Description

具有制冰功能的冰箱及其管道连接件 技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻领域,特别是涉及一种具有制冰功能的冰箱及其管道连接件。
背景技术
现有技术的管道连接件通常需要配合卡箍将其与被连接管道紧固在一起,以防止漏水,卡箍在紧固过程中又需要多个紧固件(例如螺钉等),这种连接方式不仅难以装配和拆卸,而且零件数量多,提高了成本。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的旨在克服现有技术中的至少一个缺陷,提供一种具有制冰功能的冰箱及其管道连接件。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要降低管道连接件的装配难度,减少零件数量。
特别地,本发明提供了一种管道连接件,管道连接件包括相连通的进水管体和出水管体,进水管体和出水管体分别用于连接第一管段和第二管段,该管道连接件还包括:卡座,位于进水管体的进口端,卡座具有部分伸入进水管体内的紧固主体,紧固主体内限定出用于允许第一管段伸入的紧固腔;止退卡,具有卡体和形成于卡体的两个弹性卡爪,两个弹性卡爪相对设置,止退卡配置成使两个卡爪夹持于紧固主体的外周,并产生弹性夹持力,以紧固卡座与第一管段。
可选地,管道连接件还包括:固定座,固定座具有固定于进水管体进口端的环形固定件以及形成于环形固定件并伸入进水管体内部的连接部;紧固主体伸入进水管体内的一端具有卡接部,卡接部与连接部相配合,以将卡座固定于进水管体。
可选地,紧固主体远离卡接部的端部沿其周向形成有止挡部,两个弹性卡爪夹持于止挡部与环形固定件之间。
可选地,紧固主体沿其轴向开设有多个伸缩间隙,以利用伸缩间隙调节紧固腔的内径。
可选地,管道连接件还包括:密封环,设置于进水管体的内部,并紧顶 于紧固主体伸入进水管体的端部,以密封紧固主体与进水管体之间的间隙。
可选地,出水管体的外周壁上环绕地形成有安装凹槽;管道连接件还包括:弹性密封件,套设于安装凹槽内,以密封第二管段与出水管体。
特别地,本发明提供了一种具有制冰功能的冰箱,包括:箱体,箱体包括底部内胆,底部内胆具有底部间室;制冰装置,设置于底部间室的顶部;供水管路,用于向制冰装置输送制冰水,供水管路包括部分管段位于箱体外部的第一管段和位于箱体内部的第二管段,并且第一管段与第二管段通过上述任一项的管道连接件连接。
可选地,箱体还包括:外壳,包裹于底部内胆的外侧,外壳具有穿进孔;预埋管,预埋管的第一端连接于外壳的内侧,并使其第一端的开口与穿进孔相对,预埋管的第二端连接于制冰装置,并向制冰装置的内部敞开,第二管段的第一端设置于预埋管的第一端,第二管段的第二端从预埋管的第二端穿出,进而穿进制冰装置的内部;出水管体从预埋管的第一端伸入,从而与第二管段的第一端连接。
可选地,预埋管的第一端的内壁和第二管段的第一端其中之一设置有限位凸起,另一设置限位孔,限位凸起与限位孔相互配合,以约束第二管段沿其周向转动的自由度。
可选地,预埋管在其第一端处设置有紧贴于外壳内侧的第一连接板;管道连接件还包括:第二连接板,形成于所进水管路的外部,第二连接板紧贴于外壳的外侧,第一连接板、外壳和第二连接板通过紧固件相固定。
可选地,第一连接板朝向外壳的表面凸出形成多个定位凸起,多个定位凸起穿过穿进孔伸出外壳;第二连接板设置有朝向外壳敞开的多个定位槽,定位槽与定位凸起一一对应地配合,以预连接第一连接板和第二连接板。
可选地,该冰箱还包括:垫片,设置于第二连接板与外壳之间,并且垫片上具有用于使定位凸起穿过的第一通孔和用于使出水管体穿过的第二通孔。
本发明的管道连接件,止退卡的两个弹性卡爪可夹持于紧固主体的外周上,并且两个弹性卡爪之间形成的夹持区域尺寸略小于紧固主体的外径,这样当两个弹性卡爪夹持于紧固主体的外周时,两个弹性卡爪受到紧固主体向外的挤压,并产生相向的弹性夹持力,这样止退卡的两个弹性卡爪可稳固地夹持于紧固主体的外周,进而使紧固主体和第一管段牢固地连接在一起,实 现进水管体与第一管段的密封连接,装配简单。此外可取消额外的卡箍和螺钉等零件,减少了零件数量,降低了成本。

本发明首先提供一种管道连接件10,该管道连接件10可包括进水管体110、出水管体120、卡座130和止退卡140,进水管体110和出水管体120相连通,进水管体110和出水管体120分别用于连接第一管段和第二管段,卡座130位于进水管体110的进口端,卡座130具有部分伸入进水管体110内的紧固主体132,紧固主体132内限定出用于允许第一管段伸入的紧固腔134,止退卡140具有卡体142和形成于卡体142的两个弹性卡爪144,两个弹性卡爪144相对设置,止退卡140配置成使两个卡爪夹持于紧固主体132的外周,并产生弹性夹持力,以紧固卡座130与第一管段。
