本发明属于动物实验器材技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种可收集小动物排泄物的睡眠剥夺装置。
背景技术
充足的睡眠是维持机体各项生理功能有序运作的重要条件之一,短期或长期睡眠不足会引起机体生理功能紊乱,其中包括肠道菌群、代谢、废物排泄等功能,通过对机体排泄物(粪便及尿液)成分的分析可探究睡眠不足对机体上述功能的影响。
现有常用的睡眠剥夺仪使用方法主要分为平台水环境法(如中国专利公开号为“CN213343862U”的实用新型)、强迫跑动法(如中国专利公开号为“CN201775854U”的实用新型)、电刺激法及转棒剥夺法(如中国专利公开号为“CN211482388U”的实用新型)。水平台环境法由于其底部环境的限制,无法收集小动物的排泄物;强迫跑动法的原理是使小动物不间断运动达到睡眠剥夺的目的,而过量运动可能会导致小动物的生理指标发生改变,增加了睡眠剥夺之外影响排泄物的因素;电刺激法由于导致较强的应激,也存在引起小动物过生理指标发生改变的可能。转棒剥夺法是目前接收程度较高,睡眠剥夺手段较温和,也不会引入例如运动过量等变量的方法,但由于其睡眠剥夺装置通常位于底座,排泄物无法及时分离和收集,且易造成对电机的污染。目前做法是在睡眠剥夺后后连续6小时以上的代谢笼收集;然而,在进行睡眠剥夺造模后的动物会出现反弹式睡眠,导致排泄物收集量过少或甚至收集不到;同时动物睡眠觉醒状态的改变会影响动物代谢和排泄功能,以致未能获得可靠数据;另外,由于钠盐代谢等生理过程存在节律性,睡眠剥夺与排泄物收集时间错开可能由于本身的节律性得不到真实的结果。

示例性地,锥体型漏斗31的大口端通过卡口卡接的方式固定在笼体11下端的边缘。本实施例的睡眠剥夺组件和排泄物收集组件的拆卸组装,因此不固定使用空间和使用场所,便于携带、运输、组装和清洗。
进一步地,笼子还包括饮水器14和喂食器15,笼体11的侧壁上开设有第一开口和第二开口,饮水器14安装于第一开口,喂食器15安装于第二开口。将实验动物的进食进水与代谢收集笼体分开,避免饮用水和食物残渣对排泄物的污染。
本实施例提供的可收集小动物排泄物的睡眠剥夺装置,其灵活度高,应用场景广,睡眠剥夺方式较为温和,排泄物收集方便,能达到睡眠剥夺与排泄物收集的有效统一。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可收集小动物排泄物的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述睡眠剥夺装置包括:
    笼子,包括笼体和安装于所述笼体下端的网格笼底,所述网格笼底用于承载所述笼体内的实验动物并滤出所述实验动物的排泄物;
    睡眠剥夺组件,包括驱动机构和转动棒,所述驱动机构安装于所述笼体的上方,所述转动棒从上至下伸入于所述笼体内,所述驱动机构用于驱动所述转动棒进行转动,以实现对所述笼体内的实验动物的扰动;
    排泄物收集组件,设置于所述网格笼底的下方,用于分离并收集所述网格笼底滤出的排泄物中的固体排泄物和液体排泄物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述转动棒包括纵轴转棒和横轴转棒,所述纵轴转棒竖直设置于所述笼体内,所述横轴转棒水平连接于所述纵轴转棒上,所述驱动机构用于驱动所述纵轴转棒进行竖直转动,以带动所述横轴转棒进行水平转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述横轴转棒与所述纵轴转棒可拆卸连接,且所述横轴转棒可沿着所述纵轴转棒的高度方向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述睡眠剥夺组件还包括螺丝件,所述纵轴转棒的侧壁具有竖直分布的螺纹条,所述螺丝件与所述纵轴转棒固定,且所述螺丝件与所述螺纹条螺纹连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述笼子还包括笼盖,所述笼盖盖设于所述笼体的上端;所述驱动机构包括电机和联轴器,所述电机安装于所述笼盖上,所述纵轴转棒的顶端通过所述联轴器与所述电机的输出轴固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述驱动机构还包括减震垫,所述减震垫设置于所述笼盖上,所述电机安装于所述减震垫上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述排泄物收集组件包括锥体型漏斗、过滤网和收集瓶,所述锥体型漏斗的大口端可拆卸地连接于所述笼体下端的边缘,所述收集瓶连接于所述锥体型漏斗的小口端,所述过滤网设置于所述锥体型漏斗中,所述过滤网用于分离并收集所述排泄物中的固体排泄物,所述收集瓶用于收集排泄物中的液体排泄物。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述笼子还包括饮水器和喂食器,所述笼体的侧壁上开设有第一开口和第二开口,所述饮水器安装于所述第一开口,所述喂食器安装于所述第二开口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的睡眠剥夺装置,其中,所述网格笼底可拆卸地安装于所述笼体的下端。
