背景技术
移动通信发展迄今已超过30年,当前国内外大部分运营商都已完成4G网络的部署且已启动5G网络的建设,基于4G或5G核心网的IMS(IP Multimedia System,IP多媒体子系统)网络大部分运营商也已完成部署。目前4G用户国际漫游主要还是采用回落CS(Circuit Switched,电路交换)的方式发送短消息。网络演进到4G或5G后CS网络将逐渐退网,运营商采用的主流方案是基于IMS的S8HR(S8 Home Routing,基于S8接口的归属路由方案)/N9HR(N9 Home Routing,基于N9接口的归属路由方案)方案。上述方案能满足4G或5G用户的国际漫游需。
然而,采用上述方案时,短消息中心无法获得用户漫游地的信息,用户在国际漫游的情况下发送的短信息和未漫游情况下发送的短信息无法区分计费,因此,存在无法针对用户的国际漫游短消息进行计费的问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种国际漫游短消息的计费方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,解决了无法针对用户的国际漫游短消息计进行费的问题。
为解决上述问题,本申请的实施例提供了一种国际漫游短消息的计费方法,应用于IP-SM-GW(IP Short Message Gateway,IP短消息网关),方法包括:获取S-CSCF(Serving Call Session Control Function,服务呼叫会话控制功能)发送的第三方注册消息,其中,第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游网络信息,第三方注册消息基于来自P-CSCF(Proxy Call Session Control Function,代理呼叫会话控制功能)发送的用户注册消息生成;从第三方注册消息中解析出漫游网络信息;在收到用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用户的漫游网络信息,供计费系统根据漫游网络信息对用户进行计费。
为解决上述问题,本申请的实施例提供了一种国际漫游短消息的计费方法,应用于P-CSCF,方法包括:在接收到用户发起的用户注册消息后,获取用户的漫游网络信息;在用户注册消息中添加用户的漫游网络信息;向S-CSCF发送漫游信息添加后的用户注册消息,供S-CSC向IP-SM-GW发送第三方注册消息,其中,所述第三方注册消息中携带所述用户的漫游信息;第三方注册消息用于IP-SM-GW在收到用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用于对用户 进行计费的漫游网络信息。

为解决上述问题,本申请的实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述应用于IP-SM-GW的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,或能够实现上述应用于P-CSCF的国际漫游短消息的计费方法。
在本申请实施例中,通过记录用户漫游网络信息,并在用户发送国际漫游短消息时,将漫游网络信息发送至计费系统,供计费系统根据漫游网络信息对用户进行计费,实现了在用户发送国际漫游短消息时,计费系统能获取漫游网络信息,解决了无法针对用户的国际漫游短消息进行计费的问题。

本申请的一实施例涉及一种国际漫游短消息的计费方法,应用于IP-SM-GW,方法包括获取S-CSCF发送的第三方注册消息,其中,第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游网络信息,第三方注册消息基于来自P-CSCF发送的用户注册消息生成;从第三方注册消息中解析出漫游网络信息;在收到用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用户的漫游网络信息,供计费系统根据漫游网络信息对用户进行计费。
在本申请实施例中,运营商新建专用于4G或5G用户国际漫游的国际关口局,关口局包含P-GW/UPF(Packet Data Network Gateway,PDN网关/User Plane Function,用户面功能)及P-CSCF等专用网元,负责把国际漫出用户的IMS注册及消息路由至用户归属IMS网络。
本申请实施例的网络架构中包括以下设备:IP-SM-GW、SMSC(Short Message Service Center,短消息中心)、4G核心网关设备S-GW(Serving Gateway,服务网关)/P-GW、5G核心网设备UPF、5G网络PCF(Policy Control Function,策略控制功能、4G网络策略和计费规则功能PCRF(Policy and Charging Rule Function)、HSS(Home Subscriber Server,归属签约用户服务器)以及IMS网络设备P-CSCF、I-CSCF(询问呼叫会话控制功能,Interrogating Call Session Control Function)和S-CSCF等。
