Description

PRESS-TYPE RELEASER FOR SPRAY CAN AND SPRAY CAN
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of spray cans, and specifically relates to a press-type releaser for a spray can and a spray can comprising the press-type releaser.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A spray can is mainly composed of a can body, a valve, a tube, a press-type releaser and contents (e.g., paint, propellants, etc.). When a user presses the press-type releaser, the valve is opened, and the contents are released by the press-type releaser after passing through the tube and the valve under the action of the propellants.
A known press-type releaser mainly comprises a pressing cap and a nozzle embedded in the pressing cap. Such press-type releaser is hard to perform spraying into a narrow space, and in particular to perform multidirectional spraying in the narrow space. Moreover, a spray direction thereof is fixed relative to a can body of a spray can, which results in that a user can adjust the spray direction of the press-type releaser merely by means of adjusting the angle of the can body, such that the use flexibility and applicable scenes of the spray can are reduced.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to solve all or some of the above-mentioned problems, the present disclosure aims to provide a press-type releaser for a spray can, and a spray can comprising the press-type releaser. The press-type releaser can increase the use flexibility and applicable scenes of a spray can, and can also ensure that the spray can can perform spraying into a narrow space.
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, a press-type releaser for a spray can is provided, which comprises: a pressing cap, which can be mounted on a valve of the spray can and is provided with a flow guide channel and a lateral recess in communication with the flow guide channel; a connector pipe, which is partially mounted in the lateral recess of the pressing cap and is in ball-and-socket hinge connection with the pressing cap; and a nozzle, which is arranged on the connector pipe and is provided with a spray hole. The nozzle hole of the nozzle, an inner cavity of the connector pipe, the flow guide channel of the pressing cap and an outlet of the valve are in communication in sequence.
Furthermore, an end portion of the connector pipe that is used for connecting to the pressing cap is a bulb end, and the pressing cap comprises a pressing cap body, which is provided with the flow guide channel and the lateral recess, and a nest, which is arranged inside the lateral recess of the pressing cap body and can restrain the bulb end of the connector pipe inside the lateral recess.
Furthermore, the flow guide channel comprises a guide section, which extends in an axial direction of the pressing cap body, and a buffer section, which is used for connecting the lateral recess to the buffer section. The area of a flow cross section of the buffer section progressively increases in a direction towards the nozzle, continuously or intermittently.
Furthermore, the central axis of the buffer section and the central axis of the lateral recess are both located in the same specified line, and an end point of the specified line that is close to the guide section is closer to a bottom portion of the pressing cap body than an end point thereof that is away from the guide section.
Furthermore, an annular clamping groove is provided in a circumferential wall of the lateral recess, and the nest is provided with an annular flange that can be clamped to the annular clamping groove.
Furthermore, an inner space of the nest comprises a locking section in contact with the bulb end of the connector pipe, and a limiting section closer to the nozzle than the locking section. The area of a cross section of the limiting section progressively increases in a direction away from the flow guide channel, and any cross section of the limiting section is of a quincunx shape. Furthermore, the press-type releaser further comprises a sealing ring arranged inside the lateral recess and sealingly engaged with the bulb end of the connector pipe, and the sealing ring is used for communicating the flow guide channel of the pressing cap with the inner cavity of the connector pipe.
Furthermore, the sealing ring and the pressing cap body are both made of a resin material, and the sealing ring and the pressing cap body are of an integrally-formed structure.
Furthermore, the connection between the nozzle and the connector pipe is a detachable connection. According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, a spray can is provided, which comprises the press-type releaser according to the first aspect of the present disclosure.
