背景技术
园林绿化作为改善城市人居生态环境的重要手段,以城市辖区为载体,以城市生态系统为基础,通过对于地域运用的工程技术和艺术手段而提高居民的生活环境质量,并维护和保持城市的生态平衡。
其中,对于园林绿化的养护,喷灌(利用喷头而将带有水压的水流而喷射到空中,并使其呈雨滴状而散落到绿植上)是目前的主要技术手段,其不但可以节约用水,而且对于园林绿植灌溉的效率较高,自动化程度及可控性较好,并且在喷灌的过程中还可以将肥料、农药等稀释混合液同步喷洒到绿植上,致使整个喷灌设备的综合利用率较高。
而目前在喷灌设备中对于肥料、农药等稀释混合液的抽取多是利用比例施肥泵来实现的,但是,比例施肥泵对于水流的压力及稳定性要求较高,在使用的过程中极易因水压的波动而导致其对于肥料、农药等稀释混合液的抽取比例发生变化,致使其对于园林绿植肥料或药物喷洒比例的均匀性较差,进而影响了该园林绿植的生长状态,使得区域范围内的绿植生长差异较大,稳定性及可靠性较差。
故,亟需一种园林灌溉用喷灌装置中的肥料、农药等稀释混合液的抽取设备,以解决上述现有比例施肥泵在实际使用过程中所存在的缺陷。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明提供了一种园林灌溉用喷灌装置,具备每次均可定量抽取稀释混合液而不易受到水压波动的影响、稳定性及可靠性较高、对于稀释混合液喷洒的均匀性较好的优点,解决了目前在喷灌设备中对于肥料、农药等稀释混 合液的抽取多是利用比例施肥泵来实现的,但是,比例施肥泵对于水流的压力及稳定性要求较高,在使用的过程中极易因水压的波动而导致其对于肥料、农药等稀释混合液的抽取比例发生变化,致使其对于园林绿植肥料或药物喷洒比例的均匀性较差,进而影响了该园林绿植的生长状态,使得区域范围内的绿植生长差异较大,稳定性及可靠性较差的问题。
(二)技术方案

2、该园林灌溉用喷灌装置,对于密封壳体、驱动扇叶及其与传动连轴之间传动连接的设置,在将水的流动冲击转化成传动连轴的旋转动力的同时,并通过连通管路而将所吸取的稀释混合液与进水管路中的水流进行混合,并在驱动扇叶的旋转作用下而使其之间混合的更加充分,进一步地提高了该装置对于肥料或农药喷洒的均匀性。

当弹性囊体10受到第一次挤压时,因其内部没有稀释混合液,进而将其内部的空气经由连通管路15而进入到进水管路14的水流中,而后在挤压块9的持续旋转下使得弹性囊体10不再受到挤压,而在其自身的弹力作用下,使其需要恢复到初始的形态上,以在其内部形成负压而将稀释混合液吸取到弹性囊体10的内腔中,并在下一次的挤压下而将其内部中的稀释混合液经由连通管路15而挤压输送到进水管路14上的水流中,以再一次地对其进行稀释混合并经由出水管路16而输送到喷灌头上。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种园林灌溉用喷灌装置,包括固定卡盘(1),所述固定卡盘(1)的正反两侧分别固定安装有一组端盖(2),两组所述端盖(2)的内部活动卡接有连接卡盘(4),且连接卡盘(4)的内部固定套接有传动连轴(3),其特征在于:所述传动连轴(3)的内部活动套接有活动连杆(5),所述传动连轴(3)的内部开设有连接槽孔(6),所述活动连杆(5)的外表面且位于连接槽孔(6)的内部固定套接有固定连板(7),所述活动连杆(5)外表面的一侧活动套接有恒压弹簧(8)并通过固定连板(7)而与传动连轴(3)之间形成传动连接,所述活动连杆(5)的一端固定安装有挤压块(9),所述固定卡盘(1)内壁的一侧设有弹性囊体(10),所述弹性囊体(10)的顶端设有一组延伸至固定卡盘(1)底部的吸取管路(11)反面所述端盖(2)的中部固定安装有密封壳体(12),且密封壳体(12)的内部活动套接有驱动扇叶(13)与传动连轴(3)的一端之间传动连接,所述密封壳体(12)的底端设有一组延伸至其内部的进水管路(14),所述进水管路(14)外表面的一侧设有一组延伸至端盖(2)上弹性囊体(10)内腔底部的连通管路(15),所述密封壳体(12)的顶端设有一组延伸至其内部的出水管路(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林灌溉用喷灌装置,其特征在于:所述弹性囊体(10)的外部设为月牙形结构,且在固定卡盘(1)内腔的一侧开设有相对应的月牙形槽以固定安装弹性囊体(10),同时,弹性囊体(10)与固定卡盘(1)之间呈偏心结构布置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种园林灌溉用喷灌装置,其特征在于:所述活动连杆(5)上的挤压块(9)在随着传动连轴(3)旋转的过程中对于弹性囊体(10)所产生的挤压可将其内腔分成上下两个腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种园林灌溉用喷灌装置,其特征在于:所述驱动扇叶(13)在进水管路(14)上水流的冲击作用下始终带动其上的传动连轴(3)呈顺时针旋转的状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林灌溉用喷灌装置,其特征在于:所述吸取管路(11)外表面的一侧设有流量控制阀,用以调整其上对于稀释混合液的流通量,并在连通管路(15)的内部设有单向控制阀。
