优选地,所述卡接结构包括有环形卡片,挤压弹簧,挤压块,所述第一套管的内侧壁沿着轴向方向开设有第一环形凹槽,所述环形卡片设在第一所述环形凹槽内,所述挤压弹簧设在所述环形卡片与所述第一环形凹槽之间,所述挤压块设在所述环形卡片上且贯穿所述第一套管的侧壁延伸至第一套管的外侧,所述挤压块与所述挤压弹簧相对设置,所述电极刀的外侧壁上阵列开设有若干个与环形卡片相互配合的第二环形凹槽,所述环形卡片与所述第一环形凹槽的圆心处在同一条直线上但是不处于同一个圆心,通过挤压块的挤压,将挤压弹簧进行压缩,从而带动环形卡片移动,使得环形卡片的圆心靠近第一环形凹槽的圆心,当处于同一个圆心时,环形卡片掩藏在第一环形凹槽内,从而使得电极刀能够贯穿第一套管直到电极刀接触至到导电件时,停止按压挤压块,从而挤压弹簧带动环形卡片回位将环形卡片卡入至第二环形凹槽内,完成电极刀与第一套管之间的可拆卸连接,采用这种方式,安装便捷,简化了更换刀头的复杂程度,同时使得安装后的电极刀能够牢固的与第一套管进行连接,防止手术中发生电极移位给手术带来极大的安全隐患。
优选地,第二环形凹槽开设有若干个,通过若干个环形凹槽使得电极刀能够具备一定调节深度的功能,能够适用于不同深度的伤口,使用更加的人性化。
优选地,所述电极刀包括有刀体和套设在所述刀体外侧壁上的第三套管,所述第三套管的外侧壁上开设有所述第二环形凹槽,所述第三套管和第二套管均为绝缘材质,保证使用的安全性。
优选地,所述导电件包括有导电环形挡圈、导电弹簧、导电挤压板,所述导电环形挡圈设在所述第二套管的内侧壁上,所述导电挤压板设在所述第二套管靠近所述第一套管的位置且不与第二套管的侧壁接触,所述导电弹簧设在所述导电环形挡圈与导电挤压板之间,所述导电环形挡圈、导电弹簧、导电挤压板均为导电材料,导电材料可以为铜材料,然后在铜材料的表面进行防氧化处理,能够延长使用寿命,通过电极刀的刀体对导电挤压板的挤压完成电极刀与挤压板之间的接触连接,完成导电功能,电极刀与导电挤压板之间是通过面与面的接触连接,使得接触面积加大,比市面上采用的电极刀头与导电片之间采用点与点接触的方式,通电的稳定性更高,通过导电弹簧,当电极刀需要进行伸缩调节时,使得导电弹簧能够挤压,始终保证电极刀与导电挤压板之间的接触,同时在一些场合如果手术电刀需要频繁更换电极刀时,本案的电极刀头与第二套管的接触方式,在更换电极刀后,电极刀头的通电更加的稳定,而采用一些专利如CN202021920513.1中提到的电极刀与导电片之间采用的是点与点的接触,电极刀与导电片的接触面积小,通过摩檫力挤压,长期使用过程中容易磨损,导致接触不良,容易出现事故,因此本案的方式要优越很多,使用寿命较长。
优选地,所述导电挤压板上开设有若干个通风孔,通过通风孔,导电环形挡圈的空隙,导电弹簧的空隙,保证第二套管内部的中空设计,保证第二套管具备导电功能的同时具备吸烟的功能。
优选地,所述导电弹簧的直径大于所述导电环形挡圈的内径,保证导电弹簧在挤压过程中,保证导电弹簧挤压过程中始终保持在导电环形挡圈与导电挤压板之间。
优选地,所述第三套管与所述第一套管之间形成有间隙,使得吸烟管能够具备吸烟的功能。
优选地,还包括有用以固定所述吸烟管并可手持控制的手柄、PCB板,以及设于所述手柄上用以点按操控所述PCB板的按钮、LED灯,所述LED灯设在所述手柄的前端且与所述PCB板电连接,所述PCB板与所述吸烟管通过弹簧针进行连接,所述弹簧针是现有技术,因此不在本案进行赘述,通过弹簧针使得 PCB板始终保持与第二套管的接触,所述LED灯的投射光线的轴线与所述刀头的轴线平行,随着所述刀头的移动而照明,避免视野盲区,可以满足深度手术的照明要求,通过按钮能够完成电切、电凝、和照明的功能。
优选地,所述手柄上设有便于挤压挤压块的挤压按钮。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明通过卡接结构将电极刀可拆卸的固定在所述第一套管上,便于更换不同种类的电极刀,医护人员可以根据患者的具体情况使用不同的刀头,节约成本的同时保证更换的便捷性,提高实用性和可靠性,同时电极通过导电件与具有导电功能的第二套管进行导通,将第二套管即可作为吸烟管使用,又可作为导电片使用,使得手术电刀无需安装其他的导电片,减少组装的步骤,保证吸烟的同时又能保证通电的稳定性。
