 . The connecting portion 50 more reliably holds the portion of the wire covering portion 44 that covers the bent portion 33 in a bent state. In other words, the connecting portion 50 is a portion that reinforces at least a portion of the wire covering portion 44 and at least a portion of the wire 30 therein so as to keep them in a bent state.
When observing along the circumferential direction of the wire covering portion 44, as shown in FIG. For this reason, the wire covering portion 44 is formed thicker as a whole, and the wire covering portion 44 becomes thinner than when the wire covering portion 44 is held in a predetermined bent state. Therefore, it contributes to weight reduction of the resin-molded portion 40, reduction of materials used, and the like.
In order to more reliably keep the wire covering portion 44 in the bent state, the connecting portion 50 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the bending shape of the wire covering portion 44 . Here, the inner peripheral side of the bent shape of the wire covering portion 44 is the side that is observed to be concave when the wire covering portion 44 is bent or bent at an angle. For example, when the wire covering portion 44 has a curved portion that draws an arc, the inner peripheral side of the bending shape of the wire covering portion 44 is the side where the center of curvature of the arced portion exists.
Here, the connecting portion 50 is provided from the housing cover portion 41 to the portion of the linear cover portion 46 near the bent cover portion 45 on the inner peripheral side of the bending shape of the portion from the housing cover portion 41 to the linear cover portion 46 . The edge portion of the connecting portion 50 that continues to the outer surfaces of the housing covering portion 41 and the wire covering portion 44 is arcuate, and the opposite outer edge portion thereof is linear. As a result, the connecting portion 50 has a plate shape surrounded by partial arcs and chords. The thickness of the plate-like connecting portion 50 is smaller than the diameter of the wire covering portion 44 . It is not essential that the connecting portion 50 is formed in a plate shape. The connecting portion 50 may be formed in an elongated prismatic shape, an elongated semi-cylindrical shape, or the like.
The connecting portion 50 has an outer edge portion 51 . The outer edge portion 51 is provided on the opposite side of the portion of the wire covering portion 44 that is connected to the portion that covers the bent portion 33 . Here, the outer edge portion 51 is the chord portion of the plate shape surrounded by the arc and the chord. The outer edge portion 51 is connected to the housing cover portion 41 on one side. The outer edge portion 51 is connected to the wire covering portion 44 on the other side. The outer edge portion 51 is connected to the linear covering portion 46 of the wire covering portion 44 on the other side. A middle portion of the outer edge portion 51 is a free end.
The outer edge portion 51 is connected on one side to the tip portion of the housing cover portion 41 on the front end portion 21 side of the connector housing 20 . Here, the tip of the housing covering portion 41 on the front end portion 21 side of the connector housing 20 is a fitting portion 42 . Therefore, the connecting portion 50 is connected to the fitting portion 42 of the housing cover portion 41 . The end surface of the outer edge portion 51 of the connecting portion 50 and the end surface of the tip portion of the housing covering portion 41 are flush with each other. The end surface of the outer edge portion 51 of the connecting portion 50 and the end surface of the tip portion of the housing cover portion 41 extend parallel to the YZ plane.
From the viewpoint of connection with the connecting part 50, the wire covering part 44 has a first covering part 47 and a second covering part 48. The first covering portion 47 is a portion of the wire covering portion 44 that is connected to the connecting portion 50 . The second cover portion 48 is a portion extending toward the other end of the electric wire 30 from the first cover portion 47 . The second covering portion 48 is a portion of the wire covering portion 44 that is not connected to the connecting portion 50 .
Here, the first cover part 47 covers the bent part 33 over its entire length. The entire length of the bent portion 33 is covered with the first covering portion 47 having the connecting portion 50 . Therefore, the bent portion 33 is not covered with the second cover portion 48 . The second cover portion 48 covers only the linear portion 34 .
Here, a portion of the straight portion 34 near the bent portion 33 is also covered with the first cover portion 47 . The boundary between the bent portion 33 and the straight portion 34 is displaced from the boundary between the first cover portion 47 and the second cover portion 48 in the extending direction of the electric wire 30 . The boundary between the bent portion 33 and the straight portion 34 is positioned closer to the connector housing 20 along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 than the boundary between the first cover portion 47 and the second cover portion 48 . However, the boundary between the first cover portion 47 and the second cover portion 48 may be located closer to the connector housing 20 along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 than the boundary between the bent portion 33 and the straight portion 34 . Also, the boundary between the bent portion 33 and the straight portion 34 may coincide with the boundary between the first cover portion 47 and the second cover portion 48 .
