　本発明は、たばこ製品用の広告カード、およびたばこ製品に関する。
　たばこ製品用の包装体の内部には、たばこ商品又はそれに関連する被収容物品と共にシート状の広告カードが同封される場合がある（例えば、特許文献１を参照）。

　たばこ製品用の広告カードは、通常、包装体を組み立てる包装機械によって搬送され、包装体の組み立て過程で包装体の内部に被収容物品と共に同封される。従って、従来では、広告カードの表面に加飾加工が施されていると、搬送過程で加飾加工部分が摩擦によって剥がれてしまう虞があった。
　本発明は、上記した実情に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、カードパネル部の最外層に加飾加工が施されていても、加飾領域の損傷を抑制可能なたばこ製品用の公告カードに関する技術を提供することにある。
　本発明は、たばこ商品又はそれに関連する一又は複数の被収容物品と共にたばこ製品用の包装体の内部に収容されるシート状の広告カードであって、おもて面と裏面のうちの少なくとも何れか一方が、最外層に加飾加工が施された加飾領域を含む加飾面として形成されたカードパネル部と、前記カードパネル部とは別体として前記加飾面に対して少なくとも一部が剥離可能に接着され、前記加飾領域を覆うシート状の保護シールと、

　本発明によれば、カードパネル部の最外層に加飾加工が施されていても、加飾領域の損傷を抑制可能なたばこ製品用の公告カードに関する技術を提供できる。

　以下、本発明に係る広告カードおよびたばこ製品の実施形態について、図面に基づいて説明する。なお、本実施形態に記載されている構成要素の寸法、材質、形状、その相対配置等は、特に特定的な記載がない限りは、発明の技術的範囲をそれらのみに限定する趣旨のものではない。
＜実施形態１＞
　図１および図２は、実施形態１に係るたばこ製品１の斜視図である。たばこ製品１は、包装体としてのパッケージ２と、当該パッケージ２に収容されたたばこ商品又はそれに関連する一又は複数の被収容物品を含んでいる。図１は、開封前のパッケージ２の状態を示している。図２は、開封後のパッケージ２の状態を示している。
　パッケージ２に収容された被収容物品は、たばこ商品又はそれに関連する物品であり、本実施形態においては非燃焼加熱式たばこ吸引器に用いるリフィル物品をパッケージ２に収容する例を説明する。非燃焼加熱式たばこ吸引器は、燃焼を伴わずにたばこ成分を吸引するための器具である。パッケージ２内には、非燃焼加熱式たばこ吸引器に用いるリフィル物品として、複数のたばこカプセル３３を収容するブリスターパック３と、カートリッジ４が収容されている。
　ブリスターパック３は、概略矩形状の樹脂シート等で構成されている蓋シート３１と、複数の収容部３２が一体となった容器であり、各収容部３２にカプセル３３が個別に包装されている。ブリスターパック自体は周知の容器であるため、その詳しい説明は省略する。図２に示すブリスターパック３は、５個のたばこカプセル３３を一列に並べて収容しているが、収容可能なたばこカプセル３３の数は特に限定されない。たばこカプセル３３は、たばこを含む香味源を内部に収容したカプセル容器である。
　カートリッジ４は、カートリッジ本体４１と、当該カートリッジ本体４１を包装する包装袋４２とを含んで構成されている。カートリッジ本体４１は、液体のエアロゾル源を収容するタンク、液体のエアロゾル源を加熱して霧化するためのヒータ素子などが一体に設けられたユニットである。エアロゾル源は、例えば、グリセリンやプロピレングリコールなど、霧化することでエアロゾルを生成させる生成液である。この種のカートリッジ自体は周知のため、その詳しい説明は省略する。本実施形態においては、ブリスターパック３およびカートリッジ４が、パッケージ２の被収容物品に相当する。勿論、上述したブリスターパック３及びカートリッジ４は、パッケージ２に収容される被収容物品の例示であり、その他の被収容物品がパッケージ２に収容されてもよい。
　図１および図２に示す例では、パッケージ２は偏平な直方体形状を有する包装箱として構成されている。パッケージ２は、板紙、ボール紙、マニラボール紙、コート紙等の紙材が好適であるが、これらには限定されない。例えば、プラスチック等の樹脂材料、その他の材料を用いてもよい。
