Abstract

Indoor Clean Air Distribution System (a) With Used Air Circulation Function comprises of a filtering unit (3) for filtering the air entering into a room, a fan unit (2) with a table fan placed on an upper part of a table unit (1) to distribute the filtered air into the room, and an exhaust fan for randomly exhausting the air in the room. Air entering through the window passes through a curved perforated sheet and a cloth filter in the filtering unit. Used air, which is at a low pressure, again passes through a space between a base part and the upper part of the table unit, so that the low-pressure air is pressurized to become high pressure air, which passes through the table fan and again distributed as fresh air in the room. The indoor clean air distribution system of the present invention allows to uniformly distribute the air in the room in an inexpensive manner.

Description

FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to an indoor clean air distribution system with used air circulation function, which allows to uniformly distribute the air in a space or room in an inexpensive manner.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
[0002] Air pollution becomes a serious issue in the current scenario and the intake of polluted air causes serious health hazards such as stroke, respiratory infections, heart disease, lung cancer, etc., to the human. This will affect the respiratory system and the cardiovascular system of the human body. The air pollution leads to health effects such as difficulty in breathing, coughing, asthma, wheezing, and worsening of existing cardiac and respiratory conditions. Indoor air pollution is a major toxic pollution problem worldwide. If we are using an air conditioner, it removes, the heat from the internal space and make the room cool but we cannot obtain purified air. That too, the air conditioner is expensive and also consumes more power, which leads to wastage of power. The existing system draws pure air from the atmosphere and exhausts the circulated air from the room but the air is not uniformly circulated in the room. Accordingly, there is a need for an indoor clean air distribution system, which allows to uniformly distribute the air in a space or room in an inexpensive manner.
OBJECT OR INVENTION
[0003] The main object of the present invention is to provide an indoor clean air distribution system with used air circulation function, which allows to uniformly distribute the air in a space or room in an inexpensive manner.
[0004] Another object of the present invention is to provide an indoor clean air distribution system that avoids the adherence of dust on the filtering unit, thus preventing clogging of holes in the perforated sheet, and hence allowing continuous flow of air inside the room.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
[0005] The indoor clean air distribution system with used air circulation function of the present invention comprises a table unit, a fan unit and a filtering unit for uniformly distributing the air in the room.
[0006] The filtering unit comprises a perforated sheet that is curved in shape, and a cloth filter for filtering the air entering into the room through the window. The fan unit comprises a table fan seated on an upper part of the table unit.
[0007] Air entering through the window passes through the filtering unit and the filtered air passes through the fan and gets distributed uniformly in the room. The used air is again circulated through the fan with high pressure for circulating in the room uniformly.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
[0008] With reference to Figure 1, an indoor clean air distribution system (A) with used air circulation function of the present invention is applied to a window of a room of a building. The indoor clean air distribution system comprises a table unit (1), a fan unit (2) and a filtering unit (3) that works in a combined manner to uniformly distribute inside the room.
[0009]The fan unit is placed near a window of the room for providing airflow inside the room. The filtering unit is provided for filtering the air from outside. The fan unit comprises a table fan (2a) placed on a top side of the table unit. The filtering unit is provided with a perforated sheet provided on an outer portion of the window, and a cloth filter provided on an inner portion of the window.
[0010] The perforated sheet is made of non-metal such as plastic or fiber. The perforated sheet is designed in a curved shape and arranged in such a manner that the curved shape projects inside the room.
[0011] The table unit is provided with a base part, an upper part, two rear edge column parts and two screw parts. An exhaust fan exhausts the air in the room randomly. [0012] Figure 1 explains a working principle of the indoor clean air distribution system with used air circulation function of the present invention. Air entering through the window passes through the curved perforated sheet and then through the cloth filter. The table fan distributes the filtered air into the room. The used air, which is at low pressure, again passes through a space (le) between the base part and the upper part of the table unit, so that the low- pressure air is pressurized to become high pressure air. This high-pressure air passes through the table fan and it is again distributed as fresh air in the room uniformly. The air in the room is randomly exhausted by the exhaust fan.
[0013] Figure 2 shows a front view of a table fan (2a) in a position seated in the table unit of the indoor clean air distribution system of the present invention. The table unit is provided with a base part (la), an upper part (lb), two rear edge column parts (lc) and two screw parts (Id). The rear edge column parts are provided at rear edges of the base part to connect the base part and the upper part at a rear side. The screw parts are provided at front edges of the base part to connect the base part and the upper part at a front side.
[0014] Figure 3 shows a top view of the perforated sheet in the indoor clean air distribution system with used air circulation function of the present invention. The perforated sheet has strands of specific thickness, and openings of specific size so that the fresh air passes through the openings and the used air passes through the strands.
[0015] The advantages of the invention are: i) allows uniform distribution of air, and ii) avoids the adherence of dust on the filtering unit, thus preventing clogging of holes in the perforated sheet, and hence improving the durability of the filtering unit.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
[0016] Figure 1 shows a schematic view of an indoor clean air distribution system with used air circulation function according to the present invention.
