本发明提供了一种接发用连接扣,包括,扣壳,供原头发发束经由一端口导入,从另一端口导出;扣针,一端与扣壳的供原头发发束导出的端口活动连接,另一端连接有待接发束;扣壳内壁形成有环形边沿;扣针上与扣壳活动连接的一端设置有锥形的导入头,导入头的底端沿周向向外延伸形成有与环形边沿卡扣配合的第一凸起,且在导入头表面沿扣针连接待接发束处方向,纵向开设至少一避让孔。
进一步的,扣针上在避让孔与待接发束连接处之间,沿周向设置有第二凸起;第二凸起表面沿扣针连接待接发束处方向,纵向开设至少一避空槽;避空 槽与避让孔相对,处于同一直线上。
进一步的,扣针上连接有待接发束的一端开有一贯穿孔,用于系连待接发束。
本发明还提供了一种接发组件,包括上述任一项所述的接发用连接扣,以及扣壳固定座、扣针固定座、第一基座和第二基座;扣壳固定座,活动固定在第一基座的一端,包括至少一个可活动固定扣壳的扣壳固定槽;扣针固定座,活动固定在第二基座上,包括至少一个可活动固定扣针的扣针固定槽;第二基座,活动固定在第一基座的另一端,可在受力后在第一基座上纵向移动,以使被活动固定的扣壳与扣针靠近、对位连接。
进一步的,扣壳固定座包括方形条块主体、在方形条块主体两端相对设置的用于活动固定的倒“L”形卡扣耳,以及在方形条块主体上相对于卡扣耳卡扣一侧的表面,内凹形成的扣壳固定槽;扣壳固定槽内壁相对设置有用于卡扣扣壳的弹力扣。
进一步的,扣针固定座包括矩形面主体、在矩形面主体两端相对设置的用于活动固定的呈台阶接连形状的提扣耳,以及矩形面主体的表面内凹形成的扣针固定槽。
进一步的,扣针固定槽包括依次相接的前端弧槽、卡扣槽和连接槽;卡扣槽的槽深大于前端弧槽和连接槽。
进一步的,第二基座的表面设置有开口位置对位扣针固定槽的发束放置槽,以及固定提扣耳卡扣的提扣耳卡槽;第二基座的背面还设置有滑轮固定轴和安装在滑轮固定轴上的第一滑轮。
进一步的,第一基座表面设置有供第一滑轮滑动的滑轮导轨;第一基座远离滑轮导轨的一端还设置有前挡板,以及与前挡板两侧相接的侧挡板。
进一步的,第二基座背面还设置有与滑轮固定轴平行的第二滑轮;第一基 座表面还设置供第二滑轮滑动的滑轮孔道;第二滑轮透过滑轮孔道并通过螺栓紧固。
进一步的,前挡板与第一基座的表面呈15°~60°倾斜角。
进一步的,扣壳固定座、第一基座上设置有用于相吸的磁铁;扣针固定座、第二基座上设置有用于相吸的磁铁。
本发明还提供了一种接发器,包括接发器主体,以及上述任一项所述的接发器组件;第一基座固定在接发器主体上;接发器主体包括驱动件;第二基座还包括一与驱动件连接的驱动配合件,用于在所述驱动件驱动下,带动第二基座在在第一基座上纵向移动。
本发明提供的接发用连接扣,包括扣壳,供原头发发束经由一端口导入,从另一端口导出;扣针,一端与扣壳的供原头发发束导出的端口活动连接,另一端连接有待接发束;扣壳内壁形成有环形边沿,扣针上与扣壳活动连接的一端设置有锥形的导入头,导入头的底端沿周向向外延伸形成有与环形边沿卡扣配合的第一凸起,且在导入头表面沿扣针连接待接发束处方向,纵向开设至少一避让孔。采用本发明提供的接发用连接扣,借助扣壳与扣针的连接,无需通过线绳打结、胶接就可以完成发束与原头发的接续,不存在结头,不妨碍对头发的梳理,不仅更贴近头发发根,更不易打结,而且不存在胶水残留的情况。另外,通过扣壳内部环形边沿与扣针上导入头和避让孔的结构设计配合,也使得二者更易于连接和紧固。
本发明提供的接发组件,包括接发用连接扣,以及扣壳固定座、扣针固定座、第一基座和第二基座;扣壳固定座,活动卡扣在第一基座的一端,包括至少一个可活动固定扣壳的扣壳固定槽;扣针固定座,活动卡扣在第二基座上,包括至少一个可活动固定扣针的扣针固定槽;第二基座,活动固定在第一基座 的另一端,可在受力后在第一基座上纵向移动,以使被活动固定的所述扣壳与扣针靠近、对位连接。采用本发明提供的接发组件,可以方便、便捷实现接发器中扣壳对原头发的导入、接有待接发束的扣针与扣壳的连接,从而完成原头发与发束的无绳结结头的自然接续。
