医用病床是一种用于病人或者行动不便的老年人休息和疗养的医疗器械,尤其是具有自动升降和侧翻功能的医用病床,其自动化程度高,能够满足使用者的多种需求,进而提升使用者的体验。
在相关技术中,为了提高医用病床的自动升降和侧翻功能,采用在医用病床上安装电机的方式来提供驱动力。
然而,相关技术中的医用病床的结构复杂。

应用本申请的技术方案,医用病床包括底座、床框、立柱电机以及推杆电机,当立柱电机的立柱相对第一电机本体伸出或者回缩时,由于立柱电机沿竖向方向延伸,进而立柱可以沿竖向伸出或者回缩,并且由于第一电机本体与底座固定连接,立柱的上端与床框的中部相铰接,底座相对地面不移动,进而床框可以相对底座上升或者下降。当推杆电机的推杆相对第二电机本体伸出或者回缩时,由于推杆电机沿床框的宽度方向延伸,进而推杆可以沿床框的宽度方向伸出或者回缩,并且由于第二电机本体与立柱相铰接,推杆与床框的侧部相铰接,进而推杆可以推动床框侧翻。由于通过立柱电机实现床框的上升或者下降,通过推杆电机实现床框的侧翻,使得医用病床的升降和侧翻功能仅通过立柱电机和推杆电机就能分别实现,进而使得医用病床的结构得以简化。并且能达到整床侧翻30°,更好满足临床护理需求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本申请及其应用或使用的任何限制。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1至图5所示,本申请实施例提供了一种医用病床,医用病床包括底座10、床框20、立柱电机30以及推杆电机40,床框20位于底座10的上方,立柱电机30沿竖向方向延伸,立柱电机30包括第一电机本体31以及与第一电机本体31可伸缩连接的立柱32,第一电机本体31与底座10固定连接,立柱32的上端与床框20的中部相铰接,推杆电机40沿床框20的宽度方向延伸,推杆电机40包括第二电机本体41以及与第二电机本体41可伸缩连接的推杆42,第二电机本体41与立柱32相铰接,推杆42与床框20的侧部相铰接。
应用本申请的技术方案,医用病床包括底座10、床框20、立柱电机30以及推杆电机40,当立柱电机30的立柱32相对第一电机本体31伸出或者回缩时,由于立柱电机30沿竖向方向延伸,进而立柱32可以沿竖向伸出或者回缩,并且由于第一电机本体31与底座10固定连接,立柱32的上端与床框20的中部相铰接,底座10相对地面不移动,进而床框20可以相对底座10上升或者下降。当推杆电机40的推杆42相对第二电机本体41伸出或者回缩时,由于推杆电机40沿床框20的宽度方向延伸,进而推杆42可以沿床框20的宽度方向伸出或者回缩,并且由于第二电机本体41与立柱32相铰接,推杆42与床框20的侧部相铰接,进而推杆42可以推动床框20侧翻。由于通过立柱电机30实现床框20的上升或者下降,通过 推杆电机40实现床框20的侧翻,使得医用病床的升降和侧翻功能仅通过立柱电机30和推杆电机40就能分别实现,进而使得医用病床的结构得以简化。
在本实施例中,当床框20处于水平状态时,推杆电机40的推杆42相对第二电机本体41伸出,在此基础上,当推杆42相对第二电机本体41伸出或者回缩时,床框20可以实现逆时针或者顺时针的侧翻。
需要说明的是,立柱电机30沿竖向方向延伸,指的是立柱电机30可以沿竖直方向延伸或者与竖直方向成一定的角度,例如0°至10°。
其中,立柱电机还可以为竖向延伸的液压缸,通过液压缸的液压推杆可实现床框20的升降。
其中,医用病床可以包括一个立柱电机30,该立柱电机30位于床框20的中部,通过一个立柱电机30即可实现床框20的升降。医用病床还可以包括两个立柱电机30,两个立柱电机30分别位于床框20的两端,通过两个立柱电机30可以使床框20的升降更加平稳。
需要说明的是,立柱32的上端与床框20的中部相铰接,既可以是立柱32的上端与床框20的中部直接铰接,也可以是立柱32的上端与床框20的中部间接铰接。在本实施例中,立柱32的上端与床框20的中部间接铰接。
如图1、图3以及图5所示,医用病床还包括第一支架50,第一支架50与立柱32的上端固定连接,第二电机本体41与第一支架50相铰接,第一支架50与床框20的中部相铰接。采用第一支架50可以实现立柱电机30和推杆电机40分别与床框20的连接,具有一物多用,便于装配的优点,同时,便于医用病床零部件的标准化,进而降低成本。
