技术领域
本申请涉及座椅技术领域,特别涉及一种震动座椅。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于娱乐设施的要求也越来越高。目前,4D座椅被广泛运用于影院、游戏厅等娱乐场所,是其中重要组成部分。4D座体通过在座椅上设置震动本体,震动本体驱动座体震动,模拟娱乐场景中的风、水等效果及生活中比较常见的震动、坠落等现象,通过控制系统与电影或是游戏画面中的情节进行配合,使观众在有身临其境的感觉。在相关技术中的震动座椅中,震动本体与座椅在组装过程中,拆装操作十分麻烦,不利于后期的维护。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种震动座椅,旨在方便对其进行维护。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的震动座椅包括:
座椅本体;
固定卡板,安装于所述座椅本体,所述固定卡板开设有避让孔和卡接孔,所述卡接孔与所述避让孔分别贯穿所述固定卡板的相对两板面,所述卡接孔与所述避让孔相连通;以及,
震动模块,包括震动本体和连接于所述震动本体的卡接结构,所述卡接结构穿设于所述避让孔后滑动卡接于所述卡接孔,以使所述震动本体和所述固定卡板固定。
在一些实施例中,所述卡接结构包括相连接的卡接段和限位段,所述卡接段连接于所述震动本体,所述限位段和所述卡接段穿设于所述避让孔后滑动至所述卡接孔,所述卡接段卡接于所述卡接孔,所述限位段与所述固定卡板背离所述震动本体的一侧抵接。
在一些实施例中,所述限位段的横截面积大于所述卡接段的横截面积。
在一些实施例中,所述卡接孔沿所述固定卡板的板面延伸而成长条状,所述卡接段沿所述卡接孔的长度方向滑动卡接于所述卡接孔内。
在一些实施例中,所述卡接孔和所述避让孔连通呈T形。
在一些实施例中,所述卡接孔的孔侧壁还凹设形成有多个间隔设置的定位槽,所述多个定位槽设于所述卡接孔的相对两个侧壁面,所述多个定位槽的侧壁面与所述卡接孔的所述孔侧壁呈圆弧状过渡。
在一些实施例中,所述卡接结构还包括连接于所述震动本体的第一卡扣,所述固定卡板设有第二卡扣,当所述卡接段卡接于所述卡接孔时,所述第一卡扣扣合于所述第二卡扣。
在一些实施例中,所述第二卡扣包括相连接的弹性臂和扣合段,所述弹性臂与所述固定卡板连接,所述扣合段连接于所述弹性臂的端部,所述弹性臂提供弹力,以使所述第一卡扣扣合于所述扣合段。
在一些实施例中,所述弹性臂包括第一弹性连接段和第二弹性连接段,所述第一弹性连接段的一端凸设于所述固定卡板上,并朝向所述第一卡扣的一侧延伸,所述第二弹性连接段连接于所述第一弹性连接段的端部,并与所述第一弹性连接段呈90°的夹角设置,所述扣合段连接于所述第二弹性连接段的端部。
在一些实施例中,所述扣合段与所述避让孔指向所述卡接孔的方向之间所形成的夹角为锐角,所述第一卡扣与所述避让孔指向所述卡接孔的方向之间所形成的夹角为钝角。
在一些实施例中,所述固定卡板的侧边设置有缺口,所述第二卡扣设置在所述缺口内,并连接所述缺口的侧壁。
在一些实施例中,所述缺口开设在所述固定卡板的一个长侧边,所述缺口的开口方向为所述卡接孔指向所述避让孔的方向。
在一些实施例中,所述座椅本体包括座垫、靠背以及固定悬簧,所述靠背连接于所述座垫,所述固定悬簧设于所述靠背,所述固定卡板连接于所述固定悬簧。
在一些实施例中,所述震动座椅包括两个所述固定卡板,所述震动本体设于所述靠背的中部,两个所述固定卡板位于所述震动本体的相对两侧,且一所述固定卡板卡接至少三个固定悬簧。
在一些实施例中,所述固定悬簧为金属件,所述固定卡板为塑料件,所述固定卡板与所述固定悬簧一体注塑成型。
本申请技术方案通过采用座椅本体,固定卡板设于座椅本体,并开设有贯穿其相对两板面的避让孔和卡接孔,卡接孔与避让孔相连通,震动模块的卡接结构连接于震动本体。本申请的震动座椅在安装震动本体时,卡接结构穿设于避让孔,并与卡接孔相对应,移动震动本体使得卡接结构滑动卡接于卡接孔内,将震动本体和固定卡板固定连接,如此震动本体和固定卡板的连接较为稳固,而需要拆卸震动本体时,只需将震动本体朝向背离卡接孔的一侧移动,即可将卡接结构滑动于卡接孔内拆出,如此本申请的震动本体的安装固定不仅较为稳固,而且拆装也更省力,较大程度的方便了对震动座椅的装配和后期维护。

