本申请涉及信息处理领域,特别涉及一种信息的插入方法、装置、设备、介质及计算机程序产品。
背景技术
文档是一种用于记录电子数据的工具,其记载的数据内容可供人或机器用于阅读。随着文档相关技术的发展,为提高文档的便捷性,推出了一种基于互联网的在线文档,在线文档能够使多个用户之间更方便地访问、管理和共享文档。
在相关技术中,在线文档提供的功能诸如插入图片、插入表格、插入公式、插入超链接等功能。其中,若需要在文档中提供用户或群组的联系方式时,一般通过在文档内容中编辑用户账号或群组账号,由打开该文档的文档共享用户通过复制来添加文档内容中提供的用户或群组。
然而,以上述方式实现的用户或群组的传播方式中,文档共享用户对文档内容中所提供的用户或群组进行添加时的操作复杂,对应的信息传播效率较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种信息的插入方法、装置、设备、介质及计算机程序产品,可以提升文档中账号信息的传播效率。所述技术方案如下:
一方面,提供了一种信息的插入方法,所述方法包括:
显示在线文档对应的编辑界面,所述编辑界面用于对所述在线文档的文档内容进行编辑;
在所述编辑界面中接收名片插入操作,所述名片插入操作用于将第一账号对应的名片插入至所述在线文档中;
基于所述名片插入操作在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片,所述第一账号对应的名片用于提供与所述第一账号之间进行即时通讯的通讯入口。
另一方面,提供了一种信息的插入装置,所述装置包括:
显示模块,用于显示在线文档对应的编辑界面,所述编辑界面用于对所述在线文档的文档内容进行编辑;
接收模块,用于在所述编辑界面中接收名片插入操作,所述名片插入操作用于将第一账号对应的名片插入至所述在线文档中;
所述显示模块,还用于基于所述名片插入操作在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片,所述第一账号对应的名片用于提供与所述第一账号之间进行即时通讯的通讯入口。

在文档的编辑过程中,通过名片插入操作将第一账号对应的名片插入至当前正在编辑的在线文档中,使得在线文档的文档内容中显示第一账号对应的名片,第一账号对应的名片用于提供与第一账号之间进行即时通讯的通讯入口,不仅提升了文档中账号信息的传播效率,还提供了一种新的通讯方式。

首先,请参考图1,其示出了本申请实施例的实施环境示意图。示意性的,该实施环境的计算机系统中包括第一终端111、第二终端112、服务器120和通信网络130。
第一终端111和第二终端112中运行有能够提供文档的编辑功能的第一应用,还运行有能够提供社交会话功能的第二应用。可选地,第一应用和第二应用可以是两个互相独立的应用程序,也可以是同一个应用程序中的不同功能模块,还可以是第二应用为宿主程序,第一应用为第二应用中的小程序。
可选地,第一终端111、第二终端112可以是台式计算机、膝上型便携计算机、手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层4)播放器等等。示意性的,第一终端111为在线文档的编辑终端,第二终端112为在线文档的浏览终端。可选地,第一终端111和第二终端112可以是同一终端设备,也可以是不同的终端设备。
服务器120用于为上述第一应用和第二应用提供后端支持。示意性的,以第二应用为社交应用,第一应用为第二应用中的文档功能模块为例,用户通过第一终端111运行第二应用 中的第一应用,并创建在线文档,第一终端111接收名片插入操作,根据名片插入操作确定第一账号对应的账号标识,将该账号标识发送至服务器120,服务器120根据账号标识返回第一账号对应的账号信息,第一终端111对上述账号信息对应的名片元素进行组装,得到第一账号对应的名片,并在在线文档中显示该第一账号对应的名片,当在线文档被保存后,第一终端111可以将在线文档上传至服务器120作为在线文档以提供至其他终端在授权情况下进行浏览和/或编辑。当第二终端112为打开上述在线文档的终端时,在线文档中显示有第一账号对应的名片,第二终端112可以通过在线文档中显示的第一账号对应的名片与第一账号对应的终端建立会话服务。
