Description

一种木地板塌陷修补装置及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种装修工具领域,尤其涉及一种木地板塌陷修补装置及方法。
背景技术
家用木地板已广泛使用,木地板本体由实木或复合板制成,木地板本体,通过龙骨支撑,架在混凝土地板之上,21世纪初,龙骨多为木制,没有完善的防腐处理。早期家用木地板的龙骨在经过多年使用,特别是经历过泡水或霉变过程的龙骨,容易出现腐坏和变形,使用中,人员踩踏会加剧腐坏的龙骨变形。在木地板本体还没有出现明显断裂损坏情况下,仅局部龙骨变形就会引起木地板表面出现塌陷。
发明内容
针对上述地板塌陷问题,常规修复方式,需要将整个房间的木地板全部拆掉,更换龙骨和地板,这样的修补方式费时费力,浪费建材、污染环境。为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种木地板塌陷修补装置,包括填充物、袋体和袋口,所述袋体可以通过施放孔进入木地板与地面之间,所述袋体被填充物撑大后,水平方向上的最大宽度大于施放孔,构成袋体的材料,不具有弹性,使袋体表面积不随填充物的装入而产生明显变化,填充物经由施放孔通过袋口进入袋体,把袋体撑大起到顶起木地板修复塌陷的作用。
作为优选,在所述袋口上设置至少1条牵引线。
作为优选,所述填充物为固态颗粒、气体、液体三类中的任一类或几类的组合。
作为优选,所述填充物为可凝固流体。
作为优选,所述袋体为棒状,用于为木地板提供线型支撑。
作为优选,所述袋体的末端连接有磁性部件。
作为优选,所述袋体的末端还设置有第二袋口。
作为优选,所述磁性部件表面光滑,没有棱角以便于沿木地板下表面运动。
作为优选,所述磁性部件和第二袋口,可以从第二施放孔取出。
本发明还提供一种使用上述木地板塌陷修补装置进行木地板塌陷修补的方法,包括以下步骤:
一、将磁性部件和袋体通过第一施放孔放入木地板与地面之间;
二、通过木地板上表面的磁体吸引装置中的磁性部件,将磁性部件吸引到第二施放孔;
三、将第二袋口引导到第二施放孔附近;
四、将第一袋口和第二袋口分别与泵连接,完成填充物灌入;
五、调节填充物容量使木地板离地面高度与周边木地板一致,封上第一袋口和第二袋口。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在木地板本体下设置修补装置,达到支撑木地板本体的作用,通过调节填充物的用量,能灵活调节木地板高度以达到修复塌陷,同时,经过上述修复,能避免修复处再次因龙骨损坏而造成塌陷,本方法不需要整屋更换木地板,成本低,不产生额外的垃圾污染环境;同时,本发明提供的修补装置,可以由用户自行施工完成修复,操作方便,不需要聘请其他人员入户施工。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明提供的木地板塌陷修补装置,包括填充物、袋体和袋口。使用前,先在木地板本体上开设一个小孔,作为施放孔(如图4中41所示),通过施放孔施工的有益效果是,不需要将整块木地板本体从与之相邻的木地板上取下,因为木地板本体之间,是通过卡扣等方式相互连接,将其中一块地板拆掉后,再重新拼装时,往往不容易再重新通过卡扣的方式固定成原样,而需要拆掉相邻的若干块木地板后再将这若干块地板重新拼装回去,操作复杂,不便于用户自行操作。而通过施放孔,可以不需要拆开和重新拼装塌陷处附近的所有地板。
为解决将支撑物通过孔径很小的施放孔放入木地板本体与地面之间的问题,本发明提供了一种袋体,袋体因其可折叠可变形,可以从孔径很小的施放孔放入木地板本体与地面之间,而进入木地板本体与地面之间之后,将袋口留置在靠近施放孔的位置,便于下一步灌入填充物。
为解决袋口容易随袋体一同进入施放孔,或袋口在施放过程中远离施放孔,导致灌填充物不方便的问题。本发明在袋口处连接引导线,在将本装置的填充物、袋体通过施放孔放入木地板本体与地面之间时,引导线的一端留木地板本体外面,设置引导线的好处在于,若在施工过程中,袋口远离施放孔导致向袋体加灌入填充物不方便时,可以通过拉动留置在木地板本体外面的引导线,将袋口拉到施放孔附近,便于后续步骤施工。
