Abstract

本申请实施例提供了一种信息发送方法和装置,该方法包括:RCS消息发送服务器接收RCS消息应用服务器发送的第一消息,第一消息包括RCS消息和终端设备的用户标识信息;当确定终端设备不支持RCS类的消息时,RCS消息发送服务器向终端设备发送网页地址信息,该网页地址信息用于从RCS消息内容服务器获取RCS消息的内容。本申请实施例提供的信息发送方法和装置,当终端设备不支持RCS类的消息时,终端设备可以通过网页地址信息从RCS消息内容服务器获取RCS消息的内容,并呈现其中富媒体形式的内容,有助于提高用户体验。

本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息发送方法和装置。
背景技术
富媒体通信套件(rich communication suite,RCS)消息是由运营商联合各大手机厂商共同推出的一种基础电信服务,是对传统短信的升级,兼顾传统短信和彩信的功能,还支持通过短信应用发送富媒体形式的内容,如文本、图片、音频、视频、位置信息等内容。但是由于RCS消息发展时间较短,市面上支持RCS消息的终端设备较少,从而制约了RCS消息技术的应用与发展。
目前,RCS消息应用服务器支持将RCS消息转化为普通的文本短信或者彩信,并发送给终端设备,在这种情况下,终端设备无法获取并呈现RCS消息中原本有的丰富的富媒体形式的内容,例如位置信息或者卡片式内容。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息发送方法和装置,能够解决当终端设备不支持RCS类的消息时,终端设备无法获取并呈现RCS消息中的富媒体形式的内容的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种信息发送方法,该方法包括:RCS消息发送服务器接收RCS消息应用服务器发送的第一消息,该第一消息包括RCS消息和终端设备的用户标识信息;该RCS消息发送服务器确定该终端设备不支持RCS类的消息;该RCS消息发送服务器向该终端设备发送网页地址信息,该网页地址信息用于从RCS消息内容服务器获取该RCS消息的内容。
根据本申请实施例提供的信息发送方法,当终端设备不支持RCS类的消息时,通过网页地址信息终端设备可以从RCS消息内容服务器获取发送给终端用户的RCS消息的内容,并呈现RCS消息中的富媒体形式的内容,有助于提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。
为了便于理解本申请的技术方案,首先对本申请中涉及到的一些技术作简单介绍。
1、富媒体通信套件(rich communication suite,RCS)消息:
RCS消息,又称为5G消息或富媒体消息,遵循全球移动通信系统协会(global system for mobile communication association,GSMA)推出的富媒体通信融合.07(rich communication convergence.07,RCC.07)标准规范(及其兼容版本)和富媒体通信融合.71(rich communication convergence.71,RCC.71)标准规范(及其兼容版本)。RCS消息是对传统短信的升级,基于因特网协议技术(internet protocol technology)实现业务体验的飞跃,支持的媒体格式更多,表现形式更丰富。
面对终端用户,RCS消息提供点到点消息和群聊服务,消息内容除文本外,还可以支持图片、音频、视频、位置、联系人等多种形式。面向行业客户,RCS消息提供增强的个人与应用间消息服务,实现“消息即服务”,并且引入了新的消息交互模式——聊天机器人(chatbot),以消息对话的方式连接终端,在对话框即可提供搜索、发现、交互、支付服务等,从而实现企业等行业客户与终端用户的交互服务。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,RCS消息的内容可以理解为RCS消息中包括的的富媒体形式的内容,例如文本内容、图片内容、视频内容、音频内容或卡片内容,以及上述内容的排列顺序、功能交互等。
2、RCS客户端:
RCS客户端可以分为RCS嵌入式客户端和RCS可下载客户端。
其中,RCS嵌入式客户端是作为终端设备(如手机)实现的一部分提供的客户端,该RCS嵌入式客户端可以与终端的本地应用,如通讯录、文件浏览器、呼叫应用(及电话服务)集成在一起。
RCS可下载客户端是一个可以提供自己的因特网协议多媒体子系统(internet protocol multimedia subsystem,IMS)连接的客户端,该RCS可下载客户端可以预先安装在终端中或可以由用户下载并安装在终端中。但是,该RCS可下载客户端不是终端基础软件的一部分,即该RCS可下载客户端不具备访问终端内部应用程序编程接口(application programming interface,API)和高级操作系统(operating system,OS)的功能。该RCS可下载客户端也可以与终端的本地应用(如通讯录、文件浏览器等)集成在一起,但是该RCS可下载客户端与终端的本地应用的集成程度,仅限于该终端的OS平台或者API所允许的程度。
3、消息降级:
当用户的终端设备不支持RCS消息时,将RCS消息转换成其他制式的消息的过程。
