在一种具体的实施方式中,本申请提供的投屏车窗11,包括车窗本体110,车窗本体110包括外夹层玻璃111和内夹层玻璃112。其中,外夹层玻璃111和内夹层玻璃112形成中空腔体,该中空腔体和车窗框118架优选形成密闭空间。车窗本体110还包括调光屏113、显示屏114和触摸屏115,调光屏113固定在中空腔体内,用于调节车窗的透光率,调光屏113优选为染料液晶材料,先进的工艺制程相结合,具有调光响应速度快(秒级)、变色均匀、无雾态、无视角问题、以及满足交规安全的常白模式等优点,并且调光层使用高温PVB胶膜合片,提升调光侧窗的耐候性能,触摸屏115为整面ITO触控膜,也可以根据现有技术的发展水平,设置调光屏113、显示屏114和触摸屏115的材料,均在本申请的保护范围内。显示屏114优选为OLED显示屏114。车窗融入旅客信息系统,兼容外网通讯,为乘客提供更具科技感的乘车体验,即可以动态显示线路、站点、车速等旅客信息,也可以实时更新天气、新闻等公网信息。调光膜为液晶电控调光膜、液晶显示器调光膜、液晶膜或聚合物网络液晶膜。
总控装置包括控制器,控制器119分别与调光屏113、显示屏114和触摸 屏115电性连接,且控制器119根据触摸屏115的触摸信号方便控制调光屏113或显示屏114动作,由此以通过一个触摸信号分别控制两个部件进行响应,简化装置的硬件结构,实现对车窗的智能控制。
采用本申请实施例中提供的一种投屏车窗11,将调光屏113、显示屏114和触摸屏115集成在外夹层玻璃111和内夹层玻璃112形成的中空腔体内,控制器119能够根据触摸屏115的触摸信号,控制调光屏113调节车窗的透光率或控制显示屏114进行信息显示。由此设置,通过显示屏114进行信息的显示,并根据乘客的要求,通过调节车窗的透光率,调节太阳入射到车内的能量,实现窗帘的功能;显示屏114不占用车内空间,车体无需单独开设显示窗口,优化车厢内饰及观感,提高乘客的用户体验。
具体的,为了防止对车窗的透光率进行调节时、影响显示屏114的显示,在车厢宽度方向上,调光屏113固定铺设于外夹层玻璃111的内表面,触摸屏115固定铺设于内夹层玻璃112的外表面,显示屏114固定铺设于触摸屏115远离内夹层玻璃112一侧的表面。在另一实施例中,调光屏113也可以设置在外夹层玻璃111的夹层中,在轨道车辆的宽度方向上,显示屏114和触摸屏115可以自外至内依次设置在外夹层玻璃111的内表面,即图2中调光屏113当前位置。可以理解的是,调光屏113和外夹层玻璃111间、触摸屏115和内夹层玻璃112间、显示屏114和触摸屏115间均分别设有光学胶膜,由此以进行固定。
在该具体实施例中,车窗本体110还包括窗框118和支撑件116;窗框118用于包覆支撑件116、至少部分外夹层玻璃111和至少部分内夹层玻璃112,窗框118沿车窗本体110的周向环绕设置,支撑件116沿车窗本体110的厚度方向、位于外夹层玻璃111和内夹层玻璃112之间,外夹层玻璃111、支撑件116和内夹层玻璃112形成中空腔体;通过设置支撑件116,调整外夹层玻璃111和内夹层玻璃112之间的距离,同时通过支撑件116将各夹层玻璃与窗框118之间进行压紧,以便于密封胶层密封。其中,支撑件116可设置为铝制间 隔件,以减轻重量,支撑件116优选为沿窗框118的长度方向环绕设置。
在一种实施例中,车窗本体110还包括触摸按键组件,触摸按键组件和触摸屏115并联连接,触摸按键组件包括触摸按键板、丝网印117和触控按键驱动器。其中,触摸按键板固定于内夹层玻璃112的底部边缘处,以便于乘客操作;丝网印117固定于外夹层玻璃111的夹层中,且丝网印117与触摸按键板相对应设置;触控按键驱动器固定于窗框118的底部边缘处,优选为粘接设置,同时,为了便于显示车窗明暗等级,触摸案件中间设置LED灯。触控按键驱动器经导线贯穿窗框118、粘结胶层,且分别与触摸按键板和控制器119连接,根据触摸按键板的触摸操作发送信号至控制器119。
