为了让使用非授权频谱进行无线通信的各个通信系统在该频谱上能够友好共存,一些国家或地区规定了使用非授权频谱必须满足的法规要求。例如,通信设备遵循“先听后说(Listen Before Talk,LBT)”原则,即通信设备在非授权频谱的信道上进行信号发送前,需要先进行信道侦听,只有当信道侦听结果为信道空闲时,该通信设备才能进行信号发送;如果通信设备在非授权频谱的信道上的信道侦听结果为信道忙,该通信设备不能进行信号发送。为了保证公平性,在一次传输中,通信设备使用非授权频谱的信道进行信号传输的时长不能超过最大信道占用时间(Maximum Channel Occupancy Time,MCOT)。
共享频谱传输场景下涉及到的一些基本概念包括:
最大信道占用时间(MCOT),指在共享频谱的信道上信道检测(channel sensing)成功后允许使用该信道进行信号传输的最大时间长度。
信道占用时间(Channel Occupancy Time,COT):指在共享频谱的信道上信道检测成功后使用该信道进行信号传输的时间长度,也可以认为是在共享频谱的信道上信道检测成功后占用该信道的时间长度。其中,该时间长度内信号占用信道可以是连续的或不连续的,该时间长度包括发起信道占用的设备和共享信道占用的设备进行信号传输的总时间。
网络设备的信道占用时间(gNB/eNB-initiated COT):也称为网络设备发起的COT,指网络设备在共享频谱的信道上信道检测成功后获得的一次信道占用时间。网络设备发起的COT内除了可以用于网络设备进行传输,也可以在满足一定条件下用于终端设备进行传输。
终端设备的信道占用时间(UE-initiated COT):也称为终端设备发起的COT,指终端设备在共享频谱的信道上信道检测成功后获得的一次信道占用时间。终端设备发起的COT内除了可以用于终端设备进行传输,也可以在满足一定条件下用于网络设备进行传输或用于其他终端设备进行传输。
下行传输机会(DL transmission burst):网络设备进行的一组下行传输(即包括一个或多个下行传输),该组下行传输为连续传输(即多个下行传输之间没有空隙),或该组下行传输中有空隙但空隙小于或等于预设值例如16μs。如果网络设备进行的两个下行传输之间的空隙大于预设值例如16μs,那么认为该两个下行传输属于两次下行传输机会。
上行传输机会(UL transmission burst):终端设备进行的一组上行传输(即包括一个或多个上行传输),该组上行传输为连续传输(即多个上行传输之间没有空隙),或该组上行传输中有空隙但空隙小于或等于预设值例如16μs。如果该终端设备进行的两个上行传输之间的空隙大于预设值例如16μs,那么认为该两个上行传输属于两次上行传输机会。
侧行传输机会(SL transmission burst):终端设备进行的一组侧行传输(即包括一个或多个侧行传输),该组侧行传输为连续传输(即多个侧行传输之间没有空隙),或该组侧行传输中有空隙但空隙小于或等于预设值例如16μs。如果该终端设备进行的两个侧行传输之间的空隙大于预设值例如16μs,那么认为该两个侧行传输属于两次侧行传输机会。
信道检测成功:也称为信道检测空闲。例如对信道进行的检测时隙内的能量检测低于能量检测门限。
信道检测失败:也称为信道检测忙碌。例如对信道进行的检测时隙内的能量检测高于或等于能量检测门限。
针对于NR-U系统中的信道接入方案及COT共享的场景,在非授权频谱上,通信设备在发送信道或信号前需要先进行LBT,只有LBT成功才能传输,LBT失败不能传输。因此,非授权频谱上的通信是机会性传输。从系统的布网角度,信道检测包括两种机制,一种是基于负载的设备(Load based equipment,LBE)的LBT,也称为动态信道检测、动态信道接入或动态信道占用,另一种是基于帧结构的设备(Frame based equipment,FBE)的LBT,也称为半静态信道检测、半静态信道接入或半静态信道占用。
在LBE的信道接入机制,或者说,动态信道接入模式中,包括以下多种不同的信道接入方案。
Type1信道接入:
通信设备的信道检测方式为基于竞争窗口大小调整的随机回退的多时隙信道检测。具体地,Type1信道接入下,根据传输业务的优先级可以包括不同的信道接入优先级(Channel access priority class,CAPC)。表1为不同信道接入优先级对应的信道接入参数的示例。其中,p取值越小,信道接入优先级越高。可选地,表1用于终端设备传输的Type1信道接入。

需要说明的是,在上述表1中,m p是指信道接入优先级对应的回退时隙个数,CW p是指信道接入优先级对应的竞争窗口大小,CW min,p是指信道接入优先级对应的CW p取值的最小值,CW max,p是指信道接入优先级对应的CW p取值的最大值,T mcot,p是指信道接入优先级对应的信道最大占用时间长度。
ype2A信道接入:
通信设备的信道检测方式为25微秒的固定时隙长度的信道检测。具体地,Type2A信道接入下,通信设备在传输开始前可以进行25微秒的信道检测,并在信道检测成功后进行传输。
Type2B信道接入:
通信设备的信道检测方式为16微秒的固定时隙长度的信道检测。具体地,Type2B信道接入下,通信设备在传输开始前可以进行16微秒的信道检测,并在信道检测成功后进行传输。在一些可选的实施例中,该传输的起始位置距离上一次传输的结束位置之间的空隙大小为16微秒。
Type2C信道接入:
通信设备在空隙结束后不做信道检测而进行传输。具体地,Type2C信道接入下,通信设备可以直接进行传输,其中,该传输的起始位置距离上一次传输的结束位置之间的空隙大小为小于或等于16微秒。在一些可选的实施例中,该传输的长度不超过584微秒。
在FBE的信道接入机制,或者说,半静态信道接入模式中,系统中可以配置网络设备的固定帧周期(Fixed Frame Period,FFP)和/或终端设备的FFP。网络设备发起网络设备的FFP后,可以将该网络设备的FFP中的资源共享给终端设备进行传输;或者,终端设备发起终端设备的FFP后,可以将该终端设备的FFP中的资源共享给网络设备或其他终端设备进行传输。
在非授权频谱上,当终端设备发起COT后,可以将COT中的资源共享给网络设备进行下行传输。具体地,终端设备的COT共享包括以下两种方式:
方式1为终端设备向网络设备发送COT共享指示信息,该COT共享指示信息包括1比特,用于指示网络设备是否可以共享该终端设备的COT。
方式2为终端设备向网络设备发送COT共享指示信息,该COT共享指示信息用于指示网络设备可以共享该终端设备的COT的起始位置、长度和CAPC,或用于指示网络设备不可共享该终端设备的COT。
针对于非授权频谱上的侧行链路(SL-U)系统的场景,终端直通通信是一种基于侧行链路的传输技术(侧行链路Sidelink,SL),与传统的蜂窝系统中通信数据通过网络设备接收或者发送的方式不同,终端到终端直接通信的方式具有更高的频谱效率以及更低的传输时延。
