一种易拉罐回收专用垃圾桶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及环保技术领域,更具体涉及一种易拉罐回收专用垃圾桶。
背景技术
随着越来越多的易拉罐饮品出现,对废弃易拉罐的回收也越来越重要。废弃的易拉罐属于可回收垃圾,可是在再回收的过程中,往往需要将易拉罐压扁,起到节省空间的作用。但在日常生活中由于没有专门用于易拉罐回收的回收桶,较多的是采用脚将易拉罐踩扁的方法对易拉罐进行压缩,这样的方法不仅费力,并且无法将易拉罐充分压扁,且罐内剩余饮料无法处理。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种易拉罐回收专用垃圾桶,能够将易拉罐进行压缩收集处理,结构简单,且使用方便。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种易拉罐回收专用垃圾桶,包括外壳支架,所述外壳支架的上端设置有压缩装置,所述外壳支架内设置有垃圾桶外壳,所述垃圾桶外壳内一侧设置有垃圾桶内胆,另一侧设置有储液罐。压缩罐回收前先将剩余的液体倒入储液罐内,然后通过压缩装置将易拉罐压扁后放入到垃圾桶内胆中进行收集。通过压缩装置能够轻松将易拉罐进行压扁处理,操作方便,回收效率高。
进一步,所述压缩装置包括易拉罐放置槽,所述易拉罐放置槽的两侧连接有伸缩支架,所述伸缩支架的上端连接有压缩盖,所述压缩盖的底侧连接有压缩板。
进一步,所述外壳支架上开设有用于所述压缩装置放置的安装槽,所述易拉罐放置槽处于所述安装槽的内部,所述压缩盖位于所述安装槽的外端且大小大于所述安装槽大小。压缩盖位于安装槽的外部,易拉罐放置槽放置在安装槽的内部且不能轻易从安装槽内脱离,压缩易拉罐时,先将压缩拉杆向上拉并将易拉罐放置在易拉罐放置槽内,通过按压压缩拉杆使得压缩板将易拉罐压扁。

进一步,所述外壳支架与所述垃圾桶外壳转动连接,所述外壳支架上两内侧开设有固定孔,所述垃圾桶外壳的两侧设置有与所述固定孔配合安装的转轴。垃圾桶内胆可沿转轴旋转一定角度,方便将内部存储易拉罐倒出。
进一步,所述固定孔的上方设置有弧形的滑轨,所述垃圾桶外壳的外侧设置有与所述滑轨配合的滑动杆。通过户型的滑轨和滑动杆配合,使得垃圾桶内胆具有前后双向滑动功能,可将内胆向外倾斜抽出,便于倾倒易拉罐。
进一步,储液罐的一侧设置有液面窗口,另一侧设置有排液口,所述排液口连接有排液管,液面窗口为透明式设置,便于清楚观察储液罐内部液体的多少,及时将液体从排液管进行排放转移。
进一步,所述排液口一侧所述有排液口盖子,对排液口和排液管进行保护。
进一步,所述储液罐的入口处设置有过滤篮,避免杂质和异物进入储液罐。
进一步,所述垃圾桶外壳上开设有凹形缺口,所述垃圾桶内胆对应所述凹形缺口位置开设有手持槽,方便将垃圾桶内胆从垃圾桶外壳内抽出。
综上所述,本实用新型通过设置压缩装置可实现对易拉罐的快速压缩,减小易拉罐的体积,方便回收及运输;设置储液罐能够解决剩余饮料的倾倒问题;垃圾桶内胆具有前后双向滑动功能,可将内胆向外倾斜抽出,便于倾倒易拉罐。本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,能够对废弃易拉罐进行压缩并收集在一起,提高了回收效率。

一种易拉罐回收专用垃圾桶,包括外壳支架6,所述外壳支架6的上端设置有压缩装置,所述外壳支架6内设置有垃圾桶外壳9,所述垃圾桶外壳9内一侧设置有垃圾桶内胆17,另一侧设置有储液罐12。压缩罐回收前先将剩余的液体倒入储液罐12内,然后通过压缩装置将易拉罐压扁后放入到垃圾桶内胆17中进行收集。通过压缩装置能够轻松将易拉罐进行压扁处理,操作方便,回收效率高。