可以理解,其他制式的消息与RCS消息的内容格式不同,例如其他制式的消息可以只包括文本格式的内容或视频格式的内容。示例性的,其他制式的消息可以是文本短信或者 彩信。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,终端设备不支持RCS消息可以理解为终端设备不能直接接收并解析RCS消息,从而终端设备无法呈现RCS消息中富媒体形式的内容。
本申请实施例的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯(global system of mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(code division multiple access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(wideband code division multiple access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(general packet radio service,GPRS)、长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)系统、LTE频分双工(frequency division duplex,FDD)系统、LTE时分双工(time division duplex,TDD)、通用移动通信系统(universal mobile telecommunication system,UMTS)、全球互联微波接入(worldwide interoperability for microwave sccess,WiMAX)通信系统、未来的第五代(5th generation,5G)系统或新无线(new radio,NR)等。
图1示出了一种适用于本申请实施例的通信系统100。该通信系统100包括RCS消息应用服务器110、RCS消息发送服务器120、RCS消息内容服务器130和终端设备140。该通信系统100中,RCS消息应用服务器110可以与RCS消息发送服务器120、RCS消息内容服务器130分别通信连接。此外,终端设备140也可以与RCS消息发送服务器120、RCS消息内容服务器130分别通信连接。
RCS消息应用服务器110可以是RCS消息业务中由行业客户提供的应用平台,例如聊天机器人chatbot(即企业服务器),其主要功能包括收发和处理与个人用户交互的消息,以向终端设备140提供以对话形式呈现的服务。
RCS消息发送服务器120可以是由运营商或者代理商提供的,介于RCS消息应用服务器110和终端设备140之间的服务器,其主要功能包括接收和发送RCS消息应用服务器110和终端设备140之间的消息,实现RCS消息应用服务器110和终端设备140之间的业务交互。示例性的,RCS消息发送服务器120可以是运营商提供的5G消息中心(5 th generation message center,5GMC),也可以是消息即平台(message as a platform,MAAP),或者是聊天机器人服务平台(chatbot service platform,CSP,是一个部署在云端的服务平台),还可以是代理商提供的汇聚服务器等。
RCS消息内容服务器130可以指网页服务器,主要用于配置并储存与RCS消息的内容一致的展示网页,终端设备140通过该RCS消息内容服务器获得该RCS消息的内容,并且终端设备140的网页界面呈现该RCS消息的内容。此外,个人用户也可以通过在该网页界面进行用户操作实现与RCS消息应用服务器110的业务交互。
终端设备140可以指用户设备(user equipment,UE)、接入终端设备、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端设备、移动设备、用户终端设备、终端设备、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。终端设备还可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(session initiation protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(wireless local loop,WLL)站、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备,未来5G网络中的终端设备或者未来演进的公用陆地移动通信网络(public land mobile network,PLMN)中的终端设备等,本申请实施例对此并不限定。
在本申请实施例中,终端设备或服务器包括硬件层、运行在硬件层之上的操作系统层,以及运行在操作系统层上的应用层。该硬件层包括中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)、 内存管理单元(memory management unit,MMU)和内存(也称为主存)等硬件。该操作系统可以是任意一种或多种通过进程(process)实现业务处理的计算机操作系统,例如,Linux操作系统、Unix操作系统、Android操作系统、iOS操作系统或windows操作系统等。该应用层包含浏览器、通讯录、文字处理软件、即时通信软件等应用。并且,本申请实施例并未对本申请实施例提供的方法的执行主体的具体结构特别限定,只要能够通过运行记录有本申请实施例的提供的方法的代码的程序,以根据本申请实施例提供的方法进行通信即可,例如,本申请实施例提供的方法的执行主体可以是终端设备或服务器,或者,是终端设备或服务器中能够调用程序并执行程序的功能模块。