如图2和图4所示,第一支架50包括相互连接的第一侧板51和第二侧板52,第一侧板51沿床框20的宽度方向延伸,第二侧板52沿床框20的长度方向延伸,第一侧板51与床框20的中部相铰接,第二侧板52与立柱32固定连接,第一支架50还包括弯型板53,弯型板53与第一侧板51的下端连接并向下延伸,第二电机本体41与弯型板53相铰接。采用上述结构的第一支架50,可以分别利用第一侧板51、第二侧板52以及弯型板53实现不同的功能,具有结构简单,便于装配的优点。
如图3至图5所示,医用病床还包括沿床框20的宽度方向延伸的伸缩件60,伸缩件60位于立柱电机30的远离推杆电机40的一侧,伸缩件60的一端与第一支架50相铰接,伸缩件60的另一端与床框20的侧部相铰接。采用上述结构的伸缩件60,可以与推杆电机40形成对应设置,进而可以使床框20在位于侧翻位置以及侧翻的过程中,床框20的支撑更加稳固。
在本实施例中,伸缩件60包括气弹簧。
其中,第一支架50包括两个弯型板53,其中一个弯型板53与推杆电机40相铰接,另一个弯型板53与伸缩件60相铰接。
具体地,在床框20上设置有间隔设置有两个连接板,床框20通过两个连接板分别与推杆42和伸缩件60相铰接。
如图2和图4所示,医用病床还包括顶板54,第一支架50包括两个相对设置的第一侧板51和两个相对设置的第二侧板52,顶板54位于立柱32的上方并与立柱32连接,顶板54沿第一支架50的长度方向的两端分别与两个第二侧板52固定连接。采用顶板54可以增加第一支架50与立柱32的接触面积,从而使得第一支架50与立柱电机30的连接更加稳固。
在本实施例中,第一支架50还包括沿床框20的长度方向延伸的加强板55,第一支架50包括两个弯型板53,加强板55的两端分别与两个弯型板53连接,采用加强板55可以增强推杆电机40与伸缩件60之间的联动效果,从而使得床框20的侧翻更稳固。
如图1和图2所示,床框20包括第一框架21以及位于第一框架21内的横梁22,横梁22沿第一框架21的宽度方向延伸,横梁22的两端均与第一框架21连接,横梁22的中部与第一支架50相铰接。通过横梁22可以实现第一支架50与床框20的连接,进而有利于床框20的侧翻。
在本实施例中,横梁22位于第一侧板51的侧部并与第一侧板51的中部连接。
如图1和图2所示,床框20包括两个横梁22,两个横梁22分别位于第一支架50的两侧,两个横梁22的中部分别与第一支架50的两侧相铰接。采用两个横梁22分别与对应的第一侧板51的中部连接,进而可以使床框20与第一支架50的连接更稳固,从而可以使床框20在位于侧翻位置以及侧翻的过程中,床框20的支撑更加稳固。
在本实施例中,两个横梁22的中部还连接有连接梁,通过连接梁可以进一步增加两个横梁22之间的连接强度。
如图1所示,医用病床包括两个立柱电机30和一个推杆电机40,两个立柱电机30沿医用病床的长度方向间隔设置,推杆电机40与两个立柱电机30的其中一个对应设置。采用两个立柱电机30沿医用病床的长度方向间隔设置,可以使床框20的两端均匀受力,进而可以使床框20的升降更加平稳。采用推杆电机40与两个立柱电机30的其中一个对应设置,便于利用一个第一支架50即可实现立柱电机30和推杆电机40分别与床框20的连接。
具体地,当需要床框20上升或者下降时,两个立柱电机30的立柱32均相对第一电机本体31伸出或者回缩时,由于两个立柱电机30的第一电机本体31与均底座10固定连接,两个立柱电机30的立柱32的上端均与床框20的中部相铰接,底座10相对地面不移动,进而床框20的两端均可以相对底座10上升或者下降。
初始时床框20处于水平状态,此时推杆42相对第二电机本体41伸出,当需要床框20侧翻时,推杆电机40的推杆42相对第二电机本体41伸出或者回缩时,由于推杆电机40沿床框20的宽度方向延伸,进而推杆42可以沿床框20的宽度方向伸出或者回缩,并且由于第二电机本体41与立柱32相铰接,推杆42与床框20的侧部相铰接,进而推杆42可以推动床 框20实现逆时针或者顺时针的侧翻。当需要床框20回复到水平状态时,通过推杆42相对第二电机本体41回缩或者伸出,即可实现。
如图1和图3所示,医用病床还包括第二支架80和连接件90,第二支架80与两个立柱电机30的另一个对应设置,第二支架80包括相互连接的第三侧板81和第四侧板82,第三侧板81沿床框20的宽度方向延伸,第四侧板82沿床框20的长度方向延伸,第三侧板81与床框20的中部相铰接,第四侧板82上具有沿床框20的长度方向延伸的条形孔83,连接件90可活动地穿设于条形孔83并与立柱32连接。采用在第四侧板82上设置条形孔83,在两个立柱电机30的上升高度不一致时,可以使床框20沿着条形孔83的延伸方向相对第二支架80移动,进而使床框20两端的上升高度不一致,从而可以使医用病床处于特氏位体位或者反特氏位体位。
