The information processing unit 42 performs information processing for estimating the degree of interest of the infant A. The information processing unit 42 is implemented by, for example, a microcomputer, but may be implemented by a processor. The information processing unit 42 has an acquisition unit 44, an estimation unit 45, and an output unit 46 as functional components. The functions of the acquisition unit 44 , the estimation unit 45 , and the output unit 46 are realized by, for example, executing a computer program stored in the storage unit 43 by a microcomputer, processor, or the like that constitutes the information processing unit 42 . Detailed functions of the acquisition unit 44, the estimation unit 45, and the output unit 46 will be described later.
記憶部43は、例えば、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)などによって実現される。 The storage unit 43 is a storage device that stores computer programs executed by the information processing unit 42 and various types of information used for performing the above information processing. The storage unit 43 is implemented by, for example, an HDD (Hard Disk Drive).
[Scheduled information and actual information]
The interest degree estimation system 10 estimates the degree of interest of the infant A in each of a plurality of genres related to the behavior using the schedule information indicating the schedule of the behavior of the infant A and the performance information indicating the performance of the behavior of the infant A. do. The schedule information and performance information will be described below.
First, I will explain the schedule information. The schedule information is, in other words, plan information, and is information indicating the schedule (plan) of infant A's behavior. The schedule information is generated based on an input operation to the first information terminal 20 by at least one of the infant A and the guardian B. In addition, the schedule information includes information obtained in relation to the input of the schedule (information indicating the required time until the candidate is selected, information indicating whether or not the candidate was selected as the final candidate, etc., which will be described later). included.
For example, the control unit 23 of the first information terminal 20 executes a first application program (hereinafter, also referred to as a first application) dedicated to the interest level estimation system 10 to display the schedule information input screen on the display unit 22. display.
The following describes the input operation procedure for inputting schedule information and performance information, and examples of input screens. FIG. 2 is a flow chart showing the procedure of an input operation. 3 to 9 are diagrams showing examples of input screens.
In the following description, the input operation for inputting the schedule information is described as being performed by the guardian B, but may be performed by the infant A. At least one of the infant A and the guardian B may perform the input operation.
First, the display unit 22 of the first information terminal 20 displays a first input screen as shown in FIG. While such a first input screen is displayed, the infant A and the guardian B discuss what kind of action the infant A wishes to perform during the target period of the next day. The target period is, for example, a period of about one hour in length, but the length of the target period is not particularly limited. Based on the result of the discussion, the parent B selects a candidate action that the infant A wishes to perform during the target period, and the operation accepting unit 21 accepts such a selection operation (S11). Specifically, the guardian B can display an option display screen (second input screen) as shown in FIG. 4 by tapping the icon labeled "select" in FIG. can. Guardian B selects a candidate action that infant A wishes to perform from the displayed options. For example, several tens to fifty kinds of options are prepared. Guardian B can also freely input an action that does not exist in the options.
In step S11, for example, a plurality of candidates (specifically, a predetermined number or more) are selected. The predetermined number is, for example, three. At this time, the control unit 23 records the required time until each of the plurality of candidates is selected (S12). The time required until the first candidate is selected is the time from the display of the first input screen to the selection of the first candidate, and the time until the second candidate is selected. The required time is the time from when the first candidate is selected until when the second candidate is selected.
(S13)。 When the candidate selection operation is completely accepted, the display unit 22 displays a third input screen as shown in FIG. When such a third input screen is displayed, among the plurality of candidates, the infant A discusses the action that the infant A particularly wants to carry out during the target period of the next day. Parent B performs a selection operation for selecting the final candidate based on the result of the discussion, and the operation receiving unit 21 receives such a selection operation (S13).
In step S13, for example, the predetermined number of final candidates are selected. In the example of FIG. 5, three actions are selected as the final candidates from the five action candidates of "TV", "Kazuno study", "Oekaki", "Kouen ni iku", and "Building".
(S14)。 When the selection operation for the final candidate has been accepted, the display unit 22 displays a fourth input screen as shown in FIG. While such a fourth input screen is displayed, Infant A and Parent B discuss the scheduled execution order of the final candidates (three actions) in the target period. Based on the result of the discussion, the guardian B performs an operation of designating the scheduled execution order of the determined final candidates in the target period, and the operation receiving unit 21 receives such a designating operation (S14).
When the operation for designating the scheduled implementation order is completed, the fifth input screen as shown in FIG. 7 is displayed on the display unit 22 . While such a fifth input screen is displayed, the infant A and the guardian B discuss the time allocation of the final candidates (three actions) in the target period. Based on the result of the discussion, the guardian B performs an operation of designating the time allocation of the determined final candidates in the target period, and the operation accepting unit 21 accepts such an operation of specifying (S15). As shown in FIG. 7, the time allocation specification operation is, for example, an operation on a triangular icon displayed on the fifth input screen. The designation of the time allocation is performed with a minimum unit of about 5 to 10 minutes.