其中,IP-SM-GW主要用于记录用户漫游网络的PLMNID(Public Land Mobile Network Identification,公共陆地移动网)和向计费系统提供MCC和MNC信息;SMSC主要用于终端短消息的存储、转发以及重试;4G核心网设备S/P-GW主要用于分组数据的路由转发;PCRF主要用于策略控制决策和基于流计费控制的功能;5G核心网设备UPF主要执行不同的用户面处理;PCF主要提供策略规则供网络实体实施执行;HSS主要负责管理用户的签约数据和移动用户的位置信息;P-CSCF主要用于向I-CSCF转发UE(User Equipment,用户设备)发来的SIP(Session initialization Protocol,会话初始协议)注册请求以及向S-CSCF转发UE发送的SIP消息;I-CSCF主要用于为用户指定某个S-CSCF来执行SIP注册以及将其他网络传送的SIP请求转发到S-CSCF;S-CSCF主要用于处理注册请求,通过HSS使注册请求生效,以及与各种应用服务器交互提供多媒体业务。
4G网络基于S8HR方案的国际漫游短消息系统如图1所示,运营商在支持4G国际漫游时需要在国际关口局建设国际漫游专用P-GW和P-CSCF,4G用户漫游到国外网络后,发送短消 息路径如图中标注序号:
UE->漫游地S-GW->国际关口局P-GW->国际关口局P-CSCF->I-CSCF->S-CSCF->IP-SM-GW->SMSC。
5G网络基于N9HR方案的国际漫游短消息系统如图2所示。运营商在支持5G国际漫游时需要在国际关口局建设国际漫游专用UPF和P-CSCF,5G用户漫游到国外网络后,发送短消息路径如图中标注序号:
UE->漫游地UPF->国际关口局UPF->国际关口局P-CSCF->I-CSCF->S-CSCF->IP-SM-GW->SMSC。
下面对本实施例中的方法的实现细节进行具体的说明,以下内容仅为方便理解本方案的实现细节,并非实施本方案的必须。具体流程如图3所示,可包括如下步骤:
在步骤301中,获取S-CSCF发送的第三方注册消息,其中,第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游网络信息,第三方注册消息基于来自P-CSCF发送的用户注册消息生成。
在一个例子中,P-CSCF发送的用户注册消息的PVNI头域中有漫游网络信息,即PLMN ID。其中,漫游消息中包含MNC(Mobile Network Code,移动网络号码)和MCC(Mobile Country Code,移动信号国家码)。
在一个例子中,国际关口局P-CSCF将携带PVNI头域的IMS初始注册消息传送到用户归属的S-CSCF,IP-SM-GW从S-CSCF获取携带PVNI头域的第三方IP短消息注册消息。
另外,IP-SM-GW收到第三方注册消息后,向HSS发送PUR(Profile-Update-Request,用户信息更新请求)消息,供HSS完成用户的注册,当IP-SM-GW收到HSS发送的PUA(Profile-Update-Answer,用户信息更新应答)响应时,则说明用户注册成功,此时IP-SM-GW还需向S-CSCF返回注册响应。
在一个例子中,4G或5G用户国际漫游场景下的IMS注册流程参考图4,具体步骤如下:
在步骤401中,4G或5G漫游UE发起到第一方注册消息,经漫游地网络提交到国际关口局漫游专用P-CSCF。
在步骤402中,P-CSCF查询PCF/PCRF获取用户漫游地运营商的PLMNID,将信息填写在第一方注册消息的头域字段PVNI中,经I-CSCF转发至S-CSCF。
在步骤403中,S-CSCF返回200OK响应。
在步骤404中,P-CSCF向UE返回200 OK响应。
在步骤405中,S-CSCF向预设IP-SM-GW发起第三方注册消息,携带PVNI头域信息。
在步骤406中,预设IP-SM-GW收到第三方注册消息,记录MNC及MCC等漫游信息,然后发送PUR消息注册到HSS。
在步骤407中,HSS给IP-SM-GW返回PUA响应。
在步骤408中,IP-SM-GW给S-CSCF返回第三方注册响应。

在一个例子中,IP-SM-GW从PVNI头域中解析出漫游网络信息中的MNC和MCC信息,并保存到本地的用户注册信息表中。

在步骤501中,4G或5G漫游UE发起MO(Mobile Originate上行短消息)短消息,经漫游地网络提交到国际关口局,然后转发到用户归属IP-SM-GW。
在步骤502中,IP-SM-GW将短消息转发到短消息中心。
在步骤503中,短消息中心返回起呼成功响应。
在步骤504中,IP-SM-GW查询本地保存的主叫用户的注册信息,获取用户当前漫游网络的PLMNID,包含MNC及MCC等信息,生成短消息话单文件。

在步骤703中,向S-CSCF发送漫游信息添加后的用户注册消息,供S-CSC向IP短消息网关IP-SM-GW发送第三方注册消息,其中,第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游信息;所述第三方注册消息用于IP-SM-GW在收到用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用于对用户进行计费的漫游网络信息。
