技术领域
本公开涉及即时通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种消息加急方法、装置、系统及存储介质。
背景技术
目前,许多即时通信软件中均设置有消息加急功能。示例性地,企业内部的协同工作场景下或在一些抢险救灾的场景下,在实际沟通时,可能会有较为紧急的消息想快速地让对方收到。通过消息加急功能,可以允许用户将紧急消息通过加急的方式发出,提高与他人的协同效率。
但是,目前,当消息加急失败后,加急消息的发送方并不能及时获知这一情况,不利于提高与他人的协同效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了消息加急方法、装置、系统及存储介质。
第一方面,本公开提供了一种消息加急方法,所述方法包括:
响应于加急目标消息的操作,展示加急界面,所述加急界面中包括多种加急方式;
响应于选择目标加急方式的操作,确定在所述加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件;
当满足所述拦截条件时,在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述多种加急方式包括如下中的一种或多种:
仅应用内、应用+短信、应用+电话。
在本公开的一些实施例中,若所述目标加急方式为应用+短信,或,应用+电话,则所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括以下至少一种:
加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述确定在所述加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括:
获取选择的加急对象的客户端信息;所述客户端信息包括以下一种或多种:客户端部署信息、客户端位置信息和客户端的注册信息;
基于所述客户端信息,判断是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件。
在本公开的一些实施例中,基于所述客户端信息,判断是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括:
基于客户端部署信息判断是否跨部署域;若是,则确定满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件;

在本公开的一些实施例中,若被拦截的不同加急对象的拦截原因不同,则拦截原因的展示优先级为:加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全;
和/或,
若被拦截的同一加急对象存在多个拦截原因,则针对该被拦截的加急对象,仅展示优先级最高的拦截原因。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述加急界面中还包括加急发送控件,所述方法还包括:
响应于触发所述加急发送控件的操作,向选择的加急对象发送所述目标消息;
若发送失败,则执行如下一项或多项:
在线弹窗提示加急失败消息;
语音提示加急失败;
离线端内推送加急失败的消息卡片。

确定单元,用于响应于选择目标加急方式的操作,确定在所述加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件;
第二展示单元,用于当满足所述拦截条件时,在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因。

为了能够更清楚地理解本公开的上述目的、特征和优点,下面将对本公开的方案进行进一步描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本公开,但本公开还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施;显然,说明书中的实施例只是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
图1为本公开实施例提供的一种消息加急方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于客户端中使用消息加急功能的情况,该方法可以由消息加急装置执行,该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该装置可配置于电子设备中,例如终端,具体包括但不限于智能手机、掌上电脑、平板电脑、带显示屏的可穿戴设备、台式机、笔记本电脑、一体机、智能家居设备等。
如图1所示,该方法具体可以包括:
S110、响应于加急目标消息的操作,展示加急界面,加急界面中包括多种加急方式。
加急目标消息的操作,是指用户触发将某个目标信息设置为加急消息的操作。
可选地,多种加急方式包括如下中的一种或多种:仅应用内、应用+短信、应用+电话。
S120、响应于选择目标加急方式的操作,确定在加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足目标加急方式对应的拦截条件。
选择目标加急方式的操作,是指用户从加急界面中的多个加急方式中选择一个作为目标加急方式的触发操作。
拦截条件是指用于限制将目标消息发送给某个加急对象的触发条件。