(S16)。 When the acceptance of the time allocation designation operation is completed, the display unit 22 displays a sixth input screen as shown in FIG. While such a sixth input screen is displayed, infant A and guardian B discuss the start time of the target period. Based on the result of the discussion, the guardian B performs an operation for specifying the start time of the target period, and the operation accepting unit 21 accepts such an operation for specifying (S16).
Next, the control unit 23 generates schedule information for the infant A based on the input operations accepted in steps S11 to S16, and stores the generated schedule information in the storage unit 24 (S17). FIG. 10 is a diagram showing an example of schedule information (and performance information). As shown in FIG. 10, in the schedule information, the scheduled implementation date (the day after the scheduled information is entered), (a) a candidate for the action selected on the scheduled implementation date, (b) the candidate (c) whether or not it was selected as the final candidate; (d) the scheduled implementation order of the final candidate; and (e) the scheduled implementation time of the final candidate. It should be noted that the scheduled execution time is determined by the operation for specifying the time allocation described above. Moreover, as will be described later, the schedule information is associated with the performance information.
After that, at a predetermined time (for example, 10 minutes before) the start time of the target period specified in step S16, the control unit 23 outputs an alarm sound from the speaker (S18). The control unit 23 may vibrate the first information terminal 20 using a vibration motor (not shown) included in the first information terminal 20 instead of or in addition to the alarm sound.
In addition, the control unit 23 causes the display unit 22 to display the input screen for performance information, which is the input screen shown in FIG.
When infant A actually performs one of the three final candidate behaviors scheduled the day before, guardian B performs a selection operation to select one behavior to be performed through the input screen of FIG. Tap the icon labeled "Start Activity". In addition, the guardian B taps the icon described as "end of activity" when ending implementation of the selected action. The operation reception unit 21 receives these input operations (S19), the control unit 23 generates performance information based on the received input operations, and stores the generated performance information in association with the schedule information (S20). ). As shown in FIG. 10, in the performance information, (f) the order in which the action of the final candidate was actually performed and (g) the time in which the action of the final candidate was actually performed are associated. there is
As explained above, Parent B can input schedule information and performance information through the first information terminal 20 . The input of schedule information and performance information (a series of processes shown in FIG. 2) is performed daily, and the schedule information and performance information are accumulated in the storage unit 24 . As will be described later, the accumulated schedule information and performance information are transmitted to the interest level estimation device 40 by the communication unit 25 .
It should be noted that the control unit 23, when a predetermined operation is performed on the first information terminal 20 (operation reception unit 21) that is executing the first application, changes the schedule and performance of the action indicated by the schedule information. The display unit 22 can display a comparison screen in which the results of the actions indicated by the information are arranged. FIG. 11 is a diagram showing an example of a comparison screen. In FIG. 11, the upper part shows the action plan, and the lower part shows the action result. According to such a comparison screen, the infant A and the guardian B can look back on how the performance of the behavior was compared to the schedule of the behavior.
Further, the control unit 23 inputs the schedule information and the performance information when a predetermined operation is performed on the first information terminal 20 (operation reception unit 21) that is executing the first application. It is possible to display calendar information indicating whether or not it has been completed by date. FIG. 12 is a diagram showing an example of calendar information. In the example of FIG. 12, a star-shaped stamp is affixed to a date (corresponding to the date in FIG. 10) on which schedule information and performance information are input, and a day on which schedule information and performance information are not input. is not stamped. According to such calendar information, the interest level estimation system 10 can increase the willingness of the infant A and the guardian B to input the schedule information and the performance information.
By the way, it is assumed that the schedule information will be entered while talking between Infant A and Parent B before going to bed on the day before the action is actually performed. Therefore, when the time zone before going to bed (for example, the time zone after 21:00 and before 24:00) arrives while the first application is being executed, the control unit 23 automatically transitions from the normal mode to the night mode. good. In the night mode, the control unit 23 lowers the brightness of the display unit 22 and lowers the output sound volume of the speaker 26 than in the normal mode. This prevents the input of schedule information and performance information from interfering with sleep.
[Estimated motion]
An estimation operation for estimating the degree of interest of the infant A will be described using the schedule information and performance information input as described above. FIG. 13 is a flowchart of the operation of estimating the degree of interest.