值得注意的是,上述服务器120可以是独立的物理服务器,也可以是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群或者分布式系统,还可以是提供云服务、云数据库、云计算、云函数、云存储、网络服务、云通信、中间件服务、域名服务、安全服务、内容分发网络(Content Delivery Network,CDN)、以及大数据和人工智能平台等基础云计算服务的云服务器。
其中,云技术(Cloud Technology)是指在广域网或局域网内将硬件、软件、网络等系列资源统一起来,实现数据的计算、储存、处理和共享的一种托管技术。在一些实施例中,上述服务器120还可以实现为区块链系统中的节点。
示意性的,第一终端111和服务器120之间、第二终端112和服务器120之间通过通信网络130连接。
其次,对本申请实施例的应用场景进行示意性说明。
示意性的,第一应用提供有文档功能,第二应用提供有社交功能,以第二应用为主应用,第一应用为第二应用中的子应用为例进行说明。
当用户通过用户账号登录第二应用时,能够通过第二应用提供的社交功能与具备好友关系的好友账号建立会话服务。同时,用户也能够在第二应用中开启第一应用,以编辑在线文档。其中,会话服务用于向具备好友关系的账号之间提供进行对话的功能。第一应用提供的编辑界面中提供有名片插入控件,用户通过上述名片插入控件完成第一账号对应的名片待插入名片的插入,其中,在名片插入控件接收到触发操作时,第二应用通过文档功能和社交功能之间的功能模块接口拉取第二应用中社交功能模块提供的候选账号列表,该候选账号列表中可以包括当前第二应用中登录的用户账号、上述用户账号的好友账号、群组账号、公众号等账号中的至少一种账号。当用户从候选账号列表中选择至少一个第一账号后,终端根据选择的至少一个第一账号生成第一账号对应的名片,将该第一账号对应的名片插入至在线文档中的指定的位置。用户可以将在线文档作为在线文档进行保存,然后将该在线文档对应的文档连接通过第二应用分享至其他用户账号。当其他用户账号通过第二应用接收到上述文档连接后,能够通过该文档连接对在线文档进行浏览和/或编辑,同时还能够通过在线文档中的第一账号对应的名片与第一账号建立会话服务。
可选地,上述仅以第一应用作为第二应用的子应用为例进行说明,第一应用和第二应用也可以是两个独立的应用程序,即,第一应用和第二应用通过应用间的应用程序接口(Application Programming Interface,API)来完成应用间的交互。
请参考图2,其示出了本申请一个实施例示出的信息的插入方法,在本申请实施例中,以该方法应用于如图1所示的第一终端中,该方法也可应用于第二终端或其他终端中,在此仅以第一终端为例。该方法包括:
步骤201,显示在线文档对应的编辑界面。
其中,上述编辑界面用于对在线文档的文档内容进行编辑。
示意性的,上述编辑界面由第一应用提供,该第一应用为文档应用。可选地,上述文档应用可以是独立的应用程序,也可以是宿主程序中的小程序,还可以是插件程序。可选地, 上述第一应用可以是本地文档应用,即,第一应用中的在线文档在完成编辑后存储于本地终端的存储区域中,若需要将该在线文档分享给其他用户的终端,则需要通过互联网完成文档传输,即使传输后的在线文档被其他用户修改,在本地存储的在线文档内容也不会发生变化;上述第一应用也可以是在线文档应用,即,第一应用中的在线文档在完成编辑后自动存储于云端,用户能够通过分享文档连接将该在线文档分享至其他用户,其他用户的终端在通过文档连接打开在线文档,可以根据当前用户账号对该在线文档的权限进行浏览和/或编辑,若在线文档被其他终端编辑并保存,则云端存储的在线文档会发生更新。
在本申请实施例中,以第一应用作为第二应用中的小程序的应用场景为例进行举例说明,即,第一应用为第二应用中提供文档功能的小程序,第二应用为第一应用的主应用,第一应用为第二应用的子应用,第二应用可以是社交应用、购物应用、视频应用等各种形式的应用。
以第二应用为基于企业的社交应用为例,第二应用除了能够为用户账号提供与好友账号之间的通信以外,还能够为用户账号提供与所隶属的同一企业中的其他企业员工账号进行通信。同时,第二应用通过第一应用提供有在线文档的功能服务,即,用户可以通过第二应用中的第一应用创建在线文档,当在线文档完成编辑并保存后,用户可以选择将其作为在线文档分享至其他账号,或者,也可以选择将其作为本地文档进行保存。
