背景技术
当前为了拆卸,产品线上需要在电子设备上预留扣手位。由于扣手位会破坏电子设备的外观,影响产品的外观精致程度,因此,设计一种不影响产品外观的方便拆卸的电子设备成为一个重要的发展方向。
发明内容
为了简化电子设备的拆卸设计的同时,不影响电子设备的美观,本申请提供一种不影响产品外观的方便拆卸的电子设备:

本申请实施例中,弹性件500可以具有不止一个第二孔501,第一腔室220可以具有不止一个第一凸起223,弹性件500和多个第一凸起223通过多个第二孔501结合,多个第一凸起223和弹性件500的内壁抵接,由于弹性件500的内壁被多个第一凸起223挤压,弹性件500的回弹作用可以使多个第一凸起223和弹性件500紧密结合,防止弹性件500脱落。
本申请实施例中,第一凸起223也可以具有弹性,弹性件500可以具有不止一个第二孔501,第一腔室220可以具有不止一个第一凸起223,弹性件500和多个第一凸起223通过多个第二孔501结合,多个第一凸起223和弹性件500的内壁抵接,由于多个第一凸起223被弹性件500的内壁压缩,多个第一凸起223的回弹作用可以使多个第一凸起223和弹性件500紧密结合,防止弹性件500脱落。
本申请实施例中,第二孔501可以是通孔,第一凸起223的高度可以和第二孔501长度一致,弹性件500和第一凸起223通过第二孔501结合,由于弹性件500的内壁和第一凸起223的接触面积大,可以使第一凸起223和弹性件500紧密结合,防止弹性件500脱落。
本申请实施例中,弹性部502可以和第一腔室220的内壁抵接,弹性部502的回弹作用可以使弹性件500和第一腔室220紧密结合,防止弹性件500脱落。
本申请实施例中,弹性件500可以设置不止一个弹性部502,多个弹性部502和第一腔室220的内壁抵接,通过多个弹性部502的回弹作用可以使弹性件500和第一腔室220紧密结合,防止弹性件500脱落。
如图11所示为图6所示滑动件的第一视角的结构示意图,包括第一滑动部6002、第二滑动部6003、第三滑动部6004和第一连接件6007。其中,滑动件600具有长度L4和长度L5,第一连接件6007设置有第一连接件的颈部6005和第一连接件的头部6006,第一连接件的颈部6005具有长度L6,第一连接件的头部6006具有长度L7,第一连接件的颈部6005设置有凹部60051。如图12所示为图4所示滑动件的第二视角的结构示意图,滑动件600还具有第二表面6001,其中,滑动件600具有宽度W1,第一连接件的颈部6005具有宽度W2,第一连接件的头部6006具有宽度W3。如图13所示为图3所示第一腔室从剖线A-A的截面图,滑动件600放置于第一腔室220的的底面和第三滑动空间228,第二滑动部6003放置于第二滑动空间227,第一滑动部6002放置于第一滑动空间226,第三滑动部600放置于第一腔室220的底面。第二滑动部6003可以在第二滑动空间227滑动,第一滑动部6002可以在第一滑动空间226滑动,第三滑动部6004可以在第一腔室220的底面滑动,滑动件600可以 在第三滑动空间228滑动。
本申请实施例中,弹性件500的第一台阶部503和第一腔室220的底面之间形成第二滑动空间227,滑动件600的第二滑动部6003放置于第二滑动空间227,由于弹性件500可以和第一凸起223紧密结合,弹性件500也可以通过弹性部503和第一腔室220紧密结合,可以防止滑动件600从第一腔室220脱落。
本申请实施例中,第一腔室220的长度L1不小于滑动件600的长度L4,第一腔室220的长度L2不小于滑动件600的长度L4,第一腔室220的长度L1不大于滑动件600的长度L5,第一腔室220的长度L2不大于滑动件600的长度L5,可以防止滑动件600从第三滑动空间228脱落。
本申请实施例中,第一滑动部6002的尺寸和第二滑动部6003的尺寸可以不同,或者第一滑动部6002的外形和第二滑动部6003的外形可以不同,可以防止用户在第一腔室220放置滑动件600时误操作,具有防呆作用。
本申请实施例中,第一连接件的颈部6005可以挂绳,第一孔210可以具有挂绳孔的功能,挂绳的一端挂设于第一连接件的颈部6005,挂绳的另一端通过第一孔210伸出。第一连接件的头部6006的长度L7大于第一连接件的颈部6005的长度L6,可以防止挂绳从第一连接件的颈部6005脱落。由于通过第一连接件的颈部6005实现了挂绳的功能,提升了产品的竞争力。
在一种可能的实现方式中,第一连接件的颈部6005可以挂绳,第一孔210可以具有挂绳孔的功能,挂绳的一端挂设于第一连接件的颈部6005,挂绳的另一端通过第一孔210伸出。第一连接件的头部6006的宽度W3宽于第一连接件的颈部6005的宽度W2,可以防止挂绳从第一连接件的颈部6005脱落。由于通过第一连接件的颈部6005实现了挂绳的功能,提升了产品的竞争力。
在一种可能的实现方式中,第一连接件的颈部6005可以挂绳,第一孔210可以具有挂绳孔的功能,挂绳的一端挂设于第一连接件的颈部6005,挂绳的另一端通过第一孔210伸出。第一连接件的头部6006的长度L7大于第一连接件的颈部6005的长度L6,第一连接件的头部6006的宽度W3宽于第一连接件的颈部6005的宽度W2,可以防止挂绳从第一连接件的颈部6005脱落。由于通过第一连接件的颈部6005实现了挂绳的功能,提升了产品的竞争力。
本申请实施例中,滑动件600可以具有不止一个第三滑动部6004,可以使滑动件600在第一腔室220的底面稳定滑动。
