一种使用Type-c接口的灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体涉及一种使用Type-c接口的灯具。
背景技术
线性灯用于局部照明;现有的线性灯为一体式设置;线性灯的尺寸是固定的;其不能根据照明需求延长或缩短线性灯的长度;不便于使用。
在中国专利申请号为201910054553.8;专利申请日为2019.01.21的专利文献公开了一种便于拆分的灯串;包括电源适配器以及与电源适配器连接且由若干灯体串接而成的灯串组,灯体与灯体之间可拆卸连接,每个所述灯体包括主体、连接于主体上的第一接口以及设置于主体上与第一接头可对位插接的第二接头,两个相邻灯体之间通过第一接头和第二接头连接,灯体通过第一接头可拆卸的连接于电源适配器。
但是该灯串中,第一接头通过电源线与主体连接,在安装时需要将主体连接有第一接头的一端与另一主体设有第二接头的一端对准;灯体的安装具有指向性;不便于使用;同时为了使输入的电压与灯体的工作电压一致,该灯串通过电源适配器降低电压后为灯体供电;而该灯串未考虑若误用输出电压较高的电源适配器时,电源适配器的输出电压高于灯体的工作电压,则会损坏灯体。
发明内容
本发明提供一种安装时不需考虑灯体端部的朝向的使用Type-c接口的灯具。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种使用Type-c接口的灯具,包括一个以上的灯体;相邻灯体之间通过连接器可拆卸连接;在灯体的两端设有插接件;插接件包括座体和插接部;座体的一端与插接部的一端连接;插接部的另一端连接有第一接口且包覆在第一接口外表面;座体设有向插接部凹陷的凹槽;凹槽与第一接口连通;连接器包括第一连接部、第二连接部和两个第二接口;第一连接部与第二连接部连接且位于两第二接口之间;第一连接部与一第二接口连接,第二连接部与另一第二接口连接;第一连接部和第二连接部用于分别插接在相邻插接件的凹槽内,第二接口穿过凹槽与第一接口连接;第一接口和第二接口都为Type-c接口。
以上设置,在灯体上都设有一个以上的第一接口;通过连接器与第一接口连接;且相邻灯体可拆卸连接;由于相邻灯体都是使用相同的第一接口;安装使用时,只需将一灯体的 其中一端与另一灯体的其中一端对准;然后通过连接器连接两灯体;安装时不需考虑灯体端部的朝向;方便使用;同时安装时不需考虑灯体端部朝向;需要安装多个灯体使用时;只需将另一灯体通过连接器与灯体电连接;可以根据使用场景设置灯体的数量使用场景广泛。同时由于接头需要与输入接口匹配使用;也可避免使用接头对其他电器产品供电时;接头的输入电压高于其余电器产品的工作电压进而对其他电器损坏。
通过设置凹槽使连接器与插接件稳定连接。连接器为刚性连接器;第一连接部和第二连接部一体式设置;相邻插接件紧密贴合;第一连接部和第二连接部隐藏在相邻插接件之间。
进一步的,连接器为刚性连接器;第一连接部和第二连接部一体式设置;相邻插接件紧密贴合;第一连接部和第二连接部隐藏在相邻插接件之间。
以上设置,相邻插接件紧密贴合;当控制器与灯体、灯体与灯体连接时;控制器与灯体、灯体与灯体之间紧密贴合;对刚性连接器进行遮挡;使刚性连接器不会裸露在外;外形美观;同时控制器与灯体、灯体与灯体连接时;通过刚性连接部插接在凹槽内;刚性连接部对相邻的插接件提供支撑力;进而刚性连接部对控制器与灯体连接处、灯体与灯体连接处起到支撑作用;这样能稳定使用可拆卸灯。
进一步的,连接器为柔性连接器;连接器还包括柔性连接件;第一连接部与第二连接部分体式设置,柔性连接件连接在第一连接部与第二连接部之间。
以上设置,通过设置柔性连接件,使一第二接口能相对另一第二接口进行活动。
进一步的,第一接口和第二接口的正极引脚均为A1、B1、A12和B12端;第一接口和第二接口的负极引脚均为A4、B5、A9和B9端。
以上设置,通过对正极引脚和复极引脚的位置进行设置;实现通过与输入接口匹配的接头为灯体供电。
进一步的,在灯体背面的两侧转角处形成凹陷槽。