具体地,床框20包括四个横梁22,其中两个横梁22的中部还连接有连接梁并对应第一支架50设置,另两个横梁22的中部也连接有连接梁并对应第二支架80设置,第三侧板81与横梁22的中部相铰接。
在本实施例中,当需要床框20上升或者下降时,两个立柱电机30的立柱32均相对第一电机本体31伸出或者回缩时,由于两个立柱电机30的第一电机本体31与均底座10固定连接,两个立柱电机30的立柱32的上端分别通过第一支架50以及第二支架80与床框20的中部相铰接,底座10相对地面不移动,进而床框20的两端均可以相对底座10上升或者下降,进而实现床框20相对底座10上升或者下降。
并且,当床框20的两端的两个立柱电机30的立柱相对第一电机本体31伸出高度不一致时,靠近第二支架80一端的床框20可以沿着条形孔83的延伸方向相对第二支架80移动,从而可以使床框20的两端实现上升高度不一致的情况,进而可以使医用病床处于特氏位体位或者反特氏位体位。
若初始时床框20处于水平状态,此时推杆42相对第二电机本体41伸出,当需要床框20侧翻时,推杆电机40的推杆42相对第二电机本体41伸出或者回缩时,由于第二电机本体41与弯型板53相铰接,推杆42与床框20的侧部相铰接,床框20的两端分别与第一支架50以及第二支架80相铰接,进而推杆42可以推动床框20实现逆时针或者顺时针的侧翻。当需要床框20回复到水平状态时,推杆42相对第二电机本体41回缩或者伸出,即可实现。
因此,本申请提供的医用病床既能够实现床框20的升降功能,也能实现床框20的两端上升高度不一致处于特氏位体位或者反特氏位体位功能,并且还能实现床框20的侧翻功能。所以,医用病床更能够满足实际的护理需求。
如图1所示,底座10包括第二框架11和支撑座12,支撑座12位于第二框架11内并与第二框架11连接,支撑座12具有容纳腔,第一电机本体31的下端位于容纳腔内。采用支撑座12可以实现对立柱电机30的支撑,具有结构简单,便于装配的优点。
在本实施例中,支撑座12包括底板、左侧板、右侧板以及后侧板,左侧板、右侧板以及后侧板均与底板连接,底板、左侧板、右侧板以及后侧板共同围成容纳腔,在立柱电机30的前侧设置有限位梁进行限位。
如图5所示,医用病床还包括多个间隔设置于底座10的边角处的脚轮70。采用脚轮70可以使医用病床进行移动。
在本实施例中,底座10还包括设置于第二框架11的刹车梁,采用刹车梁可以控制脚轮70。
应用本申请提供的医用病床,具有以下有益效果:
(1)医用病床既能够实现床框20的升降功能,也能实现床框20的两端上升高度不一致处于特氏位体位或者反特氏位体位功能,并且还能实现床框20的侧翻功能。所以,医用病床更能够满足实际的护理需求;
(2)由于通过立柱电机30实现床框20的上升或者下降,通过推杆电机40实现床框20的侧翻,使得医用病床的升降和侧翻功能仅通过立柱电机30和推杆电机40就能分别实现,进而使得医用病床的结构得以简化;
(3)采用上述结构的伸缩件60,可以与推杆电机40形成对应设置,采用两个横梁22分别与对应的第一侧板51的中部连接,可以使床框20在位于侧翻位置以及侧翻的过程中,床框20的支撑更加稳固。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种医用病床,其特征在于,所述医用病床包括:
    底座(10);
    床框(20),位于所述底座(10)的上方;
    立柱电机(30),沿竖向方向延伸,所述立柱电机(30)包括第一电机本体(31)以及与所述第一电机本体(31)可伸缩连接的立柱(32),所述第一电机本体(31)与所述底座(10)固定连接,所述立柱(32)的上端与所述床框(20)的中部相铰接;
