Description

TWO AXIS CAMERA MODULE VIBRATION DAMPING SYSTEM
Technical Field
The invention relates to a two-axis camera module vibration damping system, which performs the function of reducing the shake of the recorded videos by mounting the camera and its components, dampening the movement, and mitigating the shock forces, and providing the possibility to be connected in the horizontal and vertical axis.
Background of the Invention
Today, recording with cameras in air, sea and land vehicles is frequently performed. These cameras, which serve many purposes such as viewing a possible accident moment or recording images of the surroundings while in motion, cause a shaky image to be recorded when mounted on air, sea and land vehicles due to the vibrations emitted by these vehicles.
Especially in rough terrains or during a possible military operation, the aforementioned tremors are much more, causing the quality of the recorded images to be poor.
Cameras that are damaged over time due to shaking also need to be replaced or repaired over time. This significantly increases the cost of users.
Regarding the subject in the Korean patent application numbered KR20120099361 in the literature, “A camera module according to the present invention includes a lens barrel including one or more imaging lenses, an auto-focusing driving unit for moving the lens barrel in an optical axis direction, and an image-stabilization driving unit for moving the lens barrel in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis. The auto-focusing driving unit and the image-stabilization driving unit include an auto-focusing and imagestabilization driving common magnet, an auto-focusing corner magnet, a coil for auto focusing, and a coil for image-stabilization. One surface of the auto-focusing and image-stabilization driving common magnet and the auto-focusing corner magnet face the coil for auto focusing. The other surface of the auto-focusing and imagestabilization driving common magnet faces the coil for image-stabilization. The autofocusing and image-stabilization driving common magnet and the auto-focusing corner magnet facing the coil for auto-focusing are magnetized in the same pole.” statements are included.
In the mentioned application, a damping mechanism that can be magnetically damped with the help of a magnet is described.
Again in the literature, in the Chinese utility model application numbered CN206389442, regarding the subject, “The utility model discloses an on -vehicle anti vibration camera, including left casing, and left casing fixed mounting's right casing and install the camera body between left casing and right casing, camera body's both sides face all is equipped with the pillar, the medial surface symmetrical arrangement of left side casing and right casing has the trench, this on -vehicle anti vibration camera, through the installation of the inner wall controlling casing shock -absorbing spring, the vibration that can effectual elimination comes from the automobile body, and the vibration that comes from the trench lateral wall and transmit can be kept out to the elastomer, and the shock -absorbing spring can be eliminated and comes from the ascending vibration of vertical side, and then the complicated structure of the internal portion of protective housing, avoid inside delicate structure to damage because of the vibration, and vibration damper arranges the inside at the casing, can the effectual vibration damper of avoiding receive the erosion of rainwater, the present invention has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance and good damping effect, be applicable to strong vibration's mobile device.” statements are included.
In the mentioned application of the People's Republic of China, a uniaxial spring damping mechanism for use in passenger cars is described.
Again in the literature, in the Chinese Patent application numbered CN104015932A, regarding the subject, “The invention discloses a two-stage double vibration reduction device of an aerial camera for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The device comprises a base and a camera suspending frame arranged on the base. The device is characterized in that vertical dampers having the effect of vertical arms of feree and a chassis supporting the dampers are respectively arranged between the base and the camera suspending frame; cross arm type dampers are respectively arranged around the camera suspending frame, and connected with the camera suspending frame in a hoisting manner. The device uses a principle of downward vibration offset by four rubber isolation dampers on the base and a principle of longitudinal and transverse vibrations by four cross arm type dampers to eliminate irregular high frequency vibration generated when a gasoline engine operates. The vertical dampers can buffer downward vibration force and offset vibration, and the cross arm type dampers can buffer horizontal vibration force and offset vibration, so that an aerial camera is "isolated" from engine vibration, and the phenomena of double images and incomplete data appearing in aerial images due to vibration are avoided.” statements are included.
In the aforementioned application of the People's Republic of China, a damping mechanism made of rubber-like material made for use in drones is described.
Due to the disadvantages mentioned above, it was necessary to introduce a new vibration damping system.