需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

参照图1至图6本申请提出一种震动座椅100。
在本申请实施例中,该震动座椅100包括:
座椅本体10;
固定卡板20,所述固定卡板20设于所述座椅本体10上,并开设有贯穿固定卡板20相对两板面的避让孔20a和卡接孔20b,所述卡接孔20b与所述避让孔20a相连通;以及
震动模块30,所述震动模块30包括震动本体31和卡接结构32,所述卡接结构32包括相连接的卡接段321和限位段322,所述卡接段321连接于所述震动本体31,所述限位段322和所述卡接段321穿设于所述避让孔20a,所述卡接段321卡接于所述卡接孔20b,以使所述震动本体31和所述固定卡板20固定。
具体而言,该座椅本体10可以包括座垫和靠背12,其中,座垫包括坐垫骨架和座垫本体,靠背12包括靠背骨架14和靠背垫,坐垫骨架和靠背骨架14可由金属型材或是塑胶材料成型。本申请实施例中,靠背骨架14采用金属型材成型,座椅本体10较为坚固耐用,且使用寿命更长。坐垫骨架和靠背骨架14通过转动轴转动连接,座垫本体铺设于坐垫骨架,靠背垫铺设于靠背骨架14,在外力的作用下靠背骨架14可相对于坐垫骨架转动,并与坐垫骨架形成特定的角度,以适应不同人群的坐姿习惯。本申请中靠背骨架14相对于坐垫骨架转动可以是通过手动或是自动。具体地,一实施例中,靠背骨架14和坐垫骨架之间设置有角度调节机构,用户通过该角度调节机构驱动靠背骨架14相对于坐垫骨架转动,以适应自身的坐姿惯。而于另一实施例中,转动轴与一驱动电机传动连接,驱动电机驱动转动轴转动,进而带动靠背骨架14转动,如此震动座椅100不仅可以更好的适应不同人群的坐姿,而且其调节操作更为省力且智能。
本申请实施例中,固定卡板20连接于靠背骨架14,并沿靠背骨架14的长度方向延伸,固定卡板20通过机械加工或是注塑成型的方式形成有相连通的卡接孔20b和避让孔20a。
本申请实施例中,固定卡板20同样可由金属或是塑胶材料成型。一些实施例中,固定卡板20为塑料件,靠背12具有固定悬簧13,固定悬簧13为金属件,固定卡板20与固定悬簧13一体注塑成型。
固定卡板20具有相对设置的第一板面和第二板面,避让孔20a贯穿第一板面和第二板面,同样的,卡接孔20b也贯穿第一板面和第二板面。本申请实施例中,避让孔20a和卡接孔20b沿第一板面分布。
本申请实施例中的震动座椅100在安装震动本体31时,限位段322和卡接段321先穿设于避让孔20a,然后将限位段322和卡接段321自避让孔20a滑向卡接孔20b,使卡接段321与卡接孔20b相对应,此时,卡接段321卡接于卡接孔20b内,限制卡接结构往回移动,限位段322抵接于固定卡板20背离震动本体31的一侧,以限制震动本 体31沿卡接孔20b的开孔方向脱离固定卡板20。如此,震动本体31和固定卡板20的连接较为稳固,而需要拆卸震动本体31时,只需将震动本体31朝向背离卡接孔20b的一侧移动,即可将卡接段321于卡接孔20b内拆出,因此,本申请的震动本体31的安装固定不仅较为稳固,而且拆装也较为省力,较大程度的方便了对震动座椅100的装配和后期维护。
本申请中限位段322的作用是将卡接段321与固定卡板20限位,因此限位段322投影于固定卡板20上的投影范围应当超出卡接孔20b的范围,即限位段322的横截面积大于卡接段321的横截面积。一些实施例中,卡接结构32的横截面整体呈“T”字形状,避让孔20a和卡接孔20b连接形成“T”字形状。限位段322于固定卡板20上的投影范围应当小于避让孔20a的的范围。
具体而言,震动本体31位于第一板面所在的一侧,限位段322自第一板面穿过避让孔20a,位于第二板面所在的一侧,在卡接段321卡接于卡接孔20b内时,限位段322抵接第二板面。