First, the communication unit 41 of the degree-of-interest estimation device 40 receives, from the first information terminal 20, schedule information indicating the schedule of behavior of the infant A and performance information indicating the performance of the behavior of the infant A (S21). The processing unit 42 stores the received schedule information and performance information in the storage unit 43 (S22). The schedule information and the performance information are, for example, periodically transmitted from the first information terminal 20 to the interest degree estimation device 40, but may be transmitted irregularly. The storage unit 43 stores (accumulates) schedule information and performance information for at least a predetermined period, and the degree of interest of the infant A is estimated based on the schedule information and performance information for the predetermined period. The predetermined period is, for example, one month, but may be one week, and is not particularly limited.
After step S22, the communication section 41 receives the conversion parameter information from the second information terminal 30 (S23), and the information processing section 42 stores the received conversion parameter information in the storage section 43 (S24). First, conversion parameter information will be described. FIG. 14 is a diagram showing an example of conversion parameter information.
As will be described later, after the interest level estimation system 10 estimates the second interest level of the infant A for each of a plurality of actions (that is, the interest level for each action), the estimation unit 45 estimates the second interest level as It converts into the first degree of interest of infant A for each of a plurality of genres (that is, the degree of interest for each genre). The conversion parameter information is information used for this conversion. is information (for example, table information) indicating coefficients (parameters) for conversion to . Conversion parameter information is, in other words, information indicating to what extent a certain action applies to each of a plurality of genres.
The multiple genres here are, for example, Japanese, arithmetic, science, and social studies, but these genres are just one example. For example, the number of multiple genres may be three or less, or may be five or more. Also, the plurality of genres may be genres that are different from the learning fields (learning subjects), such as right-brain and left-brain.
The conversion parameter information is manually input to the second information terminal 30 by Teacher C. That is, the relationship between the behavior and the genre indicated by the conversion parameter information is based on Teacher C's subjective evaluation. For example, the control unit 33 of the second information terminal 30 inputs conversion parameter information to the display unit 32 by executing a second application program (hereinafter also referred to as a second application) dedicated to the degree of interest estimation system 10. display the screen. While the input screen is displayed, the operation accepting unit 31 accepts from the teacher C an input operation of the conversion parameter information (in the example of FIG. 14, the numerical values 1 to 5 in the table). The transformation parameter information input in this way is transmitted to the degree-of-interest estimation device 40 by the communication unit 35 .
The conversion parameter information described above, when input by teacher C, reflects the characteristics of the kindergarten classroom that infant A attends (the school to which teacher C belongs) and the class content of the kindergarten classroom. . In other words, the conversion parameter information is different for each kindergarten classroom.
Next, the acquisition unit 44 acquires the schedule information and performance information of the infant A for the predetermined period from the storage unit 43 (S25). (S26). For example, the second degree of interest S of infant A in a certain action is estimated based on the following equation. The second degree of interest S has a value of 0 or more, and the higher the value, the higher the interest.
  S=wa・Sa+wb・Sb+wc・Sc+wd・Sd
               +we・Se+wf・Sf+wg・Sg
S=wa*Sa+wb*Sb+wc*Sc+wd*Sd
+we Se + wf Sf + wg Sg
Sa to Sg in the above formula mean the scores corresponding to the items (a) to (g) in FIG. 10, all of which are positive values. The maximum and minimum values of Sa to Sg are set to the same value.
For example, the score Sa is a score based on the cumulative number of times a certain action is selected as a candidate in a predetermined period, and the higher the cumulative number, the higher the score. In other words, the score Sa becomes a higher value for behaviors that are more likely to be selected by the infant A as candidates.
The score Sb is a score based on the cumulative value of the time required to be selected as a candidate, and the smaller the cumulative value, the higher the value. That is, the score Sb takes a higher value as the behavior that the infant A selects as a candidate without hesitation.
The score Sc is a score based on the cumulative number of times a certain action has been selected as the final candidate in a predetermined period, and the higher the cumulative number of times, the higher the value. In other words, the score Sc becomes a higher value as the behavior is more likely to be selected by the infant A as a final candidate.
The score Sd is a score based on the average value of the scheduled implementation order, and the smaller the average scheduled implementation order, the higher the score. That is, the score Sd has a higher value as the action that the infant A is more likely to anticipate first.
The score Se is a score based on the cumulative value of the scheduled implementation time, and the larger the cumulative value, the higher the score. That is, the score Se takes a higher value the longer the action scheduled for the infant A is.
The score Sf is a score based on the average value of the implementation order, and the smaller the average implementation order, the higher the score. That is, the score Sf has a higher value as the action is easier for the infant A to perform first.
The score Sg is a score based on the cumulative value of implementation time, and the larger the cumulative value, the higher the score. That is, the score Sg becomes a higher value as the action performed by the infant A for a longer time.
