本申请涉及车辆领域,尤其是涉及一种车门外把手、车门总成和车辆。
背景技术
相关技术中的车门外把手,通常包括底座和把手柄,把手柄通常处于外露状态,外观不仅不整洁,而且存在与车外物体刮擦的情况,容易损坏。因此,一些车门外把手设置为隐藏式的,车门外把手在锁止时的把手柄处于隐藏状态,即把手柄不凸出于车门,但是,处于解锁状态时把手柄会向外转动而凸出于车门的外表面,在电机不进行转动动作时,把手柄存在一直凸出于车门的外表面的问题,处于外露状态的把手柄不仅影响车辆的整洁度和客户使用体验,而且会增大车辆的行驶风阻,导致车辆能耗增高,另外在温度较低时,车门的外表面可能有霜而不便于把手柄的向外转动。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种车门外把手,该车门外把手能够实现完全隐藏,具有外观整齐、使用安全性高、转动方便和风阻小等优点。
本申请还提出一种具有上述车门外把手的车门总成。
本申请还提出一种具有上述车门总成的车辆。
为了实现上述目的,根据本申请的第一方面实施例提出一种车门外把手,包括:底座,所述底座设有扣手槽且适于安装于车门;把手柄,所述把手柄在关闭位置和打开位置之间可转动地安装于所述底座,所述把手柄处于所述关闭位置时,所述把手柄的外表面不凸出于所述车门的外表面且封盖所述扣手槽,所述把手柄通过向所述扣手槽内转动而从所述关闭位置转动至所述打开位置时,所述把手柄不凸出于所述车门的外表面且露出所述扣手槽。

底座100设有扣手槽110且适于安装于车门,把手柄200在关闭位置和打开位置之间可转动地安装于底座100,把手柄200处于关闭位置时,把手柄200的外表面不凸出于车门的外表面且封盖扣手槽110,把手柄200通过向扣手槽110内转动而从关闭位置转动至打开位置时,把手柄200不凸出于车门的外表面且露出扣手槽110。
其中,把手柄200处于关闭位置是指,车门处于锁止状态,此时车门无法打开;把手柄200处于打开位置是指,车门处于解锁状态,用户可以通过拉动把手柄200以开启车门;把手柄200由关闭位置向打开位置转动,则可以控制车门由锁止状态变为解锁状态。
根据本申请实施例的车门外把手1,通过在底座100上设有扣手槽110且适于安装于车门,把手柄200在关闭位置和打开位置之间可转动地安装于底座100,其中,车门内部有能够安装车门外把手1的车门空间,扣手槽110可以为用户预留操作把手柄200的操作空间,用户可以将手伸入底座100的扣手槽110以触摸把手柄200并控制车门的开启和关闭,并且,底座100可以将扣手槽110和车门内部的其他部件分隔开,避免用户在触摸把手柄200的同时触摸到其他部件,且防止扣手槽110露出时灰尘以及液体从扣手槽110进入到车门空间,有利于保证车门空间的清洁,降低车门空间啊内的零件被腐蚀的几率。
另外,把手柄200处于关闭位置时,把手柄200的外表面不凸出于车门的外表面且封盖扣手槽110,把手柄200通过向扣手槽110内转动而从关闭位置转动至打开位置时,把手柄200不凸出于车门的外表面且露出扣手槽110。
由此,把手柄200处于关闭位置时,把手柄200处于隐藏状态,把手柄200和车门看上去更像一个整体,当用户看向车门时,把手柄200不会显得突兀,车门的外表面更加美观和整洁,当把手柄200由关闭位置向打开位置转动时,把手柄200会向车门的内部转动,此时把手柄200仍不会凸出于车门的外表面,从而可以避免把手柄200向外露出于车门,使把手柄200无论在关闭状态、打开状态以及关闭状态和打开状态中间的任意位置时都处于隐藏状态,车门在锁止状态或者解锁状态都较整洁,不会存在把手柄200与车辆之外的物体发生碰撞以及刮伤的问题,使用安全性高,并且气温较低时,即使车门的外表面受冷而结霜,由于把手柄200向车内转动,不会受到车门的外表面的霜的影响,从而在气温较低时把手柄200的转动仍然顺畅。
此外,把手柄200由关闭位置向打开位置转动时会露出扣手槽110,便于用户的手能够伸入扣手槽110以拉动把手柄200开启车门,使用体验更好。并且,把手柄200在关闭位置和打开位置时,把手柄200都不会凸出于车门的外表面,这样能够避免把手柄200在车辆行驶时增大车辆的风阻,使车辆的行驶阻力更小,以降低车辆能耗。
如此,根据本申请实施例的车门外把手1能够实现完全隐藏,具有外观整齐、使用安 全性高、转动方便和风阻小等优点。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图1所示,把手柄200处于关闭位置时,把手柄200的外表面与车门的外表面平齐。
