目前市场上生理活性物质的提取设备在九月黄的加工过程中,主要是对于不同的原料分离后根据他们的特性利用不同的器械进行加工操作,从而得到九月黄中的活性物质,由于八月瓜的生物性质与九月黄接近,可以作为参考,在专利号CN110337917A一种八月瓜皮肉分离自动辊压装置中,其通过微型电控升降台的设置,利用控制系统可以对单个压辊进行高度调节,从而可以对不同规格的八月瓜进行皮肉分离操作,上述对八月瓜的分离操作具有明显的缺点,在分离过程 中,果肉、种子和果皮容易混合在一起,筛分时果皮上附着大量果肉,种子上也附着有大量果肉。
现有的提取设备在分离和提取的两个过程中存在一些问题,对于九月黄的不同部位分离不彻底;并且在提取过程中需要更换不同的媒介提取不同的活性物质,面对多种物质的提取,没有较优的提取方式。

1.本发明通过切割组件的设置,根据九月黄的生理特点,由于九月黄的中部都是果肉,种子分布在果肉侧面,部分九月黄的果皮为椭圆形,另一部分为月牙形,启动第一气缸,使得移动块与固定块相贴合,再打开第二箱门,将九月黄的一侧中部与两个对位刀片组成的刀片相接触,并将九月黄的底端与两个凸型刀片组成的新刀片相接触,利用两个卡接块之间的弹力使得九月黄的两侧中部都被塞入对位刀片,这样对于果肉中的种子可以有效保护,不会被切割破碎进而影响后续工作,随后启动第二气缸带动凹型刀片对九月黄进行切割,九月黄的果皮被分成两部分,果皮与果肉的粘性减小,再启动第一气缸拉回移动块,两个对位刀片和两个凸型刀片在拉力的作用下分开,对果皮进行限位工作,产生阻力,阻力远大于果皮与果肉的粘性,在重力的作用下,果肉和种子掉落在连接框上,果皮残留在固定块和移动块上,有效提高了果皮和果肉的分离效率,并且减少了果皮上粘附的果肉含量,利用九月黄的生理特性,对于不同规格的九月黄都能有很好的分离效果。

3.本发明中,通过煎煮组件和离心组件的设置,打开第一箱门取出无纺布上的果肉,将果肉送至离心筒内部,在第二电机的作用下,对果肉进行离心操作,在此过程中,果肉的细胞壁破裂,营养物质流出,但是还含有大量的水分,离心结束后,将离心后的果肉倒入水煎盆中,并启动加热器对果肉进行加热,随着温度的逐渐升高,果肉中的大量水分蒸发成水蒸气,水蒸气往上飘,被海绵块吸收,冷凝后滴落在收集盒内部,这样离心后的果肉中含水量进一步降低,一次性可以提取多种不同的活性物质,不需要更换不同的媒介,并且冷凝后的水资源不会影响提取过程,还可以回收利用,优化了提取方式。

