Description

The present invention relates to a cooking appliance, and more particularly, to a cooking appliance having a door that opens and closes a cooking chamber.
A cooking appliance is one of home appliances for cooking food and is installed in a kitchen space to cook food according to a user's intention. These cooking appliances can be classified in various ways according to the type of heat source or type used, and the type of fuel.
When cooking appliances are classified according to the type of cooking food, they can be classified into open type and closed type cooking appliances according to the type of space in which food is placed. Closed cooking appliances include ovens and microwave ovens, and open cooking appliances include cooktops and hobs.
An enclosed cooking appliance is a cooking appliance that shields a space where food is located and cooks food by heating the shielded space. In the closed cooking appliance, a chamber, that is, a cooking chamber, which is a space in which food is placed and is shielded when cooking food, is provided inside the main body. Such a cooking chamber becomes a space in which food is actually cooked in the cooking appliance. A heat source is provided inside or outside the cooking chamber to heat the cooking chamber.
Among closed cooking appliances, a microwave oven is a cooking device that heats the cooking object by generating microwaves using electricity, infiltrating the cooking object accommodated in the cooking chamber, and causing molecular motion therein.
A microwave oven is a kitchen appliance that simultaneously heats the inside and outside of food by irradiating high frequency waves from a magnetron to food. Microwave ovens have advantages such as greatly shortening the cooking time of food due to its high thermal efficiency, reducing loss of nutritional value during cooking, defrosting, and reheating of food, and being able to cook directly while storing food in a container. widely used because of
Such a microwave oven usually includes a door for opening and closing a cooking chamber formed inside the main body. As a door provided in a microwave oven, a left-right openable door, a top-down openable door, a sliding door, etc. may be applied depending on the opening and closing form, and the most commonly used type of door is a left-right openable door.
In addition, a latch may be provided between the body and the door to selectively fix the door that opens and closes the cooking compartment. The latch functions as a hanger to maintain the closed state of the door, while detecting the closed state of the door and preventing cooking from proceeding while the door is open.
Normally, the door is not secured so that it cannot be fully opened by the latch. That is, when a predetermined force or more is applied to the door in a state in which the door closes the cooking compartment, the latch fixing state of the door is released without any other manipulation, and accordingly, the door rotates or slides to open the cooking compartment.
Since the door can be easily opened when the user pulls the door due to the opening and closing structure of the door as described above, the cooking compartment is often unintentionally opened during operation of the microwave oven due to a user's mistake or a child's mischief. may occur.
When the cooking chamber is unintentionally opened while the microwave oven is operating, there is a risk of injury to a user such as burns due to heat inside the cooking chamber in which food is being cooked.
In addition, if children frequently open and close the door even when not cooking, the latch is quickly worn out, and the worn latch may cause an unstable opening and closing operation of the door.
An object of the present invention is to provide a cooking appliance having an improved structure so that a door can be reliably fixed to prevent unintentional opening of a cooking chamber.

The door panel 21 may be formed in a hexahedral shape corresponding to the front shape of the main body 10 . An open window 22 provided to visually identify the inside of the cooking chamber 14 may be formed inside the door panel 21 to pass therethrough. In this embodiment, the door panel 21 is illustrated as being formed of a metal material having a predetermined strength.
In addition, a door frame 25 may be installed outside the door panel 21 . The door frame 25 forms the front, top, bottom, and side exteriors of the door 20 and may be formed in a hexahedral shape with an open rear surface. The door panel 21 may be accommodated inside the door frame 25 .
In addition, a hinge that rotatably couples the door panel 21 to the main body 10 may be installed on one side of the door frame 25 in the lateral direction. In this embodiment, the latch mechanism 40 is illustrated as being installed on the door 20 . In this way, the latch mechanism 40 installed on the door 20 penetrates the latch slot formed through the front surface of the main body 10 when the door 20 shields the cooking chamber 14, thereby opening the main body 10. can be inserted into the
The latch mechanism 40 inserted into the body 10 as described above is engaged with and coupled to a locking structure installed inside the body 10 to selectively fix the door 20 to the body 10 .
Rotation of the door 20 relative to the main body 10 is restricted by the operation of the latch mechanism 40, so that the cooking chamber 14 is substantially shielded by the door 20. In addition, it is possible to detect whether the door 20 is closed through an operation of detecting engagement between the latch mechanism 40 and the locking structure, and through this, the cooking appliance prevents cooking from proceeding while the door 20 is open. You can also control the action.
Meanwhile, the cooking appliance may further include a locking mechanism 100 . The locking mechanism 100 may serve to fix the door 20 to the closed position together with the latch mechanism 40 .
The locking mechanism 100 may be provided to fix the door button 30 so that the door button 30 cannot be manipulated. The locking mechanism 100 may be disposed on the control panel 15 and adjacent to the door button 30 .
Specifically, the locking mechanism 100 may be disposed on the lower side of the control panel 15 and the rear side of the door button 30 . The locking mechanism 100 is provided to restrict movement of the door button 30 . If the door button 30 is not operated, the door 20 cannot be opened, so the locking mechanism 100 restricts the movement of the door button 30, thereby restricting the rotation of the door 20. do.
Accordingly, in the cooking appliance of the present embodiment, the door 20 may be provided in a doubly fixed state by the latch mechanism 40 and the locking mechanism 100 . That is, in order for the door 20 to open the cooking chamber 14 in the cooking appliance of this embodiment, not only the coupling between the latch mechanism 40 and the main body 10 must be released, but also the locking mechanism 100 and the door button 30 ) must also be released together.