本发明提供的接发器,包括接发器主体和接发器组件;第一基座固定在接发器主体上;接发器主体包括驱动件;第二基座还包括一与驱动件连接的驱动配合件,用于在所述驱动件驱动下,带动第二基座在在第一基座上纵向移动。采用本发明提供接发器,让接发器组件中接有待接发束的扣针与导入有原头发的扣壳的连接,实现自动化,从而使得接发更加省力与便捷。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

本发明一种接发用连接扣,包括扣壳和扣针,其中,扣壳,供原头发发束经由一端口导入,从另一端口导出;扣针,一端与扣壳的供原头发发束导出的端口活动连接,另一端连接有待接发束,该待接发束可以是真发束,也可以是假发束。扣壳内壁形成有环形边沿,扣针上与扣壳活动连接的一端设置有锥形的导入头,该导入头的底端沿周向向外延伸形成有与环形边沿卡扣配合的第一凸起,且在导入头表面沿扣针连接待接发束处方向,纵向开设至少一避让孔。
采用本发明提供的接发用连接扣,借助扣壳与扣针的连接,无需通过线绳打结、胶接就可以完成发束与原头发的接续,不存在结头,不妨碍对头发的梳理,不仅更贴近头发发根,更不易打结,而且不存在胶水残留的情况。另外,通过扣壳内部环形边沿与扣针上导入头和避让孔的结构设计配合,也使得二者更易于连接和紧固。
请参阅图1至图3,该实施例中提供的接发用连接扣,包括扣壳1和扣针2,扣壳1为中空圆筒形状,其内壁形成有环形边沿10。扣针2整体呈圆柱形,其与扣壳活1动连接的一端设置有锥形的导入头20,该导入头20的底端沿周向向 外延伸形成有第一凸起21。当扣针2与扣壳1连接时,导入头20上的第一凸起21与环形边沿10卡扣,从而达到扣壳1与扣针2紧闭连接的效果。可以理解的是,为实现扣壳1与扣针2的卡扣,环形边沿10或扣壳1整体采用具有一定弹性的材料。本实施例中,扣壳1和扣针1采用PVC材料。
进一步的,在导入头20表面沿扣针2连接待接发束处方向,纵向开设至少有避让孔22。避让孔22的存在,让扣针2接入扣壳1时产生一定的避让空间,从而使得导入头20更易插入扣壳1中,完成第一凸起21与环形边沿10的卡扣。避让孔22的数量,以及大小可以根据实际需要进行设计,本实施例中,避让孔22的数量为1个,其长度由导入头20表面的一部分延长至扣针2的主体表面的一部分。
进一步的,扣针2上在避让孔22与待接发束连接处之间,沿周向设置有第二凸起23。第二凸起23表面沿扣针2待接发束连接处方向,纵向开设有避空槽24。避空槽24的存在,使得扣壳1和扣针2连接时,导入到扣壳1中的原头发发束不易被压折而导致翘起。优选的,当避空凹槽24与避让孔22相对,处于同一直线上时,防止原头发发束不被压折的效果较佳。避空槽24的数量,以及大小可以根据实际需要进行设计,本实施例中,避空槽24的数量为1个,其长度由扣针2上第二凸起23表面延长至扣针2一端的底部。
进一步的,扣针2相对导入头20的一端,即连接有待接发束的一端开有一贯穿孔25,用于系连待接发束。
采用本发明提供的接发用连接扣,借助扣壳与扣针的连接,可以辅助接发设备在接发过程中无需通过线绳打结的方式,就可以完成发束与原头发的自然接续,不仅接发美观,而且由于不存在结头,不妨碍对头发的梳理。
本发明提供一种接发组件,包括接发用连接扣,以及扣壳固定座、扣针固定座、第一基座和第二基座;扣壳固定座,活动卡扣在第一基座的一端,包括 至少一个可活动固定扣壳的扣壳固定槽;扣针固定座,活动卡扣在第二基座上,包括至少一个可活动固定扣针的扣针固定槽;第二基座,活动固定在第一基座的另一端,可在受力后在第一基座上纵向移动,以使被活动固定的所述扣壳与扣针靠近、对位连接。
请参阅图4至图12,该实施例中提供的接发组件,包括扣壳1、扣针2、扣壳固定座3、扣针固定座4、第二基座5和第一基座6。其中,
扣壳固定座3,活动固定在第一基座6的一端,包括方形条块主体30、倒“L”形的卡扣耳31、扣壳固定槽32和设置在扣壳固定槽32内壁,用于卡扣扣壳1的弹力扣33。