以上设置,凹陷槽沿着灯体的长度方向延伸形成贯通槽,该结构,当安装灯具时,灯具背面的面积减小,让灯具能更好的接触安装物,同时,在背面的上下两侧设置凹陷槽后,在安装灯具时,操作人员的手可以抓取到灯具而不容易滑脱,安装和拆卸都可靠。
进一步的,灯体包括灯体支架;凹陷槽的截面为弧形。
以上设置,一方面美化灯具的外观结构,同时解决抓取的技术问题。
进一步的,所述灯体还包括LED光源、导光板、扩散板、灯体盖板、第一固定件和第一支撑部;在灯体支架的内部两侧设有第一安装槽;LED光源设置在第一安装槽中;第一安装槽的侧面设有出光口;两个出光口相对设置;导光板设置在两出光口之间;扩散板设置在导光板上方;LED光源的出光方向与导光板的出光方向、扩散板的出光方向垂直设置;所述 灯体支架顶部设有凸起部;凸起部的水平高度高于扩散板的水平高度;所述第一接口连接有PCB板;在第一安装槽下方设有第三安装槽,PCB板设置在第三安装槽中且与第三安装槽间隙配合;第一固定件和第一支撑部都设有两个;两第一固定件设置在两第一安装槽之间;第一支撑部位于第一安装槽与第一固定件之间且位于第一安装槽和第一固定件上方,两第一支撑部与两第一固定件之间形成第二安装槽,第一安装槽与第二安装槽连通;灯体盖板都设有两个;扩散板位于两灯体盖板之间;灯体盖板安装在第二安装槽中。
以上设置,LED光源设置在灯体支架的内侧,且出光方向与导光板的出光方向、扩散板的出光方向垂直设置;LED光源是从导光板的侧面发出,通过折射后再从导光板的正面发出;避免使用者直视LED光源造成眩光;通过设置导光板使灯体出光均匀;通过设置扩散板增大灯体的照射范围。通过PCB板与第三安装槽间隙配合,避免PCB板与第三安装槽紧密贴合导致PCB板受到的较大应力损坏。
进一步的,所述插接件还包括插入部;插入部自座体向插接部方向延伸形成;插入部设置在座体两端;插入部用于与第一安装槽连接;座体包括一个以上的第一螺纹孔;所述第一固定件包括第二螺纹孔,第一螺纹孔用于与第二螺纹孔对接并通过螺钉连接,灯体盖板远离扩散板的一端凸设有第一凸出部;所述座体靠近灯体的一侧向内凹陷有固定凹槽,当插接件安装在灯体上时,第一凸出部插入到固定凹槽48中,提高插接件与灯体连接的稳定性。
进一步的,灯体还包括安装支架;安装支架设置在灯体支架底部;安装支架用于安装灯体支架。这样实现对灯体安装。
进一步的,所述灯体还包括磁吸件;磁吸件固定在灯体支架内;安装支架为磁性支架;磁吸件将灯体支架吸附在磁性支架上。
进一步的,安装支架为具有弹性的弧形支架;弧形支架卡紧在灯体支架侧面。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1-17所示;一种使用Type-c接口的灯具;与控制器1连接使用;包括一个以上的灯体2;相邻灯体2之间、控制器1与灯体2之间通过连接器3可拆卸连接。所述控制器1和灯体2的两端都设有插接件4;插接件4包括座体41和插接部42;座体41的一端与插接部42的一端连接;插接部42的另一端连接有第一接口43且包覆在第一接口43外表面;座体41设有向插接部42凹陷的凹槽44;凹槽44与第一接口43连通;连接器3的两端都设有与第一接口43配合的第二接口31;连接器3插接在凹槽44内;第二接口31与第一接口43连接。通过设置凹槽44使连接器3与插接件4稳定连接。
连接器3还包括第一连接部32和第二连接部33;第一连接部32与一第二接口31连接,第二连接部33与另一第二接口31连接;第一连接部32和第二连接部33用于插接在凹槽44内。通过第一连接部32和第二连接部33插接在凹槽44内;增大连接器3与插接件4的连接强度。在本实施中,连接器3为刚性连接器,第一连接部32和第二连接部33一体式设置 且位于两个第二接口31之间。