再次参见图3和图4,为了使得震动本体31和固定卡板20的连接更为稳固,在本申请的一实施例中,所述卡接孔20b沿所述固定卡板20的板面延伸设置,即卡接孔20b呈长条状,一些实施例中,卡接孔20b呈细长状。本申请实施例中,卡接孔20b沿固定卡板20的表面沿横向方向延伸,将其延伸的方向定义为安装方向。该安装方向指的是避让孔20a指向卡接孔20b的方向。在实际装配时,限位段322和卡接段321穿过避让孔20a,卡接段321相对于固定卡板20沿安装方向即沿卡接孔20b的长度方向移动,卡接段321即滑动卡接于该卡接孔20b内,将震动本体31和固定卡板20连接固定。本申请中通过延伸设置的卡接孔20b,可较大程度的增加卡接段321与固定卡板20的卡接距离,进而使得震动本体31和固定卡板20的连接更为稳固,提高了震动座椅100的使用稳定性。
进一步地,所述卡接孔20b的横截面积沿所述安装方向呈逐渐减小设置,也即,卡接孔20b呈朝向避让孔20a一侧的扩口状设置,卡接孔20b的外形轮廓为锥形。本申请中由于卡接孔20b的横截面沿安装方向逐渐减小,因此卡接段321在卡接于卡接孔20b后并朝向安装方向滑动,随着卡接孔20b的孔径逐渐减小,使得卡接段321与卡接孔20b孔侧壁之间的作用力逐渐增大,卡接段321与固定卡板20卡接更为稳固。
在本申请的另一实施例中,卡接孔20b的孔侧壁还凹设形成有多个间隔设置的定位槽(图未示出),多个定位槽设于卡接孔20b的相对两个侧壁面,多个定位槽的侧壁面与卡接孔20b的孔侧壁呈圆弧状过渡,即沿安装方向卡接孔20b的孔侧壁与多个定位槽的侧壁面整体呈波浪形轨迹延伸,卡接段321卡接于卡后孔内,并可嵌设于任意两个定位槽内。本实施例中,通过间隔设置的多个定位槽,可将卡接段321固定定位于卡接孔20b的内的任意位置,因此在实际的使用过程中,用户可以根据自己的需要对震动本体31的位置进行调节,使震动本体31震动的位置更契合于自身的感受,如此震动本体31的安装不仅较为稳固,拆装方便,而且震动座椅100的用户体验度更好。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述卡接段321、所述限位段322以及所述震动本体31为一体成型结构,具体而言,本申请中,震动本体31包括外壳和震动机构,其中,外壳由金属、塑胶材料制成的壳体空腔结构,震动机构安装于外壳的空腔内,卡接段321和限位段322与外壳可以是通过注塑一体成型或是通过机械加工一体成型,本申请中,通过一体成型的卡接段321、限位段322以及外壳使得震动本体31的结构更为简单,简化装配流程。当然卡接段321、限位段322也可以是通过螺钉等紧固结构固定于外壳表面,例如,在一实施例中,卡接段321与外壳一体成型,并开设有螺纹孔,限位段322的表面凸设形成螺柱,该螺柱旋合于螺纹孔内将卡接段321和限位段322连接固定,如此在安装或是拆卸震动本体31时,可直接将卡接段321插接于卡接孔20b内,再将限位段322与卡接段321连接,使得震动本体31的拆装方式更为多样,拆装也更方便。
需要说明的是,本实施例中震动本体31为音频震动本体31,震动机构包括控制电路板、转换器、音圈、振膜以及插头311,转换器、音圈以及振膜设于外壳内,转动器和音圈通过电线电连接,音圈通过端子连接线连接于控制线路板。插头311的一端粘接于控制线路板的板面,另一端与供电端的插座相连接。电流通过插头311、控制线路板流至音圈一侧,驱动音圈产生振动,音圈带动振膜振动,振膜带动与其相贴合于外壳产生振动,进而使得与其贴合的靠背12产生震动。
当然,于本申请的另一实施例中,震动机构也可以是机械振动的方式,即震动机构包括驱动电机和套接于驱动电机输出轴的偏振转子,驱动电机带动偏振转子于外壳内转动,进而驱动靠背12产生震动。在此震动本体31的具体形式和具体结构可以根据实际需要确定,只要可以驱动靠背12产生震动即可。