　パッケージ２は、箱型の本体部２１と、当該本体部２１の上面開口を覆うカバー部２２を有する。カバー部２２は、ヒンジ２３を介して本体部２１の上縁に開閉自在に接続されている。カバー部２２には、適宜、ミシン目線２４や摘み片２５等が設けられている。ユーザーは、摘み片２５を指などで把持し、本体部２１に対してカバー部２２を開放する方向にめくり上げることで、ミシン目線２４を切断しながらパッケージ２を開封することができる。なお、符号２６はパッケージ２の側壁、符号２７はパッケージ２のフラップである。符号２８は、パッケージ２の内部に形成された収容部である。
　図３は、パッケージ２の内部を説明する図である。図３は、図１のＡ－Ａ断面に対応している。図３に示すように、パッケージ２の内側に形成された収容部２８には、ブリスターパック３およびカートリッジ４の他に、シート状の広告カード１０が収容されている。図３に示すように、パッケージ２の収容部２８には、ブリスターパック３およびカートリッジ４が平置き姿勢で並んで収容されている。また、図３に示す例では、広告カード１０は、ブリスターパック３およびカートリッジ４の上部に跨って載置された状態で収容部２８に収容されている。言い換えると、広告カード１０は、収容部２８の上側領域、すなわち収容部２８におけるカバー部２２と被収容物品（ブリスターパック３，カートリッジ４）の間に配置されている。但し、パッケージ２内において広告カード１０が収容される位置は特に限定されない。例えば、広告カード１０は、収容部２８における底部領域に収容されていてもよいし、当該底部領域および上記上側領域の双方に配置されていてもよい。
　広告カード１０は、製品名やロゴ、製品に関する説明文、公告や宣伝などが印刷されたカードである。広告カード１０は、板紙、ボール紙、マニラボール紙、コート紙等の紙材が好適であるが、これらには限定されない。
　図４は、実施形態１に係る広告カード１０を説明する斜視図である。広告カード１０は、おもて面と裏面のうちの少なくとも何れか一方が、最外層に加飾加工が施された加飾領域ＤＡを含む加飾面ＤＳとして形成されたカードパネル部１１と、カードパネル部１１とは別体として加飾面ＤＳに剥離可能に接着され、加飾領域ＤＡを覆うシート状の保護シール１２と、を備える。保護シール１２は、カードパネル部１１の加飾面ＤＳに対して少なくとも一部が剥離可能に接着される。図４では、カードパネル部１１の加飾面ＤＳに対して保護シール１２の全体が剥離可能に接着される態様を例に説明する。図５は、保護シール１２が剥離された後のカードパネル部１１を説明する斜視図である。
　以下、図４および図５を参照して広告カード１０の詳細について例示的に説明する。図４および図５に示す例では、カードパネル部１１は矩形シート形状を有しているが、カードパネル部１１の形状は特に限定されない。
　図中、符号１１Ａはカードパネル部１１のおもて面、符号１１Ｂはカードパネル部１１の裏面である。図４および図５に示す例では、カードパネル部１１のおもて面１１Ａが、加飾領域ＤＡを含む加飾面ＤＳとして形成されている。また、カードパネル部１１の裏面１１Ｂは、加飾領域ＤＡを含まない非加飾面ＮＤＳとして形成されている。符号ＮＤＡは、加飾面ＤＳのうち、加飾領域ＤＡを除く領域（加飾加工が施されていない領域）である。広告カード１０において、製品名やロゴ、製品に関する説明文、公告や宣伝などの印刷（以下、「広告印刷」という）が施される位置、領域等は特に限定されない。広告印刷は、加飾面ＤＳおよび／又は非加飾面ＮＤＳに形成することができる。また、広告印刷は、加飾面ＤＳにおける加飾領域ＤＡおよび／又は非加飾領域ＮＤＡに形成することができる。
　図５において、加飾領域ＤＡは二点鎖線で囲まれた領域として図示している。また、図４においては、保護シール１２によって覆われている加飾領域ＤＡの輪郭を破線によって示している。なお、図４および図５には、加飾領域ＤＡを加飾面ＤＳの一部分として形成する態様について示されているが、加飾面ＤＳの全体に加飾領域ＤＡが形成されていてもよく、この場合には加飾面ＤＳに非加飾領域ＮＤＡは形成されない。また、加飾面ＤＳに、独立した複数の加飾領域ＤＡが形成されていてもよい。加飾面ＤＳに形成される加飾領域ＤＡの数、位置、領域範囲等といった配置態様は特に限定されない。