Each of the hook protrusions 37a may be caught on the rear surface of the rear support surface 19 and restrict the forward movement of the fitting protrusion 35 . That is, the door button 30 may be movably installed in the control panel 15 in the forward and backward direction by coupling between the fitting protrusion 35 and the rear support surface 19, and the hook protrusion 37a is the rear support surface ( 19), it is possible to prevent the door button 30 from being separated from the control panel 15.
Meanwhile, the cooking appliance of this embodiment may further include a power transmission member 50 . The power transmission member 50 may be provided to be movable to an engaging position and a disengaging position. The power transmission member 50 may allow the latch mechanism 40 and the main body 10 to be coupled at the engaged position. In addition, the power transmission member 50 can release the coupling between the latch mechanism 40 and the main body 10 at the coupling release position.
The power transmission member 50 may be disposed behind the rear support surface 19 . In other words, the rear support surface 19 may be disposed between the rear support surface 19 and the power transmission member 50, more specifically, between the rear support surface 19 and the transmission panel 55 to be described later. .
In this embodiment, the power transmission member 50 is illustrated as including a transmission shaft 51 and a transmission panel 55.
The transmission shaft 51 may be rotatably provided around a lateral axis. The transmission shaft 51 is connected to the latch mechanism 40 to change the position of the latch mechanism 40 .
For example, the latch mechanism 40 engaged with the locking structure may be moved to a position separated from the locking structure by the rotating shaft 111 rotating in one direction. In addition, the latch mechanism 40 can be moved to a position where the latch mechanism 40 is engaged and coupled with the locking structure by the rotating shaft 111 rotating in the other direction.
That is, when the power transmission member 50 moves from the engagement position to the disengagement position, the transmission shaft 51 is rotated in one direction and the engagement between the latch mechanism 40 and the main body 10 can be released. In addition, when the power transmission member 50 moves from the disengagement position to the engagement position, the transmission shaft 51 is rotated in the other direction, and the latch mechanism 40 and the main body 10 may be coupled.
When the door button 30 is pressed, it may move to a pressed position and move the power transmission member 50 to a disengaged position. To this end, a pushing protrusion 37 may be provided on the door button 30 , and a transmission panel 55 may be provided on the power transmission member 50 .
The pushing protrusion 37 may be formed to protrude backward from the pressing surface 31 . The pushing protrusion 37 may be connected to the transmission panel 55 through the rear support surface 19 disposed between the pressing surface 31 and the transmission panel 55 .
As an example, the length of the pushing protrusion 37 in the front-back direction may be set to a length corresponding to the distance between the pressing surface 31 and the transmission panel 55. When the door button 30 is moved to the pressed position, the pushing protrusion 37 pushes the transmission panel 55 backward to move the power transmission member 50 to the coupled position.
Preferably, the pushing protrusion 37 may be disposed at a position biased toward the other side of one side and the other side of the door button 30 in a lateral direction. That is, the hinge part 32 is disposed at a position biased to one side in the lateral direction from the center of the door button 30 in the lateral direction, and the pushing protrusion 37 is located at a position biased to the other side in the lateral direction from the center of the door button 30 in the lateral direction. can be placed.
The pushing protrusion 37 may be disposed at a position away from the rotation center of the door button 30 in the lateral direction. Accordingly, the pushing protrusion 37 can move the power transmission member 50 while moving backward more effectively when the door button 30 is pressed.
Also, the pushing protrusion 37 may be disposed at a position biased upward from the center of the door button 30 in the vertical direction. The pushing protrusion 37 may be connected to the power transmission member 50 at a position close to the center of rotation of the power transmission member 50 .
Accordingly, since the moving distance of the power transmission member 50 can be increased compared to the rearward movement distance of the pushing protrusion 37, the door button 30 can move the power transmission member 50 more effectively.
That is, since the pushing protrusions 37 are disposed on the other side and the upper side of the door button 30 in the lateral direction as described above, the door 20 can be opened more easily and comfortably even if the door button 30 is not deeply pressed. be able to
The transmission panel 55 is connected to the transmission shaft 51 and may be disposed on the rear side of the pushing protrusion 37 . The transmission panel 55 may be provided rotatably in the forward and backward directions around one side connected to the transmission shaft 51 .
The front of the transmission panel 55 facing the pushing protrusion 37 may be provided in a flat shape. In addition, the transmission panel 55 may include a support structure protruding rearward from the front surface of the transmission panel 55 . The transmission shaft 51 is disposed on the rear side of the front surface of the transmission panel 55 and may be connected to a support structure protruding to the rear of the transmission panel 55 .
The front surface of the transmission panel 55 formed in a flat shape provides a contact surface allowing the pushing projection 37 to slide on the transmission panel 55 when the pushing projection 37 pushes the transmission panel 55 backward. can In addition, the strength of the power transmission member 50 can be further improved by the support structure protruding to the rear of the transmission panel 55 .
In addition, as the transmission shaft 51 is connected to the supporting structure protruding to the rear of the transmission panel 55, the contact point between the transmission panel 55 and the pushing protrusion 37 is positioned more forward than the transmission shaft 51. You can do it.
Accordingly, the length of the pushing protrusion 37 can be shortened, thereby reducing the risk of vibration or breakage of the pushing protrusion 37, and structural stability of the door button 30 including the pushing protrusion 37. This could be improved a bit more.