如图14所示为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备和顶针的结构示意图,包括顶针700,其中,顶针700设置有顶针头710,顶针700可以沿着第一方向P1运动,其中,第一方向P1为从第一孔210向滑动件600延伸的方向。如图15所示为图14所示电子设备和顶针从剖线D-D的截面图,第一腔室220具有宽度W4,挡块121的第一表面1211可以至少部分和滑动件600的第二表面6001相对,第一连接件的颈部6005的凹部60051至少部分和第一孔210相对。
本申请实施例中,挡块121可以设置有不止一个第一表面1211,滑动件600可以设置有不止一个第二表面6001,多个第一表面1211和多个第二表面6001可以两两相对。在另一种可能的设计中,挡块121设置有第一表面1211,第二容置空间120可以设置有不止一个挡块121,滑动件600可以设置有不止一个第二表面6001,多个第一表面1211和多个第二表面6001可以两两相对。
本申请实施例中,第一表面1211或第二表面6001中的至少一个可以为斜面或弧面,滑 动件600的宽度W1小于第一腔室220的宽度W4。当有作用力通过第一孔210作用于滑动件600,滑动件600可以在第一腔室220的第三滑动空间228沿着第一方向P1朝第二腔室230滑动,挡块121相对滑动件600在第二方向P2产生位移,其中,第二方向P2为第二壳体200向第一壳体100延伸的方向。挡块121在第二方向P2产生位移使第一卡接部111和第二卡接部231由卡合变为分离,第一壳体100和第二壳体200由卡合变为分离,使电子设备10打开。由于滑动件600通过在第一腔室220的第三滑动空间228沿着第一方向P1朝第二腔室230滑动实现了打开电子设备10的功能,提升了产品的竞争力。
本申请实施例中,当第一壳体100和第二壳体200卡合时,挡块121和滑动件600可以至少部分抵接,第一表面1211和第二表面6001至少部分抵接,当有作用力通过第一孔210作用于滑动件600,滑动件600可以在第一腔室220的第三滑动空间228沿着第一方向P1朝第二腔室230滑动,推动挡块121相对滑动件600在第二方向P2产生位移,使第一卡接部111和第二卡接部231由卡合变为分离,第一壳体100和第二壳体200由卡合变为分离,使电子设备10打开。由于挡块121和滑动件600至少部分抵接,在滑动件600在第三滑动空间228沿着第一方向P1滑动打开电子设备10时缩短了滑动件600滑动的位移,提升了打开电子设备10的速度,提升了产品的竞争力。
本申请实施例中,第一腔室220的底面可以设置有滑槽,第三滑动部6004设置于滑槽,第三滑动部6004可以在滑槽滑动,当有作用力通过第一孔210作用于滑动件600,第三滑动部6004可以在滑槽沿着第一方向P1朝第二腔室230滑动,挡块121相对滑动件600在第二方向P2产生位移,使第一卡接部111和第二卡接部231由卡合变为分离,第一壳体100和第二壳体200由卡合变为分离,使电子设备10打开。由于第三滑动部6004在滑槽沿着第一方向P1朝第二腔室230滑动实现了打开电子设备10的功能,提升了产品的竞争力。
如图16所示为图14所示顶针沿第一方向和电子设备结合的结构示意图,其中,顶针700可以沿着第一方向P1运动,与第二壳体200结合。顶针700的顶针头710可以至少部分放置于第一孔210,如图17所示为图16所示结构示意图从剖线E-E的截面图,顶针700可以通过第一孔210作用于滑动件600,作用力使滑动件600沿第一方向P1移动,挡块121相对滑动件600在第二方向P2产生位移,第一卡接部111和第二卡接部231由卡合变为分离,第一壳体100和第二壳体200由卡合变为分离。
如图18所示为打开电子设备的结构示意图,如图19所示为图18所示结构示意图从剖线F-F的截面图,结合图13和图19,当需要打开电子设备10时,顶针700沿第一方向P1朝第二壳体200移动,当顶针700的顶针头710移动至至少部分和第一连接件的颈部6005的凹部60051相抵接,顶针700的顶针头710通过推动第一连接件的颈部6005的凹部60051给第一连接件6007在第一方向P1的第一作用力,第一作用力带动滑动件600沿第一方向P1在第一腔室220的底面滑动,滑动件600的第二表面6001也沿着第一方向P1移动。挡块121的第一表面1211或滑动件600的第二表面6001中的至少一个可以为斜面或弧面,挡块121的第一表面1211至少部分和滑动件600的第二表面6001相对,滑动件600的第二表面6001通过沿第一方向P1移动推动挡块121的第一表面1211给挡块121第二作用力,第二作用力在第二方向P2的分量大于0,第二作用力在第二方向P2的分量带动挡块121沿第二方向P2移动,滑动件600通过推动挡块121的第一表面1211给挡块121第二作用力带动第一壳体100沿第二方向P2移动,第一卡接部111与第二卡接部231由扣合状态变为分离,第一壳体100和第二壳体200分离,电子设备10打开。由于通过顶针700推动滑动件600,使滑动件600在第一腔室220的第三滑动空间228沿着第一方向P1朝第二腔室230滑动实现了打开电子设备 10的功能,提升了产品的竞争力。