进一步地,控制器119包括主控单元和调光控制单元,调光控制单元与主控单元连接;调光屏113包括若干个调光区,各个调光区在调光屏113上均匀设置、且与显示屏114对应设置;由此设置,以根据乘客需要,进行分区调光,使车窗的窗帘功能更为智能,在遮光的同时不影响乘客观赏车外景色。各个调光区分别与调光控制单元经导线连接;主控单元根据触摸屏115的触摸信息生成调光信息,以控制调光控制单元调节与调光信息对应的调光区的车窗的透光率。调光信息一般包括调光位置信号、调光信号等。
其中,控制器119还包括显示控制单元和触摸控制单元。显示控制单元分别与显示屏114和主控单元连接,显示控制单元根据主控单元发送的显示信息在对应位置显示内容,可以理解的是,显示屏114可以设置为操作屏,此时显示控制单元根据触摸操作进行相应的动作响应,实现人机交互。触摸控制单元分别与触摸屏115和主控单元连接,触摸控制单元采集用户的触摸信息,发送至主控单元。触摸信息包括触摸信号和触摸位置信号。
在另一实施例中,控制器还包括信息接收单元,用于接收上位机发送的信号,控制显示屏进行相应的动作相应,或者控制调光屏进行车窗透光率的调节;由此设置,以实现车窗的智能控制,并实现对车窗的统一化管理。其中,信息接收单元可设置为蓝牙模块或其他无线传输模块。
优选地,车窗本体110还包括压力检测单元,压力检测单元固定于显示屏114上,用于对显示屏114的触摸压力进行检测,压力检测单元与主控单元连接;压力检测单元可设置为应变片式传感器;主控单元根据压力检测单元的压力信息和触摸控制单元采集到用户的触摸信息,比较触摸压力与预设动作压力的大小,根据比较结果,确定当前触摸动作对应的响应对象为显示屏114或调光屏113;根据触摸信息控制显示屏114执行响应动作,或根据触摸信息控制调光屏113调整车窗的透光率。
其中,主控单元还用于当触摸操作的响应对象为调光屏113时,根据触摸信息生成调光信号和调光位置信号并发送至调光控制单元;调光控制单元根据调光信号和调光位置信号控制对应位置处的调光屏113进行调光。同时,主控单元当触摸操作的响应对象为显示屏114时,根据触摸信息生成显示信号和显示位置信号并发送至显示控制单元;显示控制单元根据显示信号和显示位置信号控制显示屏114显示显示信号的内容,或者,显示控制单元控制显示屏114进行相应的动作响应。
优选地,主控单元具体用于当触摸压力大于或等于预设动作压力时,认为当前触摸动作的响应对象为调光屏113;当触摸压力小于预设动作压力时,认为当前触摸动作的响应对象为显示屏114。
在一种实施例中,控制器119固定于窗框118的底部边缘处,控制器119经导线贯穿窗框118、粘结胶层,且分别与显示屏114、触摸屏115和调光屏113连接;投屏车窗11还包括:车内电源和网线,车内电源和网线具有可插拔连接器,用于分别与控制器119连接,以提供电源和网络,可插拔连接器使得车窗与电源、网线的连接快速便捷,操作简单。
上述投屏车窗11可自动或手动调节光线和热量,为特定的场景匹配最佳光线,具有调光、防眩光和保护隐私的作用;车窗通过调节明暗成都,控制车外阳光入射能量,从而保护车内能量过多过快的向车外流失,阻止车外强光过多而影响车内环境温度,进一步达到节能的目的。显示车窗能够进行车内、外 信息显示,休闲娱乐影片、广告的播放,实现车内订餐等人车交互。节省车内空间,实现信息显示的直观、统一,友好的人车交互体验。
在另一实施例中,可以在显示屏114上界面预设的菜单信息点选切换调光或显示功能,并在调光界面中,通过电流检测单元检测触摸动作在显示屏114上的电流大小,以精确触摸动作在显示屏114上的触摸位置,相应地控制与显示屏114对应设置的调光屏113的相应区域进行调光。

