By the way, in recent years, the idea of animal welfare, which reduces the stress and diseases of livestock by raising livestock in a comfortable environment, has been promoted by the International Animal Health Secretariat, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the Animal It is becoming popular due to the efforts of the Welfare Livestock Association. In animal welfare, methods for evaluating the physical and mental conditions of animals related to the environment related to the life and death of animals have been developed (see Non-Patent Document 1). In addition to animal welfare, grass-fed (grass-based rearing), cage-free (free-range or free-range chicken rearing), organic (raising that does not rely on pesticides or chemical fertilizers), carbon farming (reducing CO2 emissions and improving soil and farm management for stable fixation to plants), etc. are also being standardized.
However, in the systems described in Patent Documents 1 to 6, specific data are collected to monitor unique health conditions, rearing conditions, and environmental conditions, and the safety and security of livestock animals for meat can be ensured.
