背景技术
椅子是一种日常生活家具,一种有靠背、还有扶手的坐具。现代的椅子追求美观时尚,一些椅子不再单单作为坐具,在科技的结合下,使人类的生活更加方便。
现有的椅子上的扶手和靠背基本上是相对固定设计。使得扶手和靠背所组成的部件是不规则立体,进行包装运输时,无法有效充分使用运输空间,使得空间的利用率低,增加了运输成本。
现有的椅子可坐面积固定,使得椅子具体的使用场景较少。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种椅子扶手的连接部件以及具备该部件的椅子,解决了现有扶手和靠背所组成的部件运输成本高的问题。

为实现以上目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种椅子扶手的连接部件,包括扶手和靠背,所述扶手呈对称分别位于靠背的两侧,且扶手和靠背转动连接。
优选的,所述扶手包括U型杆件,所述U型杆件的内侧固定连接有第一整形杆和第一连接杆,所述U型杆件的壁固定连接有第一固定耳,所述第一固定耳靠近第一整形杆的一端。
优选的,所述靠背包括下杆件和上杆件,所述下杆件和上杆件之间固定 连接有第二整形杆和第二连接杆,所述下杆件的侧壁固定连接有第二固定耳。

如图1、2、3、8、9所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种椅子扶手的连接部件,包括扶手1和靠背2,扶手1呈对称分别位于靠背2的两侧,且扶手1和靠背2转动连接,扶手1和靠背2转动的连接的形式可以是铰链连接,也可以是求蜗连接等其他的形式,同时扶手1转动可以转动收束至靠背2处,使得扶手1和靠背2所形状更加规则化,使得在相同的运载空间下,可以提高其运载的数量,降低运输的成本,同时现有的椅子所采用的靠背2和扶手1,其位置关系上相对固定,即椅子的可调节的性能差。
扶手1包括U型杆件11,U型杆件11的内侧固定连接有第一整形杆13和第一连接杆14,第一连接杆14和U型杆件11实现扶手1主体受力结构,U型杆件11的壁固定连接有第一固定耳12,第一固定耳12用于连接固定扶手1,第一固定耳12靠近第一整形杆13的一端,居中设置,保持受力良好。
靠背2包括下杆件21和上杆件25,下杆件21和上杆件25的中部均为弧形,提高人体倚靠的舒适度,以及下杆件21和上杆件25形状在满足人体依靠得舒适下,对应设置有多段弧线段,具体结构如图2所示,下杆件21和上杆件25之间固定连接有第二整形杆22和第二连接杆24,下杆件21、上杆件25和第二连接杆24的实现靠背2的主体受力结构,下杆件21的侧壁固定连接有第二固定耳23,第二固定耳23用于靠背2的固定。