卡扣耳31用于活动固定,相对设置在方形条块主体30两端。卡扣耳31的拐角处与方形条块主体30之间形成卡扣空间,进一步的,卡扣耳31拐下的一端,其底部向上往内倾斜形成一卡扣脚34,可以紧密卡扣。
扣壳固定槽32开设在方形条块主体30上相对于卡扣耳31卡扣一侧的表面,用于活动固定扣壳1。当扣壳1放入扣壳固定槽32中,由于扣壳固定槽32内壁两侧弹力扣33的存在,会将扣壳1紧紧扣住。扣壳固定槽32的数量,可以根据实际需要进行设置,本实施中,扣壳固定槽数量32设置为5个。
进一步的,在扣壳固定座3设置扣壳固定槽32的相对面,还开有磁铁安装孔35,用于安装磁铁。
扣针固定座4,包括矩形面主体40、提扣耳41和扣针固定槽42。提扣耳41用于提取和固定,相对设置在矩形面主体40两端,呈台阶接连形状。矩形面主体40表面内凹形成扣针固定槽42,用于活动固定扣针2。扣针固定槽42的数量,可以根据实际需要进行设置,本实施中,对应扣壳固定槽32数量,扣针固定槽42数量设置为5个。
进一步,扣针固定槽42包括依次相接的前端弧槽420、卡扣槽421和连接 槽422;卡扣槽421的槽深大于前端弧槽420和连接槽422。扣针2放入扣针固定槽42时,第二凸起23放入卡扣槽421中,接在扣针2上的待接头发束端放置在连接槽422上,前端弧槽420外边沿则卡托住导入头20上的第一凸起21。由于卡扣槽421的槽深大于前端弧槽420和连接槽422,则前端弧槽420和连接槽421对第二凸起23形成前后隔挡,从而达到固定扣针2的效果。
进一步的,在扣针固定座4设置扣针固定槽42的相对面,还开有磁铁安装孔43,用于安装磁铁。
第二基座5,用于活动固定扣针固定座4,其表面设置有开口位置对位扣针固定槽42的发束放置槽50、固定提扣耳41的提扣耳卡槽51,设置在第二基座5背面的滑轮固定轴52和安装在滑轮固定轴52上的第一滑轮,以及与滑轮固定轴52平行的第二滑轮53。具体的,滑轮固定轴52数量为2,左右对称设置;第二滑轮53数量也为2,设置在两滑轮固定轴52之间。
第二基座5,表面错分为具有高度差的两个子平面区域,其中,相对高的子平面区域其表面内凹形成发束放置槽50,发束放置槽50的数量对应扣针固定槽42的数量设置,本实施例中,发束放置槽50的数量为5个;相对低的子平面区域其表面的左上角和右上角处设置有柱块,从而在柱块与相对高的子平面区域所构实体之间形成提扣耳卡槽51,用于固定扣针固定座4上的提扣耳41。
进一步的,在第二基座5上还设置有用于定位的导柱,相应的,在扣针固定座4上设置有定位孔;第二基座5上还开有磁铁安装孔54,用于安装磁铁。通过第二基座5上设置的导柱与扣针固定座4上的定位孔的配合,以及两者上面均设置的磁铁,让第二基座5与扣针固定座4之间进行固定时,定位方便,且固定后较稳固。
第一基座6,其表面设置有供第二基座5上的第一滑轮滑动的滑轮导轨60、前挡板61,与前挡板两侧相接的侧挡板62,以及供第二基座5上的第二滑轮 53滑动的滑轮孔道64。前挡板61设置在第一基座6表面远离滑轮导轨60的一端。
第二基座5活动固定在第一基座6上,固定时,第二基座5上安装有第一滑轮的滑轮固定轴52对位第一基座6上的滑轮导轨60放置,同时,第二基座5上的第二滑轮53对位透过滑轮孔道64,并通过螺栓紧固。第一滑轮在滑轮导轨表面纵向移动,第二滑轮53贴合滑轮孔道64两侧内壁纵向移动,实现第二基座5在第一基座6上纵向移动不左右偏移和上下起伏,以保证扣壳1和扣针2的准确对位连接。进一步的,第二滑轮53的底端沿周向形成有凸起,第二滑轮53对位透过滑轮孔道64,第二滑轮53底端的凸起一端与滑轮孔道64背面贴合,另一端与螺栓贴合紧固,使得紧固效果更好。可以理解的是,第一基座6上的滑轮导轨60、滑轮孔道64的位置、数量对应第二基座5上的滑轮固定轴52、第二滑轮53的位置、数量设置。
扣壳固定座3活动固定在第一基座6上,固定时,扣壳固定座3上的两卡扣耳31分别卡扣在第一基座6上的两侧挡板62上。进一步的,第一基座6的侧挡板62的底部还设置有与卡扣固定座3的卡扣脚34适配卡扣的卡扣脚凸起63,使得二者间的固定更紧固。进一步的,第二基座6前端面的底部还开有磁铁安装孔,用于安装磁铁。扣壳固定座3卡扣在在第一基座6上,通过扣壳固定座3与第一基座6上分别安装的磁铁进行相吸,提高固定效果。