将终端直通通信应用到非授权频谱上时,终端设备可以将发起的COT中的资源共享给其他终端设备使用,即终端直通通信传输也支持基于COT共享的传输方式。具体地,可以使用物理层控制信息SCI来承载COT共享指示信息。COT共享指示信息主要用于指示其他终端设备是否可以共享发起COT终端设备发起的COT,以及可以共享 的该COT的长度。作为示例,COT共享指示信息可以指示剩余COT长度信息、可用子带信息、CAPC信息、COT共享ID信息中的至少一项。
可选地,剩余COT长度信息用于指示从收到该SCI的时隙开始该COT内剩余的长度。其中,该剩余COT长度的单元可以为时隙或符号。可用子带信息用于指示在当前的BWP中发起COT终端的LBT成功的子带。在一些情况中,子带也可以认为是资源块RB集合。CAPC信息用于指示该发起COT终端在发起COT时使用的CAPC或用于指示在该COT内共享COT终端可以使用的CAPC。COT共享ID信息用于指示可以共享该COT的终端设备,例如用于指示目标终端的ID、终端组ID、业务标识信息或SL Zone ID等。
当共享COT终端设备收到发起COT终端设备发送的COT共享信息后,在使用该COT传输时,该共享COT终端设备可以将该发起COT终端设备指示的COT共享信息转发出去。示例性地,图1给出了一个发起COT终端设备和一个共享COT终端设备指示COT共享信息的示意图,图1中,发起COT终端设备在子带#01的第一个时隙上发送的SCI1中包括剩余COT长度信息和可用子带信息,其中,SCI1中的剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为6个时隙,可用子带信息包括子带#0和子带#1,共享COT终端设备可以基于发起COT终端设备的COT共享信息发送其对应的COT共享信息,这里,共享COT终端设备可以在子带#0或者子带#1中发送COT共享信息,如图1所示,示例性地,共享COT终端设备根据COT共享信息的处理时间,确定在子带#1的第三个时隙上发送SCI2的COT共享信息,该COT共享信息同样包括剩余COT长度信息和可用子带信息,其中,SCI2中的剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为4个时隙,可用子带信息指示子带#1。
然而,现有技术中,当一个终端设备收到多个终端设备发送的COT共享信息时,该终端设备无法确定待转发的COT共享信息。
基于这个问题,本方案提供一种无线通信方法,图2提供了一个实施例中无线通信方法的应用环境示意图。如图2所示,该应用环境包括第一终端设备101和多个第二终端设备102,第一终端设备101与多个第二终端设备102进行通信。其中,第一终端设备101可以为常规意义上理解的终端设备,例如,第一终端设备101可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、物联网设备和便携式可穿戴设备,物联网设备可为智能音箱、智能电视、智能空调、智能车载设备等。便携式可穿戴设备可为智能手表、智能手环、头戴设备等。第一终端设备101还可以为网络设备、基站等。第二终端设备102可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、物联网设备和便携式可穿戴设备、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、POS(Point of Sales,销售终端)、。
可选地,如图2a所示,该第一终端设备可以包括通过系统总线连接的处理器和存储器。其中,该处理器可以包括一个或多个处理单元。处理器可为CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理单元)或DSP(Digital Signal Processing,数字信号处理器)等。存储器可包括非易失性存储介质及内存储器。非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。第二终端设备与第一终端设备类似的,也可以包括收发器、处理器以及存储器等。
在第一终端设备和第二终端设备的通信过程中,第一终端设备可以接收第二终端设备发送的SCI信息,可选地,SCI信息可以用于确定COT共享信息,基于COT共享信息,第一终端设备可以通过SCI信息可确定的COT共享信息确定一个新的SCI信息,将该新的SCI信息转发出去。或者,第一终端设备也可以向第二终端设备发送SCI信息,第二终端设备基于第一终端设备发送的SCI信息确定COT共享信息,基于该COT共享信息确定新的COT共享信息后进行转发。或者,第一终端设备接收到第二终端设备发送的SCI信息之后,不会继承SCI信息确定的COT共享信息,而是根据自身的信道接入方式来确定新的COT共享信息后转发。
图3为一个实施例中无线通信方法的流程图。本实施例中的无线通信方法,以运行于图2中的第一终端设备上为例进行描述。如图2所示,无线通信方法包括步骤201至步骤202。
步骤201,第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,其中,第一指示信息用于确定第一频域资源上的COT共享信息。
可选地,COT指的是在共享频谱的信道上信道检测成功后使用该信道进行信号传输的时间长度,也可以认为是在共享频谱的信道上信道检测成功后占用该信道的时间长度。其中,该时间长度内信号占用信道可以是连续的或不连续的,该时间长度包括发起信道占用的设备和共享信道占用的设备进行信号传输的总时间。
在一些可选的实施例中,第一指示信息承载于物理层控制信息SCI中。
也即,第一终端设备可以接收第二终端设备发送SCI,从而从SCI中确定第一指示信息,进一步地,第一指示信息也可以直接或间接的指示第一终端设备在第一频域资源上的COT共享信息,例如,第一指示信息用于直接指示或间接指示COT共享信息。作为示例,第一指示信息为SCI,第一指示信息中包括COT共享信息。作为另一示 例,第一指示信息为SCI,第一指示信息中不包括COT共享信息,但第一终端设备可以根据第一指示信息确定COT共享信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,COT共享信息用于指示以下信息中的至少一项:剩余COT长度、可用频域资源、信道接入优先级CAPC、COT共享标识ID、共享COT和不共享COT。
可选地,剩余COT长度用于指示COT共享信息对应的时隙开始,COT内剩余的时间单元个数。在一些可选的实施例中,剩余COT长度的单位为时隙slot或符号或子帧。示例性的,可参考图4所示,第一终端设备的SCI1中COT共享信息指示的剩余COT长度为6个时隙;第二终端设备的SCI2中COT共享信息指示的剩余COT长度4个时隙;第二终端设备的SCI2中COT共享信息指示的剩余COT长度2个时隙。