在一个例子中,国际关口局P-CSCF将携带用户漫游网络信息的IMS初始注册消息传送到用户归属的S-CSCF,S-CSCF将携带用户漫游网络信息的第三方IP短消息注册消息传送给IP-SM-GW。在漫游用户发送短消息时,IP-SM-GW将保存的MCC和MNC信息提供给计费系统,计费系统根据MCC和MNC信息进行离线或在线计费。
本申请实施例提供的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,通过在收到用户的短消息注册消息时,获取用户漫游网络信息,并将用户漫游网络信息添加到短消息注册消息中,并将携带用户漫游网络消息的注册消息发送至S-CSCF,供S-CSCF生成携带用户漫游网络信息的第三方注册 消息并发送至IP-SM-GW,使得当用户在发送国际漫游短消息时,IP-SM-GW能将获取的用户漫游网络信息发送至短消息中心,从而短消息中心能够根据用户的漫游地信息对用户的国际漫游短消息进行计费,避免了用户在国际漫游情况下发送的短消息和未国际漫游情况下发送的短消息在短消息中心生成的短消息计费话单完全相同的问题,实现了短消息中心对漫游短消息的计费。
本申请实施例还提供了一种国际漫游短消息的计费方法的交互图,参考图8所示,具体步骤如下:
在步骤801中,国际关口局P-CSCF在接收到国际漫游用户终端经漫游地网络提交发送的IMS初始注册消息后,获取用户漫游网络信息,并在注册消息的PVNI头域填写包含MCC和MNC信息的用户漫游网络信息。
在步骤802中,国际关口局P-CSCF将IMS初始注册消息传送到用户归属的S-CSCF。
在步骤803中,S-CSCF将携带PVNI头域的第三方IP短消息注册消息传送给IP-SM-GW。
在步骤804中,IP-SM-GW从PVNI中取出MNC和MCC信息保存在本地的用户注册信息表中。
在步骤805中,运营商国际关口局P-CSCF接收国际漫游用户提交MO短消息。
在步骤806中,国际关口局P-CSCF将消息转发到用户归属的S-CSCF,用户归属的S-CSCF转发到归属IP-SM-GW。
在步骤807中,IP-SM-GW收到用户提交的MO短消息后,查询保存在本地的注册信息表中的MNC和MCC信息,将拜访地的MCC和MNC记录到短消息话单文件中。
在步骤808中,IP-SM-GW将短消息话单文件传送给计费系统。
在步骤809中,计费系统根据用户拜访地的MCC和MNC信息对漫游短消息进行计费。
上述例子是运营商采用离线计费的方式对用户的国际漫游短消息进行计费,当运营商采用在线计费的方式时,参考图9所示,具体步骤如下:
在步骤901中,国际关口局P-CSCF在接收到国际漫游用户终端经漫游地网络提交发送的IMS初始注册消息后,在注册消息的PVNI头域填写包含MCC和MNC信息的用户漫游网络信息。
在步骤902中,国际关口局P-CSCF将IMS初始注册消息传送到用户归属的S-CSCF。
在步骤903中,S-CSCF在第三方IP短消息注册消息中携带PVNI头域传送给IP-SM-GW。
在步骤904中,IP-SM-GW从PVNI中取出MNC和MCC信息保存在本地的用户注册信息表中。
在步骤905中,国际漫游用户提交MO(Message Originated)短消息,经漫游地网络发送到归属运营商国际关口局P-CSCF。
在步骤906中,国际关口局P-CSCF将消息转发到用户归属的S-CSCF,用户归属的S-CSCF转发到归属IP-SM-GW。
在步骤907中,IP-SM-GW收到用户提交的MO短消息后,查询保存在本地的注册信息表中的MNC和MCC信息,IP-SM-GW将用户拜访地的MCC和MNC信息添加到发送至OCS系统的计费认证消息中。
在步骤908中,IP-SM-GW将计费认证消息传送给OCS系统。
在步骤909中,OCS系统根据拜访地的MCC和MNC信息对漫游短消息进行实时计费。
本申请实施例提供的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,在4G或5G国际漫游用户的IMS注册流程,预设IP-SM-GW记录用户漫游网络的PLMN ID;在漫游用户发送短消息时,预设IP-SM-GW将MCC和MNC信息提供给计费系统,计费系统根据漫游标识进行离线或在线计费,使得当用户在发送国际漫游短消息时,IP-SM-GW能将获取的用户漫游网络信息发送至短消息中心,从而短消息中心能够根据用户的漫游地信息对用户的国际漫游短消息进行计费,避免了用户在国际漫游情况下发送的短消息和未国际漫游情况下发送的短消息在短消息中心生成的短消息计费话单完全相同的问题,实现了短消息中心对漫游短消息的计费。
上面各种方法的步骤划分,只是为了描述清楚,实现时可以合并为一个步骤或者对某些步骤进行拆分,分解为多个步骤,只要包括相同的逻辑关系,都在本专利的保护范围内;对算法中或者流程中添加无关紧要的修改或者引入无关紧要的设计,但不改变其算法和流程的核心设计都在该专利的保护范围内。
本申请实施例还涉及一种国际漫游短消息的计费装置,应用于IP-SM-GW,如图10所示,包括:注册消息获取模块1001、漫游网络信息解析模块1002以及发送模块1003。