    推杆电机(40),沿所述床框(20)的宽度方向延伸,所述推杆电机(40)包括第二电机本体(41)以及与所述第二电机本体(41)可伸缩连接的推杆(42),所述第二电机本体(41)与所述立柱(32)相铰接,所述推杆(42)与所述床框(20)的侧部相铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述医用病床还包括第一支架(50),所述第一支架(50)与所述立柱(32)的上端固定连接,所述第二电机本体(41)与所述第一支架(50)相铰接,所述第一支架(50)与所述床框(20)的中部相铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的医用病床,其特征在于,
    所述第一支架(50)包括相互连接的第一侧板(51)和第二侧板(52),所述第一侧板(51)沿所述床框(20)的宽度方向延伸,所述第二侧板(52)沿所述床框(20)的长度方向延伸,所述第一侧板(51)与所述床框(20)的中部相铰接,所述第二侧板(52)与所述立柱(32)固定连接;
    所述第一支架(50)还包括弯型板(53),所述弯型板(53)与所述第一侧板(51)的下端连接并向下延伸,所述第二电机本体(41)与所述弯型板(53)相铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述医用病床还包括沿所述床框(20)的宽度方向延伸的伸缩件(60),所述伸缩件(60)位于所述立柱电机(30)的远离所述推杆电机(40)的一侧,所述伸缩件(60)的一端与所述第一支架(50)相铰接,所述伸缩件(60)的另一端与所述床框(20)的侧部相铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的医用病床,其特征在于,
    所述医用病床还包括顶板(54),所述第一支架(50)包括两个相对设置的所述第一侧板(51)和两个相对设置的所述第二侧板(52),所述顶板(54)位于所述立柱(32)的上方并与所述立柱(32)连接,所述顶板(54)沿所述第一支架(50)的长度方向的两端分别与两个所述第二侧板(52)固定连接;和/或,
    所述第一支架(50)还包括沿所述床框(20)的长度方向延伸的加强板(55),所述第一支架(50)包括两个所述弯型板(53),所述加强板(55)的两端分别与两个所述弯型板(53)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述床框(20)包括第一框架(21)以及位于所述第一框架(21)内的横梁(22),所述横梁(22)沿所述第一框架(21)的宽度方向延伸,所述横梁(22)的两端均与所述第一框架(21)连接,所述横梁(22)的中部与所述第一支架(50)相铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述床框(20)包括两个所述横梁(22),两个所述横梁(22)分别位于所述第一支架(50)的两侧,两个所述横梁(22)的中部分别与所述第一支架(50)的两侧相铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述医用病床包括两个所述立柱电机(30)和一个所述推杆电机(40),两个所述立柱电机(30)沿所述医用病床的长度方向间隔设置,所述推杆电机(40)与两个所述立柱电机(30)的其中一个对应设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述医用病床还包括第二支架(80)和连接件(90),所述第二支架(80)与两个所述立柱电机(30)的另一个对应设置,所述第二支架(80)包括相互连接的第三侧板(81)和第四侧板(82),所述第三侧板(81)沿所述床框(20)的宽度方向延伸,所述第四侧板(82)沿所述床框(20)的长度方向延伸,所述第三侧板(81)与所述床框(20)的中部相铰接,所述第四侧板(82)上具有沿所述床框(20)的长度方向延伸的条形孔(83),所述连接件(90)可活动地穿设于所述条形孔(83)并与所述立柱(32)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述底座(10)包括第二框架(11)和支撑座(12),所述支撑座(12)位于所述第二框架(11)内并与所述第二框架(11)连接,所述支撑座(12)具有容纳腔,所述第一电机本体(31)的下端位于所述容纳腔内。
  11. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的医用病床,其特征在于,所述医用病床还包括多个间隔设置于所述底座(10)的边角处的脚轮(70)。
