Description

如图7B所示,通过向上拉动解锁拉绳223,使得L形杆222逆时针旋转,从而带动顶杆221从抵接部34脱开,从而使得滑雪靴3能够从固定器2上抬开。
图8和8A示出了在滑雪靴3与固定器2接合时,滑雪靴3的卡持柱32卡入到固定器2的前端的卡爪110中,由此防止滑雪靴3从固定器2上抬起。通过前端的卡持柱32接合到卡爪110中以及顶杆221顶住抵接部34,使得滑雪靴3至少在四个位置处能够牢固接合到固定器2上,在这种状态下,滑雪者可以进行单板滑雪运动。
下面,参照图9A和9B描述锁定机构220的结构。锁定机构220设置在靠背200的内侧和外侧上,从而可以从两个位置锁定滑雪靴。锁定机构220包括壳体227、通过枢轴226可枢转地设置在壳体227上的L形杆222、通过枢轴225可枢转地连接到L形杆222的一端的顶杆221、以及连接到L形杆222的另一端的解锁拉绳223。另外还设置有偏压弹簧224,以便将L形杆222朝向锁定状态偏压。锁定机构220通过壳体227固定到靠背200上并且顶杆221和L形杆222 的一部分从靠背200向内(向滑雪靴)突出。尽管在此将壳体227作为单独一个零件加以描述,但是要理解的是,壳体可以与靠背200成一体,或者由靠背200的一部分形成。
在要将滑雪靴3接合到固定器2上时,先将滑雪靴3的卡持柱32插入到固定器2的前端的卡爪110中,并且以卡持柱32和卡爪110为支点,滑雪靴3的鞋跟向下压,鞋跟将推开锁定机构220的L形杆222和顶杆221,并且随着滑雪靴3压下,顶杆221在下部的倾斜凹坑342上滑动,在顶杆221越过第二抵接部34”之后,由于偏压弹簧224的作用,L形杆222和顶杆221复位而使得顶杆221顶在第二抵接部34”上,实现了初步锁定的状态,或者保险状态。随着滑雪靴进一步向下踩,顶杆221沿着上部的倾斜凹坑341滑动,并在顶杆221越过第一抵接部34’之后,在复位弹簧的作用下,顶杆221顶在第一抵接部34’上,由此实现了紧固锁定状态或最终锁定状态,这样,前端的两个卡爪110加上后端的两个锁定机构220,使得滑雪靴至少在四个位置(点)处被牢固接合到固定器2上,从而滑雪者可以顺畅地进行滑雪。
另外,通过设定两个连续的抵接部34’和34”,即使在固定器上存在异物,例如积雪,也可以确保滑雪靴能够可靠地与固定器(雪板)锁定,防止出现滑雪靴与雪板突然脱开的风险。
另外,如图9A所示,在锁定状态下,顶杆221的轴线X1与L形杆222的第一分支的轴线X2不在一条直线上,而是形成一钝角,使得滑雪靴3作用在顶杆221上的力通过枢转点225传递到L形杆222的所述分支上,这个力使得L形杆具有朝向滑雪靴转动的趋势,但是由于滑雪靴或壳体227的存在,而阻止了L形杆222的这种转动,从而即使滑雪靴施加很大的力在顶杆221上以期从固定器2脱开,但是由于上述结构,使得L形杆222无法转动,从而防止滑雪靴从固定器2脱开。
如图9B所示,在需要将滑雪靴3从固定器2上脱开时,向上拉动解锁拉绳223,该解锁拉绳223同时连接到两侧的锁定机构220,从而拉动解锁拉绳223可以同时解锁两侧的锁定机构220。解锁拉绳223的向上拉动将拉动L形杆222的第二分支,使得L形杆222围绕 枢转点226逆时针转动,当L形杆222的逆时针转动使得顶杆221转过顶杆221轴线X1与L形杆222的第一分支的轴线X2成一条直线的点(临界点)时,在滑雪靴的向上的力以及L形杆222逆时针转动二者结合作用下,顶杆221相对L形杆222转动并被L形杆222带动移动,从而离开抵接部34,这样释放了滑雪靴。在这种情况下,滑雪靴可以容易地从固定器2上抬起,并且将卡持柱34从卡爪110中抽出,即,将滑雪靴3从固定器2上脱开。
由此可以看出,通过简单的拉动作用,就可以快速脱开滑雪靴,并且仅通过将滑雪靴的前端的卡持柱34插入卡爪110并以此为支点下压滑雪靴的后跟,则可以容易且快速地将滑雪靴接合到固定器2上,实现了快速的滑雪靴接合和脱离。
尽管上面借助于一个优选实施方式描述了根据本公开的固定器,但是要理解的是,本公开并不局限于上述描述的实施例,例如,滑雪靴可以是设置有卡持柱和抵接部的普通滑雪靴,也可以是本申请人之前申请中公开的包括内靴和外靴的滑雪靴,其中外靴可以在打开构型和闭合构型之间转换,使得在打开构型下,内靴可以穿入到外靴中或从外靴中脱出,在闭合构型下,内靴和外靴整体构成滑雪靴,供滑雪者使用。
尽管在上面的描述中,在滑雪靴的前部,采用了固定器的卡爪和滑雪靴的卡持柱的配合结构,但是,也可以采用其他结构,例如固定器上可以设置有凹槽、孔、或环形结构,而滑雪靴上形成有能够插入该凹槽、孔或环形结构的突起,从而实现类似的效果。另外,也可以在固定器上形成大的凹部或套,使得滑雪靴的鞋尖可以整体插入到该凹部或套中,从而使得滑雪靴的前部被固定器束缚。