具体地说,注册消息获取模块1001:获取S-CSCF发送的第三方注册消息,其中,第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游网络信息,第三方注册消息基于来自P-CSCF发送的用户注册消息生成;漫游网络信息解析模块1002:用于从第三方注册消息中解析出漫游网络信息;发送模块1003:用于在收到用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用户的漫游网络信息,供计费系统根据漫游网络信息对用户进行计费。
在一个例子中,国际关口局P-CSCF将携带PVNI头域的IMS初始注册消息传送到用户归属的S-CSCF,注册消息获取模块1001从S-CSCF获取携带PVNI头域的第三方IP短消息注册消息。
在一个例子中,注册消息获取模块1001收到用户的注册消息后,向HSS发送PUR消息,供HSS完成用户的注册,当IP-SM-GW收到HSS发送的PUA响应时,则说明用户注册成功,此时IP-SM-GW还需向S-CSCF返回注册响应。
进一步地,在采用离线计费的情况下,发送模块1003向计费系统发送携带用户的漫游网络信息的短消息话单文件,供计费系统根据用户的漫游网络信息对用户进行计费,即在运营商采用离线计费方式时,发送模块1003查询本地保存的主叫用户的注册信息,获取用户当前漫游网络信息中的包含MNC和MCC等信息的PLMNID,生成短消息话单文件;发送模块1003向计费系统传送带有MNC和MCC信息的短消息话单文件,供计费系统对漫游用户进行计费。
更进一步地,在采用在线计费的情况下,发送模块1003向在线计费系统发送携带用户的漫游网络信息的计费认证消息,供在线计费系统根据用户的漫游网络信息对用户进行实时计费。即在运营商采用在线计费方式时,IP-SM-GW查询本地保存的主叫用户的注册信息,获取用户当前漫游网络包含MNC和MCC等信息的PLMN ID;发送模块1003将用户拜访地的MCC和MNC信息添加到OCS系统的计费认证消息中,向OCS系统发送携带MNC和MCC信息的计费认证消息,供OCS系统进行漫游用户的实时计费。
本申请实施例提供的国际漫游短消息的计费装置,通过获取携带用户漫游网络信息的第三方注册消息并将注册消息存储在本地的信息列表中,使得当用户在发送国际漫游短消息时,能将用户的漫游地信息发送至短消息中心,从而短消息中心能够根据用户的漫游地信息对用户的国际漫游短消息进行计费,避免了用户在国际漫游情况下发送的短消息和未国际漫游情 况下发送的短消息在短消息中心生成的短消息计费话单完全相同的问题,实现了短消息中心对漫游短消息的计费。
不难发现,本实施方式为上述应用于IP-SM-GW的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例相对应的装置实施例,本实施方式可与上述应用于IP-SM-GW的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例互相配合实施。上述应用于IP-SM-GW的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例提到的相关技术细节在本实施方式中依然有效,为了减少重复,这里不再赘述。相应地,本实施方式中提到的相关技术细节也可应用在上述应用于IP-SM-GW的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例中。
本申请实施例还涉及一种国际漫游短消息的计费装置,应用于P-CSCF,如图11所示,包括:漫游网络信息获取模块1101、添加模块1102以及发送模块1103。
具体地说,漫游网络信息获取模块1101:在用于接收到用户发起的用户注册消息后,获取用户的漫游网络信息;添加模块1102:用于在用户注册消息中添加用户的漫游网络信息;发送模块1103:向S-CSCF发送漫游信息添加后的用户注册消息,供S-CSCF向IP-SM-GW发送第三方注册消息,其中,第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游信息;第三方注册消息用于IP-SM-GW在收到用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用于对用户进行计费的漫游网络信息。
在一个例子中,漫游网络信息获取模块1101通过向用户归属网络的PCF/PCRF订阅漫游地运营商的PLMNID变更信息,来获取用户的漫游地信息。
在一个例子中,在收到国际漫游用户终端发送的IMS初始注册消息后,添加模块1102将获取到的用户漫游网络信息即PLMN ID信息,填写到注册消息的PVNI头域,其中,PLMN ID信息包括MCC和MNC信息。
在一个例子中,发送模块1103将用户漫游网络信息的IMS初始注册消息传送到用户归属的S-CSCF,S-CSCF将携带用户漫游网络信息的第三方IP短消息注册消息传送给IP-SM-GW。在漫游用户发送短消息时,IP-SM-GW将保存的MCC和MNC信息提供给计费系统,计费系统根据MCC和MNC信息进行离线或在线计费。