Meanwhile, a first elastic member 39 for elastically supporting the door button 30 may be provided between the pressing surface 31 of the door button 30 and the rear support surface 19 of the control panel 15 . The first elastic member 39 may provide elastic force to return the door button 30, which has moved to the pressed position, to its original position. The first elastic member 39 may be provided in the form of a coil spring having a rear end supported on the rear support surface 19 and a front end supporting the pressing surface 31 .
As an example, a support protrusion 19a may be provided on the rear support surface 19 . The support protrusion 19a protrudes from the rear support surface 19, and the coil spring can be fitted to the support protrusion 19a and fixed to the rear support surface 19.
That is, the support protrusion 19a supports the first elastic member 39 and fixes it to the rear support surface 19, so that the first elastic member 39 is stably fixed to the control panel 15 and the door button 30 ) to provide stable support.
Meanwhile, the door button 30 may include a plurality of rear projections 30a, 30b, and 30c. In this embodiment, it is exemplified that the door button 30 is provided with a first rear projection 30a, a second rear projection 30b, and a third rear projection 30c.
The first rear projection 30a, the second rear projection 30b, and the third rear projection 30c may protrude backward from the pressing surface 31, respectively. The first rear projection 30a, the second rear projection 30b, and the third rear projection 30c move backward together with the door button 30 when the door button 30 is moved to the pressed position. can

The locking mechanism 100 may be provided to selectively block the movement of the door button 30 . This locking mechanism 100 may include a rocker 110 and an operation button 120.
The rocker 110 corresponds to a configuration that substantially blocks the movement of the door button 30 . The locker 110 may be provided so as to change its posture into a locking posture and an unlocking posture.
In the locked position, the rocker 110 can prevent the door button 30 from moving to a pressed position. In the unlocking position, the rocker 110 may allow the door button 30 to move to a pressed position.
The rocker 110 may be disposed inside the control panel 15 . Most of these lockers 110 may be disposed within an area covered by the door button 30 . The rocker 110 is disposed at the rear of the door button 30 and can be rotated around an axis in the forward and backward direction. The posture of the rocker 110 can be changed into a locking posture and an unlocking posture by the rotation of the rocker 100 formed as described above.
The rocker 110 may include a rotating shaft 111 , locking protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 , and a first connecting protrusion 115 .
The rotating shaft 111 may be provided to be rotatable about an axis in a forward and backward direction. In addition, the protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 may be connected to the rotational shaft 111 so as to be movable in conjunction with the rotation of the rotational shaft 111 . Also, the first connection protrusion 115 may extend from the rotation shaft 111 so as to be connected to the operation button 120 .
As an example, the first connection protrusion 115 may be formed to protrude in a centrifugal direction from the rotation shaft 111 . The first connecting protrusion 115 may move in conjunction with the movement of the operation button 120 and rotate the rotational shaft 111 .

7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line “VII-VII” in FIG. 6, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line “VIII-VIII” in FIG. 9 is a front view showing an unlocked state of the locking mechanism shown in FIG. 6, and FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along line “X-X” in FIG.
Referring to FIGS. 4 to 8 , the operation button 120 may be provided so as to be capable of being pressed. The pressed operation button 120 can change the posture of the rocker 110 from a locking posture to an unlocking posture.
In this embodiment, the operation button 120 is illustrated as being disposed on one lateral side of the control panel 15 . According to this, the operation button 120 may be installed to be movable in the lateral direction on the side of the control panel 15 . The operation button 120 may move toward the other side in the lateral direction during a pressing operation.
In the control panel 15, an operation button insertion groove 15a may be provided. The operation button insertion groove 15a may be formed concave in a lateral direction from the side of the control panel 15 .
The operation button 120 is inserted into the operation button insertion groove 15a and may be movably installed in the control panel 15 in a lateral direction. The operation button 120 may pass through the operation button insertion groove 15a in the lateral direction and be connected to the first connection protrusion 115 .
Inside the control button insertion groove 15a, a second elastic member 125 for elastically supporting the control button 120 may be provided. The second elastic member 125 may provide an elastic force for returning the control button 120, which has been moved backward by being pressed, to its original position. The second elastic member 125 may be provided in the form of a coil spring having a rear end supported in the control button insertion groove 15a and a front end supporting the control button 120 .
Also, the operation button 120 may be disposed on the side of the door button 30 . That is, the user can change the state of the locking mechanism 100 to an unlocked state by pressing the operation button 120 disposed on the side of the control panel 15 adjacent to the door button 30 in the lateral direction. .
The posture of the rocker 110 may be changed by a cooperative action between the operation button 120 and the first connecting protrusion 115 . The operation button 120 may move toward the other side in a lateral direction during a pressing operation, and the first connection protrusion 115 may move in the rotational direction of the rotation shaft 111 in association with the lateral movement of the operation button 120 .
According to this embodiment, the operation button 120 and the first connection protrusion 115 may be connected in a lateral direction facing each other. When the operation button 120 connected to the first connection protrusion 115 is pressed in this way, the operation button 120 moves toward the other side in the lateral direction.
이에 따라 회전축(111)이 회전되고, 걸림돌기(112,113,114)는 이러한 회전축(111)의 회전에 연동되어 잠금위치로 이동할 수 있다(도 9 참조).In a state where the operation button 120 and the first connecting protrusion 115 face each other in the lateral direction, the operation button 120 moving laterally presses the first connecting protrusion 115 in the direction of rotation of the rotational shaft 111. can do. Accordingly, the rotating shaft 111 is rotated, and the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 may move to the locking position in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating shaft 111 (see FIG. 9).