这样,把手柄200处于关闭位置时可以处于隐藏状态,车门的外表面的整体性更高,整车美观性更高,而且把手柄200与车门的接缝处保持平齐不易积攒灰尘,使车门外表面更加整洁。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图2和图4所示,车门封盖扣手槽110的一部分,把手柄200处于关闭位置时封盖扣手槽110的另一部分,把手柄200处于打开位置时在车门内止抵于车门的封盖扣手槽110的部分。
举例而言,底座100的背向乘客舱的一侧敞开,把手柄200处于关闭位置时和车门将底座100的敞开的部分封盖,以实现扣手槽110的密封,把手柄200处于打开位置时底座100的部分敞开,以实现扣手槽110以外界的连通。并且,底座100的横截面的外轮廓和内轮廓均为弧形,这样不仅可以保证扣手槽110的槽壁的厚度均匀,而且在保证人手具有足够的操作空间的同时,能够减少底座100的材料、重量和成本,另外底座100的受力均匀,不易发生应力集中。
换言之,扣手槽110的横截面积大于把手柄200的横截面积,这样便于把手柄200可以在扣手槽110内转动,以使把手柄200可以在打开位置和关闭位置之间切换,而且,把手柄200位于关闭位置时,用户的手可以伸入到车门所封盖的扣手槽110的一部分,扣手槽110可以为用户操作把手柄200预留较大的操作空间,操作更加方便。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图2和图3所示,把手柄200设有转轴210,把手柄200通过转轴210可转动地安装于底座100,转轴210位于把手柄200处于关闭位置时的下沿处。
具体地,转轴210可以沿水平方向延伸,且转轴210的两端可以伸出把手柄200的前后两侧,底座100的前后两侧可以设有转轴孔,转轴210的两端分别与转轴孔相配合,这样,通过转轴210和转轴孔的配合,可以使把手柄200相对于底座100进行转动,且转动结构简单易实现,而且转轴210体积较小,布置在车门上不用占据较大空间,布置起来更加方便。
另外,由于大部分人在自然情况下,惯用手为右手,且右手的手掌通常朝左或者朝下伸出,因此将把手柄200以其下沿为转动轴心转动,更符合人体的发力习惯,便于用户的使用。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,车门外把手1还包括驱动装置,驱动装置适于与车门锁相连且与把手柄200连接,驱动装置在车门锁解锁时将把手柄200驱动至位于打开位置 和关闭位置之间的中间位置,所述把手柄从所述关闭位置到所述中间位置的转动角度大于所述把手柄从所述中间位置到所述打开位置的转动角度。
换言之,把手柄200由关闭位置向打开位置转动的过程中会先经过中间位置,把手柄200位于中间位置时,车门处于解锁状态,用户用手扣压把手柄200且向车外侧拉动可以开启车门,而用户在不将把手柄200扣压到打开位置的情况下,车门仍处于关闭状态,这样车门可以实现双重锁止,避免用户误触后车门直接开启,安全性更高。
举例而言,用户可以通过车辆的蓝牙钥匙发出开锁信号,车门锁在接收到开锁信号后会解锁车门,此时驱动装置运转并带动把手柄200由关闭位置向中间位置转动,扣手槽110露出,用户可以观察到车门已经处于解锁状态,再将手伸入扣手槽110扣压并拉动把手柄200即可开启车门。
可选地,把手柄200从关闭位置通过向扣手槽110内转动110°~120°而转动至中间位置,把手柄200从中间位置通过向扣手槽110内转动50°~60°而转动至打开位置,即把手柄200从关闭位置需要转动160°~180°而转动至打开位置。
通过把手柄200向扣手槽110内转动110°~120°,一方面,方便用户手伸入扣手槽110,便于操作,另一方面,此时把手柄200处于一个向下倾斜的状态,用户手伸入扣手槽110后可以很方便地扣压到把手柄200的在中间位置时朝向车内侧的表面,从而便于用户向车外侧发力,以将力作用到车门上而拉开车门。
另外,把手柄200从中间位置转动至打开位置需要转动50°~60°,这样用户能够感受到把手柄200的转动,从而更加直观的感受到操作的有效性。而且,把手柄200处于关闭位置时,把手柄200的外表面与车门的外表面平齐,即把手柄200处于竖直状态,由于把手柄200从关闭位置转动至打开位置需要转动160°~180°,即把手柄200处于打开位置时,把手柄200也接近竖直状态,手指接触到把手柄200后较容易发力,这样更加方便用户拉动把手柄200,用户对把手柄200施加力的大部分用于拉动车门打开,这样更加省力且能耗低。