本申请实施例提供的国际漫游短消息的计费装置,通过在收到用户的短消息注册消息时,获取用户漫游网络信息,并将用户漫游网络信息添加到短消息注册消息中,并将携带用户漫游网络消息的注册消息发送至S-CSCF,供S-CSCF生成携带用户漫游网络信息的第三方注册消息并发送给IP-SM-GW,使得当用户在发送国际漫游短消息时,IP-SM-GW能将获取的用户漫游网络信息发送至短消息中心,从而短消息中心能够根据用户的漫游地信息对用户的国际漫游短消息进行计费,避免了用户在国际漫游情况下发送的短消息和未国际漫游情况下发送的短消息在短消息中心生成的短消息计费话单完全相同的问题,实现了短消息中心对漫游短消息的计费。
不难发现,本实施方式为上述应用于P-CSCF的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例相对应的装置实施例,本实施方式可与上述应用于P-CSCF的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例互相配合实施。上述应用于P-CSCF的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例提到的相关技术细节在本实施方式中依然有效,为了减少重复,这里不再赘述。相应地,本实施方式中提到的相关技术细节也可应用在上述应用于P-CSCF的国际漫游短消息的计费方法实施例中。
值得一提的是,本申请上述两种实施方式中所涉及到的各模块均为逻辑模块,在实际应用中,一个逻辑单元可以是一个物理单元,也可以是一个物理单元的一部分,还可以以多个 物理单元的组合实现。此外,为了突出本申请的创新部分,本实施方式中并没有将与解决本申请所提出的技术问题关系不太密切的单元引入,但这并不表明本实施方式中不存在其它的单元。
本申请的实施例还提供一种电子设备,如图12所示,包括至少一个处理器1201;以及,与所述至少一个处理器1201通信连接的存储器1202;其中,所述存储器1202存储有可被所述至少一个处理器1201执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器1201执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行上述IP-SM-GW的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,或者,能够执行上述应用于P-CSCF的国际漫游短消息的计费方法。
其中,存储器和处理器采用总线方式连接,总线可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线将一个或多个处理器和存储器的各种电路连接在一起。总线还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路连接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口在总线和收发机之间提供接口。收发机可以是一个元件,也可以是多个元件,比如多个接收器和发送器,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。经处理器处理的数据通过天线在无线介质上进行传输,进一步,天线还接收数据并将数据传送给处理器。
处理器负责管理总线和通常的处理,还可以提供各种功能,包括定时,外围接口,电压调节、电源管理以及其他控制功能。而存储器可以被用于存储处理器在执行操作时所使用的数据。
上述产品可执行本申请实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果,未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的方法。
本申请的实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序。计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述方法实施例。
本领域技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机,芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
上述实施例是提供给本领域普通技术人员来实现和使用本申请的,本领域普通技术人员可以在脱离本申请的发明思想的情况下,对上述实施例做出种种修改或变化,因而本申请的保护范围并不被上述实施例所限,而应该符合权利要求书所提到的创新性特征的最大范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种国际漫游短消息的计费方法,应用于IP短消息网关IP-SM-GW,包括:
    获取服务呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF发送的第三方注册消息,其中,所述第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游网络信息,所述第三方注册消息基于来自代理呼叫会话控制功能P-CSCF发送的用户注册消息生成;