请参阅图1-3,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种轨道车辆1的俯视结构示意图;图2为本申请实施例提供的座椅13在常规模式下的位置结构示意图;图3为本申请实施例提供的座椅13在会议模式下的位置结构示意图。
可以理解的是,该轨道车辆1包括常规乘客车厢101、多功能会议车厢102。
在一种具体的实施方式中,本申请提供的多功能会议车厢102,包括车厢本体。其中,车厢本体设有会议桌12、若干个座椅13和投屏车窗11。其中,会议桌12可拆卸的固定连接在车厢本体的地板上,会议桌12沿车厢本体的纵向延伸,优选设置在车厢本体的横向中心线上。会议桌12能够进行水平状态和竖直状态的翻转,以能够在进行会议模式时,将会议桌12调整为水平状态,在常规模式时,将会议桌12调整位竖直状态,由此以便于会议桌12收起、优化车厢内部空间,同时便于乘客通过。同样地,在会议模式时,座椅13朝向会议桌12一侧,在常规模式时,座椅13的朝向为车厢本体的行进方向的前端。投屏车窗11固定在车厢侧墙上,并能够进行投屏和调光,总控装置根据接收到的常规模式信号或会议模式信号控制投屏车窗11进行模式切换,在会议模式下,投屏车窗11降低车窗的透光率,同时投屏车窗11能够与电子设备连接,进行投屏,电子设备如笔记本电脑、终端等设备。
采用本申请实施例中提供的一种多功能会议车厢102,相较于现有技术,具有以下技术效果:
车厢本体内分别设置会议桌12、座椅13和投屏车窗11,同时会议桌12能够进行水平状态和竖直状态的翻转,座椅13能够进行朝向的调整,投屏车窗11能够根据接收到的常规模式信号或会议模式信号进行模式切换,在需要会议模式时,会议桌12、座椅13和投屏车窗11能够进行相应的模式切换,以满足旅客的商务出行需求。
在一种实施例中,座椅13包括座椅13底座、座椅13本体和座椅13动力驱动件。其中,座椅13底座和车厢本体的地板固定,座椅13本体和座椅13底座转动连接,使得座椅13本体能够绕自身轴线转动,座椅13动力驱动件与总控装置连接,控制座椅13动力驱动件动作,带动座椅13本体绕自身轴线在第一状态和第二状态之间转动,其中,第一状态时,座椅13本体朝向车厢行进方向的前端;第二状态时,座椅13本体朝向会议桌12。或者,在一种实施例中,座椅13能够进行俯仰角调节,进行翻转,其具体的驱动机构可根据现有技术进行设置。在另一实施例中,座椅13上可设置控制按钮,乘客能够根据需要调节座椅13的旋转角度,以根据需要改变座椅13朝向。座椅13动力驱动件可设置为电机,通过电机带动齿轮机构进行角度调节。
为了优化车厢本体的内部空间,会议桌12位于车厢本体的横向中心线上;若干个座椅13沿车厢本体的纵向中心线对称设置。
同时,为了满足会议车厢需求,该多功能会议车厢102还包括照明装置,其位于顶板和车厢本体的行李架上,照明装置与总控装置连接,以根据接收到的常规模式信号或会议模式信号控制照明装置进行模式切换,如在白天中,常规模式信号为暖光照明,会议模式信号下,照明装置为冷光照明,根据具体要求设置会议模式下照明装置的光照度和光照模式。
进一步地,为了便于模式切换,在车厢本体的纵向端墙上设置端墙显示屏,端墙显示屏与总控装置连接,以向总控装置发送控制信号;总控装置根据接收到的常规模式信号或会议模式信号,控制端墙显示屏进行电视界面和会议室操控界面的切换。其中,对于端墙显示屏的界面切换,可通过乘务员在端墙显示 屏上进行密码输入后切换,以提高系统安全性。更进一步地,为了在会议模式下,对照明度或音量等进行快捷调节,其还包括遥控装置,与端墙显示屏无线通信连接,用以对会议室操控界面进行远程动作,由此设置,以便于乘客快速调节,无需频繁走动,提高乘客的乘坐体验。