在实际中,拦截条件可以有多种,本申请对此不作限制。示例性地,若目标加急方式为应用+短信,或,应用+电话,则目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括以下至少一种:加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全。
其中,“加急对象跨域”是指目标消息发送方和加急对象一个使用SaaS(Software-as-a-Service,软件即服务),另一个使用私有化应用程序;或者,目标消息发送方和加急对象处于不同的地区。
“加急对象为外部非好友”即外部群场景下,只能对同租户或者外部好友发送短信/电话加急。
“加急对象的信息不全”包括但不限于接收方信息不全,如接收方名称为空或接收方手机号为空。
在一些实施例中,确定在加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足目标加急方式对应的拦截条件的一种实施方式如下:
首先,获取选择的加急对象的客户端信息;客户端信息包括以下一种或多种:客户端部署信息、客户端位置信息和客户端的注册信息。
其次,基于客户端信息,判断是否满足目标加急方式对应的拦截条件。
在一些实施例中,基于客户端部署信息,判断是否跨部署域;若是,则确定满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件。例如,若目标消息发送方的客户端采用SaaS部署,而加急对象的客户端采用私有化部署,则确定满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件。
基于客户端位置信息,判断是否跨区域;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件。
基于客户端的注册信息,判断选择的加急对象是否为外部非好友;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件。例如,若加急对象处于外部群,也即加急对象与目标消息发送方属于同一个群,但加急对象与目标消息发送方既不属于同一租户也不是好友,则确定加急对象为外部非好友。
基于客户端的注册信息,判断注册信息是否缺少电话号码;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件。
S130、在加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因。
上述技术方案,通过设置在加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因,其可以确保加急消息的发送方及时获知该加急消息发送失败的情况,有利于确保该发送方及时采取其他措施,来提高与他人的协同效率。
S130的具体实现方式有多种,本申请对此不作限制。下面示例性地给出三种具体实现方式。在实际中,在执行S130可以选择其中的一种或多种。
第一种,在多种加急方式的展示区域,显示预警提示符;响应于鼠标指针悬停在预警提示符上的操作,展示至少一个拦截原因。示例性地,图2为本公开提供的一种加急界面的示意图。参见图2,假设加急对象小东因手机号为空,满足“应用+短信”这种加急方式对应的拦截条件,在加急方式的配置选项旁边显示预警提示符。当用户将鼠标指针悬停在该预警提示符上,展示拦截原因,如“部分用户暂不支持短信加急”或“小东暂不支持短信加急”。
第二种,在加急界面中已选区域内,置顶展示至少一个拦截原因并优先展示被拦截的加急对象。图3为本公开提供的另一种加急界面的示意图。示例性地,参见图3,假设加急对象小东因手机号为空,满足“应用+短信”这种加急方式对应的拦截条件,在加急界面中已选区域内,置顶展示拦截原因“部分用户暂不支持短信加急”并在已选列表中,将小东的位置置于该列表的首位。
第三种,在加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象,并在被拦截的加急对象的图标上显示预警提示符;响应于鼠标指针悬停在预警提示符上的操作,展示该被拦截的加急对象的拦截原因。图4为本公开提供的另一种加急界面的示意图。示例性地,假设加急对象小东因手机号为空,满足“应用+短信”这种加急方式对应的拦截条件,参见图4的已选列表,在小东对应的图标(如头像图标或姓名图标)上显示预警提示符。当用户将鼠标指针悬停在该预警提示符上,展示拦截原因,如“部分用户暂不支持短信加急”。
进一步地,在展示拦截原因时,可以将原因进一步细化,如加急对象因满足哪个拦截条件而不支持短信加急。
进一步地,在展示拦截原因时,还可将后续的处理方式一并展示,如“默认通过‘应用内’加急”。
进一步地,若被拦截的不同加急对象的拦截原因不同,则拦截原因的展示优先级为:加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全。示例性地,若A、B、C三个人均满足目标加急方式对应的拦截条件,其中,A拦截原因是加急对象跨域,B拦截原因是加急对象为外部非好友。拦截原因的展示为“部分用户因加急对象跨域暂不支持短信加急”。或者,拦截原因的展示为“A因加急对象跨域暂不支持短信加急,B因加急对象为外部非好友暂不支持短信加急。
和/或,若被拦截的同一加急对象存在多个拦截原因,则针对该被拦截的加急对象,仅展示优先级最高的拦截原因。示例性地,若D拦截原因是加急对象跨域以及加急对象为外部非好友,拦截原因的展示为“D因加急对象跨域暂不支持短信加急”。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,可选地,加急界面中还包括加急发送控件,方法还包括:响应于触发加急发送控件的操作,向选择的加急对象发送目标消息;若发送失败,则执行如下一项或多项:在线弹窗提示加急失败消息;语音提示加急失败;离线端内推送加急失败的消息卡片。这样设置可以进一步确保加急消息的发送方及时获知该加急消息发送失败的情况,有利于确保该发送方及时采取其他措施,来提高与他人的协同效率。