进一步的,第一基座6表面在侧挡板62与滑轮导轨60、滑轮孔道64之间,沿横向开有槽道,用于当扣壳固定座3固定在第一基座6上时,扣壳固定座3上的扣壳1所导入的原头发发束自然垂入槽道中。
进一步的,第一基座6的前挡板61与第一基座6的表面,如图12所示,即bb面,两者间呈15°~60°倾斜角,在此角度范围内,采用本发明接发组件进行 接发时,前挡板61的倾斜背面与用户头皮贴合,接发时预留的发根长度适中,且所接发束更贴合头皮,更舒适。优选的,经过实际测试与分析,当前挡板61与第一基座6的表面之间倾斜角呈45°时,上述效果最佳。
本发明实施例提供的接发组件,使用方法如下:
首先,将扣壳1固定到扣壳固定座3的扣壳固定槽32中,扣壳固定槽32有5个,故一次可导入5根原头发发束进行接发;接发时,将扣壳固定座3对准原头发,采用钩针设备伸出钩针,透过扣壳1钩住原头发发束;然后收缩钩针,将原发束由扣壳1一端口导入,从另一端口导出。由于钩针设备为业内常规技术,非本发明申请方案保护范围,故该设备结构在此不做赘述。
其次,将系有待接发束的扣针2逐一放置固定在扣针固定座4上的扣针固定槽42中,然后将扣针固定座4固定至第二基座5上,各扣针固定槽42与第二基座5上的发束放置槽50对应,使得固定在扣针固定槽42中的扣针2所系接的待接发束自然放置在发束放置槽50中;扣针固定座4固定在第二基座5上之后,将第二基座5上安装有滑轮的滑轮固定轴52对位第一基座6上的滑轮导轨60,同时,第二基座5上的第二滑轮53对位透过滑轮孔道64,并通过螺栓紧固。可以理解的是,扣针2、扣针固定座4、第二基座5和第一基座6四者之间的配合固定,可以在将原头发发束导入扣壳1之前提前完成。
最后,将扣壳固定座3固定在第一基座6上,各扣壳固定槽32内的扣壳1与各扣针固定槽42内的扣针2对位。将第一基座6的前挡板61贴合用户头皮放置,在受力情况下,第二基座5上的滑轮在第一基座6的滑轮导轨60内沿第一基座6的前挡板61方向移动,各扣壳1与扣针2逐渐靠近,对位完成连接;取下已完成连接的扣壳1和扣针2,接发完成。
采用本发明提供的接发组件,可以方便、便捷实现接发器中扣壳对原头发的 导入、接有待接发束的扣针与扣壳的连接,从而完成原头发与发束的无绳结结头的自然接续。
本发明一种接发器,包括接发器主体、本发明申请方案中的接发器组件。其中,第一基座固定在接发器主体上;接发器主体包括驱动件;第二基座还包括一与驱动件连接的驱动配合件,用于在驱动件驱动下,带动第二基座在在第一基座上纵向移动。
请继续参阅图4、图10和图11,该实施例中提供的接发器,接发组件中的第一基座6固定在接发器主体cc上,该接发器主体包括驱动件(图中未示出),该驱动件用于向第二基座5提供外力,带动其在第一基座6上移动。因此,对应的,第二基座5上开有发束放置槽50的背面设有驱动连接杆55,以与接发器主体cc上的驱动件机械和电连接。相应的,第一基座6的表面在驱动连接杆55与驱动件连接处并沿其移动方向开有槽道aa,供连接杆55移动。进一步的,槽道aa为“T”字形状。其中,槽道aa的纵向部分用于连接杆55移动,槽道aa的横向部分用于当扣壳固定座3固定在第一基座6上时,扣壳固定座3上的扣壳1所导入的原头发发束可自然垂入该槽道aa的横向部分中。
采用本发明提供接发器,让接发器组件中接有待接发束的扣针与导入有原头发的扣壳的连接,实现自动化,从而使得接发更加省力与便捷。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种接发用连接扣,其特征在于,包括,
    扣壳,供原头发发束经由一端口导入,从另一端口导出;
    扣针,一端与所述扣壳的供原头发发束导出的端口活动连接,另一端连接有待接发束;
