全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗辅助装置,具体涉及一种全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床。
背景技术
在传统脊柱畸形手术中,尤其是侧凸或后凸比较严重的病例在进行矫正手术时,病人需采用俯卧位进行手术,且由于病患脊柱扭曲,尤其是部分严重病患的脊柱侧弯甚至大于90度,传统手术床的设计并没有考虑这类病患的特殊需求,普通手术床无论怎么调整姿态,都无法完全贴合病人俯卧位时的姿态,造成病人胸腹部有较大空隙,支撑不均匀。目前采用的解决办法是在病人躯干下方塞垫海绵垫,反复调整塞垫的数量和厚度,不仅麻烦,且不稳固,花费时间也较长。或者采用另一种简易的手动式机械支架,该装置自重超过30Kg,使用时需手工搬到手术床上,放置在俯卧的病人躯干下方,再靠手动摇把逐一调整各模块高度(多组模块),逐一把病人胸腹部顶起,达到贴合病人胸腹部弯曲程度的目的。该装置虽然部分解决了手术要求,但自重较重,无法适应所有型号的手术床,通用性较差,全开放式手动机械结构,使用中效率低,螺纹螺杆机构易夹住管线或杂物,消毒不易,每个支撑架给病人腹部的压力不均匀,每个支架间空隙较大与病人腹部贴合不紧密,男性病人生殖器易被压住(导尿管放置易受影响),病人头部易被压住(气管导管易受影响)。因此使用该装置依然无法使主刀医师完全满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,对普通手术床局部改造和功能增强,并在普通手术床原躯干支撑部分增加电脑控制全自动液压结构,既保留了普通手术床的全部功能,又可贴合脊柱畸形手术的特殊病人姿态,以利于进行脊柱畸形矫形手术。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:

一种全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,如图1-5,包括手术床床体1、硅胶海绵支撑垫2、风琴式橡胶保护罩3、多功能电脑控制器4和独立液压升降支撑单元6;手术床床体1下部分为支撑结构11、上部分为床架结构,床架结构分为前床架12、中床架13、后床架14三个部分;硅胶海绵支撑垫2包括第一硅胶海绵支撑垫、第二硅胶海绵支撑垫和第三硅胶海绵支撑垫;前床架12上安装有第一硅胶海绵支撑垫;中床架13上安装有独立液压升降支撑单元6,独立液压升降支撑单元6上安装有风琴式橡胶保护罩3,风琴式橡胶保护罩3上安装有第二硅胶海绵支撑垫;后床架14上安装有第三硅胶海绵支撑垫;独立液压升降支撑单元6有若干组,多功能电脑控制器4控制各组独立液压升降支撑单元6的升降,使其整体拟合成不同的曲线,以适应不同状况的脊柱侧弯病人。
每一组的独立液压升降支撑单元6上均设有压力传感器5。
独立液压升降支撑单元6包含尺寸不同的支撑单元,并能够调节不同的升降范围。
如图6,独立液压升降支撑单元6由上承载平台7、支撑活动连杆8和下固定平台9安装组成,其中在下固定平台9和支撑活动连杆8之间设有液压缸10。
前床架12和中床架13之间、中床架13和后床架14之间的角度分别可调节。
第一硅胶海绵支撑垫包括头部区域海绵支撑垫、左侧臂区域海绵支撑垫和右侧臂区域海绵支撑垫。
第三硅胶海绵支撑垫包括左侧腿部海绵支撑垫和右侧腿部海绵支撑垫。
优选的,支撑结构11内也设有液压升降装置,并连接多功能电脑控制器4;支撑结构11的底部为可移动底座15,所述的可移动底座15四角安装有万向轮。
该手术床通过多功能电脑控制器4可精确控制各组独立液压升降支撑单元6的高度,拟合成不同的曲线,以适应不同状况的脊柱侧弯病人。
实施例中,在电脑内先预存数十种常见的曲线模式,通过多功能电脑控制器4可直接一键使各独立液压升降支撑单元6快速形成接近病人脊柱弯曲程度的曲线,待病人俯卧于本设备硅胶海绵支撑垫,通过本设备配备的全自动贴合功能,按动多功能电脑控制器4上的相应按钮,电脑会自动逐一微调单个独立液压升降支撑单元6的高度,每个独立液压升降支撑单元6上端都安装有压力传感器5,在独立液压升降支撑单元6自动上升的过程中,当压力传感器5感知到已接触到病人身体后,电脑会指令独立液压升降支撑单元6停止上升,从而达到每一个独立液压升降支撑单元6都能自动完全贴合病人身体的目的,提供病人术中稳定、均匀的支撑力,避免病人术后产生压痕、淤青等症状。