请再次参见图4至图6,进一步地,为了使得固定卡板20与震动本体31的连接更为稳固,在本申请的一实施例中,所述卡接结构32还包括连接于所述震动本体31的第一卡扣323,所述固定卡板20包括板体21和连接于所述板体21的第二卡扣22,所述卡接段321卡接于所述卡接孔20b,所述第一卡扣323扣合于所述第二卡扣22。
具体而言,第一卡扣323设于外壳的一侧,并与外壳一体成型,第一卡扣323凸设于外壳的表面,固定卡板20的板体21连接于靠背12固定架,并呈长条状延伸,第二卡扣22凸设于板体21朝向外壳一侧的表面,当卡接段321于卡接孔20b内滑动至预设位置时,第一卡扣323扣合于第二卡扣22,即在安装方向上固定卡板20和震动本体31被第一卡扣323和第二卡扣22限位,避免卡接段321于卡接孔20b内沿安装方向的反向滑动脱出,本申请中,通过第一卡扣323和第二卡扣22、卡接段321以及限位段322将固定卡板20和震动本体31于三个方向上限位固定,如此震动本体31的连接更为稳固。
进一步地,所述第二卡扣22包括相连接的弹性臂221和扣合段222,所述弹性臂221连接于所述板体21,所述扣合段222连接于所述弹性臂221的端部,所述弹性臂221提供弹力,以使所述第一卡扣323扣合于所述扣合段222。
具体而言,弹性臂221包括第一弹性连接段和第二弹性连接段,其中,第一弹性连 接段的一端凸设于固定卡板20的板体21,并朝向第一卡扣323一侧延伸,第二弹性连接段连接于第一弹性连接段的端部,并与第一弹性连接段呈90°的夹角设置,扣合段222连接于第二弹性连接段的端部。在一些实施例中,第一弹性连接段和第二弹性连接段均为薄片状的杆体结构,在外力的作用下,第一弹性连接段和第二弹性连接段可相对于板体21受力变形,并具有恢复原状的趋势。本申请实施例中,卡接段321卡接于卡接孔20b内,并于卡接孔20b内逐渐滑动至预设位置,第一卡扣323抵顶于扣合段222,并将扣合段222顶起,第二弹性连接段受到来自于扣合段222的作用力后,相对于第一弹性连接段发生弯曲变形,当滑动至预设位置后,第一卡扣323扣合于扣合段222,第二弹性连接段由于具有恢复弹性形变的趋势,因此该弹力会作用于扣合段222,扣合段222作用于第一卡扣323,使得第一卡扣323和第二卡扣22的连接更为稳固。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述扣合段222与所述安装方向的所形成的夹角为锐角,所述第一卡扣323与所述安装方向所形成的夹角为钝角。具体而言,第一卡扣323凸设于外壳的表面,并朝向背离安装方向的一侧倾斜,与背离安装方向的所形成的夹角为锐角,相对应的扣合段222与安装方向所形成的夹角为钝角,即,扣合段222朝向第二弹性连接段一侧倾斜,并与其所形成的夹角为锐角。本申请实施例中,当卡接段321卡接于卡接孔20b内并朝向安装方向滑动,第一卡扣323逐渐抵接于扣合段222,两者的倾斜方向一致,随着震动本体31滑动,第一卡扣323贴合于扣合段222的表面,并将其抵顶,扣合段222受到第一卡扣323的作用力,并相对于第一卡扣323的表面滑动,最终扣合于第一卡扣323。而当第一卡扣323扣合与扣合段222扣合后,由于第一卡扣323和扣合段222的倾斜方向与脱扣方向相反,因此两者扣合更为牢固。如此本申请通过倾斜设置的第一卡扣323和扣合段222,一方面使得第一卡扣323和第二卡扣22入扣较为省力,另一方向第一卡扣323和第二卡扣22不易脱扣,使得震动本体31和固定卡板20的连接更为牢固。
进一步地,本申请实施例中,固定卡板20的侧边还开设有一缺口21a,第二卡扣22位于缺口21a内,并连接缺口21a的侧壁。具体而言,该缺口21a将弹性臂221和扣合段222部分显露,当扣合段222扣合于第一卡扣323后该缺口21a同时将第一卡扣323和第二卡扣22显露,并且弹性臂221的第二弹性连接段与缺口21a的侧壁面形成脱扣空隙,该脱扣空隙可供手指穿过。本申请实施例中,通过设置该缺口21a,可方便用户在板体21的另一侧拔动第二弹性连接段,即在扣合段222扣合于第一卡扣323、以及需要拆卸震动本体31时朝向背离第一卡扣323的一侧拔动,从而在拆装的过程中可避免扣合段222与第一卡扣323受应力作用而断裂的情况。