在本申请的一些实施例中,驱动装置为电机(图中未示意),电机安装于底座100外,电机与把手柄200传动连接且适于车门锁通讯,由此,车门锁开启后可以传递信号至电机,电机能够根据开锁信号控制把手柄200转动,从而实现车门解锁的同时把手柄200转动至中间位置,进一步方便用户操作,并且电机的锁止性能好,可以对把手柄200实现可靠地定位,电机还可以实现把手柄200从中间位置至关闭位置的复位。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,驱动装置包括推杆和解锁摇臂300。
具体地,推杆的一端适于与车门锁传动连接,解锁摇臂300与把手柄200传动连接且通过解锁推杆卡扣310与推杆的另一端相连,由此,车门锁解锁时可以带动推杆移动,推 杆再通过解锁推杆卡扣310带动解锁摇臂300转动,解锁摇臂300转动的同时可以带动把手柄200转动至中间位置,以实现把手柄200在关闭位置和中间位置之间的转动。
举例而言,解锁摇臂300可以与转轴210连接且与转轴210同步转动,转轴210的后端伸出底座100的后端,解锁摇臂300连接于转轴210的后端,解锁摇臂300位于底座100的扣手槽110外,底座100的后端面可以设有限位部900,限位部900可以限定解锁摇臂300的转动角度,以防止解锁摇臂300过度转动而影响车门锁的正常使用。
并且,把手柄200在人手推动下从中间位置到打开位置时,转轴210带动解锁摇臂300转动,以推动推杆移动,从而实现车门锁的完全解锁,此时车门可以相对于车身转动以露出乘车舱。
使用车门锁通过解锁摇臂300带动把手柄200转动,这样可以无需另外设置其余的驱动机构(例如电机),减少了车门外把手1的零件数量,不仅降低成本,而且有利于车门外把手1的小型化和轻量化设置。
需要说明的是,当驱动装置为电机,把手柄200仍然连接有解锁摇臂300,此时解锁摇臂300可以不承担将把手柄200从关闭位置带动到中间位置的功能。并且,上述两种将把手柄200从关闭位置到中间位置的方式可以同时设置,从而其中一种方式不能正常工作,还有备份方案可以打开车门,从车外打开车门的方式更为多样,便于用户使用。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请实施例的车门总成,车门总成包括车门和根据本申请上述实施例的车门外把手1。
根据本申请实施例的车门总成,通过利用本申请上述实施例的车门外把手1,能够实现车门外把手1的完全隐藏,具有外观整齐、使用安全性高、转动方便和风阻小等优点。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图4所示,车门包括车门外板2和车门内板,车门外板2安装于车门内板的外侧,即车门外板2安装于车门内板的背向乘员舱的一侧,底座100安装于车门外板2且位于车门外板2和车门内板之间,车门外板2设有与扣手槽110位置对应的把手开口400。
举例而言,车门外板2和车门内板可以共同限定出门板空间以用于容纳驱动装置和车门外把手1,不仅能够对驱动装置和车门外把手1进行保护,而且还可以使车门总成的外表面更为整洁,以便于车门总成的整体拆装。另外,车门外板2的外表面位于车辆整体的外侧,便于为乘客所接触,通过在车门外板2设有把手开口400,能够使乘客方便地接触到位于车门外把手1,这样车门的打开更为方便快捷。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,车门外板2的朝向车门内板的一侧设有沿上下方向间隔设置的第一定位凸起500和第二定位凸起600,底座100设有第一固定耳700和第二固定耳800,底座100位于第一定位凸起500和第二定位凸起600之间,第一固定耳700固 定于第一定位凸起500的朝向车门内板的一侧,第二固定耳800固定于第二定位凸起600的朝向车门内板的一侧。
举例而言,第一固定耳700和第一定位凸起500之间可以采用螺栓等螺纹紧固件连接,第二固定耳800和第二定位凸起600之间均可以采用螺栓等螺纹紧固件连接,第一固定耳700和第二固定耳800中的一个可以为多个,例如第二固定耳800为两个,第一固定耳700为一个,且第一固定耳700在前后方向上可以位于两个第二固定耳800之间,这样通过将第一固定耳700和第二固定耳800在底座100的长度方向上错开布置,底座100在其长度方向受到的固定力更为均匀,从而底座100的位置更为稳定。