进一步地,在线弹窗提示加急失败消息的同时,在弹窗中显示查看详情控件;响应于 触发查看详情控件的操作,跳转至加急失败的信息;离线端内推送的加急失败的消息卡片包括标题和内容,消息卡片还包括查看详情控件;响应于触发查看详情控件的操作,跳转至加急失败的信息。这样用户可以通过查看详情控件进一步了解发送失败的加急消息的相关内容。
为了便于理解,下面对使用PC版的即时通信应用程序进行消息加急的全过程和使用移动版的即时通信应用程序进行消息加急的全过程进行说明。
使用PC版的即时通信应用程序进行消息加急
示例性地,图5-图13为本公开实施例提供的一种用户加急目标消息的全过程终端部分显示界面的示意图。参见图5,小丽在包含15个人的A项目工作组中发送了消息“XX系统出现故障,请排查故障点”。但在该项目组中,仅小美和小夏回复了“好的”,表示已知晓该消息,其余人未回复。此时小丽可以使用消息加急功能,进一步提醒其他人查看“XX系统出现故障,请排查故障点”的消息。参考图6-8,在使用消息加急功能时,“XX系统出现故障,请排查故障点”即为目标消息,小丽可以将鼠标悬停在目标消息上,点击消息右侧悬浮的“…”>“加急”。响应于小丽加急目标消息的操作,展示加急界面。
参见图9和图10,该加急界面包括加急对象选择区域、已选加急对象展示区域、目标消息输入框、短信留言输入框、加急方式的配置选项、加急发送控件以及取消控件。
加急对象选择区域中展示可作为加急对象的成员,该成员可以为图5中会话(即A项目工作组)的全部或部分成员,也可以为非图5中会话(即非A项目工作组)的其他人。进一步地,为了便于用户快速选定加急对象,加急对象选择区域中还设置有全选未读成员的选项。如用户选择全选未读成员的选项,则将A项目工作组中未读目标消息的成员均作为加急对象。加急对象选择区域中还设置有搜索框,以帮助用户快速找到需要的成员。
在已选加急对象展示区域中,通过列表的形式展示选中的将作为加急对象的成员。在图9和图10中,每一个加急对象的右侧均设置有加急对象取消控件,用户可以通过点击加急对象取消控件将与所点击的控件对应的加急对象删除。删除后该成员不再作为加急对象。
目标消息输入框用于输入或修改目标消息。
短信留言输入框允许在“应用+短信”加急方式下,输入短信留言。
加急方式的配置选项,用于向用户提供多种加急方式,用户可以选择其中的一种加急方式。若用户点击该加急方式的配置选项,如图10所示,可以进一步展示所有的加急方式。用户选择了“应用+短信”的选项,将“应用+短信”作用需要的加急方式。
由于加急对象小东因手机号为空,满足“应用+短信”这种加急方式对应的拦截条件,在图10中的加急界面,在加急方式的配置选项旁边显示预警提示符。小东的位置置于已选加急对象列表的首位,且小东对应的图标上同样显示预警提示符。并且,在加急界面中已选区域内,置顶展示拦截原因“部分用户暂不支持短信加急,默认通过‘应用内’加急”。当用户将鼠标指针悬停在预警提示符(包括加急方式配置选项旁边的预警提示符和小东对应图标上的预警提示符)上,展示拦截原因“部分用户暂不支持短信加急,默认通过‘应用内’加急”。
当用户点击取消控件,可以取消本次加急目标消息的操作。
当用户将上述各项配置好之后,点击加急发送控件后,向选择的加急对象(即已选加急对象展示区域中所展示的加急对象)发送目标消息。
由于小东满足“应用+短信”这种加急方式对应的拦截条件,需要向加急消息发送方法反馈发送失败的消息。参见图11,若用户终端显示界面正显示该即时通信界面,在线弹窗提示加急失败消息;同时,在所述弹窗中显示查看详情控件。如果用户点击查看详情控件,显示界面可跳转至加急失败的信息,即目标消息。若用户终端显示界面不显示该即时通信界面,离线端内推送加急失败的消息卡片。该消息卡片包括标题和内容。示例性地,图12中消息卡片的标题为“小东”,内容为“!加急失败,对方手机号为空”。图13中消息卡片的标题为“A项目工作组”,内容为“!以下用户加急失败:小东”。该消息卡片还包括查看详情控件。如果用户点击查看详情控件,显示界面可跳转至加急失败的信息,即目标消息。
使用移动版的即时通信应用程序进行消息加急
示例性地,图14-图20为本公开实施例提供的另一种用户加急目标消息的全过程终端显示界面的示意图。参见图14,小丽在包含15个人的A项目工作组中发送了消息“XX系统出现故障,请排查故障点”。但在该项目组中,仅小美和小夏回复了“好的”,表示已知晓该消息,其余人未回复。此时小丽可以使用消息加急功能,进一步提醒其他人查看“XX系统出现故障,请排查故障点”的消息。参考图15,在使用消息加急功能时,“XX系统出现故障,请排查故障点”即为目标消息,小丽可以长按目标消息,终端显示可对目标消息进行操作的操作菜单,该操作菜单包括加急,小丽点击“加急”。响应于小丽加急目标消息的操作,如图16所示,展示加急界面。
在移动版,加急界面包括加急界面1和加急界面2。图16为加急界面1,用于选择加急对象。图17为加急界面2,用于设置加急方式和目标消息。
加急界面1中展示可作为加急对象的成员,该成员可以为会话(即A项目工作组)的全部或部分成员,也可以为非会话(即非A项目工作组)的其他人。进一步地,为了便于用户快速选定加急对象,加急对象选择区域中还设置有全选未读成员的选项。如用户选择全选未读成员的选项,则将A项目工作组中未读目标消息的成员均作为加急对象。加急对象选择区域中还设置有搜索框,以帮助用户快速找到需要的成员。加急界面1中所展示的所有成员都设置有复选框,用户可以通过点击复选框,进行加急对象的选择或取消操作。