在一些实施例中,第一应用中登录有第一用户账号,第二应用中登录有第二应用账号,当第一应用为第二应用的子应用时,第一用户账号和第二用户账号为同一用户账号;当第一应用和第二应用为两个独立的应用时,第一用户账号和第二用户账号为两个独立的用户账号。
在一些实施例中,第二应用提供有扩展功能界面,在扩展功能界面中提供有第一应用对应的功能开启控件,当该功能开启控件被触发时,第二应用启动第一应用对应的功能模块,终端显示上述编辑界面,该编辑界面用于编辑在线文档。可选地,终端在显示编辑界面时,可以是在第二应用对应的应用界面中叠加显示该编辑界面,上述编辑界面也可以显示于第二应用的应用界面中的预设区域。
在一些实施例中,当上述在线文档为在线文档时,用户还可以设置在线文档对应的查看/编辑权限,例如,用户可以将在线文档与第二应用中的会话群组进行关联,以指示会话群组中的群员可对该在线文档进行查看,用户还可以设置将在线文档对应的编辑权限限制于会话群组的管理人员,则会话群组中的群成员即可通过第二应用开启在线文档。
可选地,上述在线文档可以是文本文档、表格文档、演示文档等形式的文档,上述在线文档的文件格式可以是.doc格式、.docx格式、.xls格式、.ppt格式等文件格式,在此不进行限定。
在一些实施例中,该编辑界面中包括文档内容显示区域、工具栏区域,其中,文档内容显示区域用于输入文档内容,工具栏区域用于选择辅助编辑的工具,例如,字体编辑工具、段落编辑工具、插入工具、布局工具等。在本申请实施例中,工具栏区域中包括能够提供名片插入功能的名片插入控件。
步骤202,在编辑界面中接收名片插入操作。
上述名片插入操作用于将第一账号对应的名片插入至在线文档中。
其中,上述第一账号可以是第二应用中的账号。可选地,上述第二应用可以是社交应用、视频应用、文章应用等各种类型的应用,在此不进行限定。可选地,上述第一账号的账号类型包括用户账号类型、群组账号类型、公共账号类型中的至少一种,用户账号类型的账号为由个人用户使用的应用账号,群组账号类型的账号为用户账号建立的能够容纳多个用户账号进行会话的应用账号,公共账号类型的账号为开发者或商家在应用平台上申请的公共应用账号,如,公众号、订阅号、服务号等。
上述第一账号可以是当前终端第二应用登录的第二用户账号,也可以是在第二应用中与第二用户账号具有预设连接关系的账号,例如,第二用户账号对应的好友账号,或者,与第二用户账号隶属于同一企业的其他企业员工账号,还可以是第二应用中提供的群组账号、公 共账号等。
在一些实施例中,当第一应用为第二应用的子应用时,即,第一用户账号和第二用户账号为同一用户账号时。第一应用对应的编辑界面中还可以提供社交联动控件,该社交联动控件能够提供邀请其他用户对在线文档共同进行编辑,其中,当社交联动控件接收到触发操作时,显示邀请账号列表,上述邀请账号列表中的账号即为第二应用中第二用户账号对应的好友账号。
可选地,上述名片插入操作可以是通过控件实现的操作,也可以是通过快捷键实现的操作,还可以是通过触摸手势实现的操作,在此不进行限定。
步骤203,基于名片插入操作在在线文档中显示第一账号对应的名片。
其中,第一账号对应的名片用于提供与第一账号之间进行即时通讯的通讯入口。
可选地,第一账号对应的名片实现为一张静态名片,也即,第一账号的名片用于展示第一账号的账号信息;或者,第一账号对应的名片具备即时通讯开启功能,也即,当存在一个账号对第一账号对应的名片进行名片触发操作时,该账号能够通过第一账号对应的名片与第一账号之间进行即时通讯。
其中,即时通讯包括会话服务、视频交流服务、语音对话服务等通讯类型中至少一种。
上述第一账号对应的名片中包括用于预览第一账号的账号信息的名片元素。