In the press-type releaser for a spray can provided by the first aspect of the present disclosure, a pressing cap is connected to a nozzle by means of an added connector pipe, and the connector pipe and the pressing cap are in ball-and-socket hinge connection, such that the connector pipe carrying the nozzle is capable of multidirectional and multi -degree-of-freedom rotation like a universal joint, thus allowing a user freely adjusting a spray direction of the press-type releaser in a certain range, thereby increasing the use flexibility and applicable scenes of the spray can. The added connector pipe can increase the distance between the nozzle and the pressing cap, and therefore, when there is a need to perform spraying into a narrow space, the nozzle of the press-type releaser of the spray can can be directly inserted into the narrow space after the spray direction is adjusted, and the press-type releaser is then pressed to facilitate the spray can starting spraying, thereby ensuring that the spray can can perform spraying into the narrow space. When multidirectional spraying is performed in the narrow space, same can be realized by means of swinging the spray can or the connector pipe. In addition, the press-type releaser is simple in structure, easy in assembly, safe and reliable in use, and convenient in promotion and application.
The spray can provided by the second aspect of the present disclosure includes the press-type releaser according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, and thus has the beneficial effect of the press-type releaser, such that the spray can not only can perform spraying into a narrow space, but also has more applicable scenes and higher use flexibility.

In the accompanying drawings, the same component uses the same reference sign. The accompanying drawings are not drawn to the same scale.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
The present disclosure is further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective diagram of a press-type releaser for a spray can of an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig. 1, the press-type releaser 100 for a spray can according to the embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a pressing cap 1, a connector pipe 2 and a nozzle 3. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the pressing cap 1 can be mounted on a valve of the spray can and is provided with a flow guide channel 111 and a lateral recess 112 in communication with the flow guide channel 111. The connector pipe 2 is partially mounted in the lateral recess 112 of the pressing cap 1 and is in ball-and-socket hinge connection with the pressing cap 1. The nozzle 3 is arranged on the connector pipe 2 and is provided with a spray hole. The nozzle hole of the nozzle 3, an inner cavity of the connector pipe 2, the flow guide channel 111 of the pressing cap 1 and an outlet of the valve are in communication in sequence, such that contents of the spray can can be sprayed through the nozzle 3 after passing through the tube, the valve, the pressing cap 1 and the connector pipe 2 when the press-type releaser 100 is pressed.
In the press-type releaser 100 according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, a pressing cap 2 is connected to a nozzle 3 by means of an added connector pipe 2, and the connector pipe 2 and the pressing cap 1 are in ball-and-socket hinge connection, such that the connector pipe 2 carrying the nozzle 3 is capable of multidirectional and multi -degree-of-freedom rotation like a universal joint, thus allowing a user freely adjusting a spray direction of the press-type releaser 100 in a certain range, thereby increasing the use flexibility and applicable scenes of the spray can. The added connector pipe 2 can increase the distance between the nozzle 3 and the pressing cap 1, and therefore, when there is a need to perform spraying into a narrow space, the connector pipe 2 and the nozzle 3 of the press-type releaser 100 can be directly inserted into the narrow space, and the press-type releaser 100 is then pressed to facilitate the spray can starting spraying, thereby ensuring that the spray can can perform multidirectional spraying into the narrow space. When multidirectional spraying is performed in the narrow space, same can be realized by means of swinging the spray can or the connector pipe 2. In addition, the press-type releaser 100 is simple in structure, easy in assembly, safe and reliable in use, and convenient in promotion and application.
In the present embodiment, an end portion of the connector pipe 2 that is used for connecting to the pressing cap 1 is a bulb end, and the pressing cap 1 comprises a pressing cap body 11, which is provided with the flow guide channel 111 and the lateral recess 112, and a nest 12, which is arranged inside the lateral recess 112 of the pressing cap body 11 and can restrain the bulb end of the connector pipe 2 inside the lateral recess 112. The above-mentioned ball-and-socket hinge connection used between the connector pipe 2 and the pressing cap 1 has the advantages of being safe, reliable and low in cost. It should be noted that, for the ball-and-socket hinge connection between the connector pipe 2 and the pressing cap 1, other known ball-and-socket hinge structures can be selected in addition to the structure used in the present implementation. In the present embodiment, the flow guide channel 111 comprises a guide section llla, which extends in an axial direction of the pressing cap body 11, and a buffer section 111b, which is used for connecting the lateral recess 112 to the buffer section lllb. The area of a flow cross section of the buffer section 111b progressively increases in a direction towards the nozzle, continuously or intermittently. In this way, contents buffered therein can be increased, and a risk that interruption of spraying occurs during a usage process of the spray can can be effectively reduced. Similarly, an inlet of the inner cavity of the connector pipe 2 is preferably a flared opening, and thus, it is possible to further reduce the risk that interruption of spraying occurs during the usage process of the spray can.