- 九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:包括分离箱(1)、与分离箱(1)相贴合的压油箱(7)和设置在压油箱(7)一侧的提取箱(9),所述分离箱(1)的内部顶端设置有切割组件,所述切割组件的底端设置有过滤组件,所述过滤组件的一侧设置有冲刷组件,所述压油箱(7)的内部设置有压榨组件,所述提取箱(9)的内部设置有煎煮组件和离心组件;所述切割组件包括移动块(302)、固定块(303)和凹型刀片(503),所述移动块(302)和固定块(303)的结构相同,且对称设置,所述分离箱(1)的内部设置有移动块(302),所述移动块(302)的顶端两侧对称设置有两个卡接块(306),两个所述卡接块(306)的相对一侧分别设置有对位刀片(308),所述对位刀片(308)远离移动块(302)的一侧为光滑面,所述移动块(302)的底端一侧设置有凸型刀片(305),所述凸型刀片(305)远离移动块(302)的一侧为光滑面,所述凸型刀片(305)设置在对位刀片(308)的正下方,且所述固定块(303)靠近移动块(302)的一侧正上方设置有凹型刀片(503);所述冲刷组件包括水箱(6)、喷头(602)、连接框(12)和筛网(18),所述移动块(302)的正下方设置有连接框(12),所述连接框(12)的内部底端设置有筛网(18),所述连接框(12)的左侧高于右侧,所述连接框(12)的宽度从左到右逐渐减小,所述连接框(12)的右侧固定连接有运输管(13),所述分离箱(1)的一侧固定连接有水箱(6),所述喷头(602)错位设置在连接框(12)的上方;所述煎煮组件包括加热器(901)、供热头(902)、导热块(904)、 收集盒(905)、水煎盆(906)和海绵块(907),所述提取箱(9)的内部底端设置有加热器(901),所述加热器(901)的顶端固定连接有多个供热头(902),所述供热头(902)的顶端设置有导热块(904),所述导热块(904)的两端均固定连接有隔绝块(903),所述导热块(904)的顶端固定连接有水煎盆(906),所述水煎盆(906)的两侧均固定连接有收集盒(905),两个所述收集盒(905)的正上方均设置有海绵块(907),两个所述海绵块(907)均与提取箱(9)的内壁顶端相贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述分离箱(1)的顶端中部固定连接有第二气缸(5),所述第二气缸(5)的底端固定连接有第二伸缩柱(501),所述第二伸缩柱(501)的底端延伸至分离箱(1)的内部,并固定连接有连接块(502),所述连接块(502)的底端固定连接有凹型刀片(503),所述移动块(302)远离固定块(303)的一侧固定连接有第一伸缩柱(301),所述第一伸缩柱(301)的一侧延伸至分离箱(1)的外部,并固定连接有第一气缸(3),所述固定块(303)的底端固定连接有固定板(304)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述移动块(302)的内部开设有滑槽(307),两个所述卡接块(306)的底端分别固定连接有滑块(309),所述滑槽(307)的内部设置有弹性柱(310),所述弹性柱(310)的表面设置有弹簧(311),所述弹性柱(310)的两端分别与两个滑块(309)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述分离箱(1)的正面设置有第一箱门(2),所述第一箱门(2)的顶端设置有第二箱门(4),所述提取箱(9)的正面设置有第三箱门(10)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述离心组件包括第二电机(11)和离心筒(23),所述提取箱(9)的顶端固定连接有第二电机(11),所述第二电机(11)的输出端贯穿提取箱(9)的外壳并延伸至提取箱(9)的内部,并固定连接有离心筒(23)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述过滤组件包括限位框(15)和无纺布(16),所述分离箱(1)的内壁两侧均开设有凹槽(14),所述连接框(12)的底端设置有限位框(15),所述限位框(15)的内部设置有无纺布(16),所述限位框(15)的两侧均与凹槽(14)相卡接,所述分离箱(1)的一侧底端开设有出水口(17)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述压榨组件包括第一电机(8)、螺纹杆(19)、连接盘(20)、旋转刀片(21)和轴承(22),所述运输管(13)的一侧延伸至压油箱(7)的内部,所述压油箱(7)的底端内壁设置有轴承(22),所述压油箱(7)的顶端固定连接有第一电机(8),所述第一电机(8)的底端固定连接有螺纹杆(19),所述螺纹杆(19)的底端延伸至压油箱(7)的内部并与轴承(22)固定连接,所述螺纹杆(19)的表 面固定连接有连接盘(20),所述连接盘(20)的侧面固定连接有旋转刀片(21)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述喷头(602)的一侧设置有压力泵(601),所述喷头(602)的一侧通过压力泵(601)与水箱(6)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:所述压油箱(7)的正面固定连接有出油管,所述出油管的表面设置有控制阀门,所述第一气缸(3)和水箱(6)的底端分别设置有两个承重板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的九月黄生理活性物质的提取设备,其特征在于:多个所述对位刀片(308)对应设置,两个所述凸型刀片(305)与凹型刀片(503)卡接设置。