6 to 10 , the rocker 110 may include a rotation shaft 111 connected to the first connection protrusion 115 and locking protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 connected to the rotation shaft 111 .
The rotating shaft 111 may be provided to be rotatable about an axis in a forward and backward direction. This rotating shaft 111 can be rotated by the first connecting protrusion 115 moved by the operation button 120 .
As an example, the rotating shaft 111 may be formed in a ring shape. This rotary shaft 111 may be rotatably coupled to the control panel 15, more specifically, the rear support surface 19.
As an example, a support shaft 19b may be provided on the rear support surface 19 . The support shaft 19b may protrude forward from the rear support surface 19 . Preferably, the support shaft 19b may be formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the front-rear direction.
The rotating shaft 111 may be rotatably installed between the pressing surface 31 of the door button 30 and the rear supporting surface 19 by being rotatably fitted to the outer circumferential surface of the supporting shaft 19b.
The first connection protrusion 115 connected to the rotational shaft 111 protrudes in a centrifugal direction from the rotational shaft 111, and may protrude substantially in a direction toward the operation button 120.
For example, the rotating shaft 111 and the control button 120 are disposed to be spaced apart from each other in the lateral direction, and the control button 120 may be installed to be movable in the lateral direction on one side of the locking mechanism 100 in the lateral direction. The rotating shaft 111 may be disposed above the operation button 120 . Also, the first connection protrusion 115 may protrude from the rotational shaft 111 in a direction toward the operation button 120, that is, extend in a direction between the side and the bottom.
The protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 may be connected to the rotational shaft 111 so as to be movable in conjunction with the rotation of the rotational shaft 111 . In this embodiment, the locking protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 are illustrated as being formed in a form protruding in a centrifugal direction from the rotation shaft 111 .
The locking mechanism 100 may include a first holding protrusion 112 . The first locking protrusion 112 protrudes from the rotation shaft 111 in a centrifugal direction of the rotation shaft 111, and may protrude in a direction different from that of the first connection protrusion 115. That is, the first locking protrusion 112 and the first connection protrusion 115 protrude from the rotation shaft 111 in the centrifugal direction of the rotation shaft 111, but may protrude in different directions, respectively.
The first protrusion 112 may be connected to the rotational shaft 111 so as to be movable in conjunction with the rotation of the rotational shaft 111 . The first locking protrusion 112 may move to a first locking position and a first unlocking position in association with the rotation of the rotation shaft 111 .
When the locker 110 is in the locking position, the first locking protrusion 112 may block the movement of the door button 30 in the first locking position. Also, when the posture of the locker 110 is in the unlocking posture, the first locking protrusion 112 may allow the movement of the door button 30 in the first unlocking position.
In this embodiment, the position where the first locking protrusion 112 and the first rear protrusion 30a overlap in the front-back direction is defined as the first locking position. According to this, when the first locking protrusion 112 is in the first locking position, the first locking protrusion 112 is disposed behind the first rear protrusion 30a, and the movement path of the first rear protrusion 30a. can be placed on top.
As described above, the first locking protrusion 112 located at the first locking position interferes with the first rear protrusion 30a from the rear of the first rear protrusion 30a and prevents the movement of the door button 30 from the rear. .
In addition, in this embodiment, the position where the first locking protrusion 112 moves upward out of the first locking position is defined as the first unlocking position. According to this, when the first holding protrusion 112 is in the first unlocking position, the first holding protrusion 112 may be disposed at a position out of the movement path of the first rear protrusion 30a.
As an example, the first rear protrusion 30a may be disposed at a position biased from the lateral center of the door button 30 to the other side in the lateral direction and at a position biased downward from the center of the door button 30 in the vertical direction. That is, the first rear projection 30a may be disposed at a position adjacent to the lower edge of one side of the door button 30 in the lateral direction.
The first locking protrusion 112 may protrude from the rotational shaft 111 to extend in a direction toward the first rear protrusion 30a, that is, in a direction between the side and the bottom. In addition, the first holding protrusion 112 may be provided with an inclined protrusion 114a extending obliquely from an end of the first holding protrusion 112 .
In this embodiment, it is illustrated that the inclined protrusion 114a is connected obliquely upward from the end of the first holding protrusion 112 . The inclined protrusion 114a is a portion that directly contacts the first rear protrusion 30a when the first locking protrusion 112 is in the first locking position.
As an example, the first rear projection 30a protrudes from the pressing surface 31 and may protrude in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The first rear protrusion 30a may be formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape with bottom and top surfaces parallel to the ground or floor. In addition, the inclined protrusion 114a may be formed in a shape extending in a direction parallel to the bottom and top surfaces of the first rear protrusion 30a.
Since the first rear protrusion 30a and the inclined protrusion 114a are formed in the above shape, the contact area between the first rear protrusion 30a and the first holding protrusion 112 can be effectively expanded. Accordingly, when the locking mechanism 100 maintains the door button 30 in a locked state, the first locking protrusion 112 stably supports the first rear protrusion 30a and prevents the door button 30 from moving. there will be
The rocker 110 may further include a second holding protrusion 113 . The second locking protrusion 113 protrudes from the rotating shaft 111 in the centrifugal direction of the rotating shaft 111, and may protrude in a direction different from that of the first connecting protrusion 115 and the first holding protrusion 112. That is, the first connection protrusion 115, the first locking protrusion 112, and the second locking protrusion 113 protrude from the rotating shaft 111 in the centrifugal direction of the rotating shaft 111, but may protrude in different directions, respectively. there is.