When a spray can is laid flat and performs spraying from bottom to top, a known spray can usually cannot normally perform spraying due to a tube thereof being unable to reach contents. In order to ameliorate the defect, the following improvements are made to the buffer section 111b and the lateral recess 112 in the present embodiment: the central axis of the buffer section 111b and the central axis of the lateral recess 112 are both located in the same specified line, and an end point of the specified line that is close to the guide section Illa is closer to a bottom portion of the pressing cap body 11 than an end point thereof that is away from the guide section Illa. In this way, the spray can, can perform spraying from bottom to top when in an inclined state, thereby avoiding a situation where the tube cannot reach the contents, and ensuring that the spray can can normally perform spraying.
In the present embodiment, non-detachable connection can be selected for the connection between the nest 12 and the pressing cap 1, but in order to facilitate detachment and attachment, it is suggested to select detachable connection, and in particular select clamping or threaded connection, which has the comprehensive advantages of convenient detachment and attachment, a low cost, etc. For example, an annular clamping groove is provided in a circumferential wall of the lateral recess 112, and the nest 12 is provided with an annular flange that can be clamped to the annular clamping groove. The clamping between the nest 12 and the pressing cap 1 is realized by means of mutual cooperation of the annular clamping groove and the annular flange. In the present embodiment, an inner space of the nest 12 comprises a locking section in contact with the bulb end of the connector pipe 2, and a limiting section 12b closer to the nozzle 3 than the locking section. The area of a cross section of the limiting section 12b progressively increases in a direction away from the flow guide channel 111, and any cross section of the limiting section 12b is of a quincunx shape. In this way, several petal-shaped notches can be formed at the limiting section 12b, such that the connector pipe 2 can enter, after being adjusted, a corresponding petal-shaped notch and be restrained by the petal-shaped notch, thereby reducing a risk that the connector pipe 2 carrying the nozzle 3 rocks from side to side or rocks up and down during a usage process. In other embodiments, if the limiting section 12b does not need to have a limiting function, the limiting section 12b can also be configured as a sawn-off cone, and the area of a cross section of the limiting section 12b progressively increases in a direction away from the flow guide channel 111.
In the present embodiment, the press-type releaser 100 further comprises a sealing ring 4 arranged inside the lateral recess 112 and sealingly engaged with the bulb end of the connector pipe 2, and the sealing ring 4 is used for communicating the flow guide channel 111 of the pressing cap 1 with the inner cavity of the connector pipe 2. The sealing ring 4 can be selected to be a rubber gasket, or of the structure as shown in Fig. 1, etc. In the embodiment as shown in Fig. 1, the sealing ring 4 and the pressing cap body 11 are both made of a resin material, and the sealing ring 4 and the pressing cap body 11 are of an integrally-formed structure.
The connection between the nozzle 3 and the connector pipe 2 can be selected to be a detachable connection or a non-detachable connection. However, in order to facilitate a user in freely switching a spray mode, for example, replacing a sector spraying nozzle with a conical spraying nozzle, it is suggested to select the connection between the nozzle 3 and the connector pipe 2 in the present embodiment to be a detachable connection, such as a clamping or threaded connection.
In one embodiment that is not shown, a spray can is provided, and the spray can comprises the above-mentioned press-type releaser 100. The spray can includes the above-mentioned press-type releaser 100, and thus has the beneficial effect of the press-type releaser 100, such that the spray can not only can perform spraying into a narrow space, but also has more applicable scenes and higher use flexibility.