使用刚性连接器连接两插接件4时;相邻插接件4紧密贴合;刚性连接器隐藏在相邻插接件4之间。控制器1一端的插接件4可与灯体2一端的插接件4紧密贴合;灯体2一端的插接件4可与另一灯体2一端的插接件4紧密贴合;刚性连接器可隐藏控制器1与灯体2之间;刚性连接器可隐藏灯体2与灯体2之间。在本实施中,控制器1一端的插接件4可与灯体2一端的插接件4紧密贴合,刚性连接器隐藏控制器1与灯体2之间;刚性连接器一端的一第二接口31穿过一凹槽44与第一接口43连接;刚性连接器一端的另一第二接口31穿过另一凹槽44与第一接口43连接;第一连接部32插接在一凹槽44中,第二连接部33插接在另一凹槽44中。
相邻插接件4紧密贴合;当控制器1与灯体2、灯体2与灯体2连接时;控制器1与灯体2、灯体2与灯体2之间紧密贴合;对刚性连接器进行遮挡;使刚性连接器不会裸露在外;外形美观;同时控制器1与灯体2、灯体2与灯体2连接时;通过刚性连接部插接在凹槽44内;刚性连接部对相邻的插接件4提供支撑力;进而刚性连接部对控制器1与灯体2连接处、灯体2与灯体2连接处起到支撑作用;这样能稳定使用可拆卸灯。
在控制器1和灯体2上都设有一个以上的第一接口43;通过连接器3与第一接口43连接;且相邻灯体之间、控制器1与的灯体2之间可拆卸连接;由于控制器1与灯体2都是使用相同的第一接口43;安装使用时,连接控制器1和灯体2时,只需将控制器1的其中一端与灯体2的其中一端对准;然后通过连接器3连接控制器1和灯体2;连接两个灯体时,只需将一灯体的其中一端与另一灯体的其中一端对准;然后通过连接器连接两灯体。安装时不需考虑灯体2端部的朝向;方便使用;同时控制器1可以与灯体2的不同端部连接且安装时不需考虑灯体端部朝向;需要安装多个灯体2使用时;只需将另一灯体2通过连接器3与灯体2或控制器1实现电连接;可以根据使用场景设置灯体2的数量、控制器1与灯体2的位置关系;使用场景广泛。
控制器1还包括在输入接口11;输入接口11设置在控制器1的侧面且位于控制器1的两第一接口43之间。第一接口43、第二接口31和输入接口11都为Type-c接口;第一接口43、第二接口31和输入接口11都使用八个以下的引脚。在本实施中,第一接口43、第二接口31和输入接口11的正极引脚为A1、B1、A12和B12端;第一接口43、第二接口31和输入接口11的负极引脚为A4、B5、A9和B9端。第一接口43、第二接口31和输入接口11都使用八个以下的引脚;通过对正极引脚和复极引脚的位置进行设置;实现通过与输入接口11匹配的接头为灯体2供电。使用时通过与输入接口11匹配的接头为灯体2供电;避免输入的电压高于灯体2的工作电压进而导致损坏灯体2;同时由于接头需要与输入接口11匹配使用;也可避免使用接头对其他电器产品供电时;接头的输入电压高于其余电器产品的工作电 压进而对其他电器损坏。
在另一实施中,连接器3为柔性连接器;连接器3还包括柔性连接件34;在该实施中,第一连接部32与第二连接部33分体式设置,柔性连接件34连接在第一连接部32与第二连接部33之间。
通过设置柔性连接件34,使一第二接口31能相对另一第二接口31进行活动;在使用时,受到安装场景的限制,需要将相邻灯体2、控制器1与灯体2分离安装时,当相邻灯体2的插接件4、控制器1插接件4与灯体2插接件4不在同一直线上时;使用柔性连接器方便连接相邻灯体2、控制器1与灯体2。
在灯体背面的相对转角处和控制器背面的相对转角处形成凹陷槽5。灯体2包括灯体支架21;控制器1包括控制器支架12。凹陷槽5的截面为弧形。凹陷槽沿着灯体的长度方向延伸形成贯通槽,该结构,当安装灯具时,灯具背面的面积减小,让灯具能更好的接触安装物,同时,在背面的上下两侧设置凹陷槽后,在安装灯具时,操作人员的手可以抓取到灯具而不容易滑脱,安装和拆卸都可靠,同时让灯具的外观更加的美观。
所述灯体2还包括LED光源22、导光板23和扩散板24;在灯体支架21设有第一安装槽211、第一固定件212和第一支撑部213;第一安装槽211、第一固定件212和第一支撑部213都设有两个;第一安装槽211设置在灯体支架21内部两侧;两第一固定件212设置在两第一安装槽211之间;第一支撑部213位于第一安装槽211与第一固定件212之间且位于第一安装槽211和第一固定件212上方。两第一支撑部213与两第一固定件212之间形成第二安装槽214。第一安装槽211与第二安装槽214连通。
