在目前的都市生活中,由于生活节奏快,工作压力较大,需要更多的休闲方式增加生活的乐趣。浴缸可以使得人们在洗浴时能够更加放松身心,享受生活,从而受到人们的普遍欢迎。有些浴缸还具有按摩和休闲功能。目前市面上主要的浴缸的管道设置在外侧,用户使用体验不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种管道结构,设于水池体的内部,可防止浴缸鼓起。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的实施方式公开了一种水池体的管道结构,所述水池体包括硬质池体容纳腔和容纳于所述硬质池体容纳腔内的软质池体,所述软质池体和所述硬质池体容纳腔之间形成环形腔体;所述管道结构包括:管道分管,所述管道分管的至少一部分容纳于所述环形腔体内,所述管道分管包括多个多通硬管和软管,相邻的所述多通硬管之间通过软管连接,所述多通硬管上设有多个喷嘴。
采用上述技术方案,管道结构内置于水池的硬质池体容纳腔和硬质池体容纳腔之间。即,将管道结构藏于水池体内,显得美观。水池体注水后,管道结构不会顶在水池体的外侧,导致水池体鼓起。

参考图1至图15,本申请提供一种水池体1,本申请以水池体1是浴缸为示例说明。浴缸包括:外框10和内胆(后述的池体)。其中,外框10是硬质材料,内胆是软质材料。外框10包括硬质池体容纳腔11,硬质池体容纳腔11是由硬质材料制成,用于容纳后述的软质池体20。图2中示出硬质池体容纳腔11的形状呈四方形状,但本申请对硬质池体容纳腔11的形状不做限制,能够容纳后述的软质池体20即可,例如,在一些可能的实施方式中,硬质池体容纳腔11的形状呈圆形状、五边形状、六边形状、八边形状等。
硬质池体容纳腔11沿纵向(图1、图2和图4中Z方向所示)延伸,硬质池体容纳腔11由多个围栏沿周向和/或纵向可拆卸连接围成,周向环绕纵向。即,多个围栏沿周向可拆卸连接围成硬质池体容纳腔11;或者,多个围栏沿纵向可拆卸连接围成硬质池体容纳腔11;或者,多个围栏沿周向可拆卸连接,以及沿纵向可拆卸连接围成硬质池体容纳腔11。本申请以多个围栏沿周向可拆卸连接,以及沿纵向可拆卸连接围成硬质池体容纳腔11为示例说明,详见后文所述。
上述的内胆是具有敞口的软质池体20,软质池体20包括水容纳腔体21(用于储存水)和连接部22,水容纳腔体21沿纵向延伸,水容纳腔体21的纵向顶端具有敞口,连接部 22由水容纳腔体21的纵向顶端向外延伸。即,浴缸内壁采用单层软质材料。软质池体20的水容纳腔体21容纳于硬质池体容纳腔11,软质池体20的连接部22与硬质池体容纳腔11的纵向顶端可拆卸连接。图1和图4示出水容纳腔体21的形状呈四边形,但本申请对水容纳腔体21的形状不做限制,能够容纳于硬质池体容纳腔11内即可,例如,在一些可能的实施方式中,水容纳腔体21的形状呈圆形状、五边形状、六边形状、八边形状等。

示例性地,上述的围栏的材质为塑木或木料。目前市面浴缸外框10为亚克力、充气囊、金属框架、混凝土结构。本申请的浴缸外框10采用塑木围栏,取代传统的亚克力、充气囊、金属框架等。浴缸整体美观。
示例性地,上述的软质池体20的材质为PVC或夹网PVC。通过选夹网PVC、PVC皮料满足水压承载要求。
在一些可能的实施方式中,参考图2,沿纵向,硬质池体容纳腔11的两端均具有敞口。水容纳腔体21容纳于硬质外框10的硬质池体容纳腔11内后,当将浴缸放置在地面上后,地面可以支撑水容纳腔体21的纵向底端。相当于,多个围栏围成的硬质池体容纳腔11和地面共同支撑软质池体20的水容纳腔体21。无需其它额外的结构件来支撑水容纳腔体21,节省了成本。

上述的第一围栏12的连接板124与第一围栏12的上横梁121和第一围栏12的下横梁122的延伸方向一致,即,第一围栏12的连接板124沿垂直于纵向的方向延伸;也即第一围栏12的连接板124分别平行于第一围栏12的上横梁121和第一围栏12的下横梁122。此外,第一围栏12的连接板124沿纵向位于上横梁121和下横梁122之间,并与上横梁121、下横梁122以及竖梁123连接。即,第一围栏12是由上横梁121、下横梁122、多个竖梁123以及连接板124连接形成。