Also, wa to wg are weights for the scores Sa to Sg and are basically positive values, but may be 0. In other words, the second degree of interest S may be calculated using at least some of the scores Sa to Sg, and it is not essential to be calculated using all of the scores Sa to Sg. Also, wa to wg may be negative values. The values of wa to wg may be appropriately set empirically or experimentally. For example, while the score Sa is a score based on the cumulative number of times selected as a candidate, the score Sc is a score based on the cumulative number of times selected as a final candidate, the score Sc is higher than the score Sa. The degree of influence on the degree of bi-interest S is considered to be high. In such a case, wc>wa is set.
Next, the acquisition unit 44 acquires the conversion parameter information from the storage unit 43 (S27), and the estimation unit 45 converts the second degree-of-interest information obtained in step S26 to the It is converted into single-interest degree information (S28). That is, the estimation unit 45 estimates the first interest level of the infant A for each of the plurality of genres based on the estimated second interest level and the acquired conversion parameter information. FIG. 15 is a diagram for explaining a method of converting the second degree-of-interest information into the first degree-of-interest information.
The estimation unit 45 calculates each numerical value (that is, the second degree of interest) in the column of the second degree of interest in the second degree of interest information in (a) of FIG. By multiplying each numerical value (coefficient) in the column of "Japanese language" and totaling the numerical values after the multiplication, the first degree of interest in "Japanese language" can be calculated. Similarly, the estimation unit 45 calculates a first interest level for each of "mathematics", "science", and "social", and normalizes the calculated first interest. As a result, as shown in (c) of FIG. 15, the first interest level information indicating the first interest level of the infant A for each of the plurality of genres is obtained. That is, the estimation unit 45 can convert the second degree-of-interest information (second degree of interest) into first degree-of-interest information (first degree of interest).
The output unit 46 outputs the first level-of-interest information obtained in step S28 (S29), and causes the communication unit 41 to transmit the output first level-of-interest information to the second information terminal 30 (S30). The communication unit 35 of the second information terminal 30 receives the first degree-of-interest information, and the control unit 33 causes the display unit 32 to display an image showing the received first degree-of-interest information. FIG. 16 is a diagram showing an example of an image showing the first degree-of-interest information.
In this way, if the interest level of infant A for each genre (learning field) is displayed on the display unit 32, teacher C can grasp the interest level of infant A and use it for teaching infant A. In other words, the interest level estimation system 10 can assist the teacher C in grasping the interest level of the infant A by providing the interest level for the genre. The teacher C, who has received the level of interest in the genre corresponding to the superordinate concept of behavior, is more likely to set educational guidelines for the child A than in the case of receiving the level of interest in the behavior. For example, when comparing the case where the information that the information that is interested in playing with blocks is provided and the case where the information that the information that is interested in mathematics is provided, Teacher C thinks that the latter is the educational guideline (what kind of teaching materials). should be prepared) is easy to set up.
Note that in step S30, the communication unit 41 may transmit the first degree-of-interest information to the first information terminal 20 instead of or in addition to the second information terminal 30. In this case, the communication unit 25 of the first information terminal 20 receives the first degree-of-interest information, and the control unit 23 causes the display unit 22 to display an image showing the received first degree-of-interest information.
In this way, if the interest level of infant A for each genre (learning field) is displayed on the display unit 22, parent B of infant A can grasp the interest level of infant A. In other words, the interest level estimation system 10 can assist the guardian B in understanding the interest level of the infant A by providing the interest level for the genre. A parent who receives an interest level for a genre corresponding to a higher concept of behavior is more likely to set educational guidelines for the infant A than when receiving an interest level for the behavior. For example, when parents provided information that they were interested in playing with blocks and provided information that they were interested in mathematics, Parent B was more likely to receive educational guidelines (what kind of educational guidelines). (e.g., should I prepare teaching materials, etc.).
Also, in the estimation operation described above, the acquisition unit 44 acquires both the schedule information and the performance information, but the acquisition unit 44 may acquire at least the schedule information. That is, only the schedule information may be used where both the schedule information and the performance information are used in the above embodiment.
Also, the formula used for estimating the second degree of interest in the above estimation operation is an example, and the formula for estimating the second degree of interest may be empirically or experimentally determined as appropriate. A machine learning model may also be used to estimate the second degree of interest. Such a machine learning model receives schedule information and performance information (at least schedule information) as input and outputs second degree-of-interest information. The machine learning model can construct, as learning data, schedule information and performance information (at least schedule information) to which the subjective evaluation result of the degree of interest for each action is assigned as a correct label.

Further, for example, the conversion parameter information is input to the second information terminal 30 by the teacher of the kindergarten classroom that the child A attends, and the acquisition unit 44 acquires the conversion information based on the input operation to the second information terminal 30 by the teacher C. get.