在一些可选的实施例中,可用频域资源用于指示在剩余COT长度内可用的频域资源,也即,当前的部分带宽(BandWidth Part,BWP)或载波中可用于共享传输的频域资源。在一些可选的实施例中,可用频域资源或可用频域资源的单位可以为RB集合或子带。示例性的,可参考图5所示,第一终端设备的SCI1的可用频域资源为RB集合#0、#1;第二终端设备的SCI1的可用频域资源为RB集合#2。
在一些可选的实施例中,CAPC用于指示共享剩余COT长度内的资源进行传输对应的CAPC信息,CAPC还可以表示终端设备传输业务的优先级,例如,CAPC的取值可以为1、2、3、4,其中,CAPC的取值越小,其对应的待传输业务优先级越高。例如,CAPC=1的优先级高于CAPC=4的优先级。
在一些可选的实施例中,COT共享ID用于指示可共享剩余COT长度内的资源进行传输的设备。示例性的,COT共享ID可以为终端设备的ID、终端设备所在组ID、业务标识信息或侧行区域(SL Zone)ID等。
可选地,共享COT和不共享COT可以通过COT共享信息中的独立的信息域(预留域)来表示,例如,设定COT共享信息的预留域包括一个比特,该预留域的值为1时指示共享COT;预留域的值为0时指示不共享COT,或者,该预留域的值为0时指示共享COT;预留域的值为1时指示不共享COT。可选地,预留域可以包括多个比特,例如,该预留域的值为11时指示共享COT;预留域的值为00或10或01时指示不共享COT,或者,该预留域的值为00或10或01时指示共享COT;预留域的值为11时指示不共享COT,本实施例对此不做限定。
在一些可选的实施例中,COT共享信息包括第一类型的COT共享信息和第二类型的COT共享信息。可选地,第一终端设备可以根据配置信息确定COT共享信息为第一类型的COT共享信息或第二类型的COT共享信息。可选地,该配置信息是网络设备配置的,或协议预设的,或其他终端设备例如具有控制权的终端设备配置的。
可选地,第一类型的COT共享信息用于指示以下信息中的至少一项:剩余COT长度、可用频域资源、信道接入优先级CAPC、COT共享标识ID和不共享COT。在该第一类型的COT共享信息中,COT共享信息可以指示不共享COT,或指示共享COT的剩余COT长度。
可选地,第二类型的COT共享信息用于指示以下信息中的至少一项:可用频域资源、信道接入优先级CAPC、COT共享标识ID、共享COT和不共享COT。在该第二类型的COT共享信息中,COT共享信息可以指示不共享COT,或共享COT。可选地,当COT共享信息指示共享COT时,剩余COT长度可以是预设值。
在一些可选的实施例中,COT共享信息还用于指示共享COT的起始位置。

在一些可选的实施例中,第一终端设备获取到的第二指示信息对应的COT共享信息与第一指示信息对应的COT共享信息用于指示相同的信息。例如第二指示信息中的COT共享信息同样可以指示剩余COT长度、可用频域资源、信道接入优先级CAPC、COT共享标识ID、共享COT和不共享COT中的至少一项。
在一些可选的实施例中,第一终端设备接收到的第一指示信息对应第一类型的COT共享信息,第一终端设备获取到的第二指示信息对应第二类型的COT共享信息。

本实施例中的无线通信方法,第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,第一终端设备根据至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息,其中,第一指示信息用于确定第一频域资源上的COT共享信息;第二指示信息用于确定第二频域资源上的COT共享信息。在本方案中,第一终端设备在接收到至少一个第一指示信息之后,可以从至少一个第一指示信息中确定第一频域资源上的COT共享信息,从而根据第一频域资源上的COT共享信息,获取包括第二频域资源上的COT共享信息的第二指示信息,第一指示信息为获取第二指示信息提供了数据支撑,从而使得第一终端设备可以转发所获取到的第二指示信息,解决了现有技术中终端设备接收到一个或多个COT共享信息,但是无法确定待转发的COT共享信息的技术空白。
在一些可选的实施例中,在COT共享信息指示不共享COT时,COT共享信息中指示不共享COT的信息域为COT共享信息中独立的信息域;或者,指示不共享COT的信息域重用COT共享信息中指示其他信息的信息域。
其中,在一种场景下,即通过COT共享信息中独立的信息域来指示不共享COT。COT共享信息中独立的信息域可以为指定的至少一个比特组成的信息域。示例性的,设定COT共享信息中独立的信息域包括一个比特,该独立的信息域的值为第一值时指示不共享COT,其中第一值可以为0、1等指定字符。当然预留域可以包括多个比特,例如,该独立的信息域的值为预设字符时,独立的信息域指示不共享COT,这里预设字符可以为“TURE”、“FULL”、“NULL”等指定字符,本实施例对此不做限定。
在另外一种场景下,即通过重用COT共享信息中指示其他信息的信息域来指示不共享COT,可以理解为,基于COT共享信息中指示其他信息的信息域的值来确定COT共享信息是否指示不共享COT。
示例性的,指示不共享COT的信息域重用COT共享信息中指示其他信息的信息域,包括以下中的至少一项:

在本实施例中,第一终端设备可以根据COT共享信息中指示CAPC的信息域,确定COT共享信息是否指示不共享COT。例如,若CAPC的信息域指示CAPC值最小,例如CAPC=1,当前COT共享信息的CAPC的优先级最高,在这种情况下,确定CAPC信息域指示不共享COT;或者,CAPC信息域指示第三预设值,CAPC信息域指示不共享COT,该第三预设值可以为CAPC=1、CAPC=2等指定字符,或者第三预设值可以为CAPC信息域中所有比特位均为0或1,本实施例对此不做限定。
指示不共享COT的信息域重用COT共享信息中指示COT共享ID的信息域,其中,当COT共享ID信息域指示的组ID与发起COT的设备被配置的组ID不同或指示第四预设值时,COT共享ID信息域指示不共享COT。
在本实施例中,第一终端设备可以根据COT共享信息中指示COT共享ID的信息域,确定COT共享信息是否指示不共享COT。例如,若COT共享ID信息域指示的组ID与发起COT的设备被配置的组ID不同,也即,第一终端设备被配置的组ID,与第一指示信息中COT共享信息COT共享ID信息域指示的组ID不同时,确定COT共享ID的信息域指示不共享COT;或者,COT共享ID的信息域指示第四预设值,COT共享ID的信息域指示不共享COT,该第四预设值可以为0、1、NULL,或者第四预设值可以为与COT共享ID的信息域中所有比特位均为0或1,本实施例对此不做限定。