在本实施例中,进水管体110的进口端连接第一管段,出水管体120的进口端形成于进水管体110的出口端,出水管体120的出口端连接第二管段。进水管体110与出水管体120的内部相贯通,两者可具有一定弯折角度,以便适应不同的应用场景,具体的弯折角度可根据实际情况进行具体设置。
在一些具体的实施例中,由进水管体110和出水管体120构成的管体总成还可采用聚丙烯(简称PP料)材料注塑成型,以提升自身的强度。
卡座130的紧固主体132整体可呈圆柱状,其内部形成贯通的紧固腔134,紧固主体132的部分区段可从进水管体110的进口端伸入其内,并与进水管体110直接或间接地相固定,第一管段可伸入紧固主体132的紧固腔134内,与实现与进水管体110的预连接。
止退卡140的两个弹性卡爪144可夹持于紧固主体132的外周上,并且两个弹性卡爪144之间形成的夹持区域尺寸略小于紧固主体132的外径,这样当两个弹性卡爪144夹持于紧固主体132的外周时,两个弹性卡爪144受到紧固主体132向外的挤压,并产生相向的弹性夹持力,这样止退卡140的两个弹性卡爪144可稳固地夹持于紧固主体132的外周,进而使紧固主体132和第一管段牢固地连接在一起,实现进水管体110与第一管段的密封连接。
参见图1至图3,进一步地,该管道连接件10还可包括固定座150,固定座150具有固定于进水管体110进口端的环形固定件152以及形成于环形固定件152并伸入进水管体110内部的连接部154,紧固主体132伸入进水管体110内的一端具有卡接部136,卡接部136与连接部154相配合,以将卡座130固定于进水管体110。
固定座150的环形固定件152可直接抵触在进水管体110的进口端,并通过焊接等方式与进水管体110相固定,连接部154形成在环形固定件152 的下方,并伸入至进水管体110内。
由于紧固主体132伸入进水管体110内的一端具有卡接部136,卡接部136可自紧固主体132朝外伸出,这样当紧固主体132伸入至进水管体110时,卡接部136会卡接在连接部154上,实现将卡座130间接地固定在进水管体110上。
在连接第一管段时,首先,可将固定座150的环形固定件152放置在进水管体110的进口端,并使固定座150的连接部154伸入至进水管体110的内部,通过焊接将环形固定件152与进水管体110固定在一起;然后,将卡座130的紧固主体132伸入进水管体110,并使其卡接部136与固定座150的连接部154相配合,实现卡座130与进水管体110相固定;最后,将第一管段伸入紧固主体132的紧固腔134内,利用止退卡140的两个弹性卡爪144夹持于紧固主体132的外周,实现进水管体110与第一管段的密封连接。
参见图2和图3,进一步地,紧固主体132远离卡接部136的端部沿其周向形成有止挡部138,两个弹性卡爪144夹持于止挡部138与环形固定件152之间。
紧固主体132部分伸入进水管体110内,卡接部136形成于紧固主体132伸入进水管体110的一端,而止挡部138形成于紧固主体132远离卡接部136的一端,也就是说,止挡部138形成于紧固主体132处于进水管体110外部的一端。
固定座150的环形固定件152坐落在进水管体110的进口端,两个弹性卡爪144夹持于止挡部138与环形固定件152之间间隙内,这样不仅可以防止止退卡140脱落,而且可以使得安装之后的管道连接件10结构更加紧凑。
参见图3,进一步地,紧固主体132沿其轴向开设有多个伸缩间隙139,以利用伸缩间隙139调节紧固腔134的内径。
当止退卡140的两个卡爪夹持在紧固主体132的外周上时,两个弹性卡爪144对紧固主体132施加弹性夹持力,多个伸缩间隙139收缩,也即紧固主体132的整体收缩,实现调节紧固腔134的内径,从而使紧固主体132与第一管段连接更加牢固。当拆卸第一管段时,止退卡140撤出,多个伸缩间隙139恢复原来的状态,紧固主体132的整体扩展开,紧固腔134的内径扩大,便于取出第一管段。
参见图2和图3,在一些实施例中,该管道连接件10还可包括密封环 160,密封环160设置于进水管体110的内部,并紧顶于紧固主体132伸入进水管体110的端部,以密封紧固主体132与进水管体110之间的间隙。