    从所述第三方注册消息中解析出所述漫游网络信息;
    在收到所述用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送所述用户的漫游网络信息,供所述计费系统根据所述漫游网络信息对所述用户进行计费。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,其中,所述向计费系统发送所述用户的漫游网络信息,供所述计费系统根据所述漫游网络信息对所述用户进行计费,包括:
    在采用离线计费的情况下,向所述计费系统发送携带所述用户的漫游网络信息的短消息话单文件,供所述计费系统根据所述用户的漫游网络信息对所述用户进行计费;
    在采用在线计费的情况下,向在线计费系统发送携带所述用户的漫游网络信息的计费认证消息,供所述在线计费系统根据所述用户的漫游网络信息对所述用户进行实时计费。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,其中,在所述获取服务呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF发送的第三方注册消息之后,还包括:
    向归属签约用户服务器HSS发送用户信息更新请求PUR消息,供所述HSS完成所述用户的注册;
    当收到所述HSS发送的用户信息更新应答PUA响应时,则说明用户注册成功。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,其中,所述漫游网络信息包括:移动信号国家码MNC和移动网络号码MCC信息;
    所述P-CSCF置于4G或5G用户国际漫游专用的国际关口局中。
  5. 一种国际漫游短消息的计费方法,应用于代理呼叫会话控制功能P-CSCF,包括:
    在接收到用户发起的用户注册消息后,获取所述用户的漫游网络信息;
    在所述用户注册消息中添加所述用户的漫游网络信息;
    向服务呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF发送所述漫游信息添加后的用户注册消息,供所述S-CSC向IP短消息网关IP-SM-GW发送第三方注册消息,其中,所述第三方注册消息中携带所述用户的漫游信息;
    所述第三方注册消息用于IP-SM-GW在收到所述用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用于对所述用户进行计费的所述漫游网络信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,其中,所述获取所述用户的漫游网络信息,包括:
    在运营商采用HR方式的国际漫游方案的情况下,通过向用户归属网络的策略控制功能 PCF或策略和计费规则功能PCRF订阅漫游地运营商的漫游网络变更信息,获取所述用户的漫游网络信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,其中,
    所述漫游网络信息包括:移动信号国家码MNC和移动网络号码MCC信息。
  8. 一种国际漫游短消息的计费装置,应用于IP短消息网关IP-SM-GW,包括:
    注册消息获取模块:用于获取服务呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF发送的第三方注册消息,其中,所述第三方注册消息中携带用户的漫游网络信息,所述第三方注册消息基于来自代理呼叫会话控制功能P-CSCF发送的用户注册消息生成;
    漫游网络信息解析模块:用于从所述第三方注册消息中解析出所述漫游网络信息;
    发送模块:用于在收到所述用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送所述用户的漫游网络信息,供所述计费系统根据所述漫游网络信息对所述用户进行计费。
  9. 一种国际漫游短消息的计费装置,应用于代理呼叫会话控制功能P-CSCF,包括:
    漫游网络信息获取模块:在用于接收到用户发起的用户注册消息后,获取所述用户的漫游网络信息;
    添加模块:用于在所述用户注册消息中添加所述用户的漫游网络信息;
    发送模块:向服务呼叫会话控制功能S-CSCF发送所述漫游信息添加后的用户注册消息,供所述S-CSC向IP短消息网关IP-SM-GW发送第三方注册消息,其中,所述第三方注册消息中携带所述用户的漫游信息;
    所述第三方注册消息用于IP-SM-GW在收到所述用户发送的短消息的情况下,向计费系统发送用于对所述用户进行计费的所述漫游网络信息。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,或者,能够执行如权利要求5至7中任一项所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至4中任一项所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法,或者,能够执行如权利要求5至7中任一项所述的国际漫游短消息的计费方法。