The second locking protrusion 113 may be connected to the rotation shaft 111 so as to move in conjunction with the rotation of the rotation shaft 111 . The second locking protrusion 113 may move to a second locking position and a second unlocking position in association with the rotation of the rotation shaft 111 .
When the locker 110 is in the locking position, the second locking protrusion 113 can block the movement of the door button 30 in the second locking position. Also, when the posture of the locker 110 is in the unlocking posture, the second locking protrusion 113 may allow the movement of the door button 30 in the second unlocking position.
In this embodiment, the position where the second locking protrusion 113 and the second rear protrusion 30b overlap in the front-back direction is defined as the second locking position. According to this, when the second locking protrusion 113 is in the second locking position, the second locking protrusion 113 is disposed behind the second rear protrusion 30b, and the movement path of the second rear protrusion 30b can be placed on top.
As such, the second locking protrusion 113 located at the second locking position interferes with the second rear protrusion 30b from the rear of the second rear protrusion 30b and can prevent the movement of the door button 30 from the rear. .
Also, in this embodiment, a position where the second protrusion 113 moves upward (or one side in the lateral direction) away from the second locking position is defined as the second unlocking position. According to this, when the second holding protrusion 113 is in the second unlocking position, the second holding protrusion 113 may be disposed at a position out of the movement path of the second rear protrusion 30b.
The first rear projection 30a and the second rear projection 30b may be spaced apart from each other in the lateral direction. Also, the first rear projection 30a and the second rear projection 30b may be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, it is illustrated that the first rear projection 30a and the second rear projection 30b are spaced apart in the lateral and vertical directions.
For example, the first rear protrusion 30a may be disposed adjacent to the lower edge of one side of the door button 30 in the lateral direction, and the second rear protrusion 30b may be disposed at the center of the upper end of the door button 30 or on the other side in the lateral direction. It can be placed in a location adjacent to the top edge.
Accordingly, the rocker 110 supports the two rear protrusions 30a and 30b together at two points spaced apart in the lateral and vertical directions, and prevents the door button 30 from moving. That is, the locker 110 can stably block the door button 30 at a plurality of points and effectively maintain the locked state of the door button 30 .
In addition, the rocker 110 may further include a third protrusion 114 . The third locking protrusion 114 protrudes from the rotation shaft 111, and may protrude in a direction different from that of the first connection protrusion 115, the first locking protrusion 112, and the second locking protrusion 113. That is, the first connecting protrusion 115, the first holding protrusion 112, the second holding protrusion 113, and the third holding protrusion 114 may protrude in different directions from the rotating shaft 111, respectively.
As an example, the third locking protrusion 114 may protrude from the first connecting protrusion 115 . That is, the third locking protrusion 114 is not directly connected to the rotating shaft 111, but the rotating shaft 111 via the first connecting protrusion 115 connecting the rotating shaft 111 and the third locking protrusion 114. can be connected with
The third locking protrusion 114 may protrude from the first connecting protrusion 115 in a direction different from that of the first connecting protrusion 115 . For example, the first connection protrusion 115 may protrude in the centrifugal direction of the rotation shaft 111, and the third holding protrusion 114 may protrude in the rotation direction of the rotation shaft 111. The third locking protrusion 114 may move to a third locking position and a third unlocking position in association with the rotation of the rotation shaft 111 .
When the locker 110 is in the locking position, the third locking protrusion 114 can block the movement of the door button 30 in the third locking position. Also, when the posture of the locker 110 is in the unlocking posture, the third locking protrusion 114 may allow the movement of the door button 30 in the third unlocking position.
In this embodiment, the position where the third locking protrusion 114 and the third rear protrusion 30c overlap in the front-back direction is defined as the third locking position. According to this, when the third locking protrusion 114 is in the third locking position, the third locking protrusion 114 is disposed behind the third rear protrusion 30c, and the movement path of the third rear protrusion 30c can be placed on top.
As described above, the third locking protrusion 114 located at the third locking position interferes with the third rear protrusion 30c at the rear of the third rear protrusion 30c and can prevent the movement of the door button 30 from the rear. .
Also, in this embodiment, the position where the third protrusion 114 moves upward (or to the other side in the lateral direction) away from the third locking position is defined as the third unlocking position. According to this, when the third holding protrusion 114 is in the third unlocking position, the third holding protrusion 114 may be disposed at a position out of the movement path of the third rear protrusion 30c.
At least one of the first rear projection 30a and the second rear projection 30b may be spaced apart from the third rear projection 30c in the vertical direction. In addition, at least one of the first rear projection 30a and the second rear projection 30b may be spaced apart from the third rear projection 30c in the lateral direction. In this embodiment, the first rear projection 30a, the second rear projection 30b, and the third rear projection 30c are spaced apart in the lateral direction, respectively, and the second rear projection 30b and the third rear projection (30c) is illustrated as being spaced apart in the vertical direction.
For example, the first rear protrusion 30a may be disposed adjacent to the lower edge of one side of the door button 30 in the lateral direction, and the second rear protrusion 30b may be disposed at the center of the upper end of the door button 30 or on the other side in the lateral direction. It may be disposed at a position adjacent to the upper edge, and the third rear projection 30c may be disposed at a position adjacent to the lower edge of the other lateral side of the door button 30 .