可以通过滞留在施放孔外的袋口向已进入木地板与地面之间的袋体中灌入填充物,通过加压的方式灌入填充物,随填充物的逐步灌入,袋体从进入施放孔时的压缩折叠形态,逐步被填充物撑大,逐步在水平方向上伸展,因构成袋体材料不具有明显弹性,当袋体在水平方向上的伸展达到最大时,继续灌入填充物,将使袋体在垂直于地面的方向上发生伸展,达到支撑塌陷的木地板本体的作用,继续灌入填充物,塌陷的木地板本体将被撑起,当塌陷的木地板本体达到合适高度时,停止灌入填充物并封上袋口,完成修复工作。
木地板本体与地面之间的袋体在水平方向上的最大宽度大于施放孔,能达到防止袋体从施放孔中挤出,影响支撑的有益效果。
填充物的选择应与袋体材料的选择相匹配,使填充物不会从袋体中泄露。例如选择固体颗粒物为填充物时,袋体的孔径应小于固体颗粒物的尺寸;选择气体、液体等流体做为填充物时,袋体材料应相应选择气密性材料。
袋体可以折叠且不具有弹性,当灌入填充物时,袋体体积变大而表面积不随填充物的装入而产生明显变化,才能起到支撑木地板修复塌陷的作用。
实施例二
图2为木地板塌陷修复装置放入地板下的示意图。如图所示,6为地面,2为已放入木地板本体与地面之间但还没灌入填充物的折叠状态的条状袋体,7为外加磁体,8为连接在第二袋口上的磁性部件,41为第二施放孔。
实施例1中的装置,存在下述问题,袋体对木地板塌陷处的支撑力,作用于施放口附近的小块区域,作用面积小,支撑效果有限,为增大接触页面,采用饼状袋体时,灌入固体颗粒或粘稠的流体/半流体填充物时,灌入阻力大。
灌入阻力的来源有几方面,一是由于木地板本体对压力,二是由于袋体从折叠形状伸展为球状、锥状、柱状、饼状时的伸展过程和与之相关的摩擦力带来的阻力,三是与袋体充分伸展后的体积大小有关,体积越大,充分伸展需要的阻力越大,四是与充分伸展后袋体末端与施放孔的距离有关,充分伸展后袋体末端与施放孔的距离越大,填充物运动到末端要克服的阻力越多。
综合考虑灌入阻力产生的原因,本发明提供了一种棒状的袋体,棒状的袋体在袋体体积相当的前提下,能让袋体末端尽可能远离施放孔,且对木地板本体提供线型的支撑接触面,支撑比点状支撑更加稳固。
为帮助控制袋体进入木地板本体与地面之间后,棒状袋体末端的走向,可以在袋体末端设置磁性部件,通过在木地板上表面的外加磁体,对磁性部件进行吸引,通过人为控制外加磁体的位置,将磁性部件引导到用户希望的方向,因磁性部件与袋体末端相连,可以达到控 制袋体末端走向的作用。
调整好袋体走向后,再向袋体中灌入填充物,后续步骤参照实施例1,以完成修复施工。
装置中的磁性部件,其表面应比较光滑,没有明显棱角,以便于沿木地板下表面运动
实施例三
实施例2中,通过磁性吸引的方式控制磁性部件的走向,其缺点是磁性吸引作用力弱,当袋体运动阻力大时,调整走向困难,且当灌入填充物后,原设定的走向可能发生偏转。本实施例提供的装置,磁性部件与袋体末端通过长线相连,使用时,在预定方向上开出第二施放孔,将磁性部件放入木地板本体下方后,通过外加磁体将磁性部件吸引到第二施放孔,将磁性部件拉出,并拉动磁性部件的连线,将袋体末端拉到预定方向。
为防止木地板下表面环境复杂,可以设置多个磁性部件分别与袋体末端通过长线相连,这样,任一个磁性部件被外加磁体吸引到都可以顺利完成修复施工,且在施工过程中,如长线被拉断,可以寻找其它磁性部件,并用外加磁体吸引到第二施放孔。
上述装置的有益效果为,地面与木地板本体的距离本来就不远,且塌陷处地面与木地板本体的距离更近,使用位于木地板本体上表面的外加磁体与本装置上的磁性部件相配合,能起到引导磁性部件运动的作用。
作为优选,可以在袋体末端设置第二袋口,用于排出袋体中的空气、也可以通过在第二袋口接低压泵的方式,与第一袋口的压力泵相配合,促进填充物对袋体的填充。当填充物为砂子等固体颗粒时,第一袋口和第二袋口可以同时对袋体灌入填充物提高效率。灌入合适数量的填充物后,将所有袋口封闭,完成修补。
为防止施工完成后,袋体在后续日常使用中损坏影响修复效果,可以选用可凝固流体(如水泥)作为填充物。施工时,灌入流体状的水泥,等施工完毕后,水泥凝固,即使袋体损坏也不会影响修复效果。修复后的效果示意图,如图3所示,图中,3为第一袋口,31为第二袋口。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种木地板塌陷修补装置,其特征在于,所述填充物为固态颗粒、气体、液体三类中的任一类或几类的组合。