如图20所示为电子设备10处于半打开状态的示意图,第一卡接部111和第二卡接部231分离,第一壳体100和第二壳体200分离。由于通过顶针700插入第二壳体200的第一孔210,推动第一腔室220内部的滑动件600给滑动件600在第一方向P1的第一作用力,第一作用力带动滑动件600沿着第一方向P1滑动,滑动件600的第二表面6001推动挡块121的第一表面1211给挡块121第二作用力,第二作用力在第二方向P2的分量带动挡块121沿第二方向P2移动,挡块121带动第一壳体100沿第二方向P2移动,使电子设备10打开。本申请实施例不需要设置扣手位,通过设置滑动件600与壳体配合,通过顶针700推动滑动件600,使第一卡接部111与第二卡接部231由扣合状态变为分离,第一壳体100和第二壳体200由扣合变为分离。保证了电子设备10外观面的完整性。通过滑动件600、顶针700和第一孔210既可以使壳体由扣合变为分离,又可以实现挂绳孔的功能,电子设备10不需要额外开孔用于挂绳,减少了产品外观开孔的数量,提升了产品的外观竞争力。
本申请实施例中,当需要闭合电子设备10时,给第一壳体100在与第二方向P2相反的第三方向P3的第三作用力,第三作用力带动第一壳体100沿与第二方向P2相反的第三方向P3移动,当挡块121的第一表面1211沿第三方向P3移动,挡块121的第一表面1211通过推动滑动件600的第二表面6001给滑动件600第四作用力,第四作用力在与第一方向P1相反的第四方向P4的分量大于0,第四作用力在第四方向P4的分量带动滑动件600沿与第一方向P1相反的第四方向P4移动,当第一卡接部111和第二卡接部231扣合连接,第一壳体100和第二壳体200通过第一卡接部111和第二卡接部231结合,电子设备10闭合。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备采用顶针插入第二壳体的侧孔,顶起第一壳体来拆卸电子设备,由于不需要设置扣手位,保证了电子设备外观面的完整性。第二壳体的侧孔还可以具有挂绳孔的功能,由于电子设备不需要额外开孔用于挂绳,减少了产品外观开孔的数量,提升了产品的外观竞争力。
还需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,诸如第一、第二、第三、第四等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或者操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者任何其他涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的结构或者设备不仅仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者还包括为这种结构或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括…”、“包含…”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的结构或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:第一壳体(100)、第二壳体(200),其中:
    所述第一壳体(100)设置有挡块(121)和第一卡接部(111);
    所述第二壳体(200)设置有第一腔室(220)、滑动件(600)和第二卡接部(231);
    所述第一腔室(220)设置有第一孔(210),所述第一腔室(220)通过所述第一孔(210)和外界相通,所述滑动件(600)设置于所述第一腔室(220),所述第一孔(210)和所述滑动件(600)至少部分相对;
    所述第一壳体(100)和所述第二壳体(200)通过所述第一卡接部(111)和所述第二卡接部(231)卡合连接,当所述第一卡接部(111)和所述第二卡接部(231)卡合,所述第一壳体(100)和所述第二壳体(200)卡合,所述滑动件(600)和所述挡块(121)在第一方向(P1)的投影至少部分重叠,所述第一方向(P1)为所述第一孔(210)朝向所述滑动件(600)的方向;
    当有作用力通过所述第一孔(210)作用于所述滑动件(600),所述滑动件(600)沿所述第一方向(P1)运动,所述挡块(121)相对所述滑动件(600)在第二方向(P2)产生位移,所述第一卡接部(111)和所述第二卡接部(231)由卡合变为分离,所述第一壳体(100)和所述第二壳体(200)由卡合变为分离,所述第二方向(P2)为所述第二壳体(200)朝向所述第一壳体(100)的方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述挡块(121)包括第一表面(1211),所述滑动件(600)包括第二表面(6001);
    所述第一表面(1211)或所述第二表面(6001)中的至少一个是斜面或弧面;
    所述滑动件(600)和所述挡块(121)在所述第一方向(P1)的投影至少部分重叠,包括:所述第一表面(1211)和所述第二表面(6001)在所述第一方向(P1)的投影至少部分重叠。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    当所述第一壳体(100)和所述第二壳体(200)通过所述第一卡接部(111)和所述第二卡接部(231)卡合连接,所述挡块(121)和所述滑动件(600)至少部分抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一腔室(220)的底面设置有第二凸起(224),所述第一腔室(220)的侧壁设置有侧臂(225);