Accordingly, the rocker 110 supports the three rear protrusions 30a, 30b, and 30c together at three points spaced apart in the lateral and vertical directions, and prevents the movement of the door button 30. That is, the locker 110 can more stably block the door button 30 at a plurality of points and effectively maintain the locked state of the door button 30 .
Meanwhile, the locking mechanism 100 may further include a third elastic member 117 for elastically supporting the rocker 110 . The third elastic member 117 may provide elastic force for returning the posture of the rocker 110, which has been changed to the unlocking posture, to the locking posture. In this embodiment, the third elastic member 117 is illustrated as including a torsion spring having one end supported by the control panel 15 and the other end supporting the rocker 110 .
As an example, one end of the third elastic member 117 may be coupled to the rear support surface 19 and the other end of the third elastic member 117 may be coupled to the first protrusion 112 . The third elastic member 117 may provide an elastic force for returning the first locking protrusion 112, which has moved to the first unlocking position, to the first locking position.
The third elastic member 117 locks the posture of the rocker 110 while moving the second holding protrusion 113 and the third holding protrusion 114 together by moving the first holding protrusion 112 as described above. You can return to position.
Meanwhile, a stopper 19c may be provided on the rear support surface 19 . The stopper 19c may support the rocker 110 so that the posture of the rocker 110 is maintained in the locked posture. The stopper 19c protrudes forward from the rear support surface 19 and protrudes on the moving path of the protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 to support the protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 .
As an example, the stopper 19c may be disposed adjacent to the first holding protrusion 112 to support the first holding protrusion 112 from the lower side. The stopper 19c supports the first holding protrusion 112 to be moved downward by the elastic force of the third elastic member 117 and prevents the first holding protrusion 112 from moving downward.
The position of the first protrusion 112 supported by the stopper 19c may be maintained at the first locking position, and thus the posture of the rocker 110 may also be maintained at the locked position.
In addition, support ribs 19d may be further provided on the rear support surface 19 . The support rib 19d protrudes forward from the rear support surface 19 to support the rocker 110 from the rear.
According to this embodiment, the protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 support the door button 30 from the rear and restrict the movement of the door button 30 . Therefore, in order for the locking protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 to stably restrict the movement of the door button 30 , the locking protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 must be stably supported on the rear support surface 19 .
However, if the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 are supported on the rear support surface 19 in a form in which the entirety of the protrusions 112, 113, and 114 are in contact with the rear support surface 19, excessive friction between the protrusions 112, 113, and 114 and the rear support surface 19 this may occur. As a result, the movement of the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 may not be performed properly, and the possibility of wear or damage of the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 or the rear support surface 19 may increase.
Considering this point, in the present embodiment, only a portion of the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 and the support rib 19d are supported in a state in which only contact is made.
According to this, the support of the rear support surface 19 for the first locking protrusion 112, more specifically, the rear support surface 19 for the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 is made in a state where only the contact between the inclined protrusion 112a and the support rib 19d is made. It can be done.
The first locking protrusion 112 is a member having the longest length among the locking protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 . The support rib 19d selectively supports only the first locking protrusion 112, which needs the most support among the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114, thereby reducing the contact area between the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 and the rear support surface 19. Support for the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 can be effectively achieved.
In addition, the support rib 19d supports the end of the first locking protrusion 112 directly in contact with the first rear protrusion 30a, that is, the inclined protrusion 112a, so that the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 are attached to the door button 30. It is possible to more stably support the locking protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 even when pressed by the .
The support rib 19d is formed to protrude from the rear support surface 19 and may be formed to extend along the movement path of the inclined protrusion 112a. For example, the support rib 19d may be formed along a path along which the first locking protrusion 112 moves from the first locking position to the first unlocking position. The support ribs 19d thus formed can stably support the first holding protrusions 112, 112, 113, and 114 no matter where they are located.

Referring to FIGS. 6 and 11 , the rocker 110 may further include a rocker fixing member 130 . The locker fixing member 130 is provided to be movable in conjunction with the movement of the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114. The rocker fixing member 130 is coupled with the transmission panel 55 when the protrusions 112 , 113 , and 114 are in the unlock position to fix the rocker 110 to the transmission panel 55 .
In this embodiment, it is illustrated that the rocker fixing member 130 is provided in a form protruding in a centrifugal direction from the rotation shaft 111. The rocker fixing member 130 fixes the rocker 110 to the transmission panel 55 when the protrusions 112, 113, and 114 are in the unlocking position, so that the posture of the rocker 110 changed from the unlocking posture to the locking posture. It can play a role in maintaining the unlocking position without returning.
As an example, the rocker fixing member 130 may be connected to the rotation shaft 111 via a second connection protrusion 116 protruding in a centrifugal direction from the rotation shaft 111 . The rocker fixing member 130 is connected to the end of the second connection protrusion 116 and may protrude from the second connection protrusion 116 rearward.
As such, the rocker fixing member 130 protruding rearward may pass through the rear support surface 19 and be connected to the power transmission member 50 . To this end, a second through hole 19d may be provided in the rear support surface 19 . The second through hole 19d may be formed to pass through the rear support surface 19 in the forward and backward directions.
The rocker fixing member 130 may pass through the rear support surface 19 through the second passage hole 19d and be connected to the power transmission member 50, more specifically, the transmission panel 55.
According to this embodiment, the rocker fixing member 130 may include protruding bosses 131 and 132 , fixing protrusions 133 and 134 and a fourth elastic member 135 .