在一些可选的实施例中,还可以基于多种其他信息的信息域指示COT共享信息不共享COT。示例性的,基于以上四种信息的信息域指示不共享COT的条件,若存在至少两种信息的信息域均满足上述指示COT共享信息不共享COT的条件,则确定不共享COT,本实施例对此不做限定。
在本实施例中,COT共享信息可以通过独立的信息域或者重用COT共享信息中其他信息的信息域来指示COT不共享,使得第一终端设备在接收到的第一指示信息之后,可以根据第一指示信息中的COT共享信息确定是否可以共享COT,该方法较为简单直接,减少了第一终端设备的数据处理量。
在一些可选的实施例中,第一终端设备在第一指示信息的COT共享信息指示共享COT的情况下可以通过该COT共享信息获取第二指示信息,若COT共享信息指示不共享COT,第一终端设备可以通过其他方法获取第二指示信息,在其中一个可选的实施例中,COT共享信息用于指示不共享COT,该方法还包括:
当第一终端设备接收到的至少一个第一指示信息对应的COT共享信息指示不共享COT时,第一终端设备根据第一类型信道接入方式获取第二指示信息;或者,
当第一终端设备接收到的所有第一指示信息对应的COT共享信息均指示不共享COT时,第一终端设备根据第一类型信道接入方式获取第二指示信息;
可选地,第一类型信道接入方式是第一终端设备为了传输第二指示信息使用的信道接入方式。
在本实施例中,第一终端设备接收到的是至少一个第一指示信息,第一终端设备确定各个第一指示信息中COT共享信息指示COT共享或COT不共享,若存在任意一个或至少一个第一指示信息中COT共享信息指示COT不共享,或者,第一终端设备确定接收到的所有第一指示信息中COT共享信息均指示COT不共享,在上述这三种情况下,第一终端设备均可以根据第一类型信道接入方式获取第二指示信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,第一类型信道接入方式可以为Type-1信道接入。
在这种情况下,第一终端设备根据第一类型信道接入方式获取第二指示信息,其中第二指示信息中COT共享信息的剩余COT长度信息、可用频域资源信息、CAPC信息以及COT共享ID信息中的至少一项可以为预先配置的。剩余COT长度信息还可以是根据第一类型信道接入方式确定的。
示例性的,剩余COT长度信息可以为预定义的或高层参数配置或根据第一类型信道接入方式的信道接入参数确定的;可用频域资源信息可以为根据设备传输的频域带宽确定的或高层参数配置的;CAPC信息是预定义的或高层参数配置的,例如,在设定CAPC信息的取值为1、2、3、4,取值越小,CAPC的优先级越高的场景下,CAPC信息预定义为最低优先级(P=4);COT共享ID信息是预定义的或高层参数配置的,例如,高层参数配置COT共享ID信息,其中,该COT共享ID信息为组ID信息、终端设备ID信息、业务标识信息以及SL Zone ID中任意一种,本实施例对此不做限定。
在本实施例中,在第一终端设备确定的第一指示信息中COT共享信息指示不共享COT的情况下,第一终端设备根据第一类型信道接入方式来获取第二指示信息,从而可以实现第二指示信息的转发。
在上述基于第一指示信息获取第二指示信息的场景下,在其中一个可选的实施例中,至少一个第一指示信息为至少一个有效的第一指示信息。
在本实施例中,也即,至少一个第一指示信息为至少一个有效的第一指示信息的情况下,第一终端设备才可以基于至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,有效的第一指示信息包括以下中的至少一项:

当第一目标信息包括多项信息且优先级最高的第一目标信息对应的最优信息相同时,第一目标指示信息是根据优先级次高的第一目标信息对应的最优信息从至少一个第一指示信息中确定的。
在本实施例中,以上述示例继续说明,以剩余COT长度的优先级最高说明,第一终端设备根据剩余COT长度筛选接收到的10个第一指示信息,确定存在至少两个候选第一指示信息的剩余COT长度最长且相同,在这种情况下,第一终端设备根据上述预设的优先级顺序,根据CAPC信息从至少两个候选第一指示信息中,再确定CAPC的值最大或者CAPC的优先级最低的候选第一指示信息为第一目标指示信息。若仍然存在至少两个候选第一指示信息的CAPC的优先级相同或者CAPC的值相同,在这种情况下,第一终端设备根据上述预设的优先级顺序,根据COT共享ID信息从至少两个候选第一指示信息中,确定COT共享ID信息优先级高的候选第一指示信息为第一目标指示信息,以此类推,直到确定出一个第一目标指示信息。在一些可选的实施例中,上述COT共享信息所指示的多项信息的优先级是第一终端设备自行确定的。本实施例对此不做限定。
在本实施例中,第一终端设备可以在第一目标信息存在多项信息的情况下,根据预设的信息优先级顺序以及最优信息规则,确定第一目标指示信息,从而基于第一目标指示信息获取第二指示信息,该第二指示信息的获取效率和准确率较高。

在本实施例中,第一指示信息的第一频域资源与第二指示信息的第二频域资源之间的关系不存在绝对关系,第二指示信息中的第二频域资源可继承第一频域资源的部分或全部,或者,不继承第一频域资源,从而可以优化频域资源的利用率。
在第一终端设备通过上述实施例获取到第二指示信息之后,在其中一个可选的实施例中,该方法还包括:
第一终端设备发送第二指示信息。
在一些可选的实施例中,第一终端设备通过第二频域资源发送第二指示信息。具体地,第一终端设备通过第二频域资源中的全部或部分资源发送第二指示信息。例如,第二频域资源包括RB集合0,第一终端设备通过RB集合0中的资源发送第二指示信息。又例如,第二频域资源包括RB集合0和RB集合1,第一终端设备通过RB集合0中的资源发送第二指示信息,或者,第一终端设备通过RB集合0和RB集合1中的资源发送第二指示信息。
在本实施例中,第一终端设备在获取到的第二指示信息之后,通过第二指示信息所在的第二频域资源发送第二指示信息,以完成第二指示信息的转发操作。
在本实施例中,第一终端设备在获取第二指示信息之后,基于第二指示信息中指示的第二频域资源转发第二指示信息,实现了接收到第一指示信息之后,基于第一指示信息完成第二指示信息转发的目的,解决了现有技术中终端设备无法实现转发指示信息的技术问题。
基于上述实施例给出无线通信方法,本实施例给出两个示例来进一步说明无线通信方法的适用场景。
在一些可选的实施例中,以下一个实施例为基于时域维度来说明上述无线通信方法。
在该实施例中,第一指示信息至少用于确定剩余COT长度信息和CAPC信息。具体地,第一指示信息可以使用物理层控制信息SCI来承载。示例性的,如图4所示,第一终端设备在第一个时隙上发送的SCI1中包括剩余COT长度信息和CAPC信息,其中,SCI1中的剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为6个时隙,CAPC信息指示该剩余COT对应的CAPC为3,也就是说,当待传输业务对应的CAPC的优先级高于该剩余COT对应的CAPC(或者说,待传输业务对应的CPAC取值小于或等于3)时,该待传输业务可以使用共享该剩余COT的方式传输。