Here, the first cover part 47 is connected to the connecting part 50 over the entire length along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 . However, the first covering portion 47 does not have to be connected to the connecting portion 50 at one end side or intermediate portion along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 . The first cover portion 47 may have a portion that is not connected to the connecting portion 50 and that is located between the portion connected to the connecting portion 50 and the connector cover portion. For example, only the portion covering the straight portion 34 of the first cover portion 47 may be connected to the connecting portion 50 , and the portion covering the bent portion 33 may not be connected to the connecting portion 50 . A portion of the wire covering portion 44 that is connected to the connecting portion 50 on the othermost side and a portion on the one end side thereof are defined as a first covering portion 47 . The wire covering portion 44 is not connected to the connecting portion 50 at the second covering portion 48 and the other end side thereof.
Here, both the first cover part 47 and the second cover part 48 are formed in a circular tubular shape. The second cover portion 48 is narrower than the first cover portion 47 . The diameter of the first cover portion 47 and the diameter of the second cover portion 48 are larger than the sum of the diameters of the two electric wires 30, for example. However, the first cover portion 47 and the second cover portion 48 may have the same thickness. Either one or both of the first cover portion 47 and the second cover portion 48 may be formed in a shape such as a rectangular tube shape.
The length dimension of the second cover portion 48 is not particularly limited and can be set as appropriate. For example, the length dimension of the second covering portion 48 may be longer than the diameter of the second covering portion 48 . Also, for example, the length dimension of the second cover portion 48 may be the same as or longer than the length dimension of the portion of the first cover portion 47 that covers the linear portion 34 . The length dimension of the second cover portion 48 may be shorter than the length dimension of the first cover portion 47 .
The resin molded portion 40 as described above is formed of resin such as polyurethane resin, for example. Polyurethane resin is excellent in impact resistance and the like, and is suitable for protecting the electric wire 30 and the like, but is easily deformed. Therefore, when the electric wire 30 inside tries to return to its original shape, it may be difficult to maintain the desired bent shape. In such a case, using the connecting portion 50 is more effective.
For example, the resin molded portion 40 as described above can be integrally formed by insert molding using an injection molding die with the rear end portion 22 of the connector housing 20 and the portion of the electric wire 30 near the connector housing 20 as an insert target portion. That is, the resin molded portion 40 is a molded component. When the rear end portion 22 of the connector housing 20 is provided with a cavity opening, the resin molded portion 40 may seal the cavity opening while being in liquid-tight contact with the periphery of the cavity opening.
When molding the resin molded portion 40 with the electric wire 30 as an insert part, a pin for positioning the electric wire 30 with respect to the mold may be provided, and a through hole as a trace of the pin may be located at the boundary between the connecting portion 50 and the first cover portion 47. The number of through-holes may be one, or may be plural along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 .
The exterior member 60 covers the second cover portion 48 and the electric wire 30 extending from the second cover portion 48 . The exterior member 60 is, for example, a tube made of rubber or resin. The tube may be a corrugated tube in which small-diameter portions and large-diameter portions are alternately connected from one axial end side to the other end side, or may be a continuous tube having the same diameter from one axial end side to the other axial end side. The exterior member 60 may be a sheet, an adhesive tape, or the like wrapped around the second cover portion 48 and the electric wire 30 . The sheet or adhesive tape may be wound vertically, horizontally, or spirally.
The fixing member 70 fixes the electric wire 30 to the fixing target at the next position of the connector housing 20 . A fixed target is, for example, a vehicle. The fixing member 70 includes a first fixing portion 71 and a second fixing portion 74 . The first fixing portion 71 is a portion fixed to the electric wire 30 . The second fixing portion 74 is a portion fixed to a fixing target portion such as a vehicle. For example, the fixing member 70 is a member integrally molded with resin or the like.
Here, the fixing member 70 is a band clip. The first fixing portion 71 has a band portion 72 and a band fixing portion 73 . The band portion 72 protrudes from the band fixing portion 73 to one side of the band fixing portion 73 . The first fixing portion 71 is fixed to the electric wire 30 by fixing the band portion 72 to the band fixing portion 73 while winding it around the electric wire 30 . The second fixing portion 74 has a columnar portion 75 and a pair of locking claws 76 . The columnar portion 75 protrudes from the band fixing portion 73 to the other side of the band fixing portion 73 . The pair of locking claws 76 extend from the distal end of the columnar portion 75 toward the base end so as to be inclined outward. When the second fixing portion 74 is inserted into a fixing hole formed in a vehicle body panel or the like, a pair of locking claws 76 pass through the fixing hole while being elastically deformed, and engage the periphery of the fixing hole from the side opposite to the insertion direction. Thereby, the second fixing portion 74 is fixed to the vehicle body panel.