另外,本申请的各个方面或特征可以实现成方法、装置或使用标准编程和/或工程技术的制品。本申请中使用的术语“制品”涵盖可从任何计算机可读器件、载体或介质访问的计算机程序。例如,计算机可读介质可以包括,但不限于:磁存储器件(例如,硬盘、软盘或磁带等),光盘(例如,压缩盘(compact disc,CD)、数字通用盘(digital versatile disc,DVD)等),智能卡和闪存器件(例如,可擦写可编程只读存储器(erasable programmable read-only memory,EPROM)、卡、棒或钥匙驱动器等)。另外,本文描述的各种存储介质可代表用于存储信息的一个或多个设备和/或其它机器可读介质。术语“机器可读存储介质”可包括但不限于,无线信道和能够存储、包含和/或承载指令和/或数据的各种其它介质。
需要说明的是,图1示出的通信系统100仅仅是为了更加清楚的说明本申请技术方案,并不构成对本申请的限定,本领域技术人员可知,随着网络架构的演变和新业务场景的出现,本申请提供的技术方案对于类似的技术问题,同样适用。
如图1所示,RCS消息应用服务器110可以通过RCS消息发送服务器120将RCS消息发送给终端设备140。RCS消息发送服务器120可以判断接收RCS消息的用户的终端设备140是否支持RCS消息业务。若RCS消息发送服务器120确定终端设备140支持RCS消息,则可以将RCS消息应用服务器110发送的RCS消息发送给终端设备140。终端设备140的消息界面展示RCS消息的内容,例如音频、视频、位置以及交互式的卡片内容,并且用户可以在终端设备140展示的消息界面上进行用户操作实现与RCS消息应用服务器110的业务交互。
若RCS消息发送服务器120确定终端设备140不支持RCS消息,RCS消息发送服务器120可以将RCS消息应用服务器110发送的RCS消息降级为终端设备140支持的其他制式的消息,例如,RCS消息发送服务器120可以将RCS消息降级为文本短信或者彩信,然后发送给终端设备140。此时,终端设备140的消息界面只能显示文本短信或者彩信内容,无法呈现RCS消息中原本有的富媒体形式的内容,用户也无法体验RCS消息中丰富的富媒体形式的内容。并且,用户也无法通过文本短信或者彩信实现与RCS消息应用服务器的业务交互,不利于用户体验。
此外,终端设备140访问RCS消息内容服务器130提供的网页时,终端设备140都需要先进行个人用户的登录认证,才能访问具体的页面,例如,终端设备140都需要先通过短信验证码或者用户口令等方式进行个人用户的登录认证,该操作步骤繁琐,不利于用户体验。
为了解决上述问题,本申请提供一种信息发送方法。下面结合图2-图4具体描述本申请实施例中的信息发送方法。
图2示出了本申请实施例的信息发送方法200的示意性流程图,可以理解,图2示出 了信息发送方法的步骤或操作,但这些步骤或操作仅是示例,本申请实施例还可以执行其他操作或者图2中的各个操作的变形。此外,图2中的各个步骤可以按照与图2呈现的不同的顺序来执行,并且有可能并非要执行图2中的全部操作。
S210,RCS消息应用服务器向RCS消息发送服务器发送第一消息,该第一消息包括RCS消息和终端设备的用户标识信息。
可以理解,终端设备的用户标识信息可以用于确定接收第一消息的目标终端用户。可选地,终端设备的用户标识信息可以是移动台综合业务数字网(mobile subscriber integrated services digital network,MSISDN)号码,也可以是国际移动用户识别(international mobile subscriber identification,IMSI)号码,本申请对此不做限定。
可选地,如果有多个RCS消息应用服务器,该第一消息中还可以包括RCS消息应用服务器的标识信息。
可选地,RCS消息应用服务器向RCS消息发送服务器发送第一消息之前,方法200还包括:RCS消息应用服务器在RCS消息发送服务器上注册,注册内容可以包括RCS消息应用服务器在消息窗口显示的通用页面的特征信息,例如可以包括RCS消息应用服务器的应用名称、标志以及底部菜单的配置信息。该消息窗口可以是终端设备显示的消息窗口界面,用户在该窗口界面上进行操作,实现与RCS消息应用服务器的交互。

可选地,RCS消息应用服务器在RCS消息发送服务器上注册之后,所述方法200还包括:RCS消息发送服务器确定RCS消息应用服务器的标识信息,并向RCS消息应用服务器发送该RCS消息应用服务器的标识信息。其中,RCS消息应用服务器的标识信息与RCS消息应用服务器一一对应。
S220,RCS消息发送服务器确定终端设备不支持RCS类的消息。
可以理解,RCS类的消息是对遵循全球移动通信系统协会(global system for mobile communication association,GSMA)推出的富媒体通信融合.07(rich communication convergence.07,RCC.07)标准规范(及其兼容版本)和富媒体通信融合.71(rich communication convergence.71,RCC.71)标准规范(及其兼容版本)的消息的统称,而不是特指某个具体的RCS消息。
