Abstract
一种牙科抛光弯角,包括壳体(1)、传动组件(2)、限位件I(3)、限位件II(4)以及抛光杯(5),传动组件(2)包括传动杆I(201)和传动杆II(202),传动杆II(202)一端与传动杆I(201)铰接,另一端安装抛光杯(5),限位件I(3)套接在传动杆I(201)与壳体(1)内壁之间,限位件II(4)套接在传动杆II(202)与壳体(1)内壁之间,起到限位作用,防止传动杆I(201)脱落。牙科抛光弯角采用限位件I(3)与壳体(1)卡接形成固定的方式,简化了安装步骤,传动杆I(201)和传动杆II(202)之间采用伞状齿轮相互啮合,起到传动作用的同时,也通过齿轮结构,起到限位的作用,防止传动杆II(202)脱落,减少了用于固定的安装配件,降低了生产成本。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种牙科抛光弯角,属于医疗器械用品技术领域。
牙科用抛光弯角是应用在口腔科的基本医疗器械之一,通过带动弯角上抛光杯低速转动从而对口腔进行清洁抛光,抛光弯角是配合洗牙机一齐使用的,需直接深入口腔内部,所以对口腔的角落都要求延伸得到,现有技术中的抛光弯角安装方式多采用胶粘或者螺接固定的方式,装配繁琐。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种牙科抛光弯角,通过合理优化结构,采用多组限位结构,简化安装步骤,减少配件,降低生产成本。
为实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种牙科抛光弯角,包括壳体、传动组件、限位件I、限位件II以及抛光杯,传动组件包括传动杆I和传动杆II,传动杆II一端与传动杆I铰接,另一端安装抛光杯,传动杆I和传动杆II铰接位置分别设有齿轮I和齿轮II,限位件I套接在传动杆I与壳体内壁之间,限位件II套接在传动杆II与壳体内壁之间。
优选地,壳体内壁包括安设传动杆I的安装槽I和安设传动杆II的安装槽II,其中安装槽I含有限位段I和限位段II,限位件I位于限位段II内,限位段I和限位段II的作用在于一方面防止传动杆I脱落,另一方起到纤维的作用,防止传动杆I会发生晃动造成移位。
优选地,限位段I靠近安装槽II一端设有凸台,凸台起到限位作用。
优选地,限位段II上设有限位槽,对应地,限位件I上设有限位凸台,装配完成后,限位凸台卡接在限位槽内,起到定位的作用。
优选地,传动杆I上设有限位环I和限位环II,装配后,限位环I和限位环II分别位于限位段I两端。限位环I与凸台抵触起到限位作用,限位环II与限位件I抵触起到限位作用,形成两端限位,提高了稳定性。
优选地,齿轮I和齿轮II为相互啮合的锥形齿轮,都位于安装槽II内,锥形齿轮相互啮合,有效地防止传动杆II脱落。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:取消了传统的螺接固定方式,采用限位件I与壳体卡接形成固定的方式,简化了安装步骤,传动杆I和传动杆II之间采用伞状齿轮相互啮合,起到传动作用的同时,也通过齿轮结构,起到限位的作用,防止传动杆II脱落,进一步减少了用于固定的安装配件,降低了生产成本,因此具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。

下面结合附图和优选实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细完整地说明。
图1-3为本实用新型提供的一种牙科抛光弯角的优选实施例示意图。如图1-3所示,该牙科抛光弯角包括壳体1、传动组件2、限位件I3、限位件II4以及抛光杯5,传动组件2包括传动杆I201和传动杆II202,传动杆II202一端与传动杆I201铰接,另一端安装抛光杯5,传动杆I201和传动杆II202铰接位置分别设有齿轮I203和齿轮II204,限位件I3套接在传动杆I201与壳体1内壁之间,限位件II4套接在传动杆II202与壳体1内壁之间,壳体1内壁包括安设传动杆I201的安装槽I101和安设传动杆II202的安装槽II102,其中安装槽I101含有限位段I103和限位段II104,限位件I103位于限位段II104内,限位段I103靠近安装槽II102一端设有凸台105,限位段II104上设有限位槽106,对应地,限位件I3上设有限位凸台301,传动杆I201上设有限位环I205和限位环II206,装配后,限位环I205和限位环II206分别位于限位段I103两端,齿轮I203和齿轮II204为相互啮合的锥形齿轮,都位于安装槽II102内。
安装过程中,首先将传动杆I插入安装槽I,传动杆II插入到安装槽II,将限位件II插入到传动杆II与壳体之间,然后在传动杆II端子上固定好抛光杯,在此过程中,保证齿轮I和齿轮II相互啮合,并且使传动杆I上所设有限位环I和限位环II分别位于限位段I两端,限位环I与壳体内壁凸台相抵触,最后将限位件I插入到传动杆I与壳体内壁之间,使限位件I与限位环II相互抵触,且限位件I上的限位凸台卡接在限位槽内,即完成安装。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种牙科抛光弯角,其特征在于:壳体内壁包括安设传动杆I的安装槽I和安设传动杆II的安装槽II,其中安装槽I含有限位段I和限位段II,限位件I位于限位段II内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种牙科抛光弯角,其特征在于:限位段I靠近安装槽II一端设有凸台。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种牙科抛光弯角,其特征在于:限位段II上设有限位槽,对应地,限位件I上设有限位凸台。