本申请一些实施例中,缺口21a的开口方向为卡接孔20b指向避让孔20a的方向,因此在将震动本体31自避让孔20a推向卡接孔20b时,第一卡扣323从缺口21a的开口进入到缺口21a内,并在跨过第二卡扣22后与第二卡扣22扣接,从而防止震动本体31往回滑动(即从缺口21a的开口脱离缺口21a)。
本申请一些实施例中,缺口21a开设在固定卡板20的一个长侧边。固定卡板20的 长度方向上设置多个避让孔20a,相对应地,每个避让孔20a对应设置一个卡接孔20b。一具体示例中,固定卡板20的长度方向上设置两个避让孔20a和两个卡接孔20b。
进一步地,座椅本体10设置多个例如两个固定卡板20,多个固定卡板20依次间隔排布,每一个固定卡板20设置至少一个避让孔20a和至少一个卡接孔20b。多个固定卡板20沿其自身的宽度方向间隔分布。
在本申请的实施例中,座椅本体10还包括固定悬簧13,所述固定悬簧13设于所述靠背12上,所述固定卡板20连接于所述固定悬簧13,所述固定悬簧13提供弹力,以随着震动本体31震动而震动。
具体而言,该固定悬簧13由金属材料成型,固定悬簧13的两端固定连接于靠背骨架14,并与靠背垫的表面间隔一定的距离,固定卡板20与固定悬簧13通过模内注塑与其一体成型设置,当然固定卡板20与固定悬簧13也可以通过粘接或是螺钉连接等方式连接固定,固定卡板20与靠背垫两相对表面之间的距离应略小于震动本体31外壳的厚度。在实际的装配过程中,震动本体31置于固定卡板20和靠背垫之间,其外壳的相对两个表面分别贴合于固定卡板20和靠背垫,同时,由于外壳的厚度大于固定卡板20至靠背垫之间的距离,因此固定悬簧13被外壳撑开变形,固定悬簧13的弹力反作用于外壳,进而将其牢牢的压制于靠背垫的表面,不仅使震动本体31的固定更为牢靠,而且震动效果也更好。
可以理解的是,本申请中震动本体31设置于靠背12的中部,在实际的使用过程中,震动本体31会随着情景的变化产生震动,进而震动用户的背部的中心位置,使其震感更为强烈也更为舒适。两个固定卡板20分别位于震动本体31的相对两侧,且一固定卡板20至少与三个固定悬簧13相卡接。如此固定卡板20与靠背12的连接不仅较为稳固,而且由于震动本体31与两个固定卡板20相贴合,因此可以避免与固定悬簧13产生共振,进而提高震动的传递效率。当然震动本体31也可以设置于座垫,或是同时设置于座垫和靠背12。并且震动本体31的数量可以是一个、两个、五个或是更多个,在此本申请的震动本体31数量以及设置位置不做具体限制。
本申请一些实施例中,固定悬簧13包括多根横筋131和至少两根纵筋132,多根横筋131依次沿纵向间隔排布,至少两根纵筋132沿横筋131的长度方向分布,并与横筋131连接。如此,多根横筋131和至少两根纵筋132形成类似纵横交错的网状结构。
本申请一些实施例中,固定悬簧13包括两根纵筋132,两根纵筋132分设于横筋131的两端,横筋131的端部弯折设置而绕设于纵筋132,相当于将横筋131的端部挂接在纵筋132上,实现横筋131和纵筋132的连接。
在一些实施例中,横筋131呈多段弯折设置,以在横筋131的长度方向形成多个凹部和凸部,沿横筋131的长度方向,凹部和凸部交替设置。任意一根横筋131上的凹部对应其它横筋131上的凹部,任意一根横筋131上的凸部对应其它横筋131上的凸部。本实施例中的对应指的是在纵筋132的长度方向上对应。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等 术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种震动座椅,包括:
    座椅本体;
    固定卡板,安装于所述座椅本体上,所述固定卡板开设有避让孔和卡接孔,所述卡接孔与所述避让孔分别贯穿所述固定卡板的相对两板面,所述卡接孔与所述避让孔相连通;以及,