密封环160的数量可以为一个或多个,当设置多个密封环160时,多个密封环160可在进水管体110的内部依次叠放(如图2所示)。密封环160的外周可与进水管体110的内壁相抵触,至少一个密封环160紧顶于紧固主体132伸入进水管体110的端部,这样当第一管段与伸入紧固腔134后,从第一管段流出的液体无法从紧固主体132与进水管体110之间的间隙流出,提高密封性。
参见图1至图3,在一些实施例中,出水管体120的外周壁上环绕地形成有安装凹槽122,该管道连接件10还可包括弹性密封件170,弹性密封件170可由硅胶等具有弹性的材料制成,并且弹性密封件170套设于安装凹槽122内,以密封第二管段与出水管体120。
在本实施例中,在使出水管体120的出口端连接第二管段时,出水管体120可伸入第二管段的内部,由于出水管体120的外周壁上设置有弹性密封件170,此时弹性密封件170可抵触于第二管段的内壁上,这样不仅可以密封第二管段与出水管体120,而且还可协助固定第二管段与出水管体120。
此外,弹性密封件170安装在出水管体120外周壁的安装凹槽122,这样还可保证在出水管体120可伸入第二管段的过程中,弹性密封件170不会脱离原来的位置,提高可靠性。
参见图4,图4是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱20的示意图。此外,本发明还提供了一种能够应用上述管道连接件10的具有制冰功能的冰箱20,该冰箱20可包括箱体、制冰装置200和供水管路,箱体还可包括底部内胆410,底部内胆410具有底部间室412,制冰装置200设置于底部间室412的顶部,供水管路用于向制冰装置200输送制冰水,供水管路包括部分管段位于箱体外部的第一管段310和位于箱体内部的第二管段320,第一管段310与第二管段320可通过上述的管道连接件10进行连接。
参见图5和图6,图5是根据本实用新型一个实施例的冰箱20中箱体与制冰装置200的安装关系示意图,图6是根据本实用新型一个实施例的冰箱20中箱体、第二管段320和制冰装置200的分解图。
特别地,底部内胆410的顶壁上开设有安装口414,该制冰装置200还可包括挂架210、固定盒220和制冰盘230。挂架210固定于安装口414处, 并且挂架210包括主体部212以及设置于主体部212下方横向两侧的两个挂接部214,主体部212的周缘上设置有搭接边212a,该搭接边212a搭接在安装口414的周缘处,以使主体部212覆盖于安装口414处。固定盒220通过两个挂接部214悬挂于底部间室412的顶部,并向下敞开。制冰盘230具有多个制冰槽232,制冰盘230设置于固定盒220内,并配置成绕一水平轴线在使制冰槽232朝上的制冰位置和使制冰槽232朝下的取冰位置之间转动。
参见图4,特别地,该冰箱20还可包括上部内胆420和过滤装置500,上部内胆420设置在底部内胆410的上方,上部内胆420具有上部间室422,并且过滤装置500设置在上部间室422内。
由于制冰装置200设置在底部间室412内,制冰装置200需要较低冷量,因此底部间室412还可设置成温度降低的冷冻室,上部间室422可设置成冷藏室,以满足用户分区储藏物品的需求。
参见图4,制冰装置200可由外部水源600对其进行供水,外部水源600通过进水管610连接在过滤装置500的进口,过滤装置500对进水管610输送其内的外部水源600进行过滤,产生制冰水,过滤装置500通过供水管路连接制冰装置200,以将制冰水输送至制冰装置200内,以供其制冰。
参见图4,由于过滤装置500设置在上部间室422内,而制冰装置200设置在底部间室412内,因此供水管路的第一管段310的第一端312可与过滤装置500的出口相连,第一管段310的第二端314穿出上部内胆420并到达箱体的外部,供水管路的第二管段320整体处于箱体内,第一管段310的第二端314通过管道连接件10与第二管段320的第一端322相连,第二管段320的第二端324可直接从挂架210的主体部212伸进制冰装置200的内部,由于固定盒220位于制冰盘230的上方,固定盒220上可设置落水孔222以使第二管段320的第二端324与制冰盘230相对,从而将过滤装置500产生的制冰水输送至制冰装置200的制冰盘230内。
参见图4、图6和图7,图7是根据本实用新型一个实施例的冰箱20中箱体、第二管段320、管道连接件10的分解图。在一些实施例中,该箱体还可包括外壳430和预埋管440,外壳430包裹于底部内胆410的外侧,并且外壳430具有穿进孔434a,预埋管440的第一端442连接于外壳430的内侧,并使其第一端442的开口与穿进孔434a相对,预埋管440的第二端444连 接于制冰装置200,并向制冰装置200的内部敞开,第二管段320的第一端322设置于预埋管440的第一端442,第二管段320的第二端324从预埋管440的第二端444穿出,进而穿进制冰装置200的内部,管道连接件10的出水管体120从预埋管440的第一端442伸入,从而与第二管段320的第一端322连接。