第二终端设备在第二个时隙上发送的SCI2中包括剩余COT长度信息和CAPC信息,其中,SCI2中的剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为4个时隙,CAPC信息指示该剩余COT对应的CAPC为4,也就是说,当待传输业务对应的CAPC高于该剩余COT对应的CAPC(或者说,待传输业务对应的CPAC取值小于或等于4)时,该待传输业务可以使用共享该剩余COT的方式传输。
第三终端设备待发送的SCI3中也包括剩余COT长度信息和CAPC信息。当第三终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC取值等于4时,第三终端设备的待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级小于第一终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级,第三终端设备的待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级与第二终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级相同,因此,第三终端设备不能共享SCI1中指示的剩余COT,但是,第三终端设备可以继承和转发SCI2中的剩余COT长度信息和CAPC信息,如图4所示,第三终端设备可以根据其发送SCI3的时隙,确定SCI3中的剩余COT长度信息指示剩余COT长度为2个时隙,CAPC信息指示该剩余COT对应的CAPC为4。
在一些可选的实施例中,当第三终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC取值小于4时,也即,第三终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC取值为1或2或3,第三终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级高于第二终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级;第三终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级与第一终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级相同,或者,第三终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级高于第一终端设备待传输业务对应的CPAC的优先级,在这种情况下,第三终端设备既可以共享SCI1中指示的剩余COT,也可以共享SCI2中指示的剩余COT。因此,第三终端设备可以继承和转发SCI1或SCI2中的剩余COT长度信息和CAPC信息。例如,当第三终端设备选择继承和转发SCI1中的剩余COT长度信息和CAPC信息时,第三终端设备根据发送SCI3所在的时隙,确定SCI3中的剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为3个时隙,CAPC信息指示该剩余COT对应的CAPC为3。
在另外一个可选的实施例中,基于时域和频域维度来对上述无线通信方法进行解释说明。
在该实施例中,第一指示信息用于确定剩余COT长度信息和可用频域资源信息。具体地,第一指示信息可以 使用物理层控制信息SCI来承载。如图5所示,第一终端设备在RB集合#0对应的第一个时隙上发送的SCI1中包括剩余COT长度信息和可用频域资源信息,其中,SCI1中的剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为6个时隙,可用频域资源信息指示该剩余COT对应的可用频域资源为RB集合#0和RB集合#1。
第二终端设备在RB集合#2对应的第一个时隙上发送的SCI2中包括剩余COT长度信息和可用频域资源信息,其中,SCI2中的剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为4个时隙,可用频域资源信息指示该剩余COT对应的可用频域资源为RB集合#2。
第三终端设备在第二个时隙上待发送的SCI3中包括剩余COT长度信息和可用频域资源信息。如图5所示,第三终端设备根据SCI1中的第一指示信息1和SCI2中的第一指示信息2可以确定可使用共享COT方式进行传输的资源包括RB集合#0和RB集合#1中的6个时隙以及RB集合#2中的4个时隙。在一种场景下,第三终端设备以剩余COT长度信息为确定依据,第三终端设备可以根据较长的剩余COT长度信息即6个时隙确定第二指示信息,即在该情况下,SCI3中剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为5个时隙,可用频域资源信息指示该剩余COT对应的可用频域资源为RB集合#0和RB集合#1。在另外一种场景下,第三终端设备以可用频域资源信息为确定依据,第三终端设备可以根据较大的可用频域资源即3个RB集合确定第二指示信息,即在该情况下,SCI3中剩余COT长度信息用于指示剩余COT长度为3个时隙,可用频域资源信息指示该剩余COT对应的可用频域资源为RB集合#0、RB集合#1和RB集合#2。
在一些可选的实施例中,在基于剩余COT长度信息和/或可用频域资源信息为确定依据的无线通信方法中,SCI1中的第一指示信息1和SCI2中的第一指示信息2对应相同的CAPC信息和/或相同的COT共享ID信息。也即,SCI1的第一指示信息中除剩余COT长度信息和可用频域资源信息之外的其他信息,与SCI2的第二指示信息中除剩余COT长度信息和可用频域资源信息之外的其他信息相同。

关于无线通信装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于无线通信方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述无线通信装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