可选地,上述名片插入操作通过名片插入控件实现,示意性的,接收针对名片插入控件的第一控件触发操作,基于第一控件触发操作显示候选账号列表,候选账号列表中包括第一账号,响应于在候选账号列表中接收到针对第一账号的选择操作,确定接收到名片插入操作。在一个示例中,如图3所示,其示出了本申请一个示例性实施例提供的名片插入操作的执行流程示意图。编辑界面310中显示有在线文档311,编辑界面310中还显示有名片插入控件312,用户点击名片插入控件312后显示候选账号列表320,当候选账号列表320中的第一账号321对应的选项接收到点击操作时,弹出插入确认框322,当插入确认框322接收到确认信号后,将第一账号321对应的的名片313插入至在线文档311中的第一显示位置处进行显示。即,通过对名片插入控件的第一控件触发操作,显示包含第一账号的候选账号列表,从而能够实现在候选账号列表中对第一账号进行选择操作,作为名片插入操作,简化了将第一账号对应的名片插入在线文档中,提高了人机交互效率。
可选地,上述名片插入操作通过手势操作实现,示意性的,当终端能够同时显示编辑界面和第二应用中的账号列表界面时,可以通过手势操作将第一账号对应的名片插入至在线文档中。可选地,上述手势操作包括单击操作、双击操作、长按操作、滑动操作等中的至少一种。在一个示例中,以手势操作为滑动操作为例,如图4所示,其示出了本申请一个示例性实施例提供的名片插入操作的执行流程示意图。终端显示有第一应用对应的编辑界面410以及第二应用对应的账号列表界面420,当用户通过滑动操作将账号列表界面420中显示的第一账号421拖动至编辑界面410中的第二显示位置后,在编辑界面410中显示的第二位置处显示第一账号421对应的名片411。
可选地,当第一账号对应的名片的账号类型为用户账号类型时,第一账号对应的名片中显示的账号信息可以包括用户昵称、用户头像、用户描述信息、用户账号标识(ID)、用户语音信息等账号信息中的至少一种,其中,上述用户描述信息可以是用户自定义的签名信息,当第二应用为基于企业的社交应用时,上述用户描述信息还可以是第一账号对应的用户在企业中的职位信息,上述用户语音信息为用户账号自定义设置并公开的语音信息。
当第一账号对应的名片的账号类型为群组账号类型时,第一账号对应的名片中显示的账号信息可以包括群组名称、群组头像、群组成员信息、群组描述信息、群组账号ID等账号信息。其中,上述群组成员信息可以是群组中全部成员的用户信息,也可以是群组中部分成员的用户信息,如群组的创建者和/或管理者的用户信息;群组头像可以是由群组中全部或部分成员的用户头像生成的头像,也可以是用户自定义的图像。其中,第一账号对应的名片对应 的群组账号同样为第二应用中提供的账号,以第一应用为第二应用的子应用为例,上述群组账号为第二应用登录的第二用户账号所属的群组。
在一个示例中,如图5所示,其示出了本申请一个示例性实施例提供的群组名片插入示意图。编辑界面510中显示有在线文档511,编辑界面510中还显示有名片插入控件512,用户点击名片插入控件512后显示候选账号列表520,当候选账号列表520中群组账号类型的第一账号521对应的选项接收到点击操作时,弹出插入确认框522,当插入确认框522接收到确认信号后,将第一账号521对应的名片513插入至在线文档511中的第三显示位置处,其中,第一账号对应的名片513中显示有群组头像、群组名称以及连接控件。
在一些实施例中,第一账号对应的名片对应的群组也可以是用户在名片插入过程中创建的群组,例如,当通过名片插入控件拉取候选账号列表时,候选账号列表中还包括创建群组控件,用户可以通过该创建群组控件选择一定数量的第三用户账号创建得到第一账号对应的名片对应的群组。在一个示例中,当第二应用为基于企业的社交应用时,用户还可以在插入名片时通过选择企业对应的部门、小组等账号集来创建群组。
当第一账号对应的名片的账号类型为公共账号类型时,第一账号对应的名片中显示的账号信息可以包括公共账号名称、公共账号宣传图、公共账号对应的开发者/商家信息、公共账号描述信息、公共账号ID、近期发布内容的预览信息等账号信息。
示意性的,上述第一账号对应的名片由用于预览账号信息的名片元素组装得到,上述名片元素包括图片元素、文本元素、语音元素、控件元素等元素中的至少一种。其中,每种账号信息对应一种名片元素。在一个示例中,如图6所示,其示出了本申请一个示例性实施例提供的第一账号对应的名片组成示意图,当第一账号对应的名片600能够指示的账号信息包括用户头像、用户昵称以及用户描述信息时,第一账号对应的名片600中包括用于预览用户头像的图片元素601,用于预览用户昵称的文本元素A602,用于预览用户描述信息的文本元素B603,以及用于提供与第一账号进行会话服务的联系控件604。