However, the fixing member 70 may be a member other than the band clip. For example, the first fixing portion 71 may be a bracket or the like that can be bolted. Further, for example, the second fixing portion 74 may be a fixing piece around which an adhesive tape is wound together with the electric wire 30 .
The fixing member 70 is provided on the other end side of the bending portion 33 along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 . Here, the fixing member 70 is provided on the other end side of the portion covered with the resin molded portion 40 along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 . For example, the fixing member 70 may be provided at the position of the exterior member 60 . The fixing member 70 may be provided on the other end side of the exterior member 60 . However, the fixing member 70 may be provided on the wire covering portion 44 . The fixing member 70 may be provided on the bent portion 33 covering portion, or may be provided on the linear covering portion 46 . The fixing member 70 may be provided on the first cover portion 47 or may be provided on the second cover portion 48 .
 <効果等>
<Effects, etc.>
According to the wiring member 10 configured as described above, the bent portion 33 of the wire 30 provided at the portion extending from the connector housing 20 is easily maintained in a bent shape by the resin molded portion 40 including the wire cover portion 44 and the connecting portion 50. More specifically, when the wire 30 extending from the connector housing 20 is forced to return to a straight line (a force to bend the wire 30 to a gentler angle) acting on the wire covering portion 44, the force acts as a force pulling the portion of the connecting portion 50 connected to the wire covering portion 44 away from the housing covering portion 41. Since the connecting portion 50 is connected to the housing cover portion 41, it is difficult to deform even if the force is applied. Therefore, even if a tensile force acts on the connecting portion 50, the connecting portion 50 is hardly deformed, and the wire covering portion 44 and the bending portion 33 inside thereof are kept in a bent state.
Further, the outer edge portion 51 is connected on one side to the tip portion of the housing cover portion 41 on the front end portion 21 side of the connector housing 20 . As a result, the outer edge portion 51 of the connecting portion 50 and the tip portion of the housing cover portion 41 are connected, and the shape of the mold for molding the resin molded portion 40 is simplified.
The electric wire 30 is bent more than 90 degrees at the bent portion 33, and the end surface of the outer edge portion 51 of the connecting portion 50 and the end surface of the tip portion of the housing covering portion 41 are flush with each other. As a result, the end surface of the outer edge portion 51 of the connecting portion 50 and the end surface of the distal end portion of the housing cover portion 41 are aligned, and the shape of the mold for molding the resin molded portion 40 is simplified.
The fitting portion 42 is a portion that is thickened in the internal and external directions of the connector housing 20 in order to fit into the annular recess 23 . The strength of the connecting portion 50 is increased by connecting the connecting portion 50 to the thick fitting portion 42 . Further, since the housing cover part 41 has the fitting part 42 , a wall is formed in the connector housing 20 on the rear edge side of the annular recess 23 . As a result, even if a gap is formed between the housing cover portion 41 and the connector housing 20 and water enters through the gap, the wall of the housing cover portion 41 prevents the water from reaching the opening of the cavity.
Further, the wire covering portion 44 has a first covering portion 47 connected to the connecting portion 50 and a second covering portion 48 extending to the other end side from the first covering portion 47 and not connected to the connecting portion 50 . This makes it easy to attach another component to the outside of the second cover portion 48 .
Also, the first cover portion 47 covers the bent portion 33 over the entire length, and the second cover portion 48 covers only the straight portion 34 . Thereby, the connecting portion 50 is provided over the entire length of the bent portion 33 .
The wiring member 10 further includes an exterior member 60 that covers the second cover portion 48 and the electric wires 30 extending from the second cover portion 48 . This prevents the wires 30 from being exposed between the resin molded portion 40 and the exterior member 60 .
Also, the thickness of the connecting portion 50 is smaller than the diameter of the wire covering portion 44 . This contributes to weight reduction of the resin molded portion 40, reduction of materials used, and the like.
The wiring member 10 further includes a fixing member 70 that is provided on the other end side of the bent portion 33 along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 and that fixes the electric wire 30 to a fixing target at the next position of the connector housing 20 . Thereby, the fixing member 70 is provided at a position far from the connector housing 20 along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 .
Also, the fixing member 70 is provided on the other end side of the portion covered with the resin molded portion 40 along the extending direction of the electric wire 30 .