对于锁定机构,尽管在上面的描述中采用了旋转锁定和解锁的方式,但是也可以采用类似闩锁结构,通过平移运动来实现锁定和解锁。尽管采用了解锁拉绳,但是,也可以采用杠杆等形式来实现解锁。本公开并不局限于任何特定形式。
尽管在上面的实施例中,采用了两个凹槽来形成抵接部,但是也可以在滑雪靴的鞋跟处形成有突起,从而该突起构成抵接部,本公开并不局限于此。
尽管上面对本发明的优选实施方式进行的详细描述,但是鉴于上面的描述,本领域技术人员可以构想到各种改进和变型。因此,本发明不应局限于上述具体的实施方式,本发明的保护范围仅由所附的权利要求及其等价物限定。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于单板滑雪板的固定器,用于将滑雪靴接合在滑雪板上,该固定器包括底板和靠背,其中,至少两个卡持机构分别设置在所述底板的前端的两侧,以能够在至少两个位置与滑雪靴的前部相接合;并且至少两个锁定机构分别设置在所述靠背的两侧,所述锁定机构能够在锁定状态和解锁状态之间切换,在所述锁定状态,所述锁定机构在至少两个位置与所述滑雪靴的后部相接合,以锁止滑雪靴;而在所述解锁状态,所述锁定机构与所述滑雪靴的后部的接合被脱开,所述滑雪靴能够从所述固定器上脱开。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定器,其中,所述锁定状态包括初步锁定状态和紧固锁定状态。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的固定器,其中,每个所述卡持机构包括卡爪,所述滑雪靴的前部设置卡持柱,所述卡持柱能够插入到所述卡爪中。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的固定器,其中,每个所述锁定机构包括顶杆,在所述锁定状态,所述顶杆从所述靠背伸出而与滑雪靴上的相应抵接部接合,而在所述解锁状态,所述顶杆与所述抵接部脱离。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的固定器,其中,所述抵接部包括在高度上连续的两个抵接部,所述顶杆与较低的抵接部接合而实现初步锁定状态,而所述顶杆与较高的抵接部接合而实现紧固锁定状态。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的固定器,其中,所述锁定机构还包括L形杆,所述L形杆可枢转地设置在所述靠背上,并且所述L形杆的第一分支的端部与所述顶杆可转动连接,使得所述L形杆的转动将所述顶杆从所述锁定状态转变成解锁状态。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的固定器,其中,所述锁定机构还包括解锁件,所述解锁件连接到所述L形杆的第二分支的端部,并且解锁件被致动以实现所述L形杆的所述转动,解锁所述锁定机构。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的固定器,其中,所述解锁件是选自解锁拉绳、解锁杠杆、解锁按钮中的至少一个。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的固定器,其中,所述解锁件同时连接到两侧的锁定机构,使得解锁件被致动同时解锁两侧的锁定机构。
  10. 如权利要求6至9中任一项所述的固定器,其中,在所述锁定状态,所述顶杆与所述L形杆的第一分支不在一条直线上。
  11. 如权利要求4至10中任一项所述的固定器,其中,所述抵接部是选自突起、凹坑、台阶中的任一种。
  12. 如权利要求5至10中任一项所述的固定器,其中,所述两个抵接部由两个连续的倾斜凹坑形成,所述倾斜凹坑在高度方向上逐渐向外突出。
  13. 如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的固定器,其中,所述锁定机构还包括偏压弹簧,以将所述锁定机构偏压在所述锁定状态。
  14. 一种单板滑雪板,所述单板滑雪板包括滑雪板本体和固定地设置在所述滑雪板本体上的至少两个固定器,以将滑雪靴接合到所述滑雪板本体上,所述固定器是如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的固定器。
