背景技术
在自行车系统中,辐条是连接轮圈与花鼓的桥梁。在使用过程中,辐条一端带帽头连接在花鼓上,一端带螺牙与辐条帽锁固,连接在轮圈上。
目前市面上的辐条一般使用不锈钢、钛、铝等材质制作,重量相当重,非常不利于产品重量日益轻量化需求;市面上也有使用碳纤维复合材料成型,先制作辐条主体,再在辐条两端粘接金属件,使其具备辐条的功能,但这样制作的辐条为了达到一定的强度,两端粘接金属件尺寸较大,为了更轻量化需求,相关技术仍有待提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条及制作方法,通过帽头端采用内埋式结构,达到强度高、轻量化的效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,包括辐条本体、牙帽和帽头,辐条本体是由碳纤维成型,辐条本体一端连接牙帽,牙帽露在辐条本体的部分设有螺牙,辐条本体的另一端设有帽头,且帽头内埋于辐条本体内,所述的牙帽、内埋帽头及辐条本体同轴设置。
进一步,辐条本体包括辐条内芯和碳纤维预浸料,牙帽和帽头设有贯穿的安装孔,牙帽和帽头分别套接在辐条内芯两端形成同轴结构,所述牙帽、帽头 及辐条内芯外缠绕或包覆碳纤维预浸料并一体成型。

S5、将缠绕好的半成品放到成型模具里加温成型;步骤S5中,模具温度控制在150-160摄氏度,加温时长在20-30分钟,成型后辐条本体的截面形状为圆形或椭圆形或大体菱形;辐条成型后开模取出,然后在牙帽的裸露部分加工螺牙,并配合组配螺帽4,如图6所示。
本发明制造方法中,在步骤S3前,牙帽2、帽头3及辐条内芯需做粗化处理,辐条内芯表面涂覆高强度的耐高温接合胶,与牙帽2、帽头3连接备用。
一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,包括一由碳纤维制成的辐条内芯、一能配合连接轮圈的牙帽2和一细小内埋的帽头3以及用来缠绕或包覆辐条内芯和金属牙帽和内埋帽头的碳纤维预浸料;牙帽和内埋帽头都设有贯穿的安装孔,该牙帽的安装孔和内埋帽头的安装孔分别固定套接在两固接头上,与辐条本体内芯外径大小适配。该碳纤维辐条内芯为圆柱状,易于生产加工,直径同牙帽和帽头安装孔的尺寸。该辐条内芯及牙帽的锥形部分全部都通过包覆或缠绕碳纤维预浸料,内埋帽头完全被碳纤维预浸包裹,即完全置于纱片内部,再置于成型模具中加温固化定型以形成一体成型的碳纤维辐条。
本发明一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,具体工艺如下:
1.辐条的两头制作中间镂空的金属件即帽头3和牙帽2,金属件的材质为不锈钢、铝合金、钛合金等一些高强度的金属材质,中间镂空的孔径为小于2mm,牙帽2带有环形凸台,牙帽上有一直线卡槽,可在后面拧紧螺帽的时候作为固定的作用,防止扭转;
2.制备碳纤维芯(即辐条内芯11),直径与上述镂空的孔径适应;该碳纤维芯可以用模具或拉挤成型;
3.使用前,金属件及碳纤维芯需做粗化处理,将碳纤维芯先从帽头和牙帽的孔中间穿过,碳纤维芯表面涂覆高强度的耐高温接合胶,连接后备用。
4.用0度或者带角度碳纤维预浸料缠绕/包覆碳纤维芯和金属件,从牙帽带斜度的地方渐层缠绕,直到设计需要的厚度,缠绕好待成型的产品;
5.将缠绕好的产品放到型模具上加温成型(155摄氏度25mins),所需要的辐条造型依实际设计需求,可以是圆形/扁形/椭圆形/类似菱形等截面形状,图2是一种辐条椭圆造型。
6.成型后开模取出产品,需在牙帽的一端加工螺牙,完成后即为最终可用的产品,并配合组配的螺帽4,如图6所示。
本发明碳纤维辐条特点如下:
1.与花鼓相连的帽头3外部为碳纤维结构,金属件不会外露,能进一步减轻碳辐条的重量。
2.与轮圈相连的牙帽2仅螺牙外露,其它部分也被碳纤维包覆,提升牙帽端的抗扭性能。
3.帽头和牙帽的尺寸非常小,接近市面上金属辐条。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,其特征在于:包括辐条本体、牙帽和帽头,辐条本体是由碳纤维成型,辐条本体一端连接牙帽,牙帽露在辐条本体的部分设有螺牙,辐条本体的另一端设有帽头,且帽头内埋于辐条内,所述的牙帽、内埋帽头及辐条本体同轴设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,其特征在于:辐条本体包括辐条内芯和碳纤维预浸料,牙帽和帽头设有贯穿的安装孔,牙帽和帽头分别套接在辐条内芯两端形成同轴结构,所述牙帽、帽头及辐条内芯外缠绕或包覆碳纤维预浸料并一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,其特征在于:辐条内芯为圆柱状,辐条内芯的外径与牙帽的安装孔和帽头的安装孔大小适配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,其特征在于:牙帽被碳纤维预浸料包覆部分的外周设有固定套接的环形凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3之一所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条,其特征在于:牙帽和帽头均为金属件,帽头为锥形帽头,牙帽被碳纤维预浸料包覆部分设有锥形结构,牙帽和帽头的锥形设计用于提高与碳纤维预浸料包覆面积及防止预浸料叠层端部结束处过于集中。
  6. 一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1、制备辐条两头的牙帽和帽头,牙帽和帽头的中心分别轴向通孔;
    S2、制备辐条内芯,是由碳纤维材料制成,辐条内芯与牙帽和帽头的轴向通孔适配;
    S3、将牙帽和帽头套接在辐条内芯的两端,使牙帽和帽头同轴设置;
    S4、用碳纤维预浸料缠绕包覆辐条内芯及牙帽和帽头形成半成品,其中帽头完全置于碳纤维预浸料内部,牙帽的一部分置于碳纤维预浸料外部;
    S5、将缠绕包覆好的半成品放到成型模具里加温成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条制造方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,牙帽和帽头均为金属制品:其中的帽头为锥形帽头;牙帽被碳纤维预浸料包覆部分设有锥形结构,牙帽周侧加工成环状凸台以防止牙帽和碳纤维预浸料拉伸时脱离,牙帽置于碳纤维预浸料外部的侧面加工有卡槽以方便安装。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条制造方法,其特征在于:帽头的锥形角大于牙帽的锥形角。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条制造方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,辐条内芯采用模具成型或拉挤成型为圆柱体,在步骤S3前,牙帽、帽头及辐条内芯需做粗化处理,辐条内芯表面涂覆高强度的耐高温接合胶,与牙帽、帽头连接备用。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种内埋帽头式碳纤维辐条制造方法,其特征在于:步骤S5中,模具温度控制在150-160摄氏度,加温时长在20-30分钟,成型后辐条本体的截面形状为圆形或椭圆形或大体菱形;辐条成型后开模取出,然后在牙帽的裸露部分加工螺牙,并配合组配螺帽。