在一些实施例中,当上述名片插入操作指示将至少两个第一账号对应的名片插入至在线文档中时,则名片插入操作同时还指示有至少两个第一账号之间的账号排列顺序,示意性的,基于名片插入操作确定至少两个第一账号对应的账号排列顺序,基于账号排列顺序在在线文档中的至少两个位置分别显示至少两个第一账号对应的名片。在一个示例中,根据用户在选取第一账号时的账号选取顺序确定至少两个第一账号在在线文档中的账号排列顺序。即,根据名片插入操作指示至少两个第一账号之间的账号排列顺序,从而依据账号排列顺序在至少两个位置处显示至少两个第一帐号对应的待插入名片,能够使得待插入名片的显示方式更具条理性,提高名片显示的美观度。
在一些实施例中,不同账号类型的第一账号以不同的显示方式进行显示,示意性的,基于名片插入操作确定第一账号的账号类型,账号类型包括用户账号类型、群组账号类型、公共账号类型中的至少一种,响应于第一账号的账号类型为用户账号类型,以第一显示方式显示第一账号对应的名片,第一显示方式用于指示将第一账号对应的用户信息显示在第一账号对应的名片中;或者,响应于第一账号的账号类型为群组账号类型,以第二显示方式显示第一账号对应的名片,第二显示方式用于指示将第一账号对应的群组信息显示在第一账号对应的名片中;或者,响应于第一账号的账号类型为公共账号类型,以第三显示方式显示第一账号对应的名片,第三显示方式用于指示将第一账号对应的服务信息显示在第一账号对应的名片中。其中,上述第一显示方式、第二显示方式以及第三显示方式为不同的显示方式,在一些实施例中,第一显示方式下的第一账号对应的名片显示有用户头像元素、用户昵称元素、用户描述信息元素,第二显示方式下的第一账号对应的名片显示有由群成员头像组合而成的群组头像元素、群组名称元素、群组描述信息元素,第三显示方式下的第一账号对应的名片显示有公共账号头像、公共账号名称、公共账号近期发布文章预览内容。即,根据第一账号对应不同的账号类型,以不同的显示方式显示待插入名片,并且不同显示方式下显示的待插 入名片中的显示内容不同,能够提高名片内容显示的多样性。
在一些实施例中,插入有第一账号对应的名片的在线文档被保存至云端后,当其他终端开启该在线文档,则可以通过该在线文档中的第一账号对应的名片与第一账号建立会话服务。示意性的,响应于在在线文档中接收到名片触发操作,基于第一账号与第二账号之间的连接关系,显示包括第二账号的会话界面,会话界面用于为第二账号提供与第一账号的会话服务,第二账号为打开在线文档的账号。即,第二账号可通过名片触发操作,实现与具有好友关系的第一账号建立会话服务,提高了会话服务建立方式的多样性,也提高了人机交互效率。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的信息的插入方法,在文档的编辑过程中,通过名片插入操作将第一账号对应的名片插入至当前正在编辑的在线文档中,使得在线文档的文档内容中显示第一账号对应的名片,第一账号对应的名片用于提供与第一账号之间进行即时通讯的通讯入口,不仅提升了文档中账号信息的传播效率,还提供了一种新的通讯方式。
示意性的,当第二应用为基于企业的社交应用时,通过在在线文档中插入第一账号对应的名片的方式能够提升企业中用户名片的传播效率,进而提升企业中用户之间通过第二应用传播信息时的协作效率。当第一应用为第二应用的子应用时,在在线文档中插入第一账号对应的名片以实现用户信息的传播,能够进一步地实现文档功能和社交功能的融合,既能提升文档信息的传播效率,也能提升社交应用中用户信息的传播效率。
请参考图7,其示出了本申请一个示例性实施例提供的信息的插入方法,在本申请实施例中,对第一账号对应的名片插入过程的底层实现进行示意性说明,步骤701~708可执行于在接收到名片插入操作之后。该方法包括:
步骤701,终端基于名片插入操作获取第一账号对应的账号标识。
终端需要基于名片插入操作获取第一账号对应的候选账号信息,在本申请实施例中,第一账号的候选账号信息存储于服务器中。