图8为一个实施例中终端设备的内部结构示意图。该服务器包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和收发器。 其中,处理器可为CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理单元)或DSP(Digital Signal Processing,数字信号处理器)等。存储器可包括非易失性存储介质及内存储器。非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。该计算机程序可被处理器所执行,以配合收发器用于实现以下各个实施例所提供的一种无线通信方法。内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统计算机程序提供高速缓存的运行环境。服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图8中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的服务器的限定,具体的服务器可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,存储器中存储有计算机程序,该处理器执行计算机程序时实现以下步骤:
第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,其中,第一指示信息用于确定第一频域资源上的COT共享信息;
第一终端设备根据至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息,其中,第二指示信息用于确定第二频域资源上的COT共享信息。
上述实施例提供的一种计算机设备,其实现原理和技术效果与上述方法实施例类似,在此不再赘述。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,其中,第一指示信息用于确定第一频域资源上的COT共享信息;
第一终端设备根据至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息,其中,第二指示信息用于确定第二频域资源上的COT共享信息。
上述实施例提供的一种计算机可读存储介质,其实现原理和技术效果与上述方法实施例类似,在此不再赘述。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,其中,第一指示信息用于确定第一频域资源上的COT共享信息;
第一终端设备根据至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息,其中,第二指示信息用于确定第二频域资源上的COT共享信息。
上述实施例提供的计算机程序产品,其实现原理和技术效果与上述方法实施例类似,在此不再赘述。

Claims (34)

  1. 一种无线通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,其中,所述第一指示信息用于确定第一频域资源上的信道占用时间COT共享信息;
    所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息,其中,所述第二指示信息用于确定第二频域资源上的COT共享信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述COT共享信息用于指示以下信息中的至少一项:剩余COT长度、可用频域资源、信道接入优先级CAPC、COT共享标识ID、共享COT和不共享COT。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述COT共享信息用于指示不共享COT时,所述COT共享信息中指示不共享COT的信息域为所述COT共享信息中独立的信息域;或者,
    所述指示不共享COT的信息域重用所述COT共享信息中指示其他信息的信息域。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示不共享COT的信息域重用所述COT共享信息中指示其他信息的信息域,包括以下中的至少一项:
    所述指示不共享COT的信息域重用所述COT共享信息中指示剩余COT长度的信息域,其中,当所述剩余COT长度信息域指示可用剩余COT长度的时间单元个数为0或指示第一预设值时,所述剩余COT长度信息域指示不共享COT;
    所述指示不共享COT的信息域重用所述COT共享信息中指示可用频域资源的信息域,其中,当所述可用频域资源信息域指示无可用频域资源或指示第二预设值时,所述可用频域资源信息域指示不共享COT;
    所述指示不共享COT的信息域重用所述COT共享信息中指示CAPC的信息域,其中,当所述CAPC信息域指示CAPC值最小或指示第三预设值时,所述CAPC信息域指示不共享COT;
    所述指示不共享COT的信息域重用所述COT共享信息中指示COT共享ID的信息域,其中,当所述COT共享ID信息域指示的组ID与发起COT的设备被配置的组ID不同或指示第四预设值时,所述COT共享ID信息域指示不共享COT。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下中的至少一项:
    所述剩余COT长度用于指示所述COT共享信息对应的时隙开始,COT内剩余的时间单元个数;
    所述可用频域资源用于指示在所述剩余COT长度内可用的频域资源;
    所述CAPC用于指示共享所述剩余COT长度内的资源进行传输对应的CAPC信息;
    所述COT共享ID用于指示可共享所述剩余COT长度内的资源进行传输的设备。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述COT共享信息用于指示不共享COT,所述方法还包括:
    当所述第一终端设备接收到的至少一个所述第一指示信息对应的COT共享信息指示不共享COT时,所述第一终端设备根据第一类型信道接入方式获取所述第二指示信息;或者,
    当所述第一终端设备接收到的所有所述第一指示信息对应的COT共享信息均指示不共享COT时,所述第一终端设备根据第一类型信道接入方式获取所述第二指示信息;
    其中,所述第一类型信道接入方式是所述第一终端设备为了传输所述第二指示信息使用的信道接入方式。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个第一指示信息为至少一个有效的第一指示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述有效的第一指示信息包括以下中的至少一项:
    满足处理时间条件的第一指示信息;
    支持被转发的第一指示信息;
    对应COT共享信息中至少一项信息为有效值的第一指示信息;
    指示共享COT的第一指示信息;
