本实用新型公开了一类电动工具,包括有用于与工作部连接的工具本体、提供电力给工作部工作的移动电源和用于传输电力的电源输送连接线,电源输送连接线连接在工具本体和移动电源之间,把移动电源电力传输到工作部上。经由上述技术方案可知,通过把工具本体内的电池外移做成移动电源的方式,再通过电源输送连接线连接移动电源和工具本体,并通过移动电源通电给工作部实现工作,这样使用人员在使用过程中,不用同时拿着电池和工具,因为移动电源可以放到固定的地方或者挂在工作人员腰带上等方式,大大降低了工作人员使用的重量,让工作人员工作起来更轻松更灵活,降低了工作强度和疲劳度,从而能大大提高工作效率。

本实用新型涉及机械设备技术领域,具体的,是涉及一类电动工具。
背景技术
目前市面上存在的电动工具分别是直接插高压电源的直插式电动工具和充电电池直接连接工具上的充电式电动工具,直插式电动工具限制了工具使用范围,不能随身携带,使用没有那么便利,充电电池直接连接式充电工具造成使用人员在使用的时候要负担工具和电池的重量,电池重量大约占工具总重量约1/3至1/2的比重,长时间工作会使人容易疲劳,而且每支工具都要配一至二个充电电池,增加了购买成本和电池费旧时丢弃造成更多的环境污染。
技术解决方案
本实用新型旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一,提供了 一类电动工具。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:
一类电动工具,其包括有用于与工作部连接的工具本体、提供电力给所述的工作部工作的移动电源和用于传输电力的电源输送连接线,所述的电源输送连接线连接在所述的工具本体和所述的移动电源之间,把所述的移动电源电力传输到所述的工作部上。
在上述技术方案中,所述的工具本体底部设有与所述的电源输送连接线连接的第一USB接口。
在上述技术方案中,所述的第一USB接口内腔两侧设有第一卡扣凹槽,所述的电源输送连接线端部两侧设有卡扣凸起,所述的凸起与所述的第一卡扣凹槽卡紧配合。
在上述技术方案中,所述的第一USB接口上设有第一密封圈。
在上述技术方案中,所述的移动电源设有至少一个与所述的电源输送连接线连接的第二USB接口。
在上述技术方案中,所述的第二USB接口内腔两侧设有第二卡扣凹槽,所述的凸起与所述的第二卡扣凹槽卡紧配合。
在上述技术方案中,所述的第二USB接口上设有第二密封圈。
在上述技术方案中,所述的移动电源内设有调压电器元件。
在上述技术方案中,所述的移动电源的输出电压在5-120伏之间。
有益效果
经由上述的技术方案可知,通过把工具本体内的电池外移做成移动电源的方式,再通过电源输送连接线连接移动电源和工具本体,并通过移动电源通电给工作部实现工作,这样使用人员在使用过程中,不用同时拿着电池和工具,因为移动电源可以放到固定的地方或者挂在工作人员腰带上等方式,大大降低了工作人员使用的重量,让工作人员工作起来更轻松更灵活,降低了工作强度和疲劳度,从而能大大提高工作效率。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的 实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下 所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
参考图1-8所示,本实用新型公开了一类电动工具,其包括有工作部1、工具本体2、移动电源3、电源输送连接线4,其中:
参考图1所示,工作部1为电工工具的工作主体,工作部1包括有电动扳手主体、电动角磨主体、电动打磨主体、电动钉枪和电动剪等,用户可根据需求选择需要的工作部1。
参考图1、2、3、6、7所示,工具本体2用于与工作部1连接,形成一个完整的手持电动工具,工具本体2底部设有第一USB接口21,第一USB接口21上设有第一密封圈212,第一密封圈212可以在工作过程中,避免灰尘或者液体进入到工具本体2中对工作部1进行损坏,提高了使用寿命,第一USB接口21内腔两侧设有第一卡扣凹槽211,电源输送连接线4端部两侧设有卡扣凸起41,第一USB接口21与电源输送连接线4通过凸起41与第一卡扣凹槽211卡紧配合,实现了在工作时,不会因拖拽电源输送连接线4而使工具本体2与电源输送连接线4松脱,保证了使用过程流畅性,不会因松脱电源输送连接线4而反复繁琐插拔。
参考图1、4、5、6、8所示,移动电源3设有第二USB接口31,第二USB接口31内腔两侧设有第二卡扣凹槽311,第二USB接口31与电源输送连接线4通过凸起41与第二卡扣凹槽211卡紧配合,移动电源3通过电源输送连接线4提供电力给工作部1工作,凸起41与第二卡扣凹槽211能在电工工具工作时,不会因拖拽电源输送连接线4而使移动电源3与电源输送连接线4松脱,保证了使用过程流畅性,不会因松脱电源输送连接线4而反复繁琐插拔,第二USB接口31上设有第二密封圈312,第二密封圈312可以在工作过程中,避免灰尘或者液体进入到移动电源3中对移动电源3内部电器元件进行损坏,提高了使用寿命。
移动电源3的输出电压在5-120伏之间,能够满足市场上大多数的电工工具使用电压,且移动电源3内设有调压电器元件,调压电器元件集成于电路板中,移动电源3可以根据电工工具的工作部1的工作主体自行调节适应的电压。
移动电源3上设有至少一个第二USB接口31,其可以根据需要设计多个第二USB接口31,从而能够同时使用多个电工工具。
参考图1-8所示,采用这样的结构,一个移动电源3可以连接多种工具,减少电池重复购买,大大降低了购买成本,杜绝了多工具因为使用次数不多但购买每只工具又要配一至二个电池,浪费了电池,报费又污染环境,不环保的问题。因为移动电源能连接多种工具,大大提高使用率,减少了重复购买,更环保了。使用人员在使用过程中,不用同时拿着电池和工具,因为移动电源可以放到固定的地方或者挂在腰带上等方式,大大降低了使用重量,让人工作起来更轻松更灵活,降低了工作强度和疲劳度,从而大大提高工作效率,在移动电源3耗尽电量时,还能够通过电源输送连接线4与插座连接进行充电,使用起来方便。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他 实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (9)

  1. 一类电动工具,其特征在于,其包括有用于与工作部(1)连接的工具本体(2)、提供电力给所述的工作部(1)工作的移动电源(3)和用于起到传输电力的电源输送连接线(4),所述的电源输送连接线(4)连接在所述的工具本体(2)和所述的移动电源(3)之间,把所述的移动电源(3)电力传输到所述的工作部(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的工具本体(2)底部设有与所述的电源输送连接线(4)连接的第一USB接口(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的第一USB接口(21)内腔两侧设有第一卡扣凹槽(211),所述的电源输送连接线(4)端部两侧设有卡扣凸起(41),所述的凸起(41)与所述的第一卡扣凹槽(211)卡紧配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的第一USB接口(21)上设有第一密封圈(212)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的移动电源(3)设有至少一个与所述的电源输送连接线(4)连接的第二USB接口(31)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的第二USB接口(31)内腔两侧设有第二卡扣凹槽(311),所述的凸起(41)与所述的第二卡扣凹槽(211)卡紧配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的第二USB接口(31)上设有第二密封圈(312)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的移动电源(3)内设有调压电器元件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一类电动工具,其特征在于,所述的移动电源(3)的输出电压在5-120伏之间。