在一种实施例中,多功能会议车厢102的具体切换流程为:乘务员在端墙显示屏上输入密码,将电视界面切换至会议室操控界面,并在会议室操作界面上发送会议模式信号,总控装置接收到会议模式信号后,控制投屏车窗11切换至会议模式,在会议模式下,投屏车窗11将调光屏调至最小透光率,以将车厢内部与外界隔开,外界从投屏车窗11中无法观看到车厢内部情况,提高会议车厢的私密性以及安全性;并将投屏车窗11的显示屏切换至接口待连接状态,用以与乘客的电子设备连接,进行投屏显示。同时,当总控装置接收到会议模式信号后,控制座椅13转动,使座椅13朝向会议桌12方向;以及控制会议桌12翻转至水平状态,以便于乘客使用;在上述部件切换完成后,控制照明装置将车厢的照明度调节至冷光模式,当需要投屏时,可通过端墙显示屏或遥控装置调节照明装置的照明度,根据需要进一步降低车厢的照明,以提高投屏显示效果。

在一种具体的实施方式中,本申请提供的会议桌12,包括会议桌本体1211、动力驱动件和一组相对设置的立柱1221。其中,立柱1221优选设置为两个,两个立柱1221用于与地板固定,优选为可拆卸的连接。会议桌本体1211优选 设置为矩形结构,会议桌沿长度方向的两端分别与立柱1221转动连接,以进行姿态转换。其中,动力驱动件固定在立柱1221上,动力驱动件与会议桌本体1211连接,带动会议桌本体1211绕自身轴线转动,进行水平状态和竖直状态的转换。在一种实施例中,动力驱动件可设置为电机和齿轮链条机构。其中,总控装置与动力驱动件连接,以根据接收到的常规模式信号或会议模式信号控制动力驱动件动作,如采用通讯总线连接。
采用本申请实施例中提供的一种会议桌12,会议桌本体1211在动力驱动件的带动下,能够绕自身轴线转动,进行水平状态和竖直状态的转换,由此以当乘客需要会议功能时,能够将会议桌本体1211展开;在无需会议功能时,能够将会议桌本体1211收起,基于此,会议桌本体1211的大小不受车厢乘客通过空间限制,收起后保证车厢中乘客的走行空间,提高会议车厢的安全性。
具体的,会议桌本体1211包括面板1212和转轴1213,转轴1213优选埋设于面板1212中,转轴1213凸出于面板1212的长度方向的两端端壁设置,转轴1213位于面板1212的长度方向中心线上,由此以便于生产加工,同时保证面板1212旋转过程中的稳定性。同时,立柱1221包括立柱本体1222和立柱端盖1223;立柱本体1222的顶壁设有安装槽,转轴1213位于安装槽中,立柱端盖1223位于立柱本体1222的上方,用于与立柱本体1222配合将转轴1213固定,以对转轴1213沿立柱1221竖向的移动进行限位,立柱本体1222和立柱端盖1223可拆卸的连接。优选地,转轴1213上设置有轴承,通过轴承设置在安装槽中,以减小摩擦力,使会议桌本体1211的转动更为顺畅。同时,轴承对转轴1213的轴向移动进行限位。
为了便于面板1212的固定以及整体美观性,面板1212包括透明板12120和加固板12121,透明板12120和加固板12121固定连接;加固板12121位于透明板12120的宽度方向的中心处,且沿透明板12120的长度方向延伸设置;透明板12120可设置为钢化玻璃板,以增加面板1212的美观性;加固板12121可设置为铝制壳体,以减轻重量,其具体的材料可根据现有技术发展水平进行 设置,均在本申请的保护范围内。
其中,加固板12121包括上加固板121211和下加固板121212,上加固板121211和下加固板121212间设有用于透明板12120穿过的通孔,该通孔沿加固板12121的宽度方向设置,上加固板121211和下加固板121212可拆卸的连接,以便于拆装;二者优选为卡接固定。具体的,在透明板12120的长度方向上,透明板12120与加固板12121配合的两端设有内凹的让位缺口121201,以对上加固板121211和下加固板121212的卡接处进行让位。