示例性地,继续参考图5和图6,沿纵向,第一围栏12的连接板124为三个,相邻的连接板124沿纵向叠合,使得第一围栏12沿纵向实现可拆卸连接。例如,三个连接板124沿纵向叠合后,分别与上横梁121、下横梁122以及多个竖梁123实现可拆卸连接。上述第一围栏12的连接板124的数量不限于是三个,在一些可能的实施方式中,第一围栏12的连接板124的数量例如是一个、两个、四个等。

本申请对连接板124之前的榫卯结构不限于此,连接板124与上横梁121和下横梁122之间的榫卯结构不限于此,能够实现可拆卸连接的榫卯结构都属于本申请的保护范围。
参考图6,第一围栏12的连接板124为中空结构1241,以容纳连接板124和竖梁123之间的连接件的一部分。示例性地,第一围栏12的连接板124和竖梁123之间通过螺钉连接,那么,螺钉将连接板124和竖梁123连接在一起后,螺钉的头部会容纳于连接板124的中空结构1241内。从而,第一围栏12的中空结构在实现第一围栏12减重的同时,还 起到容纳螺钉的头部的作用,使得围栏的结构紧凑。
如前所述,第一围栏12的延伸方向的两端的两个竖梁123用于分别和相应的拐角梁可拆卸连接。结合图2所示,第一围栏12的延伸方向的两端的两个竖梁123用于分别和第一拐角梁16和第四拐角梁19可拆卸连接,第二围栏13的延伸方向的两端的两个竖梁123用于分别和第一拐角梁16和第二拐角梁17可拆卸连接,第三围栏14的延伸方向的两端的两个竖梁123用于分别和第二拐角梁17和第三拐角梁18可拆卸连接,第四围栏15的延伸方向的两端的两个竖梁123用于分别和第三拐角梁18和第四拐角梁19可拆卸连接。
参考图5,以第一围栏12的竖梁123结构为示例说明。第一围栏12两端的竖梁123分别设有T型卡块1231,T型卡块1231沿纵向延伸,相应的拐角梁设有与T型卡块1231相配合的卡槽161,以实现竖梁123与相应的拐角梁的可拆卸连接。上述第一围栏12两端的竖梁123之间的中间的竖梁123没有设置T型卡块1231。即,第一围栏12的延伸方向的两端的第一拐角梁16和第四拐角梁19分别设有与第一围栏12两端的竖梁123上的T型卡块1231相配合的卡槽161。每个拐角梁的结构相同,参考图7,以第一拐角梁16的结构为示例说明。第一拐角梁16面向第一围栏12的其中一侧的竖梁123的一侧设有与T型卡块1231相配合的卡槽161,第一拐角梁16面向第二围栏13的其中一侧的竖梁123的一侧设有与T型卡块1231相配合的卡槽161。
即,第一拐角梁16设有两个沿纵向延伸的卡槽161,每一个卡槽161分别与相对应的围栏(第一围栏12和第二围栏13)的竖梁123上的T型卡块1231相卡接配合(参考图15)。相应地,第二拐角梁17设有两个沿纵向延伸的卡槽161,每一个卡槽161分别与相对应的围栏(第二围栏13和第三围栏14)的竖梁123上的T型卡块1231相卡接配合。第三拐角梁18设有两个沿纵向延伸的卡槽161,每一个卡槽161分别与相对应的围栏(第三围栏14和第四围栏15)的竖梁123上的T型卡块1231相卡接配合。第四拐角梁19设有两个沿纵向延伸的卡槽161,每一个卡槽161分别与相对应的围栏(第一围栏12和第四围栏15)的竖梁123上的T型卡块1231相卡接配合。这样设置,方便各围栏与相应的拐角梁实现可拆卸连接。
继续参考图7,第一拐角梁16的每个卡槽161的底部设有支撑部162。这样设置后,一方面,相应的围栏(第一围栏12和第二围栏13)的竖梁123上的T型卡块1231沿纵向右上向下插入卡槽161以卡接配合后,由支撑部162支撑相应的围栏;另一方面,支撑部162支撑相应的围栏后,使得围栏高于拐角梁,以形成上述的透光结构101。