示意性的,当作为文档应用的第一应用为内嵌于第二应用的子应用时,第一应用的编辑界面直接通过第二应用显示时,则可以直接通过第二应用中文档功能模块和社交功能模块之间的模块接口进行数据交互。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机可读存 储介质可以是上述实施例中的存储器中所包含的计算机可读存储介质;也可以是单独存在,未装配入终端中的计算机可读存储介质。该计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一条指令、至少一段程序、代码集或指令集,所述至少一条指令、所述至少一段程序、所述代码集或指令集由所述处理器加载并执行以实现上述实施例中任一所述的信息的插入方法。
可选的,该计算机可读存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)、固态硬盘(SSD,Solid State Drives)或光盘等。其中,随机存取记忆体可以包括电阻式随机存取记忆体(ReRAM,Resistance Random Access Memory)和动态随机存取存储器(DRAM,Dynamic Random Access Memory)。上述本申请实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种信息的插入方法,由终端执行,所述方法包括:
    显示在线文档对应的编辑界面,所述编辑界面用于对所述在线文档的文档内容进行编辑;
    在所述编辑界面中接收名片插入操作,所述名片插入操作用于将第一账号对应的名片插入至所述在线文档中;
    基于所述名片插入操作在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片,所述第一账号对应的名片用于提供与所述第一账号之间进行即时通讯的通讯入口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述名片插入操作在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片,包括:
    基于所述名片插入操作获取所述第一账号对应的候选账号信息;
    从所述候选账号信息中确定至少两种账号信息;
    对所述至少两种账号信息对应的所述名片元素进行组装,得到所述第一账号对应的名片;
    在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述名片插入操作获取所述第一账号对应的候选账号信息,包括:
    基于所述名片插入操作获取所述第一账号对应的账号标识;
    将所述账号标识发送至服务器,所述服务器用于根据所述账号标识获取所述第一账号对应的所述候选账号信息;
    接收所述服务器返回的信息数据包,所述信息数据包用于传输所述候选账号信息;
    对所述信息数据包进行解析,得到所述第一账号的所述候选账号信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述名片元素对应的账号信息存在更新情况,从所述服务器获取更新后的所述至少两种账号信息;
    基于所述更新后的至少两种账号信息对所述名片元素进行重新组装,得到更新后的第一账号对应的名片;
    在所述在线文档中将所述第一账号对应的名片替换显示为所述更新后的第一账号对应的名片。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述名片插入操作在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片,包括:
    基于所述名片插入操作确定所述第一账号的账号类型,所述账号类型包括用户账号类型、群组账号类型、公共账号类型中的至少一种;
    响应于所述第一账号的账号类型为所述用户账号类型,以第一显示方式显示所述第一账号对应的名片,所述第一显示方式用于指示将所述第一账号对应的用户信息显示在所述第一账号对应的名片中;或者,响应于所述第一账号的账号类型为所述群组账号类型,以第二显示方式显示所述第一账号对应的名片待插入名片,所述第二显示方式用于指示将所述第一账号对应的群组信息显示在所述第一账号对应的名片待插入名片中;或者,响应于所述第一账号的账号类型为所述公共账号类型,以第三显示方式显示所述待插入名片,所述第三显示方式用于指示将所述第一账号对应的服务信息显示在所述第一账号对应的名片中。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其中,所述编辑界面中包括用于提供名片插入功能的名片插入控件;