    所述第二凸起(224)和所述侧臂(225)之间形成第一滑动空间(226);
    所述滑动件(600)设置有第一滑动部(6002);
    所述作用力通过所述第一孔(210)作用于所述滑动件(600),所述滑动件(600)沿所述第一方向(P1)运动,包括:所述作用力通过所述第一孔(210)作用于所述滑动件(600),所述第一滑动部(6002)相对所述第一滑动空间(226)沿所述第一方向(P1)运动。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述电子设备还包括弹性件(500);
    所述第一腔室(220)的底面设置有第一凸起(223);
    所述弹性件(500)设置有第二孔(501),所述弹性件(500)设置于所述第一腔室(220);
    所述弹性件(500)和所述第一凸起(223)通过所述第二孔(501)配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述弹性件(500)设置有第一台阶部(503),所述第一台阶部(503)和所述第一腔室 (220)的底面之间形成第二滑动空间(227);
    所述滑动件(600)设置有第二滑动部(6003)和第三滑动部(6004);
    所述第二滑动部(6003)设置于所述第二滑动空间(227),所述第三滑动部(6004)与所述第一腔室(220)的底面接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述作用力通过所述第一孔(210)作用于所述滑动件(600),所述滑动件(600)沿所述第一方向(P1)运动,包括:所述作用力通过所述第一孔(210)作用于所述滑动件(600),所述第二滑动部(6003)相对所述第二滑动空间(227)沿所述第一方向(P1)运动,所述第三滑动部(6004)相对所述第一腔室(220)的底面沿所述第一方向(P1)运动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一腔室(220)的底面设置有滑槽,所述滑槽沿所述第一方向(P1)延伸;
    所述第三滑动部(6004)设置于所述滑槽;
    所述第三滑动部(6004)相对所述第一腔室(220)的底面沿所述第一方向(P1)运动,包括:所述第三滑动部(6004)相对所述滑槽沿所述第一方向(P1)运动。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述弹性件(500)和所述第一凸起(223)过盈配合。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述弹性件(500)和所述第一腔室(220)过盈配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1至4任一项,或权利要求6至10任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述滑动件(600)设置有第一连接件(6007),所述第一连接件(6007)设置有第一连接件的颈部(6005)和第一连接件的头部(6006);
    所述第一孔(210)和所述滑动件(600)至少部分相对,包括:所述第一孔(210)和所述第一连接件的颈部(6005)至少部分相对;
    所述作用力通过所述第一孔(210)作用于所述滑动件(600),包括:所述作用力通过所述第一孔(210)作用于所述第一连接件的颈部(6005)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件的头部(6006)的长度(L7)长于所述第一连接件的颈部(6005)的长度(L6),或所述第一连接件的头部(6006)的宽度(W3)宽于所述第一连接件的颈部(6005)的宽度(W2)。
  13. 根据权利要求1至4任一项,或权利要求6至10任一项,或权利要求12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述挡块(121)和所述第一壳体(100)一体成型。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述弹性件(500)的材质是塑料、金属或者橡胶三者之中的至少一种。
  15. 根据权利要求1至4任一项,或权利要求6至10任一项,或权利要求12,或权利要求14所述的电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一壳体(100)设置有密封件(112),所述第二壳体(200)设置有第二腔室(230);
    当所述第一壳体(100)和所述第二壳体(200)通过所述第一卡接部(111)和所述第二卡接部(231)卡合连接,所述第二腔室(230)通过所述密封件(112)密封。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二腔室(230)设置有电池(300)和电路板(400)。
  17. 根据权利要求1至4任一项,或权利要求6至10任一项,或权利要求12,或权利要求14,或权利要求16所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备是电子追踪设备。