参考图16和图17,第一围栏12延伸方向的左右两端的竖梁123分别设有沿纵向延伸 的第一翻边1233和第二翻边1235,第一翻边1233与连接板124面向软质池体20的部分相贴合并连接,第二翻边1235与连接板124的延伸方向的一端相贴合并连接。第一围栏12两端的竖梁123的第一翻边1233位于第一围栏12的同一侧(连接板124面向软质池体20的一侧),第一围栏12两端的竖梁123的第二翻边1235位于连接板124的延伸方向的相反两侧。设置第一翻边1233和第二翻边1235后,第一围栏12的左右两端的两个竖梁123实现了自限位,便于竖梁123与连接板124相贴合安装。即,在将第一围栏12的左右两端的两个竖梁123与连接板124相连接时,只要将相应的竖梁123的第一翻边1233和第二翻边1235与连接板124分别贴合后,第一翻边1233和第二翻边1235起到限位作用,利于后续的连接,例如是螺钉连接。
在一些可能的实施方式中,继续参考图16和图17,竖梁123为中空结构1232,竖梁123的纵向一端容纳有第一堵块1234,竖梁123的纵向另一端容纳有第二堵块(图未示出,可参见第一堵块1234的结构),上横梁121通过第一堵块1234与竖梁123相连接,下横梁122通过第二堵块与竖梁123相连接。由于竖梁123为中空结构1232,能够起到减重作用;同时,中空的竖梁123在纵向一端通过第一堵块1234与上横梁121连接,纵向另一端通过第二堵块与下横梁122连接,连接的方式例如是螺钉连接。
参考图18至图20,本申请中,第一堵块1234和第二堵块中的每一个堵块的外周面凸设有防滑结构12343,防滑结构12343用于在每一个堵块放置于竖梁123内后与竖梁123的内壁相抵,在无外力作用于每一个堵块时,每一个堵块与竖梁123在纵向不产生相对运动。示例性地,第一堵块1234呈四方体状,第一堵块1234四周的每一侧面上都设有防滑结构12343,即四个防滑结构12343。但本申请对防滑结构12343的数量不限于此,在一些可能的实施方式中,防滑结构12343的数量例如是两个、三个、五个等。堵块的外周面设置防滑结构12343后,堵块不能在竖梁123内滑动,堵块又不能很难进入竖梁123内,方便装配,堵块与竖梁123有效连接。
示例性地,每一个防滑结构12343沿纵向延伸。示例性地,沿纵向,防滑结构12343的深度尺寸和堵块的深度尺寸相同。这样设置后,增大了堵块放置于竖梁123内后与竖梁123的内壁之间的抵接力。

堵块与竖梁123的内壁之间不是平面和平面接触,而是凹凸配合。每一个堵块与竖梁123的内壁在凹凸配合处通过螺钉固定连接,堵块和竖梁123内壁之间的凹凸结构吃自攻螺钉。即,内壁凹部12321与堵块凸部12342凹凸配合后通过螺钉固定连接内壁凸部12322与堵块凹部12341凹凸配合后通过螺钉固定连接。示例性地,图20中虚线L代表螺钉。相比于堵块和竖梁123内壁之间的“平面和平面接触”,堵块和竖梁123内壁之间的凹凸设计起加强筋作用,螺钉连接的区域更多,从而,堵块和竖梁123之间连接的更稳固。
通过上述的描述可知,相邻的围栏之间通过拐角梁在周向实现了可拆卸连接,每一个围栏通过上横梁121、下横梁122、连接板124和多个竖梁123在纵向实现了可拆卸连接。
参考图4至图13,本申请的每一个围栏的上横梁121与软质池体20的连接部22凹凸配合。这样设置,方便软质池体20与外框10的连接。
示例性地,参考图5和图6,每一个围栏的上横梁121设有与上横梁121的延伸方向一致的凹槽1211;参考图13,软质池体20的连接部22面向上横梁121的一侧设有凸块222,凸块222与凹槽1211凹凸配合。图13所示的软质池体20的连接部22的四个侧面分别设有多个凸块222,多个凸块222整体呈条状,软质池体20的连接部22通过凸块222卡入上横梁121的凹槽1211内。图13中示出软质池体20的连接部22的四周的每一侧面设有四个凸块222,但凸块222的数量不限于此。在一些可能的实施方式中,软质池体20的连接部22的四周的每一侧面的凸块222的数量可以相同,也可以不相同,数量例如是三个、五个等数量。
示例性地,软质池体20的连接部22高频烫PVC条以形成上述的凸块222,硬质PVC 条与夹网PVC的高频连接。PVC条卡入上横梁121的凹槽1211内,连接稳定,安装方便。
参考图12和图13,软质池体20的连接部22的四个角落处分别设有池体连接孔221,软质池体20的连接部22通过四个池体连接孔221套设于后述的相应的拐角梁上的定位柱303(参考图4)。实现软质池体20的四边与围栏的预定位,便于上述软质池体20的连接部22通过凸块222卡入上横梁121的凹槽1211内。