　加飾領域ＤＡは、カードパネル部１１におけるパネル基材最外層に加飾加工が施された領域である。加飾加工とは、加飾面ＤＳの最外層に、外観（見た目、質感等）を変えるための処理を施す加工技術であり、エンボス加工、厚盛ニス塗工、アルミ蒸着加工、フロッキー加工、和紙風加工、非パルプ素材混合加工、感熱加工、OPニス非塗工加工等が例示できる。
　エンボス加工は、凹型及び／又は凸型の版を用いてパネル基材をプレスすることで凹凸感を付与する加工技術である。
　厚盛ニス塗工は、パネル基材最外層に厚盛ニスを塗工することによって凹凸感を付与する表面加工技術である。
　アルミ蒸着加工は、パネル基材最外層にアルミ蒸着を施す表面加工技術であり、真空容器内でアルミニウムなどの金属を加熱蒸発させてパネル基材最外層に凝結させることで金属箔のような光沢を付与することができる。
　フロッキー加工は、パネル基材最外層に接着剤を塗工した後、帯電しやすい繊維（主に合成繊維）を静電気の力を利用して植え付ける表面加工技術である。
　和紙風加工は、例えば、不織布等をパネル基材最外層に貼りつける表面加工技術である。
　非パルプ素材混合加工は、例えば、ポリオレフィン繊維等をパルプ材料に混合することで、パネル基材最外層の外観に変化を付与するための表面加工技術である。
　感熱加工は、パネル基材最外層に特殊薬品（ロイコ染料、顕色剤等）が塗工されており、熱が加わることで発色する表面加工技術である。
　OPニス非塗工加工は、パネル基材最外層に塗工された印刷用インクをOP（Over Print）ニスで被覆せずに露出させることで、印刷用インク本来の色味を出して発色を良くするための表面加工技術である。
　広告カード１０は、パッケージ２をブランクから組み立てる包装機械により高速で搬送され、パッケージ２の組み立て過程でパッケージ２内に収容される。このように、たばこ製品１を製造する過程においては、広告カード１０が包装機械によって高速搬送される。そのため、加飾領域ＤＡが外部に露出した状態で広告カード１０が高速搬送されると、その搬送過程で加飾領域ＤＡが摩擦により剥がれるなど、損傷を受ける虞がある。
　例えば、広告カード１０における加飾領域ＤＡにエンボス加工、或いは、厚盛ニス塗工を施した場合、広告カード１０の搬送時に加飾領域ＤＡが外部に露出していると、凸部に摩擦が集中することに起因して加飾領域ＤＡが剥がれる虞がある。
　また、例えば、加飾領域ＤＡにアルミ蒸着加工を施した場合、広告カード１０の搬送時に加飾領域ＤＡが外部に露出していると、アルミ蒸着加工部に静電気を帯びやすく、パッケージ２内に広告カード１０を収容する際の取り扱いが難しくなる虞がある。また、アルミ蒸着加工部は摩擦によって傷が目立ち易い。
　また、フロッキー加工、和紙風加工、非パルプ素材混合加工等は根本的に脆く、摩耗に弱いという特性がある。
　また、加飾領域ＤＡに感熱加工を施した場合、広告カード１０の搬送時に加飾領域ＤＡが外部に露出していると、感熱加工部が摩擦によって生じた熱に起因して発色してしまう虞がある。
　そこで、本実施形態における広告カード１０は、加飾面ＤＳにおける加飾領域ＤＡに、これを保護するための保護シール１２が剥離可能に接着されている。これにより、たばこ製品１の製造過程で広告カード１０が高速搬送されても、その搬送過程で加飾領域ＤＡが摩擦等によって損傷を受けることを抑制できる。なお、図４に示す例では、カードパネル部１１に比べて保護シール１２が一回り小さい態様となっているが、これには限られない。カードパネル部１１と保護シール１２が同一サイズであってもよい。
　図４に示す符号１４は、保護シール１２に設けられた剥離補助部であり、図示の例では摘み片の形態として形成されている。剥離補助部１４（摘み片）は、加飾面ＤＳに対する保護シール１２の剥離を補助する。図４に示す態様では、剥離補助部１４が保護シール１２側に設けられているが、剥離補助部１４は保護シール１２とカードパネル部１１のうちの少なくとも何れか一方に設けることができる。消費者は、カードパネル部１１に接着された保護シール１２を、剥離補助部１４を起点として容易に剥離することができる。また、図４に示す例では、剥離補助部１４としての摘み片が保護シール１２の外縁から側方に張り出すように設けられているが、保護シール１２の角部によって形成されてもよい。