The protruding bosses 131 and 132 may be provided to be connected to the second connection protrusion 116 . The protruding bosses 131 and 132 are connected to the end of the second connecting protrusion 116 and may be provided in a form protruding backward from the second connecting protrusion 116 . In this embodiment, it is illustrated that the protruding bosses 131 and 132 are formed in a protruding shape in a hollow cylindrical shape. The protruding bosses 131 and 132 may accommodate and support the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 and the fourth elastic member 135 .
The fixing protrusions 133 and 134 may be movably coupled to the protruding bosses 131 and 132 . The fixing protrusions 133 and 134 may be inserted into the protruding bosses 131 and 132 and installed to be movable in the forward and backward directions on the protruding bosses 131 and 132 . Most of the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 are accommodated inside the protruding bosses 131 and 132, and a rear portion of the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 penetrates the protruding bosses 131 and 132 and protrudes to the rear of the protruding bosses 131 and 132.
The fixing protrusions 133 and 134 may include a protrusion 133 and a flange portion 134 . The protrusion 133 may be formed in a circular rod shape extending in the front-rear direction. Most of the protrusions 133 are accommodated inside the protruding bosses 131 and 132, and a rear portion of the protrusion 133 may protrude toward the rear of the protruding bosses 131 and 132 through the protruding bosses 131 and 132. A rear end of the protrusion 133 may be formed to be rounded.
The flange portion 134 may protrude from the protrusion 133 in a centrifugal direction. The flange portion 134 is accommodated inside the protruding bosses 131 and 132 and can move forward and backward together with the protruding portion 133 .
The protruding bosses 131 and 132 may be divided into a front section 131 and a rear section 132 . The front section 131 and the rear section 132 may be arranged in the front-back direction, and the inner diameter of the front section 131 may be formed longer than the inner diameter of the rear section 132.
For example, the inner diameter of the front section 131 may be set to a length equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the flange portion 134 . In addition, the inner diameter of the rear section 132 may be set to a length between the outer diameter of the protruding portion 133 and the outer diameter of the flange portion 134 . A step may be formed at the boundary between the front section 131 and the rear section 132.
The flange portion 134 is accommodated inside the front section 131 and can move forward and backward in the front section 131 area. Also, among the protrusions 133, the portion disposed behind the flange portion 134 may move in the front and rear directions of the rear section 132.
Accordingly, the movement of the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 toward the rear may be limited to a position where interference between the flange portion 134 and the step occurs. In addition, an effect of preventing the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 from being separated through the rear side of the protruding bosses 131 and 132 may be provided due to the interference between the flange portion 134 and the step as described above.
In addition, the locker fixing member 130 may further include a boss cap 137. The boss cap 137 covers the open front side of the protruding bosses 131 and 132 and may be coupled with the protruding bosses 131 and 132 .
The fourth elastic member 135 may provide elastic force for moving the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 toward the transmission panel 55, that is, backward. The fourth elastic member 135 may be provided in the form of a coil spring having a front end supported by the boss cap 137 and a rear end supporting the flange portion 134 .
According to this embodiment, the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 can be coupled to the transmission panel 55, and thus the rocker fixing member 130 can be coupled to the transmission panel 55.
To this end, a fixing groove 55a is provided in the transmission panel 55, and the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 are inserted into the fixing groove 55a and can be combined with the transmission panel 55.
The fixing groove 55a may be formed on the front surface of the transmission panel 55 facing the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 . These fixing grooves (55a) may be concavely formed rearward on the front surface of the transmission panel (55).
In this embodiment, it is illustrated that the rear ends of the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 are formed in a substantially hemispherical shape. Also, the fixing groove 55a may be concavely formed in the transmission panel 55 in a hemispherical shape corresponding to the shape of the rear end of the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 .
When the rocker 110 is in a locking position, that is, when the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 are in the locked position, the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 maintain contact with the transmission panel 55 outside the fixing groove 55a. can
At this time, the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 may come into contact with the transmission panel 55 in a state of retreating forward rather than at a position where they can protrude backward at maximum. These fixing protrusions 133 and 134 can maintain a state in close contact with the transmission panel 55 by the elastic force provided by the fourth elastic member 135 .
12 and 13, when the locker 110 is in an unlocking position, that is, when the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 are in the unlocking position, the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 are fixed along the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114. 55a) can move to the side. These fixing protrusions 133 and 134 may be inserted into the fixing groove 55a and coupled with the transmission panel 55 .
The fixing protrusions 133 and 134 protrude backward by the elastic force provided by the fourth elastic member 135 and may be inserted into the fixing groove 55a. The fixing protrusions 133 and 134 may come into close contact with the transmission panel 55 and be coupled with the transmission panel 55 while being inserted into the fixing groove 55a. As such, the locker fixing member 130 may be coupled to the transmission panel 55 by the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 coupled to the transmission panel 55 .
In this way, when the rocker fixing member 130 is combined with the transmission panel 55, the position of the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 moved to the unlocking position can be maintained at the unlocking position. According to this, even if the force that moves the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 to the unlocking position is released, the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 return to the locking position while the rocker fixing member 130 remains engaged with the transmission panel 55. won't go
The coupled state between the rocker fixing member 130 and the transmission panel 55 can be maintained even when the force moving the protrusions 112, 113, and 114 to the unlocking position is released. Therefore, once the posture of the rocker 110 is changed from the locking posture to the unlocking posture, the posture of the rocker 110 can be maintained as it is in the unlocking posture unless additional manipulation of the locking mechanism 100 is performed.