    所述在所述编辑界面中接收名片插入操作,包括:
    接收针对所述名片插入控件的第一控件触发操作;
    基于所述第一控件触发操作显示候选账号列表,所述候选账号列表中包括所述第一账号;
    响应于在候选账号列表中接收到针对所述第一账号的选择操作,确定接收到所述名片插 入操作。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于在所述在线文档中接收到名片触发操作,基于所述第一账号与第二账号之间的连接关系,显示包括所述第二账号的会话界面,所述会话界面用于为所述第二账号提供与所述第一账号的会话服务,所述第二账号为打开所述在线文档的账号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述第一账号对应的名片中包括连接控件;
    所述响应于在所述在线文档中接收到名片触发操作,基于所述第一账号与第二账号之间的连接关系,显示包括所述第二账号的会话界面,包括:
    响应于所述连接控件接收到触发操作,确定接收到所述名片触发操作;
    基于所述名片触发操作确定所述第一账号和所述第二账号之间的连接关系;
    响应于所述第一账号和所述第二账号之间的连接关系满足匹配关系条件,显示包括所述第二账号的会话界面,所述匹配关系条件用于判断所述第一账号和所述第二账号之间连接关系的关系类型与所述会话服务之间的匹配情况。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一账号和所述第二账号之间的连接关系与所述匹配关系条件匹配失败,显示所述第一账号对应的信息界面,所述信息界面中包括添加控件;
    响应于所述添加控件接收到第二控件触发操作,向所述第一账号对应的终端发送添加请求;
    响应于所述添加请求的处理结果满足匹配结果条件,显示包括所述第二账号的会话界面,所述匹配结果条件用于判断所述处理结果与所述匹配关系条件之间的匹配情况。
  10. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其中,当所述第一账号的数量为至少两个时,所述基于所述名片插入操作在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片,包括:
    基于所述名片插入操作确定至少两个第一账号对应的账号排列顺序;
    基于所述账号排列顺序在所述在线文档中的至少两个位置分别显示所述至少两个第一账号对应的名片。
  11. 一种信息的插入装置,所述装置包括:
    显示模块,用于显示在线文档对应的编辑界面,所述编辑界面用于对所述在线文档的文档内容进行编辑;
    接收模块,用于在所述编辑界面中接收名片插入操作,所述名片插入操作用于将第一账号对应的名片插入至所述在线文档中;
    所述显示模块,还用于基于所述名片插入操作在所述在线文档中显示所述第一账号对应的名片,所述第一账号对应的名片用于提供与所述第一账号之间进行即时通讯的通讯入口。
  12. 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器中存储有至少一段程序,所述至少一段程序由所述处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1至10任一所述的信息的插入方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一条程序代码,所述程序代码由处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1至10任一所述的信息的插入方法。
  14. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至10任一所述的信息的插入方法。