在一些可能的实施方式中,参考图9至图11,上述的外框10还包括:定位件,每一个拐角梁安装有定位件。即,第一拐角梁16上安装第一定位件30,第二拐角梁17上安装第二定位件31,第三拐角梁18上安装第三定位件33,第四拐角梁19上安装第四定位件32。示例性地,每一个定位件的结构相同,本申请以第一定位件30的结构为示例说明。如图10和图11所示,第一定位件30包括定位件本体301,定位件本体301的形状与相应的拐角梁的形状相仿形。即,定位件本体301安装于拐角梁后,定位件本体301能够覆盖相应的拐角梁。
例如,第一定位件30上的定位件本体301覆盖所安装的第一拐角梁16。上述的拐角梁为中空结构,具有沿纵向延伸的拐角梁空腔163,可以实现减重。上述的第一定位件30包括管状结构302,管状结构302设于第一定位件30面向第一拐角梁16的一侧,管状结构302插入第一拐角梁16的中空结构内(即拐角梁空腔163内),以使第一定位件30安装于第一拐角梁16并覆盖第一拐角梁16(如图9所示)。通过管套管结构(管状结构302插入拐角梁的中空结构),实现了抗弯和减料。
上述的定位件本体301上凸设有定位柱303,软质池体20的连接部22上的池体连接孔221与拐角梁相对应的部分套设于定位柱303。即,软质池体20的连接部22上的四个池体连接孔221分别套设于第一定位件30上的定位柱303、第二定位件31上的定位柱303、第三定位件33上的定位柱303、第四定位件32上的定位柱303,实现了软质池体20的四边与围栏的预定位。
如图11所示,定位柱303的外表面凸设有第一防脱结构3031,用于在软质池体20的连接部22上的池体连接孔221套设于定位柱303后,限制连接部22从定位柱303滑脱。沿纵向,定位柱303和定位柱303上的第一防脱结构3031凸出软质池体20,使得软质池体20的四边与围栏的预定位稳定。示例性地,上述的定位柱303整体结构是带耳朵(第一防脱结构3031)圆柱凸台,用于挂接软质池体20,且具备防脱功能。
继续参考图10和图11,定位件本体301还包括第一延伸部304和第二延伸部305,第一延伸部304朝向相邻的上横梁121的凹槽1211中的其中一个凹槽1211内延伸并与该凹 槽1211固定连接,第二延伸部305朝向相邻的上横梁121的凹槽1211中的另一个凹槽1211内延伸并与该凹槽1211固定连接。示例性地,上述的第一延伸部304和第二延伸部305相互垂直。示例性地,定位件本体301上的第一延伸部304和第二延伸部305与围栏纵向顶端齐平。

从而,第一围栏12、第一定位件30、第一拐角梁16、第二围栏13、第二定位件31、第二拐角梁17、第三围栏14、第三定位件33、第三拐角梁18、第四围栏15、第四定位件32、第四拐角梁19实现连接,各结构件连接为一个整体,使得外框10的连接更加紧凑和可靠,可承受内胆注水后角部位的拉力。
示例性地,上述固定连接的方式例如是螺钉连接。第一延伸部304上设有第一螺钉孔3041,第一螺钉孔3041通过螺钉与围栏的凹槽1211固定连接;第二延伸部305上设有第二螺钉孔3051,第二螺钉孔3051通过螺钉与围栏的凹槽1211固定连接。

继续参考图9至图11,在一些可能的实施方式中,上述定位件本体301上的定位柱303内设有定位连接孔3032,用于和后述盖板组件45上的盖板连接孔454(参考图22和图23) 固定连接。盖板组件45起到装饰作用,用于覆盖软质池体20的连接部22。示例性地,定位柱303内的定位连接孔3032和盖板连接孔454通过螺钉固定连接。实现可拆卸浴缸的外框10的边沿装饰,即对围栏的上横梁121进行装饰。并且,盖板组件45是可拆卸,可收纳。
即,上述软质池体20的连接部22的四边与围栏的预定位,以及软质池体20的连接部22通过凸块222卡入上横梁121的凹槽1211内后,通过盖板组件45与定位件本体301上的定位柱303内的定位连接孔3032连接后,盖板组件45覆盖软质池体20的连接部22,起到装饰的作用。