    指示剩余COT长度的时间单元个数不为0的第一指示信息;
    指示可用频域资源位置为有效值的第一指示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息,包括:
    所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息中的一个第一指示信息获取所述第二指示信息;或者,
    所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息中的多个第一指示信息获取所述第二指示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息中的一个第一指示信息获取所述第二指示信息,包括:
    所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息中的第一目标指示信息获取所述第二指示信息,其中,所述第二指示信息对应的COT共享信息中的第一信息是根据所述第一目标指示信息对应的COT共享信息中的第一信息获取的,所述第一信息包括COT共享信息中的至少一项信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一目标指示信息是根据第一目标信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的,其中,所述第一目标信息是根据所述第一信息确定的;和/或,
    所述第一目标指示信息为所述至少一个第一指示信息中最先收到的第一指示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一目标信息是根据所述第一信息确定的,包括:
    所述第一目标信息为所述第一信息中预设的信息;或者,
    当所述第一信息包括COT共享信息中的一项信息时,所述第一目标信息为所述第一信息;或者,
    当所述第一信息包括COT共享信息中的多项信息时,所述第一目标信息是根据所述第一信息的优先级确定的信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一信息包括剩余COT长度、可用频域资源、信道接入优先级CAPC和COT共享标识ID中的至少两项时,所述第一信息的优先级包括以下情况中的至少一种:
    剩余COT长度的优先级高于可用频域资源;
    剩余COT长度的优先级高于CAPC;
    剩余COT长度的优先级高于COT共享ID;
    CAPC的优先级高于剩余COT长度;
    CAPC的优先级高于可用频域资源;
    CAPC的优先级高于COT共享ID;
    COT共享ID的优先级高于可用频域资源。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一目标指示信息是根据第一目标信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的,包括以下情况中的一种:
    当所述第一目标信息包括一项信息时,所述第一目标指示信息是根据所述第一目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的;
    当所述第一目标信息包括多项信息时,所述第一目标指示信息是根据优先级最高的第一目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的;
    当所述第一目标信息包括多项信息且优先级最高的第一目标信息对应的最优信息相同时,所述第一目标指示信息是根据优先级次高的第一目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一目标信息对应的最优信息包括以下情况中的至少一种:
    当所述第一目标信息为剩余COT长度时,所述第一目标信息对应的最优信息为指示可用剩余COT长度最长的剩余COT长度信息;
    当所述第一目标信息为可用频域资源时,所述第一目标信息对应的最优信息为指示可用频域资源最宽的可用频域资源信息;
    当所述第一目标信息为CAPC时,所述第一目标信息对应的最优信息为指示CAPC值最大或指示CPPC优先级最低的CAPC信息;
    当所述第一目标信息为COT共享ID时,所述第一目标信息对应的最优信息是根据COT共享ID的优先级确定的优先级最高的COT共享ID信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述COT共享ID的优先级包括以下情况中的至少一种:
    指示组ID的COT共享ID信息的优先级高于指示目标终端ID的COT共享ID信息的优先级;
    指示组ID的COT共享ID信息的优先级高于指示业务标识信息的COT共享ID信息的优先级;
    指示侧行区域ID的COT共享ID信息优先级高于指示目标终端ID的COT共享ID信息的优先级;
    指示侧行区域ID的COT共享ID信息优先级高于指示业务标识信息的COT共享ID信息的优先级。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息中的多个 第一指示信息获取所述第二指示信息,包括:
    所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息中的第二目标指示信息和第三目标指示信息获取所述第二指示信息,其中,所述第二指示信息对应的COT共享信息中的第二信息是根据所述第二目标指示信息对应的COT共享信息中的第二信息获取的,所述第二指示信息对应的COT共享信息中的第三信息是根据所述第三目标指示信息对应的COT共享信息中的第三信息获取的,所述第二信息包括COT共享信息中的至少一项信息,所述第三信息包括COT共享信息中的至少一项信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息中包括的信息与所述第三信息中包括的信息不同。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二目标指示信息是根据第二目标信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的,其中,所述第二目标信息是根据所述第二信息确定的;和/或,
    所述第三目标指示信息是根据第三目标信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的,其中,所述第三目标信息是根据所述第三信息确定的;和/或,
