Crystal data of compound 1 - C 2 0H 16 N 2 O 7 S (M = 428.41): orthorhombic, space group P212121 (no. 19), a = 4.7058(6) Å, b = 19.547(3) Å, c = 19.654(3) Å, V = 1807.9(4) Å3, Z = 4, T = 100(2) K, μ(Cu-Kα) = 2.047 mm -1 , D calc = 1.574 g/cm 3 , 3075 X-rays Reflection (3.189° ≤ 2θ ≤ 69.920°), 3201 intrinsic X-ray reflections (R int = 0.1255) were used for the overall calculation. The final R 1 was 0.0918 (I > 2σ(I)) and wR2 was 0.1561 (I > 2σ(I)). Crystallographic data for Compound 1 have been deposited with the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Center as Supplementary Publication No. CCDC 2102594.
Compound 1 was obtained as yellow crystals, and a molecular ion was observed at 451.0573 [M + Na] + in HRESIMS. The 1D NMR spectrum of compound 1 was similar to that of asaroidoxazine B. Asaroidoxazine B is an aristolochic acid derivative containing an oxazine ring and has recently been reported to be isolated from the genus Asarum . The presence of oxazine rings is difficult to confirm from NMR data. Therefore, in order to clarify the structure of Compound 1, the structure of Compound 1 was further confirmed using X-ray crystallography. The X-ray structure of Fig. 2 clearly showed the presence of oxazine rings. The absolute configuration at position C-9 of Compound 1 was determined through comparison between experimental and calculated ECD spectra. As confirmed in Fig. 3, the experimental ECD spectrum was in good agreement with the calculated ECD spectrum of the 9S model. Based on this spectroscopic evidence, the structure of compound 1 was determined to be asaroidoxazine B.

It was hardened by dividing it into portions (bottom agar). Mouse skin epithelial cells JB6 (ATCC, USA) were detached by treatment with trypsin, washed with 1X PBS, resuspended in 10% BME, and the number of cells was confirmed. 8,000 cells per well were prepared and mixed with agar mix (0.3%), EGF, and aristoloxazine C by concentration (0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 nM, respectively), and 1ml per well was dispensed and solidified (upper agar ). After culturing in a CO 2 incubator for about 2 weeks, colonies were photographed under a microscope and the number of colonies was counted using Image-Pro Plus software (v.6.0) program (Media Cybernetics, Silver Spring, MD, USA).