　なお、カードパネル部１１における加飾面ＤＳに保護シール１２を剥離可能に接着する接着剤は特に限定されないが、感圧性接着剤を用いて加飾面ＤＳに保護シール１２を剥離可能に圧着する態様を好適に採用できる。例えば、UVニスを含む感圧性接着剤が挙げられる。
　ここで、保護シール１２は、加飾面ＤＳの非加飾領域ＮＤＡのみに接着されていてもよい。この場合、加飾面ＤＳにおける加飾領域ＤＡに対して保護シール１２を接着することなく、保護シール１２によって加飾領域ＤＡを覆うことができる。これによれば、加飾面ＤＳから保護シール１２を剥離する際に、保護シール１２の粘着力に起因して加飾領域ＤＡが傷んだり、外観が損なわれたりすることを好適に抑制できる。例えば、加飾領域ＤＡにフロッキー加工等を施す場合、そのフロッキー加工部に接着剤を塗布してしまうと質感が損なわれてしまいやすくなる。そのような場合、保護シール１２を加飾面ＤＳにおける非加飾領域ＮＤＡのみに接着することが特に有効である。
　但し、加飾加工が施される加飾領域ＤＡの傷みが許容される限度において、保護シール１２を加飾領域ＤＡに対して直接接着してもよい。この場合、例えば、保護シール１２を加飾面ＤＳに対して全面接着してもよい。
　ここで、図４および図５で説明した広告カード１０は、カードパネル部１１のおもて面１１Ａだけが加飾面ＤＳとして形成される場合を例に説明したが、カードパネル部１１のおもて面１１Ａと裏面１１Ｂのうちの少なくとも何れか一方が加飾面加飾面ＤＳとして形成されていればよい。すなわち、カードパネル部１１の裏面１１Ｂだけが加飾面ＤＳとして形成されていてもよいし、おもて面１１Ａと裏面１１Ｂの双方が加飾面ＤＳとして形成されていてもよい。勿論、裏面１１Ｂが加飾面ＤＳとして形成される場合には、裏面１１Ｂ（加飾面ＤＳ）に設けられる加飾領域ＤＡを覆うように保護シール１２が裏面１１Ｂ（加飾面ＤＳ）に対して剥離可能に接着される。また、図４および図５に示す態様では、広告カード１０が単一のカードパネル部１１を有しているが、例えば、折り込み線を境に複数のカードパネル部が接続され、各カードパネル部が折り畳み可能に構成されていてもよい。この場合、広告カード１０が有するカードパネル部の数や、折り込み線を境として複数のカードパネル部を折り畳む際の態様については特に限定されない。
　次に、図６～図８を参照して広告カード１０の変形例について説明する図である。図６には、変形例に係るカードパネル部１１および保護シール１２の上面図を示す。符号１２Ａは、保護シール１２のおもて面である。保護シール１２のおもて面１２Ａの反対側に位置する裏面がカードパネル部１１のおもて面１１Ａに対して、少なくとも一部が剥離可能に接着される。図６に示す例では、カードパネル部１１および保護シール１２は同一サイズを有しており、それぞれＡ～Ｄの角部が互いに重なるように貼り合わされる。
　カードパネル部１１のおもて面１１Ａは、加飾領域ＤＡを含む加飾面ＤＳとして形成されている。符号ＢＤは、カードパネル部１１の加飾面ＤＳにおける接着領域であり、保護シール１２を剥離可能な接着剤が塗布されている。接着領域ＢＤは、加飾面ＤＳのうち、加飾領域ＤＡを除いた非加飾領域ＮＤＡ内に形成されている。
　ここでは、保護シール１２のうち、角部Ａを剥離補助部１４（摘み片）として形成する場合を例に説明する。この場合、図示のように、カードパネル部１１のおもて面１１Ａ（加飾面ＤＳ）における非加飾領域ＮＤＡのうち、角部Ａの領域が、接着剤が塗布されない非接着領域ＮＢＤとして形成される。これにより、カードパネル部１１と保護シール１２の角部Ａ同士が接着されず、当該角部Ａを剥離補助部１４（摘み片）として形成することができる。
　また、図７に示す他の変形例では、保護シール１２の角部Ａが切除（カット）されている点で図６に示す態様と相違するが、その他の点については同様である。図８は、図７におけるカードパネル部１１および保護シール１２を貼り合わせた状態の部分拡大図である。図８は、角部Ａ近傍領域における上面図および側面図を示している。上記のように、保護シール１２は、角部Ａが切り落とされているため、カードパネル部１１および保護シール１２を貼り合わせた状態において、カードパネル部１１の角部Ａの加飾面ＤＳ側が外部に露出している。そして、カードパネル部１１から保護シール１２を剥離する際には、カードパネル部１１の角部Ａが剥離補助部１４として機能する。すなわち、保護シール１２を剥離する際、カードパネル部１１の角部Ａ（剥離補助部１４）を摘まんで折り曲げることで、第１パネル部１１から保護シール１２を容易にめくり上げることができる。