2.本发明通过挤压块的挤压,将挤压弹簧进行压缩,从而带动环形卡片移动,使得环形卡片的圆心靠近第一环形凹槽的圆心,当处于同一个圆心时,环形卡片掩藏在第一环形凹槽内,从而使得电极刀能够贯穿第一套管直到电极刀接触至到导电件时,停止按压挤压块,从而挤压弹簧带动环形卡片回位将环形卡片卡入至第二环形凹槽内,完成电极刀与第一套管之间的可拆卸连接,采用这种方式,安装便捷,简化了更换刀头的复杂程度,同时使得安装后的电极刀能够牢固的与第一套管进行连接,防止手术中发生电极移位给手术带来极大的安全隐患。
3.本发明通过电极刀的刀体对导电挤压板的挤压完成电极刀与挤压板之间的接触连接,完成导电功能,电极刀与导电挤压板之间是通过面与面的接触连接,使得接触面积加大,比市面上采用的电极刀头与导电片之间采用点与点接触的方式,通电的稳定性更高。
4.本发明通过导电弹簧和第二环形凹槽,当电极刀需要进行伸缩调节时,使得导电弹簧能够挤压,始终保证电极刀与导电挤压板之间的接触,使得电极刀能够具备一定调节长度的功能,能够适用于不同深度的伤口,使用更加的人性化。

下面结合附图以实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1-11所示,一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,包括第一套管、具有导电功能的第二套管、电极刀53,所述第二套管52与所述第一套管51固定连接,所述电极刀53与所述第一套管51之间设有卡接结构6,所述电极刀53与所述第一套管51通过卡接结构6可拆卸连接,所述第二套管52靠近所述第一套管51的内部设有导电件7,所述电极刀53贯穿所述第一套管1通过导电件7与所述第二套管52接触连接,所述电极刀53为菱形电极刀534,所述卡接结构6包括有环形卡片61,挤压弹簧62,挤压块63,所述第一套管51的内侧壁沿着轴向方向开设有第一环形凹槽64,所述环形卡片61设在第一所述第一环形凹槽64内,所述挤压弹簧62设在所述环形卡片61与所述第一环形凹槽64之间,所述挤压块63设在所述环形卡片61上且贯穿所述第一套管51的侧壁延伸至第一套管51的外侧,所述挤压块63与所述挤压弹簧62相对设置,所述电极刀53的外侧壁上阵列开设有若干个与环形卡片61相互配合的第二环形凹槽65,所述导电 件7包括有导电环形挡圈71、导电弹簧72、导电挤压板73,所述导电环形挡圈7设在所述第二套管52的内侧壁上,所述导电挤压板72设在所述所述第二套管52靠近所述第一套管51的位置且不与第二套管52的侧壁接触,所述导电弹簧71设在所述导电环形挡圈7与导电挤压板72之间,所述导电挤压板73上开设有若干个通风孔731,所述导电弹簧72的直径大于所述导电环形挡圈71的内径,所述第三套管532与所述第一套管51之间形成有间隙533。
如图3所示,所述电极刀53包有刀体531和套设在所述刀体531外侧壁上的第三套管532,所述第三套管532的外侧壁上开设有所述第二环形凹槽65。
如图1、如图2和如图8所示,一种带光源的手术电刀,包括吸烟管,其还包括有用以固定所述吸烟管并可手持控制的手柄2、手柄2分为上壳和下壳,便于组装,PCB板3,电源线1,以及设于所述手柄2上用以点按操控所述PCB板3的按钮4、LED灯8,所述LED灯8设在所述手柄2的前端且与所述PCB板3电连接,所述PCB板3与所述吸烟管通过弹簧针9进行连接,所述手柄2上设有便于挤压挤压块63的挤压按钮21。
工作原理:将吸烟管与外界的真空泵连接,通过弹簧针9将PCB板3始终与吸烟管进行接触,通过导电件7使得电极刀53始终与吸烟管接触,从而保证通电的状态,在手术时,操作人员通过按钮4可以进行照明,切割,凝合操作处理,开启真空泵,进行手术操作,产生的手术烟气,通过间隙533进入至第一套管533,之后进入至第二套管52,之后进行排出,当需要更换电极刀53时,按压手柄2上的按钮21,使得挤压块63将挤压弹簧62进行压缩,从而带动环形卡片61移动,使得环形卡片61的圆心靠近第一环形凹槽64的圆心,当处于同一个圆心时,环形卡片61掩藏在第一环形凹槽64内,从而使得电极刀53能够贯穿第一套管51直到电极刀53接触至到导电件7上的导电挤压板73,放开按钮21,从而挤压弹簧62带动环形卡片61回位,将环形卡片61卡入至第二环形凹槽65内,完成电极刀53与第一套管51之间的可拆卸连接,采用这种方式,安装便捷,便于更换电极刀53,同时也简化了更换刀头的复杂程度,同时使得安装后的电极刀能够牢固的与第一套管进行连接,防止手术中发生电极移位给手术带来极大的安全隐患,当电极刀53需要伸缩调节时,只需要将电极刀53向导电挤压板73的方向挤压或者向外侧进行拔出,使得环形卡片61卡入不同的第二环形凹槽65,使得电极刀能够具备一定调节深度的功能,能够适用于不同深度 