Description

一种锁扣装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及连接配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种锁扣装置,适用于手机、平板等电子产品与其它物件进行固定或拆卸。
背景技术
随着手机的功能越来越丰富,人们对手机的使用也越来越频繁,例如,在开车时,人们喜欢用手机进行导航,目前使用的手机汽车支架,目前多是将支架的一部分主体夹持在汽车空调出风口处或固定于汽车前平台上,然将另一部分支架主体安装于手机背面,通过两个支架主体之间的配合将手机固定,以方便使用手机进行阅读、导航等操作,然而目前大多支架的结构较为复杂,生产成本高,且拆卸不方便,故研究开发一种结构设计合理,生产成本更低的可拆卸装置是本实用新型所要解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构设计合理,生产成本更低的锁扣装置。
为实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:
一种锁扣装置,包括第一部件以及与所述第一部件可拆卸连接的第二部件;
所述第二部件包括底座、锁盖以及设于所述底座和锁盖之间的滑动柄;
所述底座的两边设有卡扣滑动座、所述底部的中部开设有弹性件安装槽;
所述滑动柄包括一手柄部以及与所述手柄部连接的卡扣安装座,所述卡扣安装座上开设有导轨槽,所述导轨槽上安装有卡扣件,所述卡扣安装座靠近所述手柄部处设置有卡扣件,所述卡扣安装座的中部开设有通槽,所述通槽靠近所述手 柄部处设置有弹性件安装突起,所述突起上套设有弹性件;
所述锁盖上开设有供所述卡扣件穿过的通孔;所述锁盖内顶部设置的弹性件挡块;
所述第一部件上对应的开设有与所述卡扣件配合的卡孔,所述卡孔侧面设置有凹槽。
进一步的,所述锁盖的中部设置有凸起的定位块,所述第一部件的中部对应的开设有定位孔。
进一步的,所述锁盖上开设有定位槽,所述第一部件上对应的形成有定位条;更进一步的,所述锁盖的顶部四周均开设有定位槽,所述第一部件下底面四周对应的形成有定位条。
进一步的,所述定位块为方形或圆形定位块。
进一步的,所述第一部件上设置有至少三个卡孔。
进一步的,所述底座上开设有螺纹孔,所述锁盖的内顶部对应的设置有螺纹柱。
进一步的,所述底座的底部设置有可转动的U型固定扣。
进一步的,所述弹性件为弹簧或弹片。
本实用新型的锁扣装置,通过设置在第二部件上的滑动柄以及安装在其上的卡扣件,与第一部件的卡孔相配合,能够简单、快速的卡合和拆卸,设计合理,使用方便,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,但不构成对本实用新型保护范围的限制。
参见图1-7,一种锁扣装置,包括第一部件10以及与第一部件10可拆卸连接的第二部件20,第一部件10和第二部件20可以是方形、圆形,多边形等,可根据实际需要进行选择;
其中,第二部件2包括底座21、锁盖22以及设于底座21和锁盖22之间的滑动柄23;
底座21的两边设有卡扣滑动座211、底部21的中部开设有弹性件安装槽212;
滑动柄23包括手柄部231以及与手柄部231连接的卡扣安装座232,卡扣安装座232上开设有导轨槽233,导轨槽233上安装有卡扣件24,具体的,卡扣安装座232靠近手柄部231处设置有卡扣件24,卡扣安装座232的中部开设有通槽234,通槽234靠近手柄部231处设置有弹性件安装突起235,突起235上套设有弹性件(未图示);具体的,导轨槽233为的数量为两个,相对设置,呈“八”字型,卡扣件24设置共设置三个;
锁盖22上开设有供卡扣件24穿过的通孔221;通孔221对应锁盖上卡扣24的位置设置;,锁盖22内顶部设置的弹性件挡块222;
第一部件10上对应的开设有与卡扣件24配合的卡孔101,卡孔101的数量为至少3个,优选为4个,其好处是使得第一部件10和第二部件20在各个方向均可以锁定;卡孔101的侧面设置有凹槽102,以使卡扣件24的凸起部241能够合卡合在凹槽102内。
具体的,锁盖22的中部设置有定位块223,第一部件10的中部对应的开设有定位孔103,定位孔103也可以设置锁盖顶部不开口的凹槽,定位块223和定位孔的形状可以为方形、圆形等,这里不其进行限定,可以根据实际需要进行选择,同时,锁盖22上还开设有供手柄部231伸出的缺口225。
参见图7所示,在本实用新型的一种优选实施方式中,锁盖22上开设有定位槽225,第一部件10上对应的形成有定位条104;作为本实用新型的一个优选实施方式,锁盖22的顶部四周均开设有定位槽225,第一部件10下底面四周对应的形成有4个定位条104,定位槽和定位条的数量的可以根据实际需要进行设备,例如设置为1、2、3、4个均可以,只要能够起到定位作用即可。
具体的,底座21上开设有螺纹孔213,锁盖22的内顶部对应的设置有螺纹柱224,为使连接更加紧密,螺纹孔213、螺纹柱224的数量为四个,分别设置有四周,通过螺丝锁紧。
具体的,底座21的底部设置有可转动的U型固定扣30,U型固定扣30可通过两个齿轮连接的部件进行转动,是现有的常用结构,这里不再对其进行详述。
优选的,弹性件为弹簧,弹簧一端套设在手柄部的突起235上,另一端抵在档块221上,通过推动手柄部可以实现滑动柄在移动,滑动柄移动从而带动卡扣件的锁闭与开合。
在使用时,可在第一部件的背面设计粘贴件或者其它固定件,使第一部件能够与手机、平板等电子产品,然后再连接上第二部件,再将第二部件固定于所需要固定的地方即可,通过本装置的设计结构,推动手柄部能够方便的解锁分离第一部件和第二部件且此结构设计使得整个装置结构简化,合理,使用和生产成本更低。
以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种锁扣装置,包括第一部件以及与所述第一部件可拆卸连接的第二部件,其特征在于:
    所述第二部件包括底座、锁盖以及设于所述底座和锁盖之间的滑动柄;
    所述底座的两边设有卡扣滑动座、所述底部的中部开设有弹性件安装槽;
    所述滑动柄包括一手柄部以及与所述手柄部连接的卡扣安装座,所述卡扣安装座上开设有导轨槽,所述导轨槽上安装有卡扣件,所述卡扣安装座靠近所述手柄部处设置有卡扣件,所述卡扣安装座的中部开设有通槽,所述通槽靠近所述手柄部处设置有弹性件安装突起,所述突起上套设有弹性件;
    所述锁盖上开设有供所述卡扣件穿过的通孔;所述锁盖内顶部设置的弹性件挡块;
    所述第一部件上对应的开设有与所述卡扣件配合的卡孔,所述卡孔侧面设置有凹槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述锁盖上设置有凸起的定位块,所述第一部件上对应的开设有定位孔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述锁盖上开设有定位槽,所述第一部件上对应的形成有定位条。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述锁盖的顶部四周均开设有定位槽,所述第一部件下底面四周对应的形成有定位条。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述定位块为方形或圆形定位块。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述第一部件上设置有至少三个卡孔。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述底座上开设有螺 纹孔,所述锁盖的内顶部对应的设置有螺纹柱。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述底座的底部设置有可转动的U型固定扣。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧或弹片。