    所述扣壳内壁形成有环形边沿;所述扣针上与扣壳活动连接的一端设置有锥形的导入头,所述导入头的底端沿周向向外延伸形成有与所述环形边沿卡扣配合的第一凸起,且在导入头表面沿扣针连接待接发束处方向,纵向开设至少一避让孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接发用连接扣,其特征在于,所述扣针上在所述避让孔与待接发束连接处之间,沿周向设置有第二凸起;第二凸起表面沿扣针待接发束连接处方向,纵向开设至少一避空槽;所述避空槽与所述避让孔相对,处于同一直线上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接发用连接扣,其特征在于,所述扣针上连接有待接发束的一端开有一贯穿孔,用于系连待接发束。
  4. 一种接发组件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-3任一项所述的接发用连接扣,以及扣壳固定座、扣针固定座、第一基座和第二基座;
    所述扣壳固定座,活动固定在所述第一基座的一端,包括至少一个可活动固定所述扣壳的扣壳固定槽;
    所述扣针固定座,活动固定在所述第二基座上,包括至少一个可活动固定所述扣针的扣针固定槽;
    所述第二基座,活动固定在所述第一基座的另一端,可在受力后在第一基座上纵向移动,以使被活动固定的所述扣壳与扣针靠近、对位连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述扣壳固定座包括方 形条块主体、在方形条块主体两端相对设置的用于活动固定的倒“L”形卡扣耳,以及在所述方形条块主体上相对于卡扣耳卡扣一侧的表面,内凹形成的所述扣壳固定槽;所述扣壳固定槽内壁相对设置有用于卡扣所述扣壳的弹力扣。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述扣针固定座包括矩形面主体、在矩形面主体两端相对设置的用于活动固定的呈台阶接连形状的提扣耳,以及矩形面主体的表面内凹形成的所述扣针固定槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述扣针固定槽包括依次相接的前端弧槽、卡扣槽和连接槽;所述卡扣槽的槽深大于前端弧槽和连接槽。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述第二基座的表面设置有开口位置对位所述扣针固定槽的发束放置槽,以及配合固定所述提扣耳的提扣耳卡槽;所述第二基座的背面还设置有滑轮固定轴和安装在所述滑轮固定轴上的第一滑轮。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述第一基座表面设置有供所述第一滑轮滑动的滑轮导轨;所述第一基座远离所述滑轮导轨的一端还设置有前挡板,以及与所述前挡板两侧相接的侧挡板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述第二基座背面还设置有与所述滑轮固定轴平行的第二滑轮;所述第一基座表面还设置供所述第二滑轮滑动的滑轮孔道;所述第二滑轮透过滑轮孔道并通过螺栓紧固。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述前挡板与第一基座的表面呈15°~60°倾斜角。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的接发组件,其特征在于,所述扣壳固定座、第一基座上设置有用于相吸的磁铁;所述扣针固定座、第二基座上设置有用于相 吸的磁铁。
  13. 一种接发器,包括接发器主体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求4-12任一项所述的接发器组件;所述第一基座固定在接发器主体上;所述接发器主体包括驱动件;所述第二基座还包括一与所述驱动件连接的驱动配合件,用于在所述驱动件驱动下,带动第二基座在第一基座上纵向移动。
