The invention relates to a turning mechanism that allows processing the entire circumference of the aluminum profile (4) without disassembling and assembling by turning the clamping mechanism (2) to which the aluminum profile (4) is attached, between 0 to 90 degrees, on the aluminum profile machining centers (A).

ALUMINUM PROFILE TURNING MECHANISM FOR ALUMINUM PROFILE
MACHINING CENTERS
Technical Field
The invention relates to a turning mechanism that allows processing the entire circumference of the profile by turning the clamping mechanism to which the profile is attached, between 0- 90 degrees, on profiles made of aluminum material.
State of the Art
Today, there are many different machines for drilling, slotting, notching and cutting processes of profiles manufactured from aluminum. These machines have different characteristics such as material quality, size, precision and processing speed.
In the current machines used to open channels on the profiles manufactured from the material types described above, firstly, the profile to be processed is fixed on the working surface with a fastening element. Then, the necessary processes are performed on the profile by means of cutting tools. However, three surfaces of the profile can be processed in the equivalent machines currently used.
The abovementioned process steps continue in this way. The fact that the said process steps are in this manner causes the following problems.
It prevents mass production. The processing time extends.
Disassembly and assembly to process the lower surface of the profile cause overtime and time wasting. It also increases production times and labor.
Dimensional tolerance losses occur in the part that is disassembled and reassembled.
The object of the Invention
The main object of the invention is to develop a turning mechanism that allows processing all surfaces of the profile without disassembling and assembling by turning the clamping mechanism to which the profile is attached, between 0-90 degrees, on profiles manufactured from aluminum material.
Another object of the invention is to achieve 90 degree angle rotation automatically by command, without slowing the production and disassembling and assembling, with a cylinder with 050x120 stroke, since 90 degree angle rotation cannot be performed before except manually.
Another object of the invention is to increase the speed of mass production by allowing processing on all surfaces of the profile without disassembling and assembling.
Another object of the invention is to prevent overtime and time wasting caused by disassembly and assembly to process the lower surface of the profile and to reduce production times and labor.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to a turning mechanism that allows processing the entire circumference of the aluminum profile (4) without disassembling and assembling by turning the clamping mechanism (2) to which the aluminum profile (4) is attached, between 0 to 90 degrees, on the aluminum profile machining centers (A).
Figure 1 shows the general perspective view of the aluminum profile machining center (A). Figure 2 shows the side section view of the turning mechanism of the invention when it is in the 0 degree position, and Figure 3 shows the side section view of the turning mechanism of the invention when it is in the 90 degree position.
The main body (1 ) of the aluminum profile processing center (A) is the structure on which all the mechanisms are positioned. The clamping mechanism (2) associated with the main body (1) functions to fix the aluminum profile (4) by means of movable and fixed jaws. The clamping mechanism (2) is connected to the main body (1) to turn around a joint (2.1).
The most important difference between the invention and the prior art is that it is possible to perform processing of the entire circumference of the aluminum profile (4) by turning the clamping mechanism (2), to which the aluminum profile (4) is fixed, between 0 and 90 degree angles by means of a drive element (3). When pressure is sent to the drive element (3) mounted on the main body (1) by command, the lower surface of the aluminum profile (4) is turned to the area suitable for processing by turning the clamping mechanism (2) 90 degrees.
In the prior art, 90 degree angle rotation cannot be made except manually. In the system of the invention, a 90 degree angle rotation is achieved automatically by command, without slowing down the production and without disassembling and disassembling, with a pneumatic cylinder-piston mechanism with 050x120 stroke used as the drive element (3).

CLAIMS A turning mechanism that allows processing the entire circumference of the aluminum profile (4) without disassembling and assembling, by turning the clamping mechanism (2) to which the aluminum profile (4) is attached, between 0 - 90 degrees, on the aluminum profile machining centers (A), characterized in that, it comprises;
At least one drive element (3) that turns the clamping mechanism (2) on which the aluminum profile (4) is fixed to enable processing the entire circumference of the aluminum profile (4). A turning mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least one drive element (3) that turns the clamping mechanism (2) on which the aluminum profile (4) is fixed, between 0 to 90 degrees. A turning mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the clamping mechanism (2) connected to the main body (1) to turn around a joint (2.1). A turning mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized in that the drive element (3) is the pneumatic cylinder-piston mechanism.