可以理解,RCS消息发送服务器可以根据用户的终端设备是否安装RCS消息应用服务器对应的RCS客户端来判断用户的终端设备是否支持RCS类的消息。
一种可能的情况下,用户的终端设备没有安装RCS客户端,RCS消息发送服务器确定终端设备不支持RCS类的消息。也就是说,当用户的终端设备没有安装RCS客户端时,该终端设备不能通过RCS客户端在RCS消息发送服务器上注册,RCS消息发送服务器储存的注册内容中没有该终端设备的信息以及该终端设备的用户标识信息,当RCS消息发送服务器接收RCS消息应用服务器发送的第一消息后,不能在储存的注册内容中查询到该第一消息包括的终端设备的用户标识信息以及对应的终端设备的信息;同时,当用户的终端设备没有安装RCS客户端时,该终端设备不能接收并解析RCS消息,从而无法呈现RCS消息的内容。则RCS消息发送服务器确定用户的终端设备不支持RCS类的消息。
另一种可能的情况下,用户的终端设备安装RCS客户端,RCS消息发送服务器确定 终端设备支持RCS类的消息。也就是说,当用户的终端设备安装RCS客户端时,用户的终端设备可以通过RCS客户端在RCS消息发送服务器上注册,注册的内容可以包括终端设备的信息以及终端设备的用户标识信息等,RCS消息发送服务器储存上述注册内容。RCS消息发送服务器接收RCS消息应用服务器发送的第一消息后,可以在储存的注册内容中查询到该第一消息包括的终端设备的用户标识信息以及对应的终端设备的信息;同时,当用户的终端设备安装RCS客户端,终端设备可以接收以及解析RCS消息,从而可以呈现RCS消息中的富媒体形式的内容。则RCS消息发送服务器确定用户的终端设备支持RCS类的消息。
可以理解,以上RCS消息发送服务器判断终端设备是否支持RCS类的消息的实施例仅是为了帮助本领域技术人员更好的理解本申请的技术方案,而非是对本申请的限制。
若RCS消息发送服务器确定用户的终端设备支持RCS类的消息,RCS消息发送服务器可以将RCS消息应用服务器发送的RCS消息直接发送给终端设备,不执行以下步骤。
若RCS消息发送服务器确定用户的终端设备不支持RCS类的消息,则继续执行以下步骤。
S230,RCS消息发送服务器向终端设备发送网页地址信息,该网页地址信息用于从RCS消息内容服务器获取RCS消息的内容。

示例性的,RCS消息内容服务器也可以基于HTML5.0技术配置生成网页,也就是说RCS消息内容服务器可以根据该RCS消息的获取信息生成HTML格式的文本,本申请对此并不作限定。用户的终端设备可以通过该网页地址信息访问该RCS消息内容服务器,获取该RCS消息的内容。
在另一种可能的情况下,当RCS消息发送服务器直接生成网页,也就是说该RCS消息的内容的获取信息为该HTML格式的文本时,RCS消息内容服务器接收到该RCS消息的内容的获取信息后,可以保存HTML格式的文本,即保存该网页,等终端设备基于网页地址信息来请求RCS消息的内容时,直接将该网页内容返回给终端设备。同样的,该网页在不支持RCS类的消息的终端设备的浏览器(或浏览器组件)上呈现后的结果与RCS消息在支持RCS类的消息的终端设备上呈现的结果一致,包括呈现内容中的字体、颜色、布局等。
可以理解,RCS消息的内容可以为RCS消息中包括的富媒体形式的内容,例如文本内容、图片内容、视频内容、音频内容或卡片内容,以及内容的排列顺序、功能交互等,本申请对此不做限定。示例性的,卡片内容可以包括媒体素材、标题、按钮、浮动菜单等。
在一种可能的情况下,通过该网页地址信息直接获取RCS消息的内容,终端用户的RCS消息的内容可能会被其他用户获取,造成终端用户的RCS消息的内容泄露,导致安全性问题。此外,终端用户通过该网页地址信息获取RCS消息的内容时,需要先进行登录认证的操作,例如输入短信验证码或用户口令等方式。
鉴于上述问题,网页地址信息可以包括RCS消息内容服务器的地址信息和第一认证信息,该第一认证信息用于验证终端设备是否被允许获取RCS消息的内容。
在本申请实施例中,通过第一认证信息验证终端设备是否被允许获取RCS消息的内容,以确保终端用户的RCS消息的内容不会泄露,满足安全性要求,同时终端用户可以通过第一认证信息的验证获取RCS消息的内容,不需要再通过短信验证码或用户口令等方式进行登录认证,简化了终端用户的操作步骤,提高操作效率,有助于提高用户体验。

可以理解的是,对于前述实施例中所涉及的处理器可以通过具有处理器和通信接口的硬件平台执行程序指令来分别实现其在本申请前述实施例中任一设计中涉及的功能,基于此,如图8所示,本申请实施例提供了一种信息发送装置800的示意性框图,装置800包括:处理器810、通信接口820和存储器830。其中,处理器810、通信接口820和存储器830耦合以互相通信,该存储器830用于存储指令,该处理器810用于执行该存储器830存储的指令,以控制该通信接口820发送信号和/或接收信号。本申请实施例中的耦合是装置、单元或模块之间的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式,用于装置、单元或模块之间的信息交互。
可以理解,本申请实施例图5中的装置,或者是图6中的装置,或者是图7中的装置分别都可以通过图8中的装置800来实现,并且可以用于执行上述方法实施例中发送端和接收端对应的各个步骤和/或流程。