示例性地,盖板组件45安装在外框10后整体视觉效果接近一体成型亚克力效果,看不到多余的特征。
由于盖板组件45与相应的拐角梁所安装的定位件本体301上的定位连接孔3032实现连接,并且由于定位件本体301上的第一延伸部304和第二延伸部305分别与相邻的上横梁121的凹槽1211固定连接,可以防止盖板组件45及拐角梁被整体拔出。因为,围栏通过第一延伸和第二延伸部305对定位件本体301起到纵向限位作用,从而对盖板组件45和相应的拐角梁起到纵向限位作用。
在一些可能的实施方式中,参考图21至图25,本申请的盖板组件45包括:沿周向依次分布的第一盖板41、第二盖板42、第三盖板43和第四盖板44。如上所述,多个围栏围成了四边形状的硬质池体容纳腔11,相应地,本申请的盖板组件45整体也呈四边形状。
结合图1和图4所示,第一盖板41和第三盖板43分别沿第一方向(图21中X方向所示)延伸,第二盖板42和第四盖板44分别沿第二方向(图21中Y方向所示)延伸,第一盖板41盖设于第一围栏12的上横梁121,以覆盖与第一围栏12的上横梁121卡接的软质池体20的连接部22;第二盖板42盖设于第二围栏13的上横梁121,以覆盖与第二围栏13的上横梁121卡接的软质池体20的连接部22;第三盖板43盖设于第三围栏14的上横梁121,以覆盖与第三围栏14的上横梁121卡接的软质池体20的连接部22;第四盖板44盖设于第四围栏15的上横梁121,以覆盖与第四围栏15的上横梁121卡接的软质池体20的连接部22。
在一些可能的实施方式中,每一个盖板包括过渡结构412,以第一盖板41为示例说明,参考图25,第一盖板41的过渡结构412大致呈一端开口的框型结构,包括位于第一盖板41的延伸方向的两端的顶面4121,以及分别与过渡结构412的顶面4121垂直连接的两侧面4121、4122。过渡结构412的形状与第一围栏12的上横梁121的形状相仿形。将第一 盖板41盖设于第一围栏12的上横梁121上时,第一盖板41的过渡结构412的顶面4121与第一围栏12的上横梁121的顶面无错位相贴合,第一盖板41的过渡结构412的两侧面4121、4122分别与第一围栏12的上横梁121的两侧面无错位相贴合。相当于,第一盖板41通过过渡结构412夹持第一围栏12的上横梁121。相应地,第二盖板42通过过渡结构412夹持第二围栏13的上横梁121。第三盖板43通过过渡结构412夹持第三围栏14的上横梁121。第四盖板44通过过渡结构412夹持第四围栏15的上横梁121。
此外,每一个盖板设计过渡结构,过渡结构412的框型截面能够抗弯,提升了第一盖板41的强度。另外,每一个盖板面向围栏的一侧设有多个加强筋,每一个加强筋呈弯折状。
此外,沿第一方向,第一盖板41的一端和第二盖板42的一端通过第一过渡件45可拆卸连接,第一盖板41的另一端和第四盖板44的一端通过第二过渡件48可拆卸连接;沿第一方向,第三盖板43的一端和第二盖板42的另一端通过第三过渡件46可拆卸连接,第三盖板43的另一端和第四盖板44的另一端通过第四过渡件47可拆卸连接。即,第一盖板41、第一过渡件45、第二盖板42、第三过渡件46、第三盖板43、第四过渡件47、第四盖板44以及第二过渡件48沿周向可拆卸连接。实现可拆卸浴缸的边沿装饰,并可拆卸。

由于第一盖板41、第一过渡件45、第二盖板42、第三过渡件46、第三盖板43、第四 过渡件47、第四盖板44以及第二过渡件48沿周向可拆卸连接,整体安装方便,并通过第一过渡件45、第二过渡件48、第三过渡件46及第四过渡件47与相应拐角梁固定连接后,盖板组件45实现了与外框10的连接,周向实现了限位,第一盖板41、第二盖板42、第三盖板43以及第四盖板44不会与相应的过渡件相分离,提升了连接可靠性。
本申请的盖板与相应的过渡件的具体可拆卸连接方式不做限定。示例性地,每一个盖板与相应的过渡件插接。即,第一盖板41的一端和第二盖板42的一端分别与第一过渡件45插接,第一盖板41的另一端和第四盖板44的一端分别与第二过渡件48插接;沿第一方向,第三盖板43的一端和第二盖板42的另一端分别与第三过渡件46插接,第三盖板43的另一端和第四盖板44的另一端分别与第四过渡件47插接。