LED光源22设置在第一安装槽211中;第一安装槽211的侧面设有出光口215;两个出光口215相对设置。导光板23和扩散板24设置第二安装槽214中且位于两出光口215之间。扩散板24设置在导光板23上方;LED光源22的出光方向与导光板23的出光方向、扩散板24的出光方向垂直设置;所述灯体支架21顶部设有凸起部216;凸起部216的水平高度高于扩散板24的水平高度,这样对扩散板起保护作用。LED光源22设置在灯体支架21的内侧,且出光方向与导光板23的出光方向、扩散板24的出光方向垂直设置;LED光源22是从导光板23的侧面发出,通过折射后再从导光板23的正面发出;避免使用者直视LED光源22造成眩光;通过设置导光板23使灯体2出光均匀;通过设置扩散板24增大灯体2的照射范围。
灯体2还包括灯体盖板25;灯体盖板25都设有两个;扩散板24位于两灯体盖板25之间;灯体盖板25安装在第二安装槽214中。所述第一接口43连接有PCB板45;所述灯体支架21还设有第三安装槽217;第三安装槽217位于两第一固定件212下方;PCB板45设置在第三安装槽217中且与第三安装槽217间隙配合;通过PCB板45与第三安装槽217间隙配合,避免PCB板45与第三安装槽217紧密贴合,PCB板45受到的应力较大导致PCB板45 损坏。

控制器1包括控制器盖板13;控制器盖板13安装在第五安装槽125中。PCB板45设置在第六安装槽124中且与第六安装槽124间隙配合。所述第二固定件122设有第三螺纹孔(图中未示出)。第一螺纹孔47用于与第三螺纹孔连接。组装控制器1时,将控制器盖板13安装在第五安装槽125中,然后在控制器支架12的两端分别安装插接件4;插入部46安装在第四安装槽121中;PCB板45安装在第六安装槽124中;然后通过螺钉连接第一螺纹孔47与第三螺纹孔。
在本实施中,所述控制器盖板13靠近插接件4的一端设有第二凸出部(图中未示出);第二凸出部与第一凸出部251结构相同;当插接件4安装在控制器1上时,第二凸出部插入到固定凹槽48中,提高插接件4与控制器1连接的稳定性。
所述灯体2还包括磁吸件26;所述磁吸件26设有一个以上;磁吸件26固定在灯体支架21内;灯体2还包括安装支架;安装支架设置在灯体支架21上;安装支架设有两个,一个安装支架设置在灯体支架21一端,另一安装支架设置在灯体支架21另一端。安装支架用于安装灯体支架21;这样实现对灯体2安装。
在本实施中,安装支架为磁性支架27;磁性支架27与磁吸件26配合;磁吸件26将灯体支架21吸附在磁性支架27上。
磁性支架27包括第一接触面271和限位部272;限位部272设置在磁性支架27两侧; 限位部272用于与灯体支架21的抓取结构5作用;磁吸件26与与磁性支架27吸附时;两抓取结构5位于两限位部272之间;限位部272与抓取结构5形状相同;通过限位部272对抓取结构5作用,避免灯体支架21在磁性支架27上晃动。
第一接触面271用于与灯体支架21底部接触;第一接触面271向远离灯体支架21方向凹陷形成固定部273;在固定部273上设有第一通孔274;在磁性支架27底部还设有胶条29;所述胶条29设有第二通孔(图中未示出);第一通孔274和第二用于穿设螺钉;固定部273是凹陷成形的;这样固定部273与灯体支架21之间会形成容置空间;进而在使用螺钉固定磁性支架27时,螺钉顶部与第一接触面271平齐;螺钉不会阻碍第一接触面271与灯体支架21贴合。安装时,可通过胶条29固定磁性支架27;也可通过螺钉固定磁性支架27;也可通过胶条29和螺钉同时对磁性支架27固定。
在另一实施中,安装支架为具有弹性的弧形支架28;弧形支架28卡紧在灯体支架21侧面;弧形支架28包括第二接触面(图中未示出)和卡紧部281;卡紧部281设置在磁性支架27两侧;卡紧部281卡紧在灯体支架21侧面。通过卡紧部281对灯体支架21侧面作用,避免灯体支架21在弧形支架28上晃动。