加急界面2包括目标消息输入框、加急方式的配置选项、加急发送控件以及返回控件。目标消息输入框用于输入或修改目标消息。加急方式的配置选项,用于向用户提供多种加急方式,用户可以选择其中的一种加急方式。如图17所示,用户选择了“应用+短信”的选项,将“应用+短信”作用需要的加急方式。
由于加急对象小东因手机号为空,满足“应用+短信”这种加急方式对应的拦截条件,在图17中的加急界面中,在加急方式的配置选项旁边显示预警提示符。并且在加急方式的配置选项的下方展示两个显示区域,第一个显示区域用于展示“应用内”接收人汇总结果,以及拦截原因“部分用户暂不支持短信加急,默认通过‘应用内’加急”。第二个显示区域显示“应用+短信”接收人汇总结果。
当用户点击返回控件,可以返回至图16中的加急界面1。当用户点击加急发送控件后, 向选择的加急对象发送目标消息。
由于小东满足“应用+短信”这种加急方式对应的拦截条件,需要向加急消息发送方法反馈发送失败的消息。参见图18,若用户终端显示界面正显示该即时通信界面,在线弹窗提示加急失败消息;同时,在所述弹窗中显示查看详情控件。如果用户点击查看详情控件,显示界面可跳转至加急失败的信息,即目标消息。若用户终端显示界面不显示该即时通信界面,离线端内推送加急失败的消息卡片。该消息卡片包括标题和内容。示例性地,图19中消息卡片的标题为“小东”,内容为“!加急失败,对方手机号为空”。图20中消息卡片的标题为“A项目工作组”,内容为“!以下用户加急失败:小东”。用户可以通过点击消息卡片,以使显示界面跳转至包括加急失败的信息(即目标消息)的画面。
在上述各技术方案的基础上,可选地,设置加急方式具有加急对象数量上限。当用户所选择的加急对象的数量大于其所选择的加急方式对应的加急对象数量上限时,展示超上限提示信息。示例性地,该超上限提示信息可以为“超过可加急上限”。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本公开并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本公开,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本公开所必须的。
图21为本公开实施例中的一种消息加急装置的结构示意图。本公开实施例所提供的消息加急装置可以配置于客户端中。参见图21,该消息加急装置具体包括:
第一展示单元210,用于响应于加急目标消息的操作,展示加急界面,所述加急界面中包括多种加急方式;
确定单元220,用于响应于选择目标加急方式的操作,确定在所述加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件;
第二展示单元230,用于当满足所述拦截条件时,在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因。
进一步地,所述多种加急方式包括:
仅应用内、应用+短信、应用+电话。
进一步地,若所述目标加急方式为应用+短信,或,应用+电话,则所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括以下至少一种:
加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全。
进一步地,确定单元220,用于:
获取选择的加急对象的客户端信息;所述客户端信息包括以下一种或多种:客户端部署信息、客户端位置信息和客户端的注册信息;
基于所述客户端信息,判断是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件。
进一步地,确定单元220,用于:
基于客户端部署信息判断是否跨部署域;若是,则确定满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件;
基于客户端位置信息判断是否跨区域;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截 条件;
基于客户端的注册信息判断所述选择的加急对象是否为外部非好友;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件;
基于客户端的注册信息判断注册信息是否缺少电话号码;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件。
进一步地,第二展示单元230,用于执行如下方式的一种或多种:
在所述多种加急方式的展示区域,显示预警提示符;响应于鼠标指针悬停在所述预警提示符上的操作,展示至少一个拦截原因;
在所述加急界面中已选区域内,置顶展示至少一个拦截原因并优先展示被拦截的加急对象;
在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象,并在被拦截的加急对象的图标上显示预警提示符;响应于鼠标指针悬停在所述预警提示符上的操作,展示该被拦截的加急对象的拦截原因。
进一步地,若被拦截的不同加急对象的拦截原因不同,则拦截原因的展示优先级为:加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全;
和/或,
若被拦截的同一加急对象存在多个拦截原因,则针对该被拦截的加急对象,仅展示优先级最高的拦截原因。
进一步地,所述加急界面中还包括加急发送控件,所述装置还包括发送单元;
所述发送单元用于:
响应于触发所述加急发送控件的操作,向选择的加急对象发送所述目标消息;