    所述第二目标指示信息和所述第三目标指示信息是通过相同的时间单元收到的第一指示信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二目标信息是根据所述第二信息确定的,包括:
    所述第二目标信息为所述第二信息中预设的信息;或者,
    当所述第二信息包括COT共享信息中的一项信息时,所述第二目标信息为所述第二信息;或者,
    当所述第二信息包括COT共享信息中的多项信息时,所述第二目标信息是根据所述第二信息的优先级确定的信息。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二目标指示信息是根据第二目标信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的,包括以下情况中的一种:
    当所述第二目标信息包括一项信息时,所述第二目标指示信息是根据所述第二目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的;或者,
    当所述第二目标信息包括多项信息时,所述第二目标指示信息是根据优先级最高的第二目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的;或者,
    当所述第二目标信息包括多项信息且优先级最高的第二目标信息对应的最优信息相同时,所述第二目标指示信息是根据优先级次高的第二目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的。
  22. 根据权利要求19至21中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三目标信息是根据所述第三信息确定的,包括:
    所述第三目标信息为所述第三信息中预设的信息;或者,
    当所述第三信息包括COT共享信息中的一项信息时,所述第三目标信息为所述第三信息;或者,
    当所述第三信息包括COT共享信息中的多项信息时,所述第三目标信息是根据所述第三信息的优先级确定的信息。
  23. 根据权利要求19至22中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三目标指示信息是根据第三目标信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的,包括以下情况中的一种:
    当所述第三目标信息包括一项信息时,所述第三目标指示信息是根据所述第三目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的;或者,
    当所述第三目标信息包括多项信息时,所述第三目标指示信息是根据优先级最高的第三目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的;或者,
    当所述第三目标信息包括多项信息且优先级最高的第三目标信息对应的最优信息相同时,所述第三目标指示信息是根据优先级次高的第三目标信息对应的最优信息从所述至少一个第一指示信息中确定的。
  24. 根据权利要求9至23中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备接收第一配置信息,所述第一配置信息用于配置根据一个或多个所述第一指示信息获取所述第二指示信息。
  25. 根据权利要求1至24中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息承载于物理层控制信息SCI中;和/或,所述第二指示信息承载于SCI中。
  26. 根据权利要求1至25中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一频域资源和所述第二频域资源在频域上完全重叠;或者,
    所述第一频域资源在频域上为所述第二频域资源的子集;或者,
    所述第二频域资源在频域上为所述第一频域资源的子集;或者,
    所述第一频域资源和所述第二频域资源在频域上部分重叠;或者,
    所述第一频域资源和所述第二频域资源在频域上完全不重叠。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述COT共享信息用于指示可用频域资源,其中,
    所述第一指示信息对应的所述COT共享信息用于指示所述第一频域资源;和/或,
    所述第二指示信息对应的所述COT共享信息用于指示所述第二频域资源。
  28. 根据权利要求1至27中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,包括:
    所述第一终端设备接收第二终端设备发送的至少一个第一指示信息;和/或,
    所述第一终端设备接收网络设备发送的至少一个第一指示信息。
  29. 根据权利要求1至28中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端设备发送所述第二指示信息。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备发送所述第二指示信息,包括:
    所述第一终端设备通过所述第二频域资源发送所述第二指示信息。
  31. 一种无线通信装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于第一终端设备接收至少一个第一指示信息,其中,所述第一指示信息用于确定第一频域资源上的COT共享信息;
    获取模块,用于所述第一终端设备根据所述至少一个第一指示信息获取第二指示信息,其中,所述第二指示信息用于确定第二频域资源上的COT共享信息。
  32. 一种终端设备,包括:处理器、存储器和收发器,所述处理器、所述存储器和所述收发器通过内部连接通路互相通信,其特征在于,
    所述存储器,用于存储程序代码;
    所述处理器,用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,以配合所述收发器实现权利要求1至30中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  33. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至30中任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  34. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,其特征在于,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至30中任一项所述的方法的步骤。
