背景技术
目前市场上宠物饮水机只有简单的过滤效果,没有对水质进行改善,导致宠物不愿饮水或饮水后不健康,造成宠物健康隐患;另外滤芯一般为抛弃式的,在进行更换时容易脏手,不便于更换。而且滤芯在使用一段时间后,出水效果较差,影响出水。

本发明提供一种功能型滤芯、过滤结构、净水器和宠物饮水机,能够改善宠物水源的酸碱度及口感,而且更换滤芯不脏手,便于安装。为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种功能型滤芯,其特征在于,包括:
上盖;
滤芯,实现对水的过滤并添加改善口感的物质,具有中空贯穿结构;
下盖,与所述上盖结合容纳所述滤芯,所述下盖底部一体设置有上端开口的柱体,使得所述柱体穿入所述中空贯穿结构实现紧密配合,所述下盖底部具有内凹结构,所述内凹结构深入到柱体内连接所述开口,所述内凹结构用于与供水管紧密配合实现供水。
较佳地,所述下盖底部设置若干孔,所述滤芯外表面与所述下盖内腔体紧密配合。
较佳地,所述若干孔开设于所述下盖底部边缘处。
较佳地,所述下盖底部边缘处向内距离水平面的高度渐进式增加。

一种功能型滤芯100,如图1所示,包括上盖1、滤芯2和下盖3。
上盖1;所述上盖1为圆形,可采用不透水的材质,如不锈钢或者塑料材质;
滤芯2,实现对水的过滤并添加改善口感的物质,具有中空贯穿结构2-1;滤芯2可采用常规的陶瓷滤芯或者活性炭滤芯,在所述滤芯2内具有微孔,在微孔内加入矿物质来改善口感和提供宠物所需要的能吸收的矿物质颗粒,可根据宠物类型以及宠物身体状况(如体检结果)选用具有不同的矿物质颗粒的滤芯2,另外,滤芯2优选为圆柱状结构,所述中空贯穿结构2-1也为圆柱形,所述圆柱结构的外表面与所述中贯穿结构的表面优选为同心圆柱形;
下盖3,与所述上盖1结合容纳所述滤芯2,所述下盖3底部一体设置有上端开口的柱体3-1,使得所述柱体3-1穿入所述中空贯穿结构2-1实现紧密配合,所述下盖3底部具有内凹结构,所述内凹结构深入到柱体3-1内连接所述开口,所述内凹结构用于与供水管紧密配合实现供水。所述下盖3和上盖1材质可选为相同的不透水的材质,如不锈钢或塑料,优选为塑料材质, 所述上盖1和下盖3相结合的方式可为螺纹配合或者插接结构;所述下盖3具有底部,底部一体成型有上端开口与所述滤芯2的中空贯穿结构2-1的内表面紧密贴合的柱体3-1,所述柱体3-1上最好能够设置几圈凸纹,用以使得两者结合的更为紧密,防止漏水,这样能够保障在进水压力比较大的情况下不至于使得滤芯2脱离,另外,也使得所有的水都是经过滤芯2进入到外部的;为了实现上述效果,滤芯2的侧面如圆柱面要与下盖3的内表面结合也要紧密。
本实施例中,所述下盖3底部设置若干孔3-2,所述滤芯2外表面与所述下盖3内腔体紧密配合。设置若干孔3-2的目的是为了便于过滤后的水能够透出滤芯2,通过水压和重力透出滤芯2,而且一般情况下,透出滤芯2时的水压来自于水泵压力。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述若干孔3-2开设于所述下盖3底部边缘处,所述开孔优选设置为等间隔设置,这样更容易加工。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述下盖3底部边缘处向内距离水平面的高度渐进式增加。也即在下盖3底部向中心处呈内凹结构,这样设置的好处在于便于过滤水的流出,而且,在下盖3的边缘支撑整个滤芯2,这种支撑结构更稳固。