第二接触面用于与灯体支架21底部接触;第二接触面向远离灯体支架21方向凹陷形成固定部273;在固定部273上设有第一通孔274;在弧形支架28底部还设有胶条29;所述胶条29设有第二通孔(图中未示出);第一通孔274和第二用于穿设螺钉;固定部273是凹陷成形的;这样固定部273与灯体支架21之间会形成容置空间;进而在使用螺钉固定磁性支架27时,螺钉顶部与第二接触面平齐;螺钉不会阻碍第二接触面与灯体支架21贴合。安装时,可通过胶条29固定弧形支架28;也可通过螺钉固定弧形支架28;也可通过胶条29和螺钉同时对弧形支架28固定。

  1. 一种使用Type-c接口的灯具,包括一个以上的灯体;相邻灯体之间通过连接器可拆卸连接;在灯体的两端设有插接件;其特征在于:插接件包括座体和插接部;座体的一端与插接部的一端连接;插接部的另一端连接有第一接口且包覆在第一接口外表面;座体设有向插接部凹陷的凹槽;凹槽与第一接口连通;连接器包括第一连接部、第二连接部和两个第二接口;第一连接部与第二连接部连接且位于两第二接口之间;第一连接部与一第二接口连接,第二连接部与另一第二接口连接;第一连接部和第二连接部用于分别插接在相邻插接件的凹槽内,第二接口穿过凹槽与第一接口连接;第一接口和第二接口都为Type-c接口。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种使用Type-c接口的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯体还包括LED光源、导光板、扩散板、灯体盖板、第一固定件和第一支撑部;在灯体支架的内部两侧设有第一安装槽;LED光源设置在第一安装槽中;第一安装槽的侧面设有出光口;两个出光口相对设置;导光板设置在两出光口之间;扩散板设置在导光板上方;LED光源的出光方向与导光板的出光方向、扩散板的出光方向垂直设置;所述灯体支架顶部设有凸起部;凸起部的水平高度高于扩散板的水平高度;所述第一接口连接有PCB板;在第一安装槽下方设有第三安装槽,PCB板设置在第三安装槽中且与第三安装槽间隙配合;第一固定件和第一支撑部都设有两个;两第一固定件设置在两第一安装槽之间;第一支撑部位于第一安 装槽与第一固定件之间且位于第一安装槽和第一固定件上方,两第一支撑部与两第一固定件之间形成第二安装槽,第一安装槽与第二安装槽连通;灯体盖板都设有两个;扩散板位于两灯体盖板之间;灯体盖板安装在第二安装槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种使用Type-c接口的灯具,其特征在于:所述插接件还包括插入部;插入部自座体向插接部方向延伸形成;插入部设置在座体两端;插入部用于与第一安装槽连接;座体包括一个以上的第一螺纹孔;所述第一固定件包括第二螺纹孔,第一螺纹孔用于与第二螺纹孔对接并通过螺钉连接,灯体盖板远离扩散板的一端凸设有第一凸出部;所述座体靠近灯体的一侧向内凹陷有固定凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求6所示的一种使用Type-c接口的灯具,其特征在于:安装支架;安装支架设置在灯体支架底部;安装支架用于安装灯体支架。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种使用Type-c接口的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯体还包括磁吸件;磁吸件固定在灯体支架内;安装支架为磁性支架;磁吸件将灯体支架吸附在磁性支架上。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的一种使用Type-c接口的灯具,其特征在于:安装支架为具有弹性的弧形支架;弧形支架卡紧在灯体支架侧面。