在一种实施例中,会议桌12还包括横梁1231,横梁1231的长度方向的两端分别与立柱1221可拆卸的连接,如铆接,横梁1231和立柱1221间设置加强肋板,以提高连接强度。横梁1231位于面板1212的下方,横梁1231沿宽度方向的第一端壁设有让位槽12311,让位槽12311沿横梁1231的长度方向延伸,让位槽12311用以对处于竖直状态的加固板12121进行让位。
其中,立柱1221还包括底座1224、立柱安装板1225和立柱紧固件1226。其中,底座1224位于立柱本体1222的下方,立柱本体1222的下端侧壁设有安装口,安装口与立柱本体1222的内部连通,立柱安装板1225罩设于立柱本体1222上、安装口处,并通过螺纹紧固件进行固定。立柱紧固件1226位于底座1224上,用以将立柱1221和车辆地板固定,以便于拆装。
在一种实施例中,还包括控制开关,控制开关固定于立柱1221上、背离会议桌本体1211的一侧;控制开关与动力驱动件连接,用于对动力驱动件进行手动和信号控制,可以理解的是,可通过手动驱动控制开关控制动力驱动件动作,控制开关也可以接收控制系统的控制信号驱动动力驱动件动作,由此以实现智能化折叠,简化操作。
在一种实施例中,会议桌本体1211与立柱1221相对的侧壁上设有水平限位槽;
会议桌12还包括水平限位件,水平限位件位于立柱1221上、靠近会议桌本体1211的侧壁上;水平限位件包括限位动力件和水平限位杆,限位动力件 带动水平限位杆向靠近或远离水平限位槽的方向移动,以实现水平限位杆和水平限位槽的插接和释放,实现对处于水平状态的会议桌本体1211的锁定/解锁。水平限位件优选为两个,分别在会议桌本体1211的转轴1213的两侧水平对称设置,以优化锁定效果。
更进一步地,还包括一组竖直限位磁扣,分别固定于第一端壁和会议桌本体1211上,用以对处于竖直状态的会议桌本体1211进行磁力吸附锁定/解锁,对会议桌本体1211处于竖直状态时进行稳固,防止其发生晃动,造成安全事故。
在上述各实施例的基础上,还包括五孔插座1241和/或高清晰度多媒体接口1251(HDMI),五孔插座1241与车辆的电气设备连接,五孔插座1241用于为办公设备提供电源;HDMI接口用于与车厢内显示设备连接进行音频和影像信号传输;五孔插座1241和高清晰度多媒体接口1251均固定于立柱1221上。由此设置,以为能够实现会议投屏、远程会议的开展提供技术支撑。
在上述各实施例的基础上,立柱1221具有中空腔体,动力驱动件埋设于中空腔体中;动力驱动件包括动力件和驱动件;动力件与车辆的电气设备经线缆连接;驱动件的一端与动力件连接,驱动件的另一端与转轴1213连接,驱动件在动力件的带动下、带动会议桌本体1211绕自身轴线转动,并在动力件自身抱死时停止会议桌本体1211的转动,由此设置,以与水平限位件、竖直限位磁扣配合,进行两种状态下的固定,提高会议桌本体1211两种状态下的稳定性。其中,动力件为电机;驱动件为主动齿轮和从动齿轮;主动齿轮与电机固定连接,从动齿轮与转轴1213的一端固定;转轴1213沿长度方向的两端分别设有轴承,转轴1213和立柱1221间分别经轴承连接。

  1. 一种会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述会议车厢包括车厢本体,所述车厢本体包括:会议桌,位于地板上,所述会议桌沿所述车厢本体的纵向延伸;若干个座椅,位于地板上、且在所述会议桌的长度方向的两侧设置;投屏车窗,固定于车厢侧墙上;所述方法包括:
    判断所述会议车厢是否接收到会议模式信号,若是,则分别控制所述会议桌翻转至水平状态、所述座椅转动至朝向所述会议桌、所述投屏车窗调光至第一预设透光率;
    判断所述会议车厢是否接收到常规模式信号,若是,则分别控制所述会议桌翻转至竖直状态、所述座椅转动至朝向车厢行进方向的前端、所述投屏车窗调光至第二预设透光率。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述座椅转动至朝向所述会议桌之前,还包括:
    判断所述座椅的靠背是否处于竖直状态,若否,则将所述座椅的靠背调直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    判断是否接收到座椅第一位姿信号,若是,则将所述座椅的靠背调直、且将所述座椅旋转至朝向车厢行进方向的前端;
    判断是否接收到座椅第二位姿信号,若是,则将所述座椅的靠背调直、且将所述座椅旋转至背向车厢行进方向的前端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述会议车厢是否处于所述会议模式中,若是,则调节所述车厢本体内的照明装置至第一照明度;
    判断所述会议车厢是否处于所述常规模式中,若是,则调节所述车厢本体内的照明装置至第二照明度,所述第二照明度大于所述第一照明度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述投屏车窗包括车窗本体,所述车窗本体包括:外夹层玻璃和内夹层玻璃,所述外夹层玻璃和所述内夹层玻璃间形成中空腔体;调光屏,固定于所述中空腔体内,所述调光屏用于调节车窗的透光率;显示屏,固定于所述中空腔体内,所述显示屏用于进行信息显示;触摸屏,固定于所述中空腔体内;所述方法还包括:
    根据所述触摸屏的触摸信号分别控制所述调光屏或所述显示屏动作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    检测所述显示屏的触摸压力;
    判断所述显示屏的触摸压力是否大于或等于预设动作压力,若是,认为所述当前触摸动作的响应对象为调光屏。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述显示屏的触摸压力是否大于或等于预设动作压力之后,所述方法还包括:
    当所述触摸压力小于所述预设动作压力时,认为所述当前触摸动作的响应对象为显示屏。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述调光屏固定铺设于所述外夹层玻璃的表面;
    在轨道车辆的宽度方向上,所述显示屏、所述触摸屏和所述内夹层玻璃自外至内依次固定;
    所述调光屏和所述外夹层玻璃间、所述触摸屏和所述内夹层玻璃间、所述显示屏和所述触摸屏间均分别设有光学胶膜。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述车窗本体还包括:
    窗框和支撑件;
    所述支撑件沿所述车窗本体的厚度方向、位于所述外夹层玻璃和所述内夹层玻璃之间,所述外夹层玻璃、所述支撑件和所述内夹层玻璃形成所述中空腔 体;
    所述窗框用于包覆所述支撑件、至少部分所述外夹层玻璃和至少部分所述内夹层玻璃,所述窗框沿所述车窗本体的周向环绕设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述会议桌包括:一组相对设置的立柱,所述立柱用于与地板固定;会议桌本体,所述会议桌沿长度方向的两端分别与所述立柱转动连接;动力驱动件,固定于所述立柱上,所述动力驱动件与所述会议桌本体连接,以带动所述会议桌本体绕自身轴线转动,进行所述会议桌本体的水平状态和竖直状态的转换;所述方法还包括:
    根据接收到的所述常规模式信号或所述会议模式信号控制所述动力驱动件动作。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的会议车厢的控制方法,其特征在于,所述会议车厢还包括:
    端墙显示屏,位于所述车厢本体的纵向的端墙上,用于接收用户输入的所述会议模式信号或所述常规模式信号。