继续参考图22和图23,在一些可能的实施方式中,第一插接部452和第二插接部451 的表面分别设有第二防脱部453,第二防脱部453用于在每一个插接部插入相应的插孔411内后与插孔411的内壁相抵,在无外力作用于第二防脱部453时,每一个插接部与相应的插孔411在插入方向不产生相对运动。示例性地,第一插接部452和第二插接部451的表面的相反两侧分别设有第二防脱部453,第二防脱部453卡入插孔411的内壁,使得第一插接部452和第二插接部451与相应插孔411连接可靠。例如,第一过渡件45的第一插接部452插入第一盖板41的延伸方向的一端的插孔411内,第一插接部452上的第二防脱部453与第一盖板41的一端的插孔411内壁相抵,第一过渡件45的第二插接部451插入第二盖板42的延伸方向的一端的插孔411内,第二插接部451上的第二防脱部453与第二盖板42的一端的插孔411内壁相抵。
示例性地,上述的第二防脱部453是凸点。
在一些可能的实施方式中,参考图22至图25,每一个盖板的插孔411呈弯曲状,与插孔411相对应的插接部的形状与相应的插孔411的形状相适配。即,与插孔411相对应的第一插接部452和第二插接部451的形状也呈弯曲状。这样设置,可以防止过渡件和相应的插孔411滑脱。
继续参考图22,在一些可能的实施方式中,至少其中一个过渡件上设有靠枕安装孔455,靠枕安装孔455用于安装拐角靠枕70(如图1所示)。本申请中,四个过渡件上都设有靠枕安装孔455,相应地,每个过渡件上均安装有拐角靠枕70。拐角靠枕70安装在相应的过渡件上后,覆盖相应的过渡件,这样可以遮蔽多余特征。如图1所示,四个拐角靠枕70完全遮盖了第一过渡件45、第二过渡件48、第三过渡件46和第四过渡件47。
在一些可能的实施方式中,参考图1至图3、图14、图26至图33,本申请的浴缸还包括管道组件60,示例性地,管道组件60用于进水和排水。即,本申请的浴缸通过管道组件60实现了向软质池体20的水容纳腔体21提供水(进水)和将软质池体20的水容纳腔体21排出(排水)的功能,上述管道组件60的至少一部分容纳于软质池体20和硬质池体容纳腔11之间。即,管道组件60的至少一部分位于外框10的围栏和软质池体20之间。
这样实现围栏跟软质池体20之间的管路布局,管道组件60向软质池体20注水后,管道组件60不会顶在围栏上,导致围栏鼓起。管道组件60也方便组装,方便售后维护。
示例性地,上述的管道组件60包括硬质管道和软质管道,硬质管道与软质管道连接。即,本申请的管道组件60是由硬质管道和软质管道连接形成的。
参考图27,本申请的管道组件60包括进水管道(图27中示出的加热进水管道61、 喷嘴进水管道)和出水管道(加热出水管道63、喷嘴出水管道62)。示例性地,加热进水管道61和喷嘴进水管道属于管套管结构。本申请的上述进水管道一端与软质池体20连接,另一端与控制箱50连接。例如,上述的加热进水管道61一端与软质池体20连接,另一端与控制箱50连接。上述出水管道一端与软质池体20连接,另一端与控制箱50连接。例如,上述的加热出水管道63一端与软质池体20连接,另一端与控制箱50连接。上述的喷嘴出水管道62一端与软质池体20连接,另一端与控制箱50连接。示例性地,进水管道一端与软质池体20高频烫接,出水管道一端与软质池体20高频烫接。
示例性地,参考图9,第二围栏13设有开孔,上述的进水管道一端穿过第二围栏13上的开孔与软质池体20连接,上述出水管道一端穿过第二围栏13上的开孔与软质池体20连接。
在一些可能的实施方式中,本申请的进水管道包括软质进水管道和位于软质进水管道两端的第一硬质进水管道和第二硬质进水管道,第一硬质进水管道与软质池体20连接,第二硬质进水管道与控制箱50连接。例如,喷嘴进水管道包括软质进水管道642和位于软质进水管道642两端的第一硬质进水管道643和第二硬质进水管道641。喷嘴进水管道的第二硬质进水管道641和加热进水管道61之间是软质进水管道,加热进水管道61与软质进水管道软质池体20高频烫接的部分是硬质管道,即加热进水管道61的硬质管道与喷嘴进水管道的第二硬质进水管道641之间是软质进水管道。