工作原理:进行转运时,可将扶手1转动至靠背2处,即扶手1从相对于靠背2垂直状态下,转变成水平状态,该设置使得扶手1和靠背2所形状更加规则化,使得在相同的运载空间下,可以提高其运载的数量,降低运输的成本。
实施例二:
如图4-7所示,一种椅子,包括根据实施例一所述的一种椅子扶手的连接部件,扶手1和靠背2的下部固定连接有座板5,座板5包括后板51和前板52,后板51和前板52之间转动连接,即扶手1和靠背2已经安装了座板5,转动前板52,也可以将前板竖直设置,且不影响扶手1转动收束操作,也是为转运需求提供方便,后板51和第二固定耳23固定连接,第二固定耳23和第一固定耳12结构一致,且上均设置有圆角矩形孔,使用螺栓穿过圆角矩形孔,和后板51螺纹连接,从而通过第二固定耳23实现后板51和靠背2的固定连接。
前板52的两侧均设置有收纳腔室,且收纳腔室内部设置有隐藏板53,隐藏板53和第一固定耳12固定连接,其连接方式和第二固定耳23一致,均采用螺栓固定,同时隐藏板53位于收纳腔室,且和前板52是转动连接,隐藏板53和扶手1之间是固定连接,即扶手1转动时,隐藏板53随之相应对动作,即隐藏版52露出,或者回归于收纳腔室中,该设置可以提高椅子的可坐面积,可以用于放置其他的物件,以及存在椅子需要收纳于桌子的下方,但是扶手1过高且固定设置,造成阻挡使得椅子无法放入桌子下方,而可转动扶手1,方便椅子的收纳,便于整理。
隐藏板53上还设置有卡件,用于隐藏板53的限位固定用,隐藏板53固 定时,卡件可以是圆柱形,如插销,同时作用于隐藏板53和前板52上,需要转动设置隐藏板53时,可以取下卡件。
在扶手1和前板52转动折叠前,应确保第一固定耳12出的螺栓已经拆卸下,即扶手1和隐藏板53已经分离。
座板5的下端固定连接有连接件6,连接件6的下端四角均套接有椅子腿3,用于支撑,同连接连接件6用于连接座板5和椅子腿3,连接件6包括固定板61和套筒62,固定板61为圆角矩形板,固定板61固定于座板5的正下方,同时中部贯穿设置有圆孔,用于减轻连接件6的重量,同时圆板的边缘等角度设置有若干固定孔,固定孔穿插设置有螺栓,通过螺栓实现固定板61和前板52的固定,套筒62设置有四个,并分布于固定板61的下端四角,套筒62的轴线倾斜设置,且四根轴线共点,椅子腿3的上端套接于套筒62,该设置可以使得椅子更加美观,且椅子腿3采用套接的方式,其安装方式更简单,同时可减少安装的附加部件。
椅子腿3的中部设置有四条绳索4,绳索4的设置使得四根椅子腿3整体性更高,四条绳索4的一端固定连接一起,绳索4的另一端和椅子腿3固定连接,相较于传统在椅子腿3的中部固定连接横杆,用于提高支撑强度,本处采用绳索4,可以降低椅子的重量。
椅子腿3的中部设置有阶梯孔,且阶梯孔的内部埋入调节结构7,即调节结构7也具有阶梯轴的形状,并和阶梯孔配合,方便调节结构7的安装,调节结构7的一端和绳索4固定连接。调节结构7包括连接套71、壳体72和调节螺栓73,连接套71从壳体72一端延伸出,连接套71的一端连接绳索4,调节螺栓73位于壳体72的另一端,且调节螺栓73贯穿至壳体72的内部,调节螺栓73和连接套71螺纹连接,使用工具转动调节螺栓73,可实现调节螺栓73进而连接套71之间螺纹连接长度的改变,即改变了绳索4的绷紧程度,该设置可方便调节绳索4的松紧,利于椅子的支撑。
工作原理:使用过程中,可转动扶手1,将隐藏板53从收纳腔室总取出,可以增大可坐的面积;
使用工具转动调节螺栓73,可实现调节螺栓73进而连接套71之间螺纹连接长度的改变,即改变了绳索4的绷紧程度,调节椅子的支撑状态。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种椅子扶手的连接部件,其特征在于,包括扶手(1)和靠背(2),所述扶手(1)呈对称分别位于靠背(2)的两侧,且扶手(1)和靠背(2)转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种椅子扶手的连接部件,其特征在于:所述扶手(1)包括U型杆件(11),所述U型杆件(11)的内侧固定连接有第一整形杆(13)和第一连接杆(14),所述U型杆件(11)的壁固定连接有第一固定耳(12),所述第一固定耳(12)靠近第一整形杆(13)的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种椅子扶手的连接部件,其特征在于:所述靠背(2)包括下杆件(21)和上杆件(25),所述下杆件(21)和上杆件(25)之间固定连接有第二整形杆(22)和第二连接杆(24),所述下杆件(21)的侧壁固定连接有第二固定耳(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种椅子扶手的连接部件,其特征在于:所述扶手(1)和靠背(2)包覆设置有裹布,所述裹布内部还设置有填充物。
  5. 一种椅子,包括根据权利要求1-4所述的一种椅子扶手的连接部件,其特征在于:所述扶手(1)和靠背(2)的下部固定连接有座板(5),所述座板(5)的下端固定连接有连接件(6),所述连接件(6)的下端四角均套接有椅子腿(3),所述椅子腿(3)的中部设置有四条绳索(4),四条所述绳索(4)的一端固定连接一起,所述绳索(4)的另一端和椅子腿(3)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种椅子,其特征在于:所述座板(5)包括后板(51)和前板(52),所述后板(51)和前板(52)之间转动连接,所述后板(51)和第二固定耳(23)固定连接,所述前板(52)的两侧均设置有收纳腔室,且收纳腔室内部设置有隐藏板(53),所述隐藏板(53)和第一固定耳(12)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种椅子,其特征在于:所述连接件(6)包 括固定板(61)和套筒(62),所述套筒(62)设置有四个,并分布于固定板(61)的下端四角,所述固定板(61)固定于座板(5)的正下方,所述椅子腿(3)的上端套接于套筒(62)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种椅子,其特征在于:所述椅子腿(3)的中部设置有阶梯孔,且阶梯孔的内部埋入调节结构(7),所述调节结构(7)的一端和绳索(4)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种椅子,其特征在于:所述调节结构(7)包括连接套(71)、壳体(72)和调节螺栓(73),所述连接套(71)从壳体(72)一端延伸出,所述连接套(71)的一端连接绳索(4),所述调节螺栓(73)位于壳体(72)的另一端,且调节螺栓(73)贯穿至壳体(72)的内部,所述调节螺栓(73)和连接套(71)螺纹连接。