    震动模块,包括震动本体和连接于所述震动本体的卡接结构,所述卡接结构穿设于所述避让孔后滑动卡接于所述卡接孔,以使所述震动本体和所述固定卡板固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的震动座椅,其中,所述卡接结构包括相连接的卡接段和限位段,所述卡接段连接于所述震动本体,所述限位段和所述卡接段穿设于所述避让孔后滑动至所述卡接孔,所述卡接段卡接于所述卡接孔,所述限位段与所述固定卡板背离所述震动本体的一侧抵接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的震动座椅,其中,所述限位段的横截面积大于所述卡接段的横截面积。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的震动座椅,其中,所述卡接孔沿所述固定卡板的板面延伸而成长条状,所述卡接段沿所述卡接孔的长度方向滑动卡接于所述卡接孔内。
  5. 如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的震动座椅,其中,所述卡接孔和所述避让孔连通呈T形。
  6. 如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的震动座椅,其中,所述卡接孔的孔侧壁还凹设形成有多个间隔设置的定位槽,所述多个定位槽设于所述卡接孔的相对两个侧壁面,所述多个定位槽的侧壁面与所述卡接孔的所述孔侧壁呈圆弧状过渡。
  7. 如权利要求2至6中任一项所述的震动座椅,其中,所述卡接结构还包括连接于所述震动本体的第一卡扣,所述固定卡板设有第二卡扣,当所述卡接段卡接于所述卡接孔时,所述第一卡扣扣合于所述第二卡扣。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的震动座椅,其中,所述第二卡扣包括相连接的弹性臂和扣合段,所述弹性臂与所述固定卡板连接,所述扣合段连接于所述弹性臂的端部,所述弹性臂提供弹力,以使所述第一卡扣扣合于所述扣合段。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的震动座椅,其中,所述弹性臂包括第一弹性连接段和第二弹性连接段,所述第一弹性连接段的一端凸设于所述固定卡板上,并朝向所述第一卡扣的一侧延伸,所述第二弹性连接段连接于所述第一弹性连接段的端部,并与所述第一弹性连接段呈90°的夹角设置,所述扣合段连接于所述第二弹性连接段的端部。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的震动座椅,其中,所述扣合段与所述避让孔指向所述卡接孔的方向之间所形成的夹角为锐角,所述第一卡扣与所述避让孔指向所述卡接孔的方向之间所形成的夹角为钝角。
  11. 如权利要求9至10中任一项所述的震动座椅,其中,所述固定卡板的侧边设置有缺口,所述第二卡扣设置在所述缺口内,并连接所述缺口的侧壁。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的震动座椅,其中,所述缺口开设在所述固定卡板的一个长侧边,所述缺口的开口方向为所述卡接孔指向所述避让孔的方向。
  13. 如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的震动座椅,其中,所述座椅本体包括座垫、靠背以及固定悬簧,所述靠背连接于所述座垫,所述固定悬簧设于所述靠背,所述固定卡板连接于所述固定悬簧。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的震动座椅,其中,所述震动座椅包括两个所述固定卡板,所述震动本体设于所述靠背的中部,两个所述固定卡板位于所述震动本体的相对两侧,且一所述固定卡板卡接至少三个固定悬簧。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的震动座椅,其中,所述固定悬簧为金属件,所述固定卡板为塑料件,所述固定卡板与所述固定悬簧一体注塑成型。