在一些可能的实施方式中,出水管道包括软质出水管道和位于软质出水管道两端的第一硬质出水管道和第二硬质出水管道,第一硬质出水管道与软质池体20连接,第二硬质出水管道与控制箱50连接。例如,上述的喷嘴出水管道62包括软质出水管道621和位于软质出水管道621两端的第一硬质出水管道623和第二硬质出水管道622。例如,加热出水管道63包括软质出水管道和位于软质出水管道两端的第一硬质出水管道和第二硬质出水管道。
由于本申请的浴缸的控制箱50和软质池体20之间的管道组件60是由硬管和软管连接形成,相比于通过硬管实现浴缸的软质池体20与控制箱50的连接,水相互流通,给单层软质池体20注水后,不同水深水压不同,单层软质池体20的凹陷状态程度不同,可保证管道组件60不会凸起在软质池体20上,而是随着水深的变化而自动调节凸起程度。
上述的软管与两端的硬管的连接可采用后文描述的防水结构,具体参见后文描述。
另外,上述的软质进水管道或软质出水管道内设有硬质支撑结构。示例性地,喷嘴出水管道62的软质出水管道621内设有硬质支撑结构(例如是硬管)。软质出水管道621内 设有硬质支撑结构,可克服工作时产生的负压。保证喷嘴出水管道62能够正常出水。
在一些可能的实施方式中,参考图26至图28,软质池体20和硬质池体容纳腔11之间设有进水分管。示例性地,软质池体20的底部和硬质池体容纳腔11的底部之间具有环形腔体,进水分管设于软质池体20和硬质池体容纳腔11的环形腔体内。即,将管道组件60中的进水分管藏于浴缸内,显得美观。示例性地,上述的进水分管包括多个多通硬管644、643和软管645,相邻的多通硬管644、643之间通过软管645连接,多通硬管644上设有多个喷嘴65。示例性的,上述的软管645为TPU管或硅胶管。在一些可能的实施方式中,环形腔体内设有出水分管。
从而,管路组件内置于浴缸的外框10和软质池体20之间。实现外框10跟软质池体20之间的管路布局,注水后,管路组件不会顶在围栏上,导致围栏鼓起。
示例性地,上述的多通硬管644为四通硬管,两端连接软管645,以及通过软管645分别连接两个喷嘴65。图27中示出了四个多通硬管644,八个喷嘴65。但本申请对多通硬管644的数量不做限制。通过多个喷嘴65向用户喷水,用户使用体验佳。
在一些可能的实施方式中,参考图29至图33,本申请的上述硬质管道和软质管道之间设有防水结构。例如,图27中示出的加热进水管道61、喷嘴进水管道、加热出水管道63、喷嘴出水管道62中的硬质管道和软质管道的之间设有防水结构。又例如,上述的进水分管中的多通硬管644、643和软管645之间设有防水结构,上述的喷嘴65和多通硬管644之间设有防水结构。
以进水分管中的防水结构为示例说明,其它管道组件60(例如出水管道)中的防水结构和进水分管中的防水结构相同。其中,进水分管中的硬管644与软管645相连接的一端设有环绕硬管644的进水端口的外螺纹结构6441,外螺纹结构6441通过限位挡块6442与硬管644连接,示例性地,限位挡块6442垂直于硬管644。限位挡块6442、外螺纹结构6441和硬管644围成端部开口的防水腔6443。如图31至图33所示,进水分管的多通硬管644上形成有四个防水腔6443。
上述的软管645的外周套设有锥形压环6452和锁紧螺母6451,软管645插入防水腔6443,如图30和图32中的C方向示出了软管645的插入方向。锁紧螺母6451与外螺纹结构6441螺纹连接,沿软管645的插入方向,锥形压环6452位于外螺纹结构6441的端部和锁紧螺母6451之间,锥形压环6452沿插入方向与硬管644的端部夹紧软管645。示例性地,锁紧螺母6451的螺帽在于外螺纹结构6441螺纹连接的过程中,会带动锥形压环6452沿插入方向向硬管644移动,当锁紧螺母6451与外螺纹结构6441完全连接后,锥形 压环6452正好与硬管644的端部共同夹紧软管645。即,锁紧螺母6451在外螺纹结构6441上的行程使得锥形压环6452正好与硬管644的端部共同夹紧软管645。