若发送失败,则执行如下一项或多项:
在线弹窗提示加急失败消息;
语音提示加急失败;
离线端内推送加急失败的消息卡片。
进一步地,所述在线弹窗提示加急失败消息的同时,在所述弹窗中显示查看详情控件;所述发送单元还用于:响应于触发所述查看详情控件的操作,跳转至加急失败的信息;
所述离线端内推送的加急失败的消息卡片包括标题和内容,所述消息卡片还包括查看详情控件;所述发送单元还用于:响应于触发所述查看详情控件的操作,跳转至加急失败的信息。
本公开实施例提供的消息加急装置,可执行本公开方法实施例所提供的消息加急方法中客户端所执行的步骤,具备执行步骤和有益效果,此处不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,消息加急装置中各单元的划分仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如消息加急装置中的至少两个单元可以实现为一个单元;消息加急装置中的各单元也可以划分为多个子单元。可以理解的是,各个单元或子单元能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。本领域技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能。
图22是本公开实施例提供的一种包括至少一个计算装置和至少一个存储指令的存储装置的系统的示例性框图。在一些实施例中,该系统可用于大数据处理,至少一个计算装置和至少一个存储装置可以为分布式部署,使该系统为分布式数据处理集群。
如图22所示,系统包括:至少一个计算装置51、至少一个存储指令的存储装置52。可以理解,本实施例中的存储装置52可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。
在一些实施方式中,存储装置52存储了如下的元素,可执行单元或者数据结构,或者他们的子集,或者他们的扩展集:操作系统和应用程序。
其中,操作系统,包含各种系统程序,例如框架层、核心库层、驱动层等,用于实现各种基础任务以及处理基于硬件的任务。应用程序,包含各种应用程序,例如媒体播放器(Media Player)、浏览器(Browser)等,用于实现各种应用任务。实现本公开实施例提供的消息加急方法的程序可以包含在应用程序中。
在本公开实施例中,至少一个计算装置51通过调用至少一个存储装置52存储的程序或指令,具体的,可以是应用程序中存储的程序或指令,至少一个计算装置51用于执行本公开实施例提供的消息加急方法各实施例的步骤。
本公开实施例提供的消息加急方法可以应用于计算装置51中,或者由计算装置51实现。计算装置51可以是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过计算装置51中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的计算装置51可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
本公开实施例提供的消息加急方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件单元组合执行完成。软件单元可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储装置52,计算装置51读取存储装置52中的信息,结合其硬件完成方法的步骤。
本公开实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储程序或指令,当所述程序或指令被至少一个计算装置运行时,使至少一个计算装置执行如消息加急方法各实施例的步骤,为避免重复描述,在此不再赘述。其中,计算装置可以为图5所示的计算装置51。在一些实施例中,计算机可读存储介质为非暂态计算机可读存储介质。
本公开实施例还提出一种计算机程序产品,其中,该计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,该计算机程序存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质中,计算机的至少一个处理器从存储介质读取并执行该计算机程序,使得计算机执行如消息加急方法各实施例的步骤,为避免重复描述,在此不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提出了一种计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括的程序代码在由计算机执行时使得计算机执行如消息加急方法各实施例的步骤。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排 他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
本领域的技术人员能够理解,尽管在此所述的一些实施例包括其它实施例中所包括的某些特征而不是其它特征,但是不同实施例的特征的组合意味着处于本公开的范围之内并且形成不同的实施例。
本领域的技术人员能够理解,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
虽然结合附图描述了本公开的实施方式,但是本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的情况下做出各种修改和变型,这样的修改和变型均落入由所附权利要求所限定的范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种消息加急方法,所述方法包括:
    响应于加急目标消息的操作,展示加急界面,所述加急界面中包括多种加急方式;
    响应于选择目标加急方式的操作,确定在所述加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件;
    当满足所述拦截条件时,在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述多种加急方式包括如下中的一种或多种:
    仅应用内;
    应用+短信;
    应用+电话。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,若所述目标加急方式为应用+短信,或,应用+电话,则所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括以下至少一种:
    加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定在所述加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括:
    获取选择的加急对象的客户端信息;所述客户端信息包括以下一种或多种:客户端部署信息、客户端位置信息和客户端的注册信息;
    基于所述客户端信息,判断是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,基于所述客户端信息,判断是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件包括:
    基于客户端部署信息判断是否跨部署域;若是,则确定满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件;
    基于客户端位置信息判断是否跨区域;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件;
    基于客户端的注册信息判断所述选择的加急对象是否为外部非好友;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件;
    基于客户端的注册信息判断注册信息是否缺少电话号码;若是,则满足短信或电话加急方式对应的拦截条件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因包括如下中的一种或多种:
    在所述多种加急方式的展示区域,显示预警提示符;响应于鼠标指针悬停在所述预警提示符上的操作,展示至少一个拦截原因;
    在所述加急界面中已选区域内,置顶展示至少一个拦截原因并优先展示被拦截的加急对象;
    在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象,并在被拦截的加急对象的图标上显示预警提示符;响应于鼠标指针悬停在所述预警提示符上的操作,展示该被拦截的加急对象的拦截原因。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,若被拦截的不同加急对象的拦截原因不同,则拦截原因的展示优先级为:加急对象跨域、加急对象为外部非好友、加急对象的信息不全;
    和/或,
    若被拦截的同一加急对象存在多个拦截原因,则针对该被拦截的加急对象,仅展示优先级最高的拦截原因。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述加急界面中还包括加急发送控件,所述方法还包括:
    响应于触发所述加急发送控件的操作,向选择的加急对象发送所述目标消息;
    若发送失败,则执行如下一项或多项:
    在线弹窗提示加急失败消息;
    语音提示加急失败;
    离线端内推送加急失败的消息卡片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,
    所述在线弹窗提示加急失败消息的同时,进一步在所述弹窗中显示查看详情控件;响应于触发所述查看详情控件的操作,跳转至加急失败的信息;
    所述离线端内推送的加急失败的消息卡片包括标题和内容,所述消息卡片还包括查看详情控件;响应于触发所述查看详情控件的操作,跳转至加急失败的信息。
  10. 一种消息加急装置,所述装置包括:
    第一展示单元,用于响应于加急目标消息的操作,展示加急界面,所述加急界面中包括多种加急方式;
    确定单元,用于响应于选择目标加急方式的操作,确定在所述加急界面中选择的加急对象是否满足所述目标加急方式对应的拦截条件;
    第二展示单元,用于当满足所述拦截条件时,在所述加急界面中展示被拦截的加急对象和拦截原因。
  11. 一种包括至少一个计算装置和至少一个存储指令的存储装置的系统,其中,所述指令在被所述至少一个计算装置运行时,使得所述至少一个计算装置执行根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的消息加急方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储程序或指令,当所述程序或指令被至少一个计算装置运行时,使至少一个计算装置执行根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的消息加急方法。