的伤口,使用更加的人性化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,包括第一套管(51)、具有导电功能的第二套管(52)、电极刀(53),所述第二套管(52)与所述第一套管(51)固定连接,所述电极刀(53)与所述第一套管(51)之间设有卡接结构(6),所述电极刀(53)与所述第一套管(51)通过卡接结构(6)可拆卸连接,所述第二套管(52)靠近所述第一套管(51)的内部设有导电件(7),所述电极刀(53)贯穿所述第一套管(1)通过导电件(7)与所述第二套管(52)接触连接,所述电极刀(53)为菱形电极刀(534)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述卡接结构(6)包括有环形卡片(61),挤压弹簧(62),挤压块(63),所述第一套管(51)的内侧壁沿着轴向方向开设有第一环形凹槽(64),所述环形卡片(61)设在第一所述第一环形凹槽(64)内,所述挤压弹簧(62)设在所述环形卡片(61)与所述第一环形凹槽(64)之间,所述挤压块(63)设在所述环形卡片(61)上且贯穿所述第一套管(51)的侧壁延伸至第一套管(51)的外侧,所述挤压块(63)与所述挤压弹簧(62)相对设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述电极刀(53)的外侧壁上阵列开设有若干个与环形卡片(61)相互配合的第二环形凹槽(65)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述电极刀(53)包有刀体(531)和套设在所述刀体(531)外侧壁上的第三套管(532),所述第三套管(532)的外侧壁上开设有所述第二环形凹槽(65)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述导电件(7)包括有导电环形挡圈(71)、导电弹簧(72)、导电挤压板(73),所述导电环形挡圈(71)设在所述第二套管(52)的内侧壁上,所述导电挤压板(73)设在所述第二套管(52)靠近所述第一套管(51)的位置且不与第二套管(52)的侧壁接触,所述导电弹簧(72)设在所述导电环形挡圈(71)与导电挤压板(73)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述导电挤压板(73)上开设有若干个通风孔(731)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述导电弹簧(71)的直径大于所述导电环形挡圈(7)的内径。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述第三套管(532)与所述第一套管(51)之间形成有间隙(533)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,还包括有用以固定所述第一套管(51)和第二套管(52)并可手持控制的手柄(2)、PCB板(3),以及设于所述手柄(2)上用以点按操控所述PCB板(3)的按钮(4)、LED灯(8),所述LED灯(8)设在所述手柄(2)的前端且与所述PCB板(3)电连接,所述PCB板(3)与所述第一套管(51)和第二套管(52)通过弹簧针(9)进行连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种低损伤伸缩光源手术电刀,其特征在于,所述手柄(2)上设有便于挤压挤压块(63)的挤压按钮(21)。