　なお、カードパネル部１１の角部Ａと保護シール１２との段差をなくす場合には、角部Ａを他の部位に比べて厚くし、当該角部Ａと保護シール１２とを面一にしてもよい。角部Ａの厚さを大きくする手法は特に限定されないが、例えば、図８の側面図に破線で示すように、角部Ａと実質的に合同な別の高さ調整片１６を角部Ａに接着し、当該紙片１６と保護シール１２とを面一にしてもよい。この高さ調整片１６は、カードパネル部１１の角部Ａに対して剥離可能であってもよいし、剥離できないように接着されていてもよい。
　なお、上記のとおり、本実施形態に係る保護シール１２は、カードパネル部１１の加飾面ＤＳに対して少なくとも一部が剥離可能に接着されていればよい。したがって、保護シール１２は、カードパネル部１１の加飾面ＤＳに対して、部分的に剥離不能に接着されていてもよい（すなわち、部分的に永年接着されていてもよい）。カードパネル部１１に対して保護シール１２が剥離不能に接着される部位（以下、「永年接着部」という）の位置、範囲等は特に限定されないが、広告カード１０が剥離補助部１４を備える場合には、当該剥離補助部１４から遠い位置に永年接着部を形成してもよい。例えば、図６、図７の態様では、角部Ａに剥離補助部１４が設けられているため、角部Ａに対して対角に位置する角部Ｃ周辺に永年接着部を形成してもよい。これにより、剥離補助部１４を起点として保護シール１２をカードパネル部１１から部分的に剥離する際、カードパネル部１１の加飾面ＤＳにおける加飾領域ＤＡを露出させやすい。
　以上、本発明に係る広告カードおよびたばこ製品の実施形態を説明したが、実施形態に記載されている構成要素の寸法、材質、形状、その相対配置等は、特定的な記載がない限りは、発明の技術的範囲をそれらのみに限定する趣旨のものではない。また、実施形態に示した構成は、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で様々な変更が可能である。
　また、上記実施形態において、たばこ製品１のパッケージ２に収容される被収容物は、上記のようにたばこ商品又はそれに関連するものであれば特に限定されない。勿論、上記実施形態では広告カードを収容するパッケージ２として図１に示すような包装箱を例示したが、これには限られず種々の形態を採用できる。例えば、パッケージ２として、ヒンジリッドパッケージやソフトパッケージ等といった種々のたばこパッケージを好適に適用可能である。

Claims (6)

  1. 　たばこ商品又はそれに関連する一又は複数の被収容物品と共にたばこ製品用の包装体の内部に収容されるシート状の広告カードであって、
    　おもて面と裏面のうちの少なくとも何れか一方が、最外層に加飾加工が施された加飾領域を含む加飾面として形成されたカードパネル部と、
    　前記カードパネル部とは別体として前記加飾面に対して少なくとも一部が剥離可能に接着され、前記加飾領域を覆うシート状の保護シールと、
    　を備える、
    　たばこ製品用の広告カード。
  2. 　前記保護シールは、前記加飾面のうちの加飾加工が施されていない非加飾領域のみに接着されている請求項１に記載のたばこ製品用の広告カード。
  3. 　前記保護シールは、前記加飾面に対して感圧性接着剤によって剥離可能に圧着されている、請求項１又は２に記載のたばこ製品用の広告カード。
  4. 　前記感圧性接着剤はUVニスを含む、請求項３に記載のたばこ製品用の広告カード。
  5. 　前記保護シールと前記カードパネル部のうちの少なくとも何れか一方には、前記加飾面に対する前記保護シールの剥離を補助するための剥離補助部が設けられている、請求項２から４の何れか一項に記載のたばこ製品用の広告カード。
  6. 　たばこ製品用の包装体と、
    　前記包装体の内部に収容された、請求項１から５の何れか一項に記載の広告カードと、
    　を備える、たばこ製品。