实施例中,独立液压升降支撑单元6配备两种尺寸的支撑单元,长度和升降范围不同,后部可形成适当空档,术中可避让男性病人的生殖器,前部也可形成适当空档,术中可避让俯卧位病人的头面部,不影响气管插管和对病人状况的监控。实际使用中,也可根据病人实际情况,适当增加额外的硅胶床垫。
实施例中,作为优选的方案,手术床主要技术参数如下:
①20组独立液压升降支撑单元,两种尺寸的支撑单元,对应于两种液压缸10;
②长×宽(独立液压升降支撑单元完全放下时)=2125×600mm;
③手术床可承载最大病人体重为150Kg;
④硅胶海绵支撑垫厚度:标准手术台垫子厚度55mm;
⑤手术床前后倾斜角度:前23°,后28°;
⑥手术床左右倾角:各23°;
⑦手术台头部角度(前床架12和中床架13之间角度):上25°,下-90°;
⑧手术台下肢角度(中床架13和后床架14之间角度):上25°,下-90°,左右分开245°;
⑨台面前后移动:300mm;
⑩手术床整体可升降范围:770mm—1060mm;
手术床独立液压升降支撑单元可升降范围:两种液压缸能提供的升降范围分别为:72-460mm和72-300mm。
本设备在普通液压手术床的基础上,将原手术床中间躯干部分的整体支撑台,改造为液压控制多个独立单元,可独立升降,组成拟合曲线以适应不同病人脊柱弯曲程度,使病人在俯卧位时身体完全获得均衡、平稳的支撑,避免造成术中病人身体出现局部压迫伤,并且完全保留原普通液压手术床前后俯仰、左右侧倾、局部倾斜等全部功能,给医生在术中提供合适、舒适的病人体位,以顺利完成脊柱畸形手术。此外在脊柱三柱截骨后需要矫形操作时,可由电脑控制目标升降单元的独立升降,辅助完成截骨面的闭合和实现矫形。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:包括手术床床体、硅胶海绵支撑垫、风琴式橡胶保护罩、多功能电脑控制器和独立液压升降支撑单元;所述的手术床床体下部分为支撑结构、上部分为床架结构,所述的床架结构分为前床架、中床架、后床架三个部分;所述的前床架上安装有第一硅胶海绵支撑垫;所述的中床架上安装有独立液压升降支撑单元,所述的独立液压升降支撑单元上安装有风琴式橡胶保护罩,所述的风琴式橡胶保护罩上安装有第二硅胶海绵支撑垫;所述的后床架上安装有第三硅胶海绵支撑垫;所述的独立液压升降支撑单元有若干组,所述的多功能电脑控制器控制各组独立液压升降支撑单元的升降,使其整体拟合成不同的曲线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:每一组的独立液压升降支撑单元上均设有压力传感器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:所述的独立液压升降支撑单元包含尺寸不同的支撑单元,并能够调节不同的升降范围。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:所述的独立液压升降支撑单元由上承载平台、支撑活动连杆和下固定平台安装组成,其中在下固定平台和支撑活动连杆之间设有液压缸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:所述的前床架和中床架之间、中床架和后床架之间分别可调节一定角度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:所述的第一硅胶海绵支撑垫包括头部区域海绵支撑垫、左侧臂区域海绵支撑垫和右侧臂区域海绵支撑垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:所述的第三硅胶海绵支撑垫包括左侧腿部海绵支撑垫和右侧腿部海绵支撑垫。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:所述的手术床床体中床架与支撑结构之间能够前、后、左、右调节一定角度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动液压脊柱侧弯专用手术床,其特征在于:所述的支撑结构内也设有液压升降装置,并连接多功能电脑控制器;所述的支撑结构的底部为可移动底座,所述的可移动底座四角安装有万向轮。