  1. 一种信息发送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    富媒体通信套件RCS消息发送服务器接收RCS消息应用服务器发送的第一消息,所述第一消息包括RCS消息和终端设备的用户标识信息;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器确定所述终端设备不支持RCS类的消息;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述终端设备发送网页地址信息,所述网页地址信息用于从RCS消息内容服务器获取所述RCS消息的内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网页地址信息包括所述RCS消息内容服务器的地址信息和第一认证信息,所述第一认证信息用于验证所述终端设备是否被允许获取所述RCS消息的内容。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在向所述终端设备发送所述网页地址信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述RCS消息内容服务器发送第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述RCS消息的内容的获取信息和所述终端设备的用户标识信息,所述RCS消息的内容的获取信息用于获取所述RCS消息的内容;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器从所述RCS消息内容服务器接收所述RCS消息内容服务器生成的所述第一认证信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在向所述终端设备发送所述网页地址信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息发送服务器生成所述第一认证信息。

    所述RCS消息发送服务器接收所述RCS消息内容服务器发送的所述终端设备的访问请求消息,所述终端设备的访问请求消息包括第二认证信息;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器根据所述第一认证信息和所述第二认证信息确定所述终端设备被允许获取所述RCS消息的内容;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述RCS消息内容服务器发送所述终端设备的访问响应消息,所述终端设备的访问响应消息用于指示所述终端设备被允许获取所述RCS消息的内容;
    其中,所述终端设备的访问响应消息包括所述RCS消息的内容获取信息和所述终端设备的用户标识信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息发送服务器根据所述RCS消息确定所述RCS消息的内容的获取信息。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一认证信息还用于标识所述RCS消息的内容。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述终端设备发送网页地址信息,包括:
    所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述终端设备发送第三消息,所述第三消息包括所述网页地址信息,所述第三消息与所述RCS消息的内容格式不同。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网页地址信息还包括 所述RCS消息应用服务器的标识信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息发送服务器接收所述RCS消息内容服务器发送的交互请求消息,所述交互请求消息包括所述终端设备的用户标识信息,所述交互请求消息用于所述终端设备与所述RCS消息应用服务器进行业务交互;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述RCS消息应用服务器发送所述交互请求消息。
  11. 一种信息发送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    富媒体通信套件RCS消息内容服务器接收终端设备发送的网页访问请求消息,所述网页访问请求消息包括网页地址信息,所述网页地址信息用于从所述RCS消息内容服务器获取RCS消息的内容;
    基于所述网页地址信息,所述RCS消息内容服务器向所述终端设备返回所述RCS消息的内容。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网页地址信息包括所述RCS消息内容服务器的地址信息和第一认证信息,所述第一认证信息用于验证所述终端设备是否被允许获取所述RCS消息的内容。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收所述终端设备发送的网页访问请求消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息内容服务器接收所述RCS消息发送服务器发送的第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述RCS消息的内容的获取信息和终端设备的用户标识信息,所述RCS消息的内容的获取信息用于获取所述RCS消息的内容;