As described above, the state in which the posture of the locker 110 is maintained in the unlocking posture is a state in which the door button 30 can be pressed. In this state, the door button 30 may be moved to a pressed position by a pressing operation.
When the door button 30 is moved to the pressed position, as shown in FIG. 14 , the transmission panel 55 can move backward while being pushed by the pushing protrusion 37 . When the transmission panel 55 moves backward in this way, the coupling between the latch mechanism and the main body is released, and the coupling between the rocker fixing member 130 and the transmission panel 55 can also be released together.
As a result, the door becomes openable, and the protrusions 112, 113, and 114 return from the unlocking position to the locking position. do.
Operation and effect of the locking mechanism]
Hereinafter, operations and effects of the cooking appliance according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 14 .
1 to 8, when the door 20 closes the cooking compartment 14, the door 20 is fixed to the main body 10 by a latch mechanism 40 (see FIG. 2). can In addition, the door button 30 may be fixed by the locking mechanism 100 so as not to be moved to a pressed position by a pressing operation.
In other words, the door 20 with the cooking chamber 14 closed is fixed to the body 10 by the latch mechanism 40, and the door button 30 for opening the door 20 is the locking mechanism 100 ) can be fixed by
That is, in the cooking appliance of this embodiment, opening of the door 20 can be prevented doubly by the latch mechanism 40 and the locking mechanism 100 .
In this way, in a state where the opening of the door 20 is prevented in twofold by the latch mechanism 40 and the locking mechanism 100, the locked state of the door button 30 by the locking mechanism 100 must first be released. .
That is, in order for the door 20 to open the cooking chamber 14, as shown in FIG. 10, the posture of the locking mechanism 100 that blocks the movement of the door button 30 from the rear is changed from the locking posture to the unlocking posture. should be changed to
To this end, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 , the user can press the operation button 120 provided on the side of the control panel 15 to move it to the side. Accordingly, the first connection protrusion 115 connected to the control button 120 may move in the direction of rotation of the rotation shaft 111 and rotate the rotation shaft 111 .
Accordingly, the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 in the locked position move to the unlocking position in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating shaft 111, and as a result, the protrusions 112, 113, and 114 are separated from the moving path of the rear protrusions 30a, 30b, and 30c. do.
In this way, when the posture of the locker 110 is changed to the unlocking posture, the obstruction blocking the movement of the door button 30 from the rear disappears from the moving path of the door button 30 . Accordingly, the door button 30 can be pressed and moved to the pressed position of the door button 30 accordingly.
As described above, when the posture of the rocker 110 is changed to the unlocking posture, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the fixing protrusions 133 and 134 are inserted into the fixing grooves 55a and coupled with the transmission panel 55 , Accordingly, the locker fixing member 130 can be coupled with the transmission panel 55.
In this way, the rocker fixing member 130 coupled with the transmission panel 55 can maintain the posture of the rocker 110 in an unlocked state. Therefore, when the user presses the control button 120 once so that the posture of the rocker 110 changes to the unlocking posture, the posture of the rocker 110 changes to the unlocking posture even if the user does not keep pressing the operating button 120. can be maintained continuously.
That is, since the user can open the door by pressing the door button 30 again with the hand that pressed the operation button 120, the door can be easily and conveniently opened with only one hand without using both hands together.
When the door button 30 is pressed and the door is opened accordingly, the coupling between the latch mechanism and the main body is released, and the coupling between the locker fixing member 130 and the transmission panel 55 can also be released. there is.
Then, when the force holding down the door button 30 disappears, the door button 30 moves forward again and returns to its original position, and the locking protrusions 112, 113, and 114 also return from the unlocked position to the locked position. .
In this way, the opening of the door and the return of the posture of the locker 110 can be simultaneously performed by the pressing operation on the door button 30, so that when the door 20 is closed again, the door button 30 can be operated without additional manipulation. The lock on can be re-established automatically.
As described above, as the locker 120 automatically returns to the fixed position, when the door 20 rotates backward to close the cooking chamber 14, the locking mechanism ( Locking of the door 20 by 100 can be resumed.
That is, in the cooking appliance of the present embodiment, the door button 30 fixed state by the locking mechanism 100 is released only by pressing the operation button 120, and the door button by the locking mechanism 100 is released without a separate operation. (30) The lock may be resumed.
The state in which the locking mechanism 100 locks the door button 30 is released only by pulling the locking mechanism 100 in the lateral direction, and after opening and closing of the door 20 (see FIG. 2) is performed, the locking mechanism ( Locking of the door button 30 by 100 may be resumed.
Accordingly, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment not only allows the door 20 to be easily and conveniently restrained to prevent unintentional opening of the cooking chamber 14 (see FIG. 2), but also allows the door button 30 to be operated without a separate operation. ) can provide the effect of enabling the locking of the lock to be made automatically and safely.
As described above, in the cooking appliance of the present embodiment, the door button 30 must first be released from the restraint state so that the door 20 can be opened so that the cooking chamber 14 is not opened unintentionally during operation of the cooking appliance. can be effectively prevented from happening.
In addition, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment allows the locker 110 to automatically return to the original position in which the door button 30 is closed without a separate operation, thereby improving the safety of the cooking appliance and operating accordingly The convenience of can also provide an effect that can be improved together.
In addition, the present invention can suppress frequent unnecessary opening and closing, thereby effectively suppressing unstable opening and closing operations of the door due to an abnormally rapidly worn latch mechanism.
The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but this is only exemplary, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and equivalent other embodiments. will understand Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be determined by the claims below.