外壳430还可包括U壳(图中未示出)和后背板434,U壳可作为箱体的两侧壁以及底壁,后背板434可设置在U壳的后方,以作为箱体的后壁。
参见图6和图7,在一些具体的实施例中,穿进孔434a还可开设在后背板434上,预埋管440的第一端442可连接在后背板434的内侧,并使其第一端442的开口与穿进孔434a相对。在制冰装置200中,主体部212显露于底部内胆410外侧的表面凸起形成有连接罩体212b,连接罩体212b向下敞开,也即朝向制冰装置200的内部敞开,预埋管440的第二端444连接于连接罩体212b的侧壁上,并向连接罩体212b内敞开,供水管路的第二管段320的第二端324在穿出预埋管440的第二端444(也即穿出连接罩体212b的侧壁)后向下弯折,即可对准下方的制冰盘230。
在组装冰箱20时,可先将底部内胆410、上部内胆420、制冰装置200和外壳430安装在预定位置处,然后将预埋管440根据上述连接关系进行连接,最后通过发泡工艺固定底部内胆410、上部内胆420、制冰装置200和外壳430,并且此时由于预埋管440的存在,因此可为第二管段320提供穿设通道。
此外,由于供水管路的第一管段310的第二端314处于箱体的外部,而供水管路的第二管段320的第一端322处于箱体的内部,当管道连接件10在连接两者时,管道连接件10可处于外壳430的穿进孔434a处,管道连接件10的进水管体110设置于外壳430的外部,并与第一管段310的第二端314相连,管道连接件10的出水管体120从穿进孔434a伸入至预埋管440内,进而与第二管段320的第一端322相连。
参见图8,图8是图7中A部放大图。在一些实施例中,预埋管440的第一端442的内壁和第二管段320的第一端322其中之一设置有限位凸起446,另一设置限位孔326,限位凸起446与限位孔326相互配合,以约束第二管段320沿其周向转动的自由度。
本领域技术人员应当可以理解,限位凸起446和限位孔326的位置可以 互换,下面以限位凸起446设置在预埋管440的第一端442的内壁,限位孔326设置在第二管段320的第一端322的情形为例具体说明。
当第二管段320伸入预埋管440内时,限位凸起446伸入至限位孔326内,这样第二管段320就无法沿其周向转动,进而可避免第二管段320上的出水嘴转动,避免第二管段320出水嘴的落水点偏离预设位置,提高可靠性。
参见图8,此外,由于第二管段320的第一端322设置在预埋管440内,因此为了便于限位凸起446与限位孔326相互配合,第二管段320的第一端322可设置成朝向预埋管440内壁延伸的扩口。
参见图1至图3以及图7、图8,在一些实施例中,预埋管440在其第一端442处设置有紧贴于外壳430内侧的第一连接板450,该管道连接件10还可包括第二连接板180,第二连接板180形成于进水管体110的外部,第二连接板180紧贴于外壳430的外侧,第一连接板450、外壳430和第二连接板180通过紧固件(例如螺钉等)相固定,这样可以将管道连接件10、外壳430以及预埋管440三者稳固地连接起来。
参见图1至图3以及图7、图8,进一步地,第一连接板450朝向外壳430的表面凸出形成多个定位凸起452,多个定位凸起452穿过穿进孔434a伸出外壳430,第二连接板180设置有朝向外壳430敞开的多个定位槽182,定位槽182与定位凸起452一一对应地配合,以预连接第一连接板450和第二连接板180。
参见图8,在一些具体的实施例中,多个定位凸起452的尺寸还可以配置成不同,这样安装人员可根据不同尺寸的定位凸起452判断第二连接板180的安装方向,提高安装效率。
参见图7,进一步地,该冰箱20还可包括垫片700,垫片700设置于第二连接板180与外壳430之间,并且垫片700上具有用于使定位凸起452穿过的第一通孔710和用于使出水管体120穿过的第二通孔720,垫片700可由弹性材料制成,以提高第一连接板450、外壳430和第二连接板180三者连接的稳固性。

  1. 一种管道连接件,所述管道连接件包括相连通的进水管体和出水管体,所述进水管体和所述出水管体分别用于连接第一管段和第二管段,其中所述管道连接件还包括:
    卡座,位于所述进水管体的进口端,所述卡座具有部分伸入所述进水管体内的紧固主体,所述紧固主体内限定出用于允许所述第一管段伸入的紧固腔;
    止退卡,具有卡体和形成于所述卡体的两个弹性卡爪,两个所述弹性卡爪相对设置,所述止退卡配置成使两个所述卡爪夹持于所述紧固主体的外周,并产生弹性夹持力,以紧固所述卡座与所述第一管段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管道连接件,还包括:
    固定座,所述固定座具有固定于所述进水管体进口端的环形固定件以及形成于所述环形固定件并伸入所述进水管体内部的连接部;
    所述紧固主体伸入所述进水管体内的一端具有卡接部,所述卡接部与所述连接部相配合,以将所述卡座固定于所述进水管体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的管道连接件,其中
    所述紧固主体远离所述卡接部的端部沿其周向形成有止挡部,两个所述弹性卡爪夹持于所述止挡部与所述环形固定件之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的管道连接件,其中
    所述紧固主体沿其轴向开设有多个伸缩间隙,以利用所述伸缩间隙调节所述紧固腔的内径。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的管道连接件,还包括:
    密封环,设置于所述进水管体的内部,并紧顶于所述紧固主体伸入所述进水管体的端部,以密封所述紧固主体与所述进水管体之间的间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的管道连接件,其中
    所述出水管体的外周壁上环绕地形成有安装凹槽;
    所述管道连接件还包括:
    弹性密封件,套设于所述安装凹槽内,以密封所述第二管段与所述出水管体。
  7. 一种具有制冰功能的冰箱,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体包括底部内胆,所述底部内胆具有底部间室;
    制冰装置,设置于所述底部间室的顶部;
    供水管路,用于向所述制冰装置输送制冰水,所述供水管路包括部分管段位于所述箱体外部的第一管段和位于所述箱体内部的第二管段,并且所述第一管段与所述第二管段通过权利要求1至6任一项的所述管道连接件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其中所述箱体还包括:
    外壳,包裹于所述底部内胆的外侧,所述外壳具有穿进孔;
    预埋管,所述预埋管的第一端连接于所述外壳的内侧,并使其第一端的开口与所述穿进孔相对,所述预埋管的第二端连接于所述制冰装置,并向所述制冰装置的内部敞开,所述第二管段的第一端设置于所述预埋管的第一端,所述第二管段的第二端从所述预埋管的第二端穿出,进而穿进所述制冰装置的内部;
    所述出水管体从所述预埋管的第一端伸入,从而与所述第二管段的第一端连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其中
    所述预埋管的第一端的内壁和所述第二管段的第一端其中之一设置有限位凸起,另一设置限位孔,所述限位凸起与所述限位孔相互配合,以约束所述第二管段沿其周向转动的自由度。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的冰箱,其中
    所述预埋管在其第一端处设置有紧贴于所述外壳内侧的第一连接板;
    所述管道连接件还包括:
    第二连接板,形成于所进水管路的外部,所述第二连接板紧贴于所述外壳的外侧,所述第一连接板、所述外壳和所述第二连接板通过紧固件相固定。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的冰箱,其中
    所述第一连接板朝向所述外壳的表面凸出形成多个定位凸起,多个所述定位凸起穿过所述穿进孔伸出所述外壳;
    所述第二连接板设置有朝向所述外壳敞开的多个定位槽,所述定位槽与所述定位凸起一一对应地配合,以预连接所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的冰箱,还包括:
    垫片,设置于所述第二连接板与所述外壳之间,并且所述垫片上具有用于使所述定位凸起穿过的第一通孔和用于使所述出水管体穿过的第二通孔。