    所述RCS消息内容服务器生成所述第一认证信息;
    所述RCS消息内容服务器向所述RCS消息发送服务器发送所述第一认证信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息内容服务器确定所述终端设备被允许获取所述RCS消息的内容。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息内容服务器向所述RCS消息发送服务器发送终端设备的访问请求消息,所述终端设备的访问请求消息包括第二认证信息;

    所述终端设备根据所述网页地址信息从所述RCS消息内容服务器获取所述RCS消息的内容。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网页地址信息包括所述RCS消息内容服务器的地址信息和第一认证信息,所述第一认证信息用于验证所述终端设备是否被允许获取所述RCS消息的内容。

    其中,所述终端设备的访问响应消息包括所述RCS消息的内容的获取信息和所述终端设备的用户标识信息。
  32. 根据权利要求29或32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息发送服务器根据所述RCS消息确定所述RCS消息的内容的获取信息。
  33. 根据权利要求28至33中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一认证信息还用于标识所述RCS消息的内容。
  34. 根据权利要求27至34中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述终端设备发送所述网页地址信息,包括:
    所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述终端设备发送第三消息,所述第三消息包括所述网页地址信息,所述第三消息与所述RCS消息的内容格式不同;
    所述终端设备接收所述RCS消息发送服务器发送的所述网页地址信息,包括:
    所述终端设备接收所述RCS消息发送服务器发送的所述第三消息。
  35. 根据权利要求27至35中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网页地址信息还包括所述RCS消息应用服务器的标识信息。
  36. 根据权利要求27至36中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述RCS消息内容服务器向所述终端设备发送第三认证信息,所述第三认证信息用于指示所述终端设备的网页访问验证有效;
    所述终端设备接收所述RCS消息内容服务器发送的所述第三认证信息。
  37. 根据权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备向所述RCS消息内容服务器发送交互请求消息,所述交互请求消息包括所述第三认证信息,所述交互请求消息用于所述终端设备与所述RCS消息应用服务器进行业务交互;
    所述RCS消息内容服务器接收所述终端设备发送的所述交互请求消息;
    所述RCS消息内容服务器根据所述第三认证信息确定所述终端设备的网页访问验证有效;
    所述RCS消息内容服务器向所述RCS消息发送服务器发送所述交互请求消息,所述交互请求消息包括所述终端设备的用户标识信息;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器接收所述RCS消息内容服务器发送的所述交互请求消息;
    所述RCS消息发送服务器向所述RCS消息应用服务器发送所述交互请求消息。
  38. 一种信息发送装置,其特征在于,包括用于执行如权利要求1至10中任一项或执行如权利要求11至19中任一项或执行如权利要求20至26中任一项所述方法的模块。
  39. 一种信息发送装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器,所述处理器与存储器耦合,所述存储器用于存储程序或指令,当所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述装置执行如权利要求1至10中任一项或执行如权利要求11至19中任一项或执行如权利要求20至26中任一项所述的方法。
  40. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括执行如权利要求1至10中任一项所述方法的装置、执行如权利要求11至19中任一项所述方法的装置和执行如权利要求20至26中任一项所述方法的装置。
  41. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有指令,当所述指令运行时,实现如权利要求1至10中任一项或实现如权利要求11至19中任一项或实现如权利要求20至26中任一项所述的方法。
  42. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1至10中任一项或执行如权利要求11至19中任一项或 执行如权利要求20至26中任一项所述的方法。