另外,由于第一定位凸起500和第二定位凸起600均从车门外板2的内侧面朝向车门内板的方向凸起,通过将底座100安装于第一定位凸起500和第二定位凸起600之间,底座100可以距离车门外板2的内侧面更近,甚至贴合于车门外板2的内侧面,这样底座100凸出于车门外板2的内侧面的尺寸更小,有利于减小车门外板2和底座100整体在左右方向上的尺寸,从而能够提高空间利用率。
此外,第一定位凸起500的朝向车门内板的一侧和第二定位凸起600的朝向车门内板的一侧均可以为平面,第一固定耳700和第二固定耳800均为沿上下方向延伸的平板,这样第一固定耳700和第一定位凸起500之间的贴合面积更大,且第二固定耳800和第二定位凸起600之间的贴合面积更大,有利于提高底座100和车门外板2之间的连接强度。
其中,第一定位凸起500的上边沿和第二定位凸起600的下边沿之间的距离大第一固定耳700的上边沿和第二固定耳800的下边沿之间的距离,这样第一固定耳700和第二固定耳800在上下方向上不会凸出于第一定位凸起500和第二定位凸起600,对底座100的固定更为可靠。

  1. 一种车门外把手,其特征在于,包括:
    底座,所述底座设有扣手槽且适于安装于车门;
    把手柄,所述把手柄在关闭位置和打开位置之间可转动地安装于所述底座,所述把手柄处于所述关闭位置时,所述把手柄的外表面不凸出于所述车门的外表面且封盖所述扣手槽,所述把手柄通过向所述扣手槽内转动而从所述关闭位置转动至所述打开位置时,所述把手柄不凸出于所述车门的外表面且露出所述扣手槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手柄处于所述关闭位置时,所述把手柄的外表面与所述车门的外表面平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述车门封盖所述扣手槽的一部分,所述把手柄处于所述关闭位置时封盖所述扣手槽的另一部分,所述把手柄处于所述打开位置时在所述车门内止抵于所述车门的封盖所述扣手槽的部分。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手柄设有转轴,所述把手柄通过所述转轴可转动地安装于所述底座,所述转轴位于所述把手柄处于所述关闭位置时的下沿处。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,还包括:
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置适于与车门锁相连且与所述把手柄连接,所述驱动装置在所述车门锁解锁时将所述把手柄驱动至位于所述打开位置和所述关闭位置之间的中间位置;
    其中,所述把手柄从所述关闭位置到所述中间位置的转动角度大于所述把手柄从所述中间位置到所述打开位置的转动角度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手柄从所述关闭位置通过向所述扣手槽内转动110°~120°而转动至所述中间位置;
    所述把手柄从所述中间位置通过向所述扣手槽内转动50°~60°而转动至所述打开位置。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为电机,所述电机安装于所述底座外,所述电机与所述把手柄传动连接且适于所述车门锁通讯。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括:
    推杆,所述推杆的一端适于与所述车门锁传动连接;
    解锁摇臂,所述解锁摇臂与所述把手柄传动连接且通过解锁推杆卡扣与所述推杆的另一端相连。
  9. 一种车门总成,其特征在于,包括:
    车门;
    根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的车门外把手。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述车门包括:
    车门外板和车门内板,所述车门外板安装于所述车门内板的外侧,所述底座安装于所述车门外板且位于所述车门外板和所述车门内板之间,所述车门外板设有与所述扣手槽位置对应的把手开口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车门总成,其特征在于,所述车门外板的朝向所述车门内板的一侧设有沿上下方向间隔设置的第一定位凸起和第二定位凸起,所述底座设有第一固定耳和第二固定耳,所述底座位于所述第一定位凸起和所述第二定位凸起之间,所述第一固定耳固定于所述第一定位凸起的朝向所述车门内板的一侧,所述第二固定耳固定于所述第二定位凸起的朝向所述车门内板的一侧。