相比于目前行业内通过打胶、配置密封圈、喉箍锁紧实现防水功能,本申请通过纯机械联结结构实现防水功能。通过旋锁紧螺母6451将软管645(TPU管或硅胶管)上的硬质锥形压环6452沿插入方向压在硬管644的端部,锥形压环6452、软管645、硬管644的端部以及锁紧螺母6451相互连接实现防水。
在一些可能的实施方式中,上述硬管644的端部具有锥形面6444,锥形压环6452和锥形面6444沿插入方向夹紧软质管道。即,锥形压环6452和硬管644的端部的锥形面6444相配合以共同沿插入方向夹紧软质管道,防水性能提升。硬管644的端部的锥形面6444还可以起到引导软管645插入防水腔6443内的作用。
示例性地,上述的软质进水管道(相当于软管645)和第一硬质进水管道(相当于硬管644)之间的防水结构、软质进水管道(相当于软管645)和第二硬质进水管道(相当于硬管644)的防水结构、软质出水管道(相当于软管645)和第一硬质出水管道(相当于硬管644)的防水结构、软质出水管道(相当于软管645)和第二硬质出水管道(相当于硬管644)的防水结构,与上述硬管644和软管645之间的上述防水结构相同。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种水池体的管道结构,其特征在于,所述水池体包括硬质池体容纳腔和容纳于所述硬质池体容纳腔内的软质池体,所述软质池体和所述硬质池体容纳腔之间形成环形腔体;
    所述管道结构包括:管道分管,所述管道分管的至少一部分容纳于所述环形腔体内,所述管道分管包括多个多通硬管和软管,相邻的所述多通硬管之间通过软管连接,所述多通硬管上设有多个喷嘴。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述多通硬管为四通硬管。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的管道结构,其特征在于,每个四通硬管上设有两个喷嘴。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述管道分管为进水分管。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述硬管与所述软管相连接的一端设有环绕所述硬管的外螺纹结构,所述外螺纹结构通过限位挡块与所述硬管连接,所述限位挡块、所述外螺纹结构和所述硬管围成端部开口的防水腔;
    所述软管的外周套设有锥形压环和锁紧螺母,所述软管插入所述防水腔,所述锁紧螺母与所述外螺纹结构螺纹连接,沿软管的插入方向,所述锥形压环位于所述外螺纹结构的端部和所述锁紧螺母之间,所述锥形压环沿插入方向与所述硬管的端部夹紧所述软管。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述硬管的端部具有锥形面,所述锥形压环和所述锥形面沿所述插入方向夹紧所述软管。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的管道结构,其特征在于,沿与所述插入方向相反的方向,所述锥形面凸出所述外螺纹结构以供所述锥形压环套设。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母的螺帽在与外螺纹结构螺纹连接的过程中,能够带动锥形压环沿插入方向向所述硬管移动,以使所述锥形压环沿插入方向与所述硬管的端部夹紧所述软管。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母与所述外螺纹结构完全连接后,所述锥形压环与所述硬管的端部共同夹紧所述软管。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述喷嘴通过软管连接所述多通硬管。
  11. 如权利要求1至3、6至10任一项所述的管道结构,其特征在于,所述软管是TPU管或硅胶管。
  12. 一种水池体,其特征在于,包括硬质池体容纳腔和容纳于所述硬质池体容纳腔内的软质池体,所述软质池体和所述硬质池体容纳腔之间形成环形腔体,权利要求1至11 任一项所述的管道结构的至少一部分设于所述环形腔体内。
